Good little vacuum!!! The accessories are a little cheap in quality, but the power in this little thing is worth it.
A good vacuum with a great price tag. We've used it a few times so can't comment on durability but it has great sucking ability. My only complaint is with the attachment hose not being either long enough or flexible as previous hoovers I've had.
I've tried the bagless, but decided to go back to a vacuum with a bag. So far, I like this much better. The floor is getting cleaner and I'm happier.
When an expensive dyson vacuum could not remove extensive cat hairs from our carpet, in desperation we ordered ths fairly inexpensive Hoover upright. It does the job in minutes, goes under furniture and counters easily, and is easy to use.
This vacuum was bought to replace a 15-20 year old Hoover upright whose height adjustment no longer works. This one has much better suction than the old one and a slightly different attachment for using the tools. The tools have MUCH better suction than the old one.

I give this vacuum 4 stars, rather than 5, because the bag is smaller, and so needs to be replaced more often. But the generic bags, also bought at Amazon were inexpensive.

I highly recommend this vacuum.

I did see some negative reviews before I bought it but have had none of the difficulties with leaking, etc. Does a very good job, the spin brush is effective but not great, the suction is very good as is the ease of use. Amazon's price was about 45 dollars less than local and it arrived very quickly, even with ecoonomy (free) shipping.
Hoover F5914-900 SteamVac with Clean Surge WOW ! I'm so impressed with this cleaner. My second Bissell (it worked about 9 times before breaking) seamed to be doing a good job, the water WAS dirty, but after it broke and I decided to switch brands....WOW, what a noticable difference the Hoover made. I thought the grey-ish traffic stains on my beige carpet were just permanent (after all, I had been using a Bissell for a few years and the stains never came up) but just going over the carpet once,and the bad traffic areas twice, the carpet looks like NEW !!! I'm still in shock at what an excellent job the Hoover did. Also... the Bissell was such a pain to fill and clean, but the Hoover is SO easy to use, fill and clean that I keep thinking I'm forgetting a step. I'm so happy I don't have to buy new carpet...because now it looks like new carpet. I could do a commercial for this most excellent product.
I had been thinking of getting a carpet cleaner for several years and put if off. Enter a sick dog and well...you can take it from there. It came in 3-4 days with free delivery! It's easy to use, though if you have to do a couple of rooms with stains to go over, your wrist could be sore! The directions are easy to follow and it also has a long cord. I bought it based on Amazon reviews and concur with the majority. I've only used it four times so I can't speak to its durability but using it is easy and rewarding! (i.e. clean carpets!)
This is the 2nd carpet shampooer I've owned. I love it! It works great -makes the carpet look nice and carpet dries very quickly. It got rid of ink stains and nasty stains on the steps. Hopefully, it will last more than 2 years, but even so, at this price, it's an incredible deal!

I based my decision on weight of the cleaner and reading reviews.

For us, its OK as house is mainly carpeted. So highly recommneded for carpetted home.
Good buy. These bags are the same quality as you would find at a local store but you only pay 1/3 the cost. Some reviewers complained about the fit of the bag. The bag has to be over sized so it doesn't pull itself off the inlet when the vacuum starts that's the design, so just stuff it in and let it work. This bag is just like the one that comes with the machine when it's new.

My 15 month old is Teletubbies obsessed, and we were heartbroken when the contract with PBS ran out and it was taken off the air. I wish I had known - I could have saved alot of money by just not clearing my DVR! In any case, we are now collecting the DVD's and have several. I limit how often I let her watch as she is absolutely entranced, but they are all great for "emergencies" (one of us is ill, an important phone call, she is tired and cranky but it's not bedtime, etc.)
This is probably my daughter's favorite. She "cracks up" every time when Noo-noo races around loudly. An added benefit is that it helped her overcome her Vacuum Cleaner anxiety (which makes my life way easier!). When I vacuum I tell her it's time to "feed the Noo-noo"!
To understand what makes Teletubbies educational, one has to see the world, for a moment, from a very young child's perspective. She has limited receptive language, limited experiences, limited concepts, short attention span, she is low man on the totem pole in a world controlled by grown ups. She is a "Stranger in a Strange Land". The world of Teletubbies makes sense to her. She can understand (and likely even speak!) the language. She can grasp the simple plots and actions. The bright colors captivate her. She can pay attention long enough to take in the short "bites" of story. Teletubbies are her kind of people - children. But they are in a world FOR and OF children!
What she is learning about is LIFE! Life in a simple, clear way that she can get her mind around. This is way more important than naming shapes or colors (though Teletubbies has those also) or the alphabet. Learning builds on a foundation. Teletubbies would not be educational for a school age child. For an older infant or younger toddler it IS educational.
I add to the learning by playing on the PBS website Teletubbies page and reading Teletubbies books with her. She was uninterested in her basic shapes puzzle until I copied pictures of the Teletubbies and taped them under the shapes. Now we play Peek-a-boo with the Teletubbies putting the pieces in and taking them out. I also made Teletubbies paper dolls and we "walk" them through her other books. (She only has an attention span for Teletubbies *grin*)

My 3 year old absolutely loves this DVD. It's so cute to watch her watch it repeatedly!
I expected more Noo-noo-centric episodes. But since my 2 year old does not seem to mind as long as Noo-noo just appears in the episode, I'd say that the DVD is not a waste of money.

Slurpy slurp! The Teletubbies' favorite friend is the Noo-noo! This friendly vacuum cleaner is very good at tidying up after Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po when they make a mess, but sometimes he just can't help being naughty! It's a messy day to play and giggle with the Teletubbies and the Noo-noo!

We bought this CD before moving across country with our 2 month old daugther. She slept much better at hotels that we anticipated and she still sleeps with the sound of the CD even now (She is over 4 months). It's a great quality CD. It is not as loud as the vacuum cleaner which I think it's good- I can still hear her clearly if she cried.
Overall, a great product!
My daughter loved the sound of the vacuum as an infant and in order to avoid burning out my vacuum I looked for white noise CDs. I was thrilled when I found this one. She is 18 months old and we still use it at every nap and bedtime. She finds it soothing and automatically knows its time to sleep. She also doesn't hear any noise we are making over the noise of her CD. I strongly recommend this product or anything similar to new parents.
This works. I have given it to many people for shower gifts. It is one full hour of sound in one track on the CD. It is great!!!

I have tried other similar CDs that have 72 min of a vacuum sound and they (it) works as well, but the 72 min. are broken into 3 tracks each ~24 min. When one ends and the next starts there is a break in the sound and then a really loud start when the next track begins. This sometimes wakes baby back up once you get her to sleep. Woke me up the first time it happened!

So I like this one better since it is full hour in one track. Unfortunately it is often harder to find.

