It's fascinating to watch them as they grab this little book because of the cover, thinking they're in for an adventure ride telling them how prison is this great place to make one tougher and stronger, and then see their faces get somber as Williams describes how frightening, lonely, and humiliating prison life truly is.

If you work with kids who aspire to or who are already in the "gangbanger life," I highly recommend this book.』

In this novel "Life In Prison," I've personally learned a lot. Stanley "Tookie" Williams wrote this book directly for the youth, to encourage us to be something in life. This is a heartbreaking novel of how they treated Mr. Williams over the 25 years he was incarcerated. While reading this, Stanley became someone that I could look up to, even though he's dead.
I think they should've given him a chance to live again. The worst thing to happen in prison is the strip-search; its embassressing how the guards watch you while you check yourself just to make sure you don't have any concealed weapons.
This novel has inspired me to be something in life so I won't end up in jail or prison. I can read this book over and over because it's so touching to my soul. I strongly recommend that you read this novel and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

The book "Life In Prison" is a good book. I didn't think it would turn out like that, but Stanley "Tookie" Williams gives audiences a good reason why they wouldn't want to go to jail or prison.

There are many different reasons why you wouldn't want to go to jail. You have to do what the guards tell you, you have to get strip-searched, and you have a limited time to take a bath and many more things.

In San Quentin prison, they have a book called the "California Code of Regulation." Title 15-crime prevention and corrections. It is a book with 174 pages and more than 200 rules. Some people sit there in read all those rules. They are insane.

Also there is no way on earth I would be able to stay in the hole, let alone for 7 whole years, like "Tookie" did. I couldn't do it. My uncle is in prison now. He has to go in the hole and he can't call us or write us when he has to be in the hole. And I think that's hard to go to prison after reading the horrible details in "Life in Prison."

『I always wanted Star Wars action figures as a kid but wasn't able to acquire any but last week I saw these figures at Toys r Us and Target. A worker told me they came out last year... Anyways I purchased this darth maul along with vader, boba fett, and obi kenobi, ALL of them were the last one. I saw bunch of troopers, storm, biker, 501, etc... but NO commanders... Bunch of Padme and Imperial officers they look bad no wonder nobody buys them. Also saw few R2D2s and destroyer driods too.

Overall these figures are cool, lots of articulation! Very poseble and makes nice display. Light sabers are made of clear plastic and most characters/figures have nice fabric clothes. If you shop for these at retail stores and see more than 2 of the same figure, compare them and pick the better one because paint can vary slightly from figure to figure.』

『I bought this bra on the reviews posted. It arrived on time but I must have gotten a poorly made product. I WOULD NOT recommend this bra upon the one I received. The stays under the cup did not lay flat so that they doubled under into the cup, even when not worn. Unfortunately, I was under a time crunch and had to use it else it would have been shipped back ASAP. I spent the entire night with the stay poking into the bottom of my breasts, creating raw areas especially since the lace was very stiff and rough even after washing. It appeared as if the stays were too long for the seam they were crammed into. Definitely would not use it again and would not buy from this company!』

『I REALLY wish I'd found this bra before my wedding. I am bigger chested and have a hard time finding things in my size, so was excited to see this out there. And while I have worn it a few times and had a bit of rubbing in spots, it's never been anything I haven't experienced with other bras or that made it unwearable by any means. One of the occasions was a formal ball where I was dancing the night away and in a strapless dress and I felt comfortable and supported the whole time. And it just makes you feel sexy (I got it in black).』

『This is advertised as a long line bra but I grew up calling it a bustier'. Regardless of what you call it let's just say it's a perfect combination of physical support and visually sexy. I have both the ivory and the black to wear with formal dresses. It also comes with removable straps so you can go strapless or not it's up to you. I prefer strapless, it adds to the illusion of Goddess.

『What they advertise you get...is not what you get.Star Wars Princess Leia Slave Adult Costume - Adult Costumes

1: Picture shows chain bra straps - what you get is cloth
2: Color shows as brown top and skirt - what you get is a gray top and purple bottoms
3: Collar shows pretty, small linked chain. - what you get looks like something you would see hanging from a chandelier.
4: Headpiece - I don't even know how they got away with this one. They show a little adornment in models braid. What you get is 2 head-combs attached to flimsy plastic that I can't figure out how to wear.
5: I received a arm band which wasn't said to be part of the included items, but it is plastic - so don't expect what the model is wearing.

