『I've tried ap mode as suggested, but i haven't gotten it to work for my ipod touch, dsi, or psp. Apparently something is wrong with the ip address any tips would be greatly appreciated. I've even tried using different hot spots that i know work, HELP ME!』

(Fits My Needs)

『I'd never been able to play any of my Nintendo DS games online before I bought this WiFi Adapter. Now, I can. I'd give this little tool 5 stars if only it were "plug and play" but it's not. The drivers must be installed from the CD. The included instructions are long, daunting and come in more languages than necessary. I found the read me on the disc to be a bit more helpful but as long as you know you need to install, it's pretty simple. Just open the folder for your operating system, run the installation and then configuration utility. The basic config is what we use for the Nintendo DS and works with my husband's iTouch as well. For PSP users, the Windows Zero Config needs to be used, I believe (another reviewer has instructions but I have not set it up for that).

When it's working, the adapter will light up. I used the advice to switch to "AP Mode" which resulted in a different light show. Additionally, you can specify the "network" name and either a WPA or WEP key to protect it from freeloading neighbours. The DS uses a WEP key which can be accesed from the Utility: Config>Security Setting>Auth Type 'Shared'>Encryption Type 'WEP' and I use a 26 character key. I'm no rocket scientist but I was able to bumble through it all in a few moments. After that, I was able to find and connect to the network with my DS (using the Connect1/2/3 not the Nintendo USB Connector tool) and play online for the first time ever. The single was at full strength; albeit, I was sitting right next to the computer.

I'm really sad I didn't invest in this Wifi adapter sooner. Now I can play online and upload all my stats!』

(Case seems to offer plenty of protection from moderate drops (hip-high))

『I've used this case for 3 weeks now and so far so good.

The rubber is not so sticky that it sticks to your pockets and pull them inside out. It seems to be made of durable enough material to provide protection from hip-high drops (maybe 3.5 feet).

I appreciate that the case doesn't add too much unnecesary bulk, like the Otterbox Defender that I purchased. I like that there is a large enough "lip" around the screen-side of the phone so you can place is screen-side down and not scratch the screen.

I do have some concerns about the long-term durability of the case. I think it is starting to get a little lose already as the side's seem to peel away a little easier than they did when I first started using it. I'm planning to try a little two-sided scotch tape to better secure the case to the phone.

All in all I'd recommend this product to friends and family.』

I normally buy Pioneer stereos for my cars, because I prefer their tuner section, but this radio managed to pull in a low power college station from 25 miles away (in the mountains), even while in the garage, with a metal roof and the steel garage door closed! The volume/multi-function control is not as bad as some reviewers stated. If you are careful the volume control works well, but if you inadvertently press it in, you will have to locate the "cancel" button or wait 5 seconds for it to return to normal mode - not a good thing when you need to concentrate on the road. It would be better if Sony had engineered it so you have to hold the control in for a second or so (rather than instantaneous response) in order to access those functions.

Another mild annoyance is with the backlighting. The display dims when you turn on the car's lights, but the backlighting for the buttons doesn't, and that can be a distraction; I had to switch the lighting color from blue (my preference) to green to reduce the glare somewhat.

One final problem is with the MP3 playback. If you have a huge single file, there is no way to jump forward in large steps; the fast forward only goes at (maybe) 3-4 times normal speed. Most people don't have 1 or 2 hour long MP3s, though, so this might not be an issue for you.

The programming options are pretty comprehensive. The ability to turn off the animations on the display is a great feature, IMO.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the stereo - the sound quality is equal to the quality of the Infinity speakers I have, and the sale price made this purchase a no-brainer. I think you would have to spend well over twice the price to get any better audio system for your car.』

『I am picky. I bought this because it was cheap and figured it looked good with not much to lose. BAM. Got it. It is a great product. Full leather inner and outer. Fits the 3G perfectly, finally something that was really designed for the 3G and not some Crackberry PDA relabeled product that is all wobbly and loose. This is a great deal too. Mine came labeled for the AT&T store, I presume DLO sells this on the rack at AT&T for waaaaay more.

My only complaint (if one) are the attachment point clearances for the audio jack. If you wear your case on the right side as I do and use your right hand to remove the phone from the case AND you like to listen to your wired headset while it is in the case, you should know this: the phone naturally wants to have the screen facing inward (for protection) causing the audio jack to face forward and sit at the bottom. In this config, the leather attachment covers the audio jack. Meaning that you really cannot plug a headset in easily. It would appear they designed this with the expectation the phone would be worn on the left. Sadly all they had to do is cut a very slight amount of leather to make the access a non-issue. So figure it out. For me it is no biggie. If I listen to a headset I just flip my phone in the case toward my rear (audio jack is now up top and accessible) and then twist it around carefully if I have to take it out. Fairly rare. You cannot cut it to make clearance. Nicely stitched.』