A lot of people think that Chris Whitley's debut, "Living with the Law," was his best but I completely disagree. I believe it's a toss up between "Dirt Floor"&"War Crime Blues." Though I do think that every one of his releases is worth a listen. He was just that good. And, unfortunately, very underrated.

"Dirt Floor" features Chris Whitley @ his best because there's no backing band. No big production. No light show. And none of that crap should ever be needed when you're talking about an amazing musician. And Chris Whitley was that and then some.

After the release of "Terra Incognita," Mr. Whitley was dropped from the Work Group, a division of Columbia Records. Some people, including myself, were wondering if he would ever surface again. Well, he did&I think that "Dirt Floor" was where he really found his voice&sorta ushered in a second career of sorts, from this point on all the way 'til his early death in '05 from lung cancer. "Dirt Floor" featured Chris with his National guitar, microphone&stomp-box. He seemed to always be wearing a "wife-beater" from this point on. At least always when he was on stage. This disc's got 9 sparse&haunting tracks. It takes an incredible musician with that "it" quality to hold an audience captive night after night with just the aforementioned mic, guitar&stomp-box. But Whitley was dynamic and a true artist&his live solo shows always felt spiritual. Any of his fans who have yet to hear this recorded treasure, would be wise to seek it out.
Ohhhhh, it's an AUDIO-dvd! Here DVD means "digital versatile disc" not, as we usually think of it, a "digital video disc". THERE IS NO VIDEO! This is not a video of Chris Whitley, who we all love and miss, performing the songs from one of his great CDs. This is just a souped up audio version of the CD we all have.
Who knew they have DVD's without video? This is for audiophiles. Not for people looking to watch him perform his songs.
Love Chris Whitley, DVD-audios, not so much. Yeah, "Dirt Floor" CD is a 5 star CD. This bait-and-switch DVD Audio 1 star, unless you realize what you're buying. Maybe you have a home theater! Then maybe this is for you.

Chris Was So Great. His Style Of Music Was One Of A Kind.

Only very rarely the first encounter with a record may struck you as lightning. The experience that you have always known this music, yet nothing will remain the same anymore. For me this was the case with Joy Division, Nick Drake's Pink Moon, Bruce Springsteen's Nebraska and now Dirt Floor. Stripped to the bare essence: just Chris Whitley's voice and his dobro. This music makes you uneasy but is comforting too.
Very sad he had to die so young. He seems to have played a lot in Holland, during the years he lived in Germany. Had I known him before, I would certainly have gone to see him as often as I could.

this is a fantastic recording of low-down raw acoustic blues. the production has a real live flavor that is carried along by a raunchy rythmic groove. whitley is one of the few white singers who can sing the blues without sounding light-weight (or just plain silly), and his guitar playing is tough sounding, without any of that over-produced quality that so many modern blues recording suffer from. great stuff.
An excellent slide guitarist with a confident, veloce curviness that varies high, lonesome country with moaning country blues, Whitley unraveled his early commercial potential one album at a time. He deserves our admiration for following up his mostly acoustic debut,Living with the Law,with a pair of white-noise albums loud enough to make Sonic Youth wear earplugs. But he also lost his lucrative contract with Sony. "Dirt Floor," with a barren, desperate quality and iterative images of running (especially on the intense "Ballpeen Hammer" and the love-and-loss ballad "Loco Girl") has the same airy, blues feeling of his superb early singles.--Steve Knopper

Simply great and for under $10 you can't go wrong. The whole reason I found out about the movie was due to the Pandora website. A lot of songs kept coming up from it, and I loved them all before I finally realized that it was a movie. Watched it tonight, blew me away. A must own.
This is, by far, the most uplifting movie I've seen in a really long time. The two characters are depicted as incredibly realistic, yet magical. Perfect friendship/date movie, especially if you are both into "real" music. I highly recommend it!

Unusual but interesting movie. The music and spirit were great, the story line a bit unclear...

everything came together in this one...the acting...the story...the music..the guy and the gbecame lovers in real life and have performed together in public...i don't think they were faking it on film....like a true musical, the songs stay with you long after the movie ends. the ending was real...sad, but real...i want to see this more than " once"
This movie is wonderful... Glen Hansard rips your heart out right from the start with his incredibly passionate music. I recommend it to anyone who loves music, movies, love stories and tragedy!

This obscure movie is absolutely one of funniest I've ever seen! Jeff Daniels was perfectly cast! I accidentally found it while satellite channel surfing. Finally found a copy to buy (naturally at amazon).

I created THE TEST: I picked 10 people I know that had reputations of hating TV, or preaching that movies were only for the uneducated, or were almost impossible to get a even smile from no matter how good a joke would be, or no matter what they were exposed to. (Of course no one would initially admit this). I invited them two at a time to the house for refreshments and to watch this movie. I warned them ahead of what to expect, and that I would be betting that they could not stifle even a grin, much less a hearty laugh. They all argued, all tried to convince me or each other that they possessed enough self control that they wouldn't even smile much less giggle, snort, or laugh while watching this comedy. Some even wanted to bet money, to which I refused. However, 8 agreed that the winner would be treated to a steak dinner.

RESULTS: All ten persons lost!! One person came close to not laughing but strange grunts&noises emanated from his mouth; he gave in and admitted his insides "shook with glee". I am still owed 5 steak dinners and am gaining weight.

This story is true. Years ago I offered the same test with "It's A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World". 7 out of the 10 contestants laughed, but "Super Sucker" was 10 for 10. Watch this and YOU WILL LAUGH!! LET YOURSELF GO! Then show it to your in-laws; your boss, or the dullest, most stoic pseudo-serious people you know and watch how they loose themselves to uncontrollable laughter.

I'm not even sure quite why. This is a wonderful movie,
especialy if you like good acting (that should be emphasized)
Though admittedly a character or two are (realisticly) corny,
you're bound to know someone you can relate them to.

There is a morsel of knowledge about the sales world in the
movie which could be distilled into the following idea:
You're own happiness and confidence always projects through
your sales(wo)man persona and directly affects the experience
that your customer is having which has as much to do with
'selling' somone one a product as them actually needing it.