The size was accurate, I ordered a medium.

I do not understand how this "Star Wars" trademarked product can be displayed one way and then is obviously not what is received.

Due to all of this, I would say $35, not $53 would have been a more accurate price.』

I would advise to wear a bra under the top as it is only being held together with velcro and will pop open with any awkward movement. I did not really have any issues with it popping open since I am not a large breasted woman but I could see where someone else might.』

『The actual DVD itself is the same old showtime it has always been, which was a bit of a shame. They really could have done with some more and better footage of Magic's return to the game. There really wasn't anything ): However the full games that come with this new version are priceless for any Magic fan especially the All Star game filled with the games greatest players(Minus Larry Bird who was injured) all having a last shot at him and then paying tribute by stopping the game. Truly a fitting tribute to end a Magic career.』

(Amazing game; incredibly disappointing DVD)
『What's right with this DVD? Well:
+It contains great highlights of one of the greatest games ever played.
+The picture quality is unsurpassed.
+You can listen to team-specific commentaries from the actual radio broadcasts from Denver or Green Bay.
+There are decent extras, including multiple angle looks at each of the big plays in the game.

What's not? Pretty much everything else:
-The video itself is maybe 15 minutes long. More than a dollar per minute of the main program.
-There is no video showing how each team made it to the Super Bowl, which is extremely disappointing.
-While there's historical context for previous Super Bowls, it's all basically text.
-The worst part of all: there is about a 5 minute advertisement that cannot be skipped, no matter what, every time you load up the DVD. Why publishers ever decided this was acceptable is beyond me. At least on VHS, you can fast-forward through the previews. Here, you cannot. I'm not sure who the bright guy was who thought it would be effective advertising to force consumers to watch an unnecessarily long ad multiple times, but hopefully we'll never see an utter debacle like this again.
-Given that there is a 5-minute ad for RCA that everyone has to watch, did they really need an RCA watermark on the bottom right of the screen? Do one or the other.

Save yourself some money and buy the VHS version instead. It's much better.

『I was very disappointed in this DVD. Considering the capabilities of the medium (even in 1998), the video is much too short, and contains far too little of the actual game. When I purchased it, I expected the complete game-and got a few highlights and statistics. Do not buy this DVD; the VHS video of the Broncos Super Bowl XXXII victory is far superior-and costs much less. The DVD is a ripoff-period.』

While everyone has seen the video replay of Elway's famous"helicopter"dive for a first down late in the 4th quarter to set up the winning score, this DVD let's you see it from 8 different camera angles. Moreover, NFL films does a great job on many other key plays of the game. For those Bronco fans who want to keep the memories alive forever of the greatest Super Bowl ever played (no other Super Bowl has been tied 3 times--at 7, 17, and 24) the quality of this DVD, versus the VHS tapes which came out after the game, make this a must to own and enjoy every year at Super Bowl time!』

Celebrate Star Wars 30th Anniversary by inviting this movie-accurate droid into your life. The third mode is the most complex. This command mode lets you give pointed directions that control R2's movements. Tell him to turn left and right or go forward whenever you want, or set a preprogrammed course for him to follow.

While R2 responded to simple commands with no problems, we had difficulty getting him to respond reliably to more complex requests. We trust that, like with any voice-operated electronic system, over time it will get easier to produce a wider range of commands that R2 consistently responds to. Until then, his movie-accurate look, the way he responds to simple commands, and the convenient beverage holder make him a fun comrade.

『Well for one I am a novice artist ... actually I am totally new to drawing anatomy and was expecting both a step by step book and a decent reference book.

Well the good side is I have a ton of reference out of this beauty ... the bad part is there is almost no step by step procedures. The drawings are nice but the very few step by steps are really accelerated ...

All in all this is a nice book to have around for reference and might do wonderfully well for an experienced artist ... but this really isn't the best choice for starters.
