『I won't go into an elaborate diatribe on just how terrible this product is. To sum it up, it's useless and was not market-ready. TiVo customer service and support is abominable, and the "help" they supply for this product is laughable. My son has been a network systems engineer for over 10 years, he had to come and try and get it to work. After a bit of fussing with it, the adapter was getting poor reception. The wireless router and modem are barely 30 feet from the TiVo box, with open space throughout. My laptop easily achieves 12Mbps without a hitch.

For a goof, we moved the wireless router and modem to the kitchen table, and hooked it up to the laptop. Only then were we able to get a decent signal, with the wireless router about 8 feet from the TiVo box and network adapter. Several calls to TiVo got me canned, simple fixes to try. It works best when you throw it in the trash.』

『I have a Nikon D60, and its little built-in flash can't quite keep up with the photography I do (shooting in dark hotel lobbies, homes, et cetera). What a difference this SB-600 flash makes!

The AF grid that the flash projects (IR, so it's not visible) really helps my camera focus in lower light conditions. It still has trouble with some things, like mascot costume faces (where is the face? confused!), but it's still an improvement over not using the SB-600.

I may want to get the SB-800 at some point, but I'm happy for now!』

『I bought this lens few days ago and have been using it on my D90 with Tamron 18-270 and Nikon 18-200 lens. The bounce flash off ceiling is so much better and natural looking than using the flash on the camera! I'm impressed. I bought it with Amazon's excellent return policy to give it a test run. I'm definitely keeping it. I also like that we can use AA batteries if needed in an emergency. I'm running them off eneloops right now. I took some great portraits of my daughter bouncing the flash off the ceiling and I'm impressed! I never knew before a friend of mine recommended this to go with my new D90 that an external flash will do so much difference. Sometimes it is true that you get what you pay for and in this case very well worth it. :-)』

『I had 2 SB800s. One was stolen and I didn't want to buy the SB900, since it is huge and expensive and I mainly only used one flash, so the other would be back-up. I figured after reading some reviews to get this little guy instead.
Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised on how efficient and light it is. The power output is better than I thought and it works just as well as the SB800 in almost every respect. I shot a wedding with it after purchase and the photos came out great!

『I bought this to go with my Nikon D40 to learn more with flash photography. I was considering the sb-400 first but I though about the difference in price and what the actual difference in result would be. I am glad I spend the money on this over the smaller one. Being able to control the light power in the steps it does gives good control over.It gives great light for indoor party photos and out doors for off camera flash. It is not too heavy on a D40. If you have a 55-200mm vr lens, it is balanced nice.

The NIKON D40 flash will not trigger this!! You need an optical slave or a remote unit or a ttl cable for remote triggering.

It is easy to use straight out of the box. Put in your batteries, turn it on and attach to the camera and you are ready to go. Then you can read the manual and find out about the custom settings that you can use. So far, it seems to be ok on batteries. I managed to take about 400 photos while messing around with it and there was no sign of a low battery light.

I left it for a few days though and came back, turned it on and it was making funny noises. I recharged the batteries and it was back to normal, so it was a power issue.

I bought a set of remote triggers also to use with this for off camera flash and it is a great set up for the price. If you are thinking about the sb-800, I would consider saving the money and getting one of these instead, unless you need the extras.

I cant say anything bad about it yet, but then again I am not that experienced. Some gels and a white card would be nice if they came with it though.』

『i bought these a the px 100's and girlfriend pick the px 100's i got these, i like the style and the sound is a huge step up from the ipod in ear phones. i also dig the warranty that koss gives these. i have to admit the sound is a little more defined on the sennhiesers(how do you spell it?) but the difference is not worth quibbling over. you will be happy with either pair, but the px 100s stay in place on her head better (ive got a bigger dome) so if you have a small head go for those.』

『I've tried pretty much all types of headphones. I was looking for a good solid pair, under $50, preferably over-the-ear but not too big (for gym, athletic use and better portability). I stumbled across these on the web and saw that people loved them, so I came to Amazon to read some reviews. Seeing that they were highly rated here as well, I ordered a pair. These headphones have a solid reputation for a reason, they sound great. The minute I plugged them in, I knew why they were so highly rated. Clear highs, deep lows. I mean, it's not bone rattling bass, but it's decent enough if you don't want to lug around a pair of $50+ self-powered heavy headphones. Easily the best sounding headphones I've bought the past year. And that's in a group of Skull Candy, Sony, Apple, self powered, noise canceling... I've tried it all the past year. The only (extremely minor) gripe I have is that I agree with others that it does feel flimsy at times. I like that the moving pieces are metal instead of plastic (can't tell you how many plastic headphones I've inadvertently broken from simply putting on and removing), but it still has a somewhat delicate feel to it. They do come with a lifetime warranty, which is pretty sweet, (although a further check of the terms reveal you pay to ship them back and have to include a $6 check. Something potential purchasers should be aware of). I'm happy with my set and agree with everyone else that these headphones come in a portable package but possess full-sized sound.』

(Can't beat these for the money)
『I bought these Koss ProPorta headphones after getting tired of the small in-ear headphones. I've had a bunch of them, including Bose and Bang&Olufsen. These are better than any of those. I was just looking for something to use with my computer at work. I don't use them a lot, but am now finding myself using them a lot more than I used to.

For what I wanted these for and for the price, not sure how you can beat them. I've also had the high-end Bose noise canceling headphones, but they are so big and bulky that I just don't carry them with me when I travel. Several of the reviews commented on how hard it was to get these into the leather-like storage bag that comes with them. I did not find it a problem at all. They fold up and hook together and easily fit inside the bag. They are super comfortable (my hair is short so the hair pulling isn't an issue). The way they're built, they'll probably last forever or at least until I get tired of them.

I wouldn't hesitate a moment to buy these. Hey if you don't like them, you're only out about $30. I'm not a sound expert, so they sound pretty darned good to me and much better than all the small ones I've been using.』

『I want to make this short and sweet. These were designed by Koss over twenty years ago and still beat most of today's competition! I was looking for something with touted sound and excellent reviews and these earphones were great. I don't really dig the whole "in the ear" thing of many of todays 'phones, it makes my ears retain silly amounts of heat. These go over the ear but are able to breathe enough. The sound is tremendous and well worth the money, more than so, actually. The design is less than sleek or updated but if it ain't broke, don't fix it!! These came in a flash and have been a delight to listen to. I wish the cord was longer as this is about three feet, which is fairly standard. I just personally like a longer cord but that's no biggie. Nothing to lose a star over. The design and cord could be longer, other than those trivial points these 'phones rock! If you're an audiophile (I'm not, admittedly) I would suggest giving these a try. I read reviews by many sudiophiles that loved these too.』

『I bought this specifically for my D90 and immediately gave it a workout in low light cathedral interiors. It performed beautifully. I've also used it for family photos (that include me). Using this remote you can easily do fun things, i.e. multiple exposures with you in several locations within the same photo. I've read that the range is 15 feet but I haven't tested that and it has not presented any issues to date for me. It does not come with a manual but it's use is pretty straightforward. 『I have a Nikon D40 and this little remote works well. Setting up to use (follow camera manual instructions for remote camera use) is really easy and you basically just aim and fire for the shot. It was worth the money for the convenience of taking shots with a remote. It's small so make sure you keep it safe in it's little case so it doesn't get lost. My only complaint is that I feel like I have to aim right at the camera sometimes or the remote won't work. Of course, you don't want your arm pointing at the camera as you take the shot so there are some adjustments you have to make when you're taking a pic, like holding the remote behind your back and angling yourself in a certain way so it looks natural.』