For unknown reasons there are people in this country that through no fault of their own come second place. They salute the other American flag and hear the anthem played for the losers.
"Super Sucker" is a film about this group of people. Sort of a kinder version of "Used Cars" and has that same feel good quality
of "Tucker". Writen,Acted and Directed By Jeff Daniels it is on the same level with the early work of Woody Allen's "Take The Money and Run" as an au tor work, we have in the past seen such projects turn out to be, I Made this for myself and you are fortunate to see it; turn out be to so introspective as to actually put the viewer to sleep .
With the film "Super Sucker" I had a goodtime from being to end. I felt a part of this film and I wanted to be one of the team of "Super Sucker" sales people(as stated in the film it is more than just a Vaccum). The Film is about the daily struggles of selling vaccums between two firms that may if Daniels, Fred Barlows team don't sell enought (which they have not been doing over the long term)will go out of business.
As with most films these days it relies on sex to carry the comedy; I add this no to be critical but to warn asexual viewers.
The nice surprise is Dawn Wells who we rarely get to see in films these days has a pleasant turn as herself and much mention is made of "Gilligans Island".
Lately, I have had a hard time in this new age (The 21 century)
finding films that have not been over produced, over marketed,
or over hyped that I have truely enjoyed and felt good about buying. "Super Sucker" is one and marks the 800 dvd in my collection the only other feel good film that I enjoyed lately that is in the same class is John Waters "A Dirty Shame". The next film that I can say I really want to see is "Johnny Slade's Greatest Hits" by Larry Blamire whose first film "The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra" was also a goodtime.
"Super Sucker" I believe worked because it was an independant film and the Jeff Daniels Free of studio muddling could get his vision on the screen. I was truely entertained by this work and we could use more like it.

Excellent set of headphones, especially considering the price. Have lasted well over the last two months under some hardy use.
I bought 6 pairs of these headphones, because I am constantly wearing out the headphones I use for my computer. I have ended up giving all but two of the pairs away to family members, and Have used the same headset for 9 months now. That is unheard for me, I usually pull at the cords too much and break wires, lose the stereo sound, etc... I would reccomend these to everyone. The sound is fantastic, I watch alot of TV and Movies on my computer and the quality is terrific. I barely hear any background noise. My only complaint is that I wish the cord was about 1 foot longer.
I bought these to replace an old pair of headphones for my portable cd player. These were very good and I am glad I found this deal on them at Amazon.
There's not much one can say about earphones that don't deliver a good (much less, a great) sound. I'd say: save your money and buy something a bit more expensive to plug INTO your ears. This is a waste of money.

Disappointed in L.A.
Nowhere does the description say that you MUST wear these over the head. My old headset, which looks very similar, could be worn from the back of the head/neck. This means that when I go out walking or anywhere else where I want to wear a hat, I cannot use this headset.

As for the "increased bass" -- I did an A-B comparison with my old headset and they sounded very similar in quality overall. If the RP-HT21 has more bass, my impression is that they simply attenuated the high frequencies (making the bass more predominant), as the maximum overall volume from the RP-HT21 is not as high as with my old headset. This means that in a noisy environment, you may not be able to be able to hear it.

Bottom line: for indoor use (no hats) in not overly noisy environments, this is a good headset, especially for the price.

I and others use this vacuum in our computer repair/maintenance "shop." It has worked wonderfully; I use it to clean out computers, keyboards, and generally around the shop. I have worked on computer for ten years and I should have bought a vacuum years ago. The only minor drawbacks are that it is noisy and it gets hot after a couple minutes of use.
I had been looking far and wide for a good small vacuum/blower to clean my computers out and boy does this one fit the bill. The only drawback on this machine is that it heats up pretty quickly. I believe that this was due mostly because of the attachment I used. When you use the smallest/narrowest blower end, it makes it harder on the motor. I have yet to test the suction part of it, but I'd say that if your using it under normal circumstances (without the extreemly narrow ends), that it most likely would not get so hot so fast. I would recomment this product to anyone especially for anyone looking for a good way to clean their computers out. You can't beat the price either, in my humble opinion.
This is the best unit I have tried yet to get all that dust out of a computer. I have tried other battery operated machines, but they had far less suction power. It also comes with the attachments to get into those hard to get at places. I give this one a good rating.
Very good blower, and vac. Gets hot fast, but retains it's power through the cleaning process. It took me about 25 minutes to blow out and vacuum the dust in my pc, and it worked great. The attachments are outstanding! I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good vac/blower for their system. Not recommended for anything else. If you want more power, buy another product. Know what you want to use this product for before you purchase. It does exactly what I bought it for. Unplug it if not in use for prolong periods of time.

I purchased this product and was then told it was unavailable; I was charged a return fee for the film I ordered for this item.
Can't find this stuff anywhere anymore, but Amazon is picking up the slack. The fax paper doesn't last very long, but at least it comes 2 to a box and isn't expensive. Just need to keep it on hand and order when your down to one roll.
It is great to see products available that hold to their integrity. I always buy Panasonic, they always produce what they promise.

Okay,so my three year old Dyson 18slim was already DOA by the time I recieved this vacuum but WOW - this thing is great. Okay, it's big, it is...and heavy - yeah, so what ... and not so quiet that a baby could sleep while you vacuum (get real) but WOW talk about suction!!! On that note, you better keep the baby a good three feet away from it (and small dogs and your pony tail...not kidding!!!). Yes, the big monster here would be HELL to drag up any stairs (even one stair) but I don't have stairs. Whoopee! It's simple to put together and that's good because I'm an idiot ...ha ha. The settings are easy to understand and wow does it SUCK IT UP! Talk about power! I don't care that it's red like a fresh wound - hey, that's so you'll always remember to put it away, right? Look, if you can get over the fact that it isn't light weight and is probably a curse from the devil for anyone who has stairs or a second floor ~ you'll love this thing. I do! I had a Dyson thinking I was "cool" and really getting the best bang for my buck>>>FOOL! Nope. Trash the expensive models, buy the extra bags and marry a strong man to take it upstairs for you. (wink) Give the baby and small dog to grandma if you can't keep them at least 3 feet from the machine (not kidding) and enjoy your new monster red vacuum!!! The hepa filter is terrific. I rate it a 4 star only because it IS heavy. But I've had compliments on my "toned arms" recently (wink wink)so it's a two-fer! My wife and I had decided several years ago to go with a bagless model also made by Eureka. Not a good idea, for us anyway. The dirt cup filled up quickly with our Golden Retriever's hair and was constantly clogging. When I decided to go back to this model that uses bags I was a little bit skeptical thinking we were making a move backwards in 'cleaning technology'. I'm glad we did now though. We've had this machine for a couple of months and it is by far a better unit. This vacuum has not clogged once in that time and even with our constant need to pick up West Texas dirt the bag is only about half full in that time. You do need to adjust for carpet height closely to maintain a good suction, but it's very simple to tell when it's not adjusted correctly. My only concern has been with the light plastic construction on some parts, but I guess that's the trade off you make for a lower price. We also bought the year supply of bags, filters, etc. and after seeing the retail price of bags around town, we are glad we did. If you don't want to spend the money on Dyson or another high dollar machine, this is a good choice.

I read most of the reviews before deciding what upright vacuum was the right one for my purposes. I had a Eureka vacuum for years, as well as a Kenmore, and they both lasted a long time. Reading the reviews from high to low for the 4870, there seemed to be a lot of problems with various aspects of it but I decided the issues raised were ones I could deal with, or return it; however, these problems did not materialize. Yes, it's heavy, but other problems reviewers mentioned were not problems if you read the manual and the diagram. I ordered the vacuum on a Sunday and received it on Thursday from Amazon, at a very good price. It was easy to put together and operated as promised. I would recommend it to anyone.
Works well on regular wall to wall carpeting. On bare floors or thin carpet, it blows dust and dirt everywhere - even when on the correct settings. I think the dust/dirt is coming from inside the machine, since the volume of dirt on my floor looks like so much more than I was trying to pick up in the first place. Very annoying.

We bought this product when we found out we were pregnant. We love it and are now no longer worried about our new little one crawling on the floor. This machine cleans the floors in a major way! The machine is so easy to use, light weight and heats up quickly. I love this product!
Wonderful product, GREAT deal. Got steamer, 6 pads, carpet adapter&short handle, NO shipping fee, all for $131. The unit works GREAT on tile, just as advertised. Dries quickly&leaves the floor a pleasure to walk on. Grout must still be cleaned manually as the pads don't have a way to get down into the spaces between tile, but this is a minor issue.

The only small 'problem' is using the cleaner on carpet or furniture; you HAVE to use something to soak up the water after steaming. Be aware, the unit only SANITIZES these, it does NOT clean them (You can't use the microfiber pads w/the carpet adapter). It did, however, loosen a greasy stain which could then be (better) picked up by an old towel.

And as odd as it may sound, it's now (almost) a pleasure to mop the floor. Great product, even better combo price.

I was able to pack my toddlers and my own clothes in a carry on bag with extra shoes. It was very easy to use and lasted. I will be using again very soon. Even if they only last 4 trips I will have saved money from not having to check baggage!
They are not air tight. I bought a package of the travel Space bags that you role the air out of instead of vacuum out. Initially they seemed to work, but by a day later, all the bags had filled with air again. I tried several times with different sealing methods and fewer or different items in them, but the result was always the same. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Most of the reviewers here had the same problem. I purchased a roll of clear, industrial type office trash bags that did the same job much better and for far less money.
I purchased these since I travel a lot. I always prefer to travel all carry on. Sometimes my bag needs a little more space. These seem to help. They are basically like a very large ziplock bag with a special zipper. The zipper allows you to roll up your clothes to get our all of the air from the bag. By doing this, your bags become a lot thinner. They are very easy to use. Although in the process of using them, I made a few observations:

1. In a smaller suitcase (like a carry on) you may not get the full value from these. They work better in a larger suitcase.

2. Most airlines have a 50lb weight limit on suitcases. Compressing out the air out of your clothes doesn't remove weight. So you may want to verify how heavy your bags are before you get to the airport.

3. Since I was able to get so much more in my carry on bag, TSA had to hand check it. They claimed that the machine couldn't see through everything I had in there. Fortunately, they didn't want to open up and look in all of these space bags. During this hand check I realized that it is possible that the may want to and how big of a pain that would be.

None of these things are deal breakers for these. You just need to use them a few times and figure out the best way that they can work for you. I am anxious to see how they are going to work for an upcoming family Vacation for My wife and I are taking our three kids on.

This product is great! I can't get over how these bags can shrink and become so small with so many garments. I packed(stuffed) many well folded summer garments in the large bags and was amazed at how compact the bag became once it shrunk. Now I have so much more room in my closet and a bunch of empty storage containers. The other two I travel with-in my carry on!! I would definitely recommend these to anyone who needs to store bulky items, or additional storage space, and don't want to pay for checked bags.

I bough several of these bags to use for bedding and stuffed animals during a move. My kids and I had seen the commercials and were excited to try them out when packing for our move. Out of the ten bags we bought (sizes Extra Large and Giant), only one bag remained vacuumed. None of the rest of them would stay sealed. I actually had better results by using my vacuum to suck the air out of a plastic garbage bag then tying the top. Those bags remained sealed and cost a fraction of what these bags cost.
Just after a few days some of the bags are not staying as air tight as when we sealed them up originally.
We have had these space bags for a year. The zipper is cheap and does not seal well, the plastic on the vacuum nozzle comes off readily, and the plastic gets brittle and tears easily. Take it from a year of experience; this brand of vacuum bags has been nothing but bad news.
I got sucked in on this item. If it sounds to good to be true etc. See my other reviews on this. Do not be dumb like me and throw out the packaging until you see that something works. Amazon is great, this product is just not good. I never used to read reviews, most said what I am saying. My first review on this was great product until I checked under the bed. Deflated! I redid them and still would deflate. 1 out of 8 worked.
What a disappointment! I bought a number of these bags a little over a year ago, and was initially excited when first using them. I simply could not get over the fact that they seemed to work as advertised - bulky comforters, linens and extra pillows were shrunken into wafer-thin packages that I could easily slide under my bed.

This fall, my excitement turned to frustration when I reached under the bed to pull out the comforter and pillows only to find that the bags had re-inflated and were now stuck! Since I couldn't exactly fit a vacuum cleaner under the bed to RE-deflate them, I spent the next ten minutes lying on the floor, wrestling these bags from under the bed. To top it all off, I tore two of the three bags in the process!

This is a great concept, but it obviously has not yet been mastered. Save your money as Space Bags are really just a waste of space.

The most convenient way of down-sizing your luggage, especially when you don't have a vacuum cleaner around to suck out the air of the original Space Bags. The air never escapes and it's a great way to be able to put more in your suitcase, especially if you're moving/staying somewhere for an extended period of time. I recommend!
I wasn't satisfied with this product, i think they over estimate the space you actually save. on the plus side it shields the clothes from getting stains, in case of any spills or leaks.
I don't quite understand the previous reviewer; their review indicates they were using these bags for long term storage. These specific bags are travel bags, used to help reduce the bulk of your clothes when travelling. They aren't intended for long term usage and because they are meant be rolled to squeeze the air out, they aren't tightly sealed.

All that being said, these bags are useful but have one particular quirk. If you truly roll these up from the zippered side, the clothes tend to bunch at the other end because they slide. We have found that rather than rolling, it is better to lay the bag on a firm surface and lay down on it slowly. However, that is not nearly as quick or convenient as rolling them and as such, makes them less likely to be used more than once or twice for the purpose of reducing bulk.

There are some positives regardless of the amount of air you squeeze out (or don't squeeze out as the case may be); these bags are heavier duty than regular ziplock bags and can be used to store items to keep out dust, mildew, etc. They are also useful when travelling when you are likely to have wet swimsuits, towels, or other items that you need to keep separate from your other clothes.

I rated these bags 3 stars due to the rolling issue I mentioned above; it really takes away from the ease of use and original intended purpose (to have your clothes take up half of the normal space). However, the other uses I mentioned keep them from being a waste of money and since they are part of Amazon's 4-for-3 promo as of this writing, it makes them a better deal.

I didn't even know this product existed until my wife asked me about them. These protective skins keep my 2 year-old's greasy fingers off the Sesame Street DVDs and that's just what we needed. The product was shipped very quickly after purchase and there were no problems at all.
This is one of my favorite products, too bad we can't get it in any stores. I really liked it for the protection needed on your dvd's and cd's.
Well these things seem to work on audio cd's in my ps2. I only tried one though. It definitely doesn't work with my guitar hero world two game (ps2). I makes loud spnning noices, random bumbs, and if I tilt the console vertically, even makes the desk shake...

I always use Disc Skin for every discs that are important to me, from music until game, its really help to protect against scratches, but never use this on PS3 game disc, because it will stuck on the inside PS3 console or other Disc Player that using "SLOT IN" instead of "TRAY".

The most important thing to know about this card reader is that it is only compatible with "Brother" brand cards. Any other card with designs that is not made by Brother, even if it is the same type of card and IS COMPATIBLE with your sewing machine, will NOT WORK in this reader. Amazing BOX cards or any other 3rd party embroidery card of the exact same format WILL NOT WORK. This means.... unless you buy the more expensive "brother cards", You cannot use any purchased embroidery designs written on cards. You must download them from the internet and write it to the card that comes with the reader. If you are buying this to replace any other embroidery card reader system, such as Amazing Box, none of your cards will be readable!!!
Awesom Product but on they other they really need to up the cds so that you can created your own designs rather than keep spend more money i find disapointing that i now have to find the up to 8.03 verson cds.
I am pretty new to embroidering but I did know that there were a lot of patterns online and I needed a way to get them into my sewing machine. This software is easy to use and before I knew it I was embroidering my down loaded patterns. It will more than pay for itself in a short time. I highly recommend it.
I bought this product for my Brother SE-350. The machine comes with several designs, but I wanted to branch out. It is very easy to use-comes with great instructions- so you can use all the designs that come on CDs. Just plug it in to your computer and run the program and you can have unlimited designs for your sewing pleasure!
An absolute necessity for downloading any graphics from the internet or CD's. It doesn't always mention it when you but the machine but if you want a design that is not on the machine, you have to have this software.

Electic quilt-quilt design wizard is a great thing for quilters to have. It saves time by letting you see your pattern right away. You don't have to keep drawing to get it right.
This interactive CD could be better. It is a little difficult to use and hard to find the patterns you are looking for. I think the graphics are a little cheesey. I would get the improved version.
Excellent and simple and hardy program for beginning quilters (and ways to play with quilt designs for those quilters in a creative slump). With dozens of popular blocks and fabrics already in the system, with dozens more to download FREE from the website (including more fabric choices to play with, and one more every month), the varieties are endless to create. There are simple instructions for different ways to piece your project together and a good manual when you are stumped. This program allows you to design from lap quilts to king size, with personal alterations allowed at all levels. And it is so easy to use!
Gave this to my daughter and she seems to like it. I hope I get a quilt or wall hanging from her using this product.
Quilt Design Wizard is a very simple to use quilt design program that I am thoroughly enjoying. Let me share with you the features:
-200 quilt blocks to choose from
-3000 fabrics to choose from
-lay out blocks in standard rows or on point
-you can use a standard layout and number of blocks or customize
-sashing and/or borders can be added.
-experiment with color and block changes with a few clicks of the mouse
-print out yardage estimates, templates or rotary instructions, and lots of other goodies
-visit the Quilt Design Wizard for free montly download to get new block and fabrics
Limitations:
-200 blocks may sound like a lot, but if you want a block and it's not there, you're out of luck; also, you can't create your own block
-fabric library is big, but does not permit you to scan in other fabrics, which can be helpful for some newer quilting techniques

Overall, this is a great beginning quilt program. I love being able to try out my designs and color schemes BEFORE I commit them to fabric. However a professional designer or someone with advanced computer skills and/or deeper pockets might want to go ahead and invest in Electric Quilt which is much more complex, expensive and versatile software made by the same company.

That being said, this software is perfect for me, since I like to keep things simple when it comes to computers. I can design a quilt and easily play around with the color scheme, arrangement of blocks and dimensions. This software is very simple to use and has already been lots of fun and help to me. I'm delighted with this software and will recommend it to my friends.

Was sick of raking up the leaves twice every year from the live oaks in my front yard. Not only that, the trees shed leaves even in summer and in rain.

I was looking for a leaf blower near $50. But, found this to be a good one due to the metallic impeller. The blower works OK for the most part. I only wish that when I pick up the leaves (from grass) it would pick up all of it.

The bag is quite good.

I wish I had purchased one without wires and with battery.
Well i tried this unit at a neighbors house and all i can say is that it is pathetic. I am shocked that so many people would view it as powerful?? We have many oaks and maples around the neighborhood and of course this makes for a large cleanup. This unit would make the job take so long that i would consider just using a rake. When clearing out shrubs there is often considerable debris that the shrub covered up. This unit would not move the moist dirt and branches so it forced you to brake out the rake again. The unit can draw as much as 12 amps and at 150' that would require a 12 or perhaps a 10 gauge extension cord. These are heavy, awkward, time consuming and expensive. My opinion is nothing beats a high powered gas backpack. I now have two an Echo PB-413 which is available at home depot and does a good job of clearing the driveway and pushing leaves, however it is slow clearing shrub debris and has difficulty with frozen leaves. I then bought a Shindaiwa EB802RT, now this baby makes short work of everything as it can easily blow cobblestones down my driveway. This unit allows me to clear my driveway as fast as i can walk, blows wet and even frozen leaves off the driveway fast! The debris under shrubs including the moist compacted dirt doesn't stand a chance, it all blows away fast! Now the unit is loud so I wear protection, but it starts first or second pull every time, does not require a silly cord to follow around and get hung up and most importantly it allows me to finish jobs very quickly. Though an electric or a weak gas blower may be quieter they still make noise and it takes you more time to finish a job. A high power gas powered backpack blower will get the job done substantially faster exposing you and your neighbors to less noise in terms of the duration of noise. New 2 cycle engines are much cleaner than they have ever been and adding 2.6oz of a quality synthetic oil to 1 gallon of gas is much easier than lugging around and winding up cord every time; not to mention the restriction of motion from the cord. Maintaining a gas blower is very simple, change the plug,air filter, gas filter, every so many hours which amounts to years for most home owners. Plug change takes 3 minutes, air filter 2 minutes and fuel filter 2 minutes thats all there is to it. Honestly, the only situation i could see using an electric blower like this one is when you have a very small flat property in an Urban setting.
We were in the market for a yard blower. So as always i researched the Toro 51599 Electric Blower/Vacuum. The price was right and the reviews that i read were all positive for what was needed for my home. After receiving this machine and finally having a chance to operate it. I have nothing but positive remarks about this purchase. The equipment was delivered when promised. It is more than powerful enough for our yard/driveway. It is very user friendly. I can't wait to see what it does on the leaves in the fall. This is my first blower and from the looks of it. This will be the only one that i will ever own. Toro you have a client for life.
I purchased this to use on my small lawn (9 x 13) after I mow. Sometimes I don't want to leave the grass clippings in the lawn, and the grass catcher is a piece of junk. I vacuum the lawn when I'm finished mowing and use the mulch in my flower pots and vegetable containers. This Toro is awesome and I couldn't be happier!
As a blower this thing works great. It's fun to use. It made me want to visit the neighbors to see if they had any leaves I could blow around! Most of the time I don't even need to turn the speed up past the lowest setting(I do have a small yard, though). The only downside is the vacuum function. It's very cumbersome when used as a vacuum. Also it would constantly get clogged with the leaves I was trying to pick up. So if you have leaves larger than 2" in. in diameter, forget it. Overall I'm very pleased and it feels like a solid product with a dysfunctional vacuum function. If I had to buy another one, I would.

I find that the charge runs out sooner that expected and then blowing power is reduced. Works great for small 10 minute jobs.
The black&Decker elec broom is jst that. It,s fine for blowing dry grass and leaves off of hard surfaces. It was not designed as a yard leaf blower. If that,s what you need look elseware
Love the cordless! So much more convenient, I find myself cleaning off the patio more often. Great for cleaning up hard surfaces, but probably not enough power for the leaves in flower beds. We have a more powerful electric blower for the big jobs, but this is great for just cleaning up after mowing, or blowing off the patio when we're getting ready to barbeque. So nice not to have to haul around the big one and deal with the cord, and it's light weight enough that you can even put the kids to work (good luck with that). The battery doesn't have a terribly long life, so you do have to work fairly quickly if you're going all the way around the house after mowing.

Good product for the price; works great for what we had in mind; just make sure you charge the battery after each use.
I got tired of sweeping and/or washing our large concrete patio, driveway and garage floor, so decided to try the B&D 18V battery powered sweeper. This thing works great!! I takes me about 10 to 15 minutes to do what used to take about an hour. Yes, the battery does wear down in 10-15 minutes, but so what, I just ordered an extra battery and now have plenty of juice to do it all. I hear others complain about battery life but can't rate that yet as the sweeper is only a month old. So far I love it!!
I wanted to wait till I used this product for the first time. I just love it. It is wonderful to blow off my patio, driveway, and front sidewalk without pulling a cord around. It worked really well and I had the pinwheels and stems from my maple trees plus grass clippings all over. There was plenty of battery power so I won't have to order another battery, I wasn't sure how long the battery would last but there was no problem. I know that I will be cleaning my areas more often now since I don't have to haul a cord around. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I would never buy a Hoover vacuum cleaner again. Their customer service is the worst I've ever seen, there is no service near by and they expect you to pay postage if sending the big non working plastic junk to them or drive 65 miles to their service center.

The belt was a perfect fit for my Hoover; it was very easy to put in to the vacuum, Thanks to the designers at Hoover. I don't know how long it will last, I hope for 2 to 3 months at least! Of the trimmers I have used (have been through several brands), this one does a good job for the price. The vacuum does help reduce the cleanup, so that is helpful. It holds its charge well and gives sufficient warning when it is time to charge the unit.

All beards are a bit different and this shave has a problem with the hairs just below my jawline. The hairs generally grow up toward the ear and this thing, on "Turbo" or not cannot cut them. With some success, I use a lower trim level, but generally, I need to do dangerous manual cleanup with the edger attachment.

For my beard, at this price, I accept the extra work but will consider a different model/brand when it is time to buy another.
The power and trimming of this razor is fine. My issue is with the plastic cover that holds in your beard trimmings. Mine falls off easy, spilling the trimmings over the floor. Also the trimmings jam in the narrow vacuum slot. If you do something like take off the cover and bang out the razor over a trashcan, you will lose the filter in the trash can. I have adapted by trimming with my finger holding the cover on, and banging it out while holding onto the filter.
I have had a beard for 30 years and have purchased my share of trimmers. So far this has really impressed me. Hope it holds up!
Well, it sucks and it cuts. This is a terrible product. I have owned several other norelco trimmers and this is the worst. The only reason I did not return it is because it will work with AC power. The last Norelco trimmer, the battery life become so short, so quickly that it would not even let me finish trimming my beard on one charge, which is quite pathetic.

Pros: Uses AC power, okay triming attachment, vacuume is an okay idea
Cons: Loud, high pitched motor (particularly annoying in turbo mode), weak motor if used in standard mode, too easy to accidentally hit the on switch, guard is difficult to put on (doesn't allign easily), cheap plastic cover for hair collector broke after just a few uses.

Bottom line: An okay design and a horrible execution. I will eventualy find something else to replace this. I don't understand all the positive reviews. My old Panasonic was awesome and lasted several years but died last year and I can't find a good replacement that will also use AC power.
The T980 works very well for a consumer-grade device. The batteries last much longer than necessary (at least, in the first few months of ownership) but using the trimmer corded isn't a problem. And it's a snap to use.

There are a couple things you should know. First, the highest setting is about 3/4" so if you want parts of your beard longer, you won't have the automatic height setting available. Second, the shaping parts around the cutting head are all plastic, so this device wouldn't last long in a professional environment (where it might get dropped).

The vacuum collects perhaps 90% of your trimmings. Plan on changing shirts after use. :)

This Vacuum Nose-Ear Hair Trimmer works as advertised, sucking up the loose hair as it cuts, preventing the otherwise inevitable sneezing and nose blowing. And I guess it prevents cut hairs from falling into your inner ear too, although I don't think this has ever posed a problem for me ("what's that you said?")

Buyers should note that if the "mirror" on the cap appears dull and unreflective, you need to peel off yet another layer of plastic coating. There is a shiny, reflective glass mirror underneath, I assure you.

I also like the little cloth travel case included; my previous Panasonic nose trimmers lacked this feature.

Do I miss the light on this model? No, because the light never pointed at the trimming point any way -- it was more show than go.

It is definitely not as good as you can get at some of the coffee shops around here. I am not convinced that hot chocolate made in this device can be good. It is drinkable. It came free with our Keurig.
I just received my Keurig B60 yesterday and have been trying the sample flavors that came with it. The Green Mountain Hot Chocolate is by far the worst. This really does taste like hot water with just a hint of chocolate (I used the 7.25 oz. setting). I looked inside the K-cup to make sure cocoa wasn't left inside, and the machine did indeed get most of it out. It's just bland. I will stick with Swiss Miss.
These are the first thing I used after I got my Keurig, and man was a dissapointed. I was affraid everything from this machine was going to taste this way. The cocoa is watered down, and the reason for it is that most of the cocoa remains in the cup, even if you shake it before putting it in the machine. If you go through the hassle of scooping out the left over powder from in the cup and mix it in, it still isn't very good. The only thing I use these for now is to mix with coffee to make a mocha. If you're looking for a decent cup of hot chocolate try Gloria Jeans, they're pretty good.
This is good cocoa, but you'd almost have better luck just opening the K-cup and stirring it in. I have found that if I make it as per the box directions, I'll have about 1/4 of the cocoa still inside the cup.

Also, you do not want to do this on the large cup size - it will be so diluted that will not want to drink it. I make it using the middle sized cup and use 2 k-cups.

I got this on sale for $7, so it wasn't too bad of a price, but I think in the future I will just stick to buying a container of hot cocoa.
This Hot Cocoa has no flavor at all. Even when I used 6 oz of water instead of 8 and made sure all of the product in the K cup was used, it was tasteless.

I purchased this coffee for my mother for Mother's Day and she called to tell me the beans were old and dry, there was no aroma and when she attempted to make a pot of coffee, it had absolutely no taste at all. If I could rate it at ZERO stars, I would.
I was disappointed because I didn't pay attention to the quantity of the coffee. I feel it's way overpriced for the very little coffee you get. Two ounces of coffee for $8 is not a fair price.
The Wallenford Estate tends to be one of the better roasts of Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. (I find the Mad City roast to be slightly superior, but it is not available on Amazon.) There are some barbarians in my local area who believe that extreme dark roast is popular, so they do this ultra scorch job on Jamaican Blue Mountain. Wallenford Estate delivers promptly and withou any fuss.
This coffee is absolutely amazing. Don't get a BLEND do not, do not buy a blend. You're not getting the real thing. I've tried this through the coffee pot (using permanent gold filter) and through french press and it's absolutely wonderful. Sweet, nutty, fruity, everything it's made out to be. worth every penny. Such a wonderful cup of coffee. I usually like mine with cream and sugar and with this cup I didn't need either. Try it black with a small amount of sugar. Excellent. Someone suggested cutting this coffee with Kona. Wrong, wrong, wrong. This coffee doesn't need to be cut by anything. It stands up on its own and if your friends didn't notice any difference in the coffee they were driking you either a) made it wrong, or b) have friends with little to no taste buds.
Purhcased this for Christmas Dinner and shared with family. No rave reviews from anyone. Usually everyone enjoys our coffee but no one, not a one, commented on this brew (which isn't a good thing). We ground the beans right before roasting, tried a few different racios and realized that you need an extra amount of coffee per cup to give it flavor. Flavor is what we're after as coffee people but, this fell short of the rave reviews on Amazon. We never told anyone at Christmas Dinner about the coffee so we would get a "clean" report. Got nothing back and that's not good. For ourselves, we didn't find anything but flatness in this. It might be good to cut this with Kona. We're going to try that out. This is far too expensive to throw out so we have to find a way to enjoy it. We have used other Blue Mountain coffees and love it. We do NOT recommend this particular coffee.

This is about the best bacon I have ever tasted. It is also very uniform. You have just the right amount of fat on the pieces and they don't vary much. The taste is spectacular.
Was sipped fast too.
We first had this from our neighbourhood specialty grocery. My wife mocks me but even with shipping the five pound package via Amazon is cheaper. And the bacon is some of the best you will ever have. Well worth it, in our opinion.
This bacon is the gold standard! My husband says it is the best he has ever eaten. I will buy this for gifts during the holidays.

Great little flashlight. Good weight to it. Fits in glove compartment, tool box, kitchen drawer. Purchased one for everyone in my family. They were, "that's nice", until they needed some light. All are very happy they have it.
I have had several of these for many years. Good for finding a keyhole. Have now discovered the 3 AA LED Mag. Major improvement, a REAL light up the night instrument! For twice the cost, it is 5 times the light. Pass on the 2 AA, move up to the 3 AA LED!
I bought this flashlight after seeing all the advertising for Maglite. What a disappointment! It is small and puts out maybe 20 lumens of light, if that. The lumens are so low that Maglite never even lists the lumens on any of its products, unlike its competitors.

This thing might make a decent booklight but that is not what I bought it for. For the same price at this over-hyped, underperformer I could get a flashlight 5x as powerful!

This is a great cleaner. I always stock up and it's a good value for your money. I did wish it came in different scents though. It doesn't smell bad, but it could smell better. (Lemon, orange, anything else)
Bought my floormate from Amazon - great deal - it cleans so well, I now allow my kids to wear their white socks in the house. Drawback - the cleaner can be expensive if you just run out to the store and buy it - I've found it for less than $8 a bottle delivered online - but you may have to buy by the case. Great product - especially if you have younger kids that always seem to be making a mess.

Product is exactly as specified. The button to dispense the coffee requires a little more effort than the ones that use a lever, but the low cost makes that a non-issue. It will keep coffee drinkably hot for at least 8 hours.
This is the second Thermos Vacuum and we just love it. Keeps coffee hot and ready. Using the Pump Dispenser is very convenient. Just wish it wasn't so hard to find. Target should carry this item is stock at their stores.
Are you kidding me 15$ for this? it works great. well worth twice as much. I use it at work everymorning. I put a pot of coffee in at 5:30am and what is left at 4pm is still very warm.
The product goes beyond my expectations. I mainly use it to keep hot water in it (not boiled, just very hot), and ocasionally forget to empty it the same day. When I remember to empty the water the next day, I have to be carefull not to burn my hand, because the water is still very hot. The design is great, and the pump works just fine. Nothing more can be asked to a stylish, yet simple and reliable product.
I am able to put boiling water directly into the Thermos from the woodstove tea kettle and have hot water for dishes or tea for the next 24 hours. This product saves on electric bills. Great product. ralph

This is one of the best toys ever! My nephew, who is obsessed with finding and collecting bugs, was so excited when he got this. It is by far his favorite toy. I love that it has taught him to explore and respect nature. The vacuum itself is great - not too hard so it doesn't harm the bugs - and is easy and fun for the kids to use.
Got this as a gift for a 6yr old and he absolutely loves it! So far it is holding up and appears to be made from the durable plastic, not the cheap stuff. Seller was very fast too!
We bought this toy for our 5 year old son, he loves it. His three year old brother has fun with it too. The two of them run around the house searching bugs to vacuum up. Then they stare at them for a few minutes and we release them (or squash them when the kids are not looking, that'll teach those bugs to stay out of my house)

The suction is a little gentle, I guess that's needed so the bugs are collected alive and unhurt. This is more of a capture and study toy than it is a household bug eradication device. Either way, it works as advertised.

As a household with a bearded dragon lizard, this comes in handy chasing those stray crickets that manage to escape.
My eight year old loves it. Have not used it very much yet due to it being so cold outside. Hopefully it will last longer than his last one.

I know every time I leave a bad review, the maker gives me a negative.. however, the one we got from amazon was instantly loved by our son.

See, his first 2 syllable word was "Vacuum" (at 1 yr old), so we picked this up for him.

Upon installing the batteries, the motor would run for 2 seconds, then die. Wait for a cool down, it would start back up then do the same thing.

So when we packed it up for a return, he flipped. Its a bummer, because it did look like a fun and easy to use toy.

Your toddler will love this toy. It has lots of buttons, a red light and blowing foam pellets. It makes a realistic noise. It is the perfect size and is a good price. My only complaint is that the power switch is flimsy and the toy broke within two weeks. I am still giving this product a good review because I recognize that my experience may have been a fluke. If I could do it again, however, I would have spent a little more money for a toy that could stand up to the abuse that a toddler can dish out.
This vacuum has exceeded my expectations. I researched a lot of toy vacuums and decided to give this one a try. It was a great price, and my girls love this toy. It actually picks up some dust and lint, which was something that I did not expect. It appears to be quite durable and will provide years of fun for my daughters.
I bought this for my two year old. It makes noise and the little beads inside move when turned on. There is a detachable part equivalent to the old "dust buster". The only thing I don't like is there is a button for the handle to detach and it seems as if I am always finding the handle laying around. Overall, my son loves it.

I love shop vacs better than uprights because that is what we had (a bigger model) when I was growing up, and it was great for all types of floors, and for vacuuming up water. After using this vacuum it's great on floors and for carpets that are in vehicles but not for thicker carpets that are in rooms in most houses...so I have to keep the upright around for vacuuming the rooms. For the sale price though it was worth it but I wouldn't have paid it's retail price of $100.
When this product first arrived it worked very well having a ton of suction.
I am not sure what happened, but within 2-3 weeks the suction has decreased to the point that I do not use the product any longer. Cleaning the tank and filter does no good the the suction is basically gone.
Pros: Nice suction, durable, easy maintenance.

Cons: Side latches that hold the top of the vacuum down come free fairly easily, which can be annoying.

Otherwise a very good vacuum.

Everything about this vacuum makes me think it's junk. When will these manufacturers learn that consumers are craving a better-made shop vacuum? It is at the point now that I must be careful when I choose to vacuum because this thing just puts me in such a foul mood. It is just such a piece of garbage that I want to drive over it with my truck and then burn what's left.

Like almost every other shop vacuum manufacturer, the friction fit attachments, wand, and hose require Atlas-like strength to stay together. If you dont force them together, they simply come apart at the worst possible moment. Oh, I could count a million times this has happened to me. Recently, my wife was kind enough to clean my shop while I was away. Her first comment was "That shop vac is a real piece of crap. Now I know why it makes you so grumpy!"

Let's not forget the wheels either. Even the wheels are junk. Will these manufacturers ever learn to make a shop vac that can roll over its own power cord? When the wheels hit the cord, the whole unit comes to an abrupt halt; often pulling the hose apart from the wand (see above). Then you have to go back to the vacuum, spin it off the cord, and reassemble any parts that have come off.

The most used but least effective tool on the unit is the floor sweeper. Why oh why do they put the bristle part in front of the vacuum area on this fitting? It just makes the attachment spread the dirt. Honestly now, does this company ever try to use their own product? I doubt it.

The hose on these units are such a joke. Its like pulling a Slinky around the shop. The hoses are cheap and flimsy. Give the hose a slight tug and the shop vac does nothing. Give it a firm tug and it comes racing at you like greased lightning. Look out!

Then there's the filter issue. It clogs too easily. The only time you have real suction is when the filter is first cleaned. Within 5 minutes of use, more than half of the suction power is gone.

And lastly, there is a serious noise issue. A shop vac will make you deaf. The high pitch whine (even with the overpriced "muffler") drives an annoying sound through rooms, up stairs, and into your neighbor's house.

There are no good options for shop vacs. The Ridgid, Craftsman, and Shop Vac units are all the same. Each is junk. Save your money and buy a good quality broom and dust pan. Sweeping is fast, simple, and far less frustrating.

No problems for my needs.
On hills I sometimes have to give it a little foot pressure but no big deal. For best results some recommend adding a vacuum tank.
Fairly robust: My dog pulled it out of the dash and I was able to keep using it (with a few teeth marks and a few crimp connectors)
I am very happy with CCS100 Audiovox Cruise Control, It works great and could'nt have fit better, works wonderful. Shipping was on time. I installed this on my 1968 Ford Fairlane. The control switch is what sold me on this item. Thanks---Max
Audiovox CCS100 Universal Vacuum Cruise Control was purchased through Amazon. Less than other web sites, less than store price. Had issues in making item function. Called Audiovox tech. He was very helpful and complete in description for the problems I was having. As was installing on an old 68 Mustang model that has some modifications. Tech knew exactly what to do to correct. Then road tested. Satisfactory tested. Took on trip in Colorado, Road speed of car in cruise does not vary more than 2 mph up hill or down. Terrific software, naturaly good in is equal to good out. Pulse from drive shaft is great feedback. As the After market coil is not compatible with Audiovox CCS 100. Have brite led lites for brake lite turnsignal. Not compatible with Audiovox either. Tech on phone knew all about these items and corrected over phone.
I installed this cruise control in a Honda ST1100 motorcycle about 2 years ago. It worked perfectly right from the start, and I've not had a minute's trouble with it. On a trip to Washington, DC it held my selected speed to within 1 mph, regardless of terrain. The installation took some planning and effort, but was probably more difficult because of the close confines of the motorcycle internals. I think it would have to be much easier to install in an automobile, especially one with good accessability around the engine. Overall, I think this is a great product for the money!
I installed this cruise on a 1985 20 ft winnebago LeSharo with a Renault 4 cylinder motor and chassis. I was able to hook up to the VSS which made things a lot easier than using the magnets.
