So glad I researched this purchase first. I was originally going to go with the Electrolux, same price, but less power, also the reviews were just so so, many complaints about the battery not lasting.
Well the Black&Decker, exceeded my expectations, was able to clean the entire house without the battery ever losing power, I live in a 1,900 sq ft house and did all but one room. I have only one room with carpet, it did a great job on the Pergo flooring and the one carpeted room.

I have 2 dogs and a cat, so I need something easy, quick and powerful, this is all I need, super easy to clean, it holds a lot in the canister.

I am giving it 5 stars, but I can't compare it to any other cordless vacuum, this is my first one, but I have the Black&Decker handheld Extreme 15.6 volts and I love it, so I figured the reviews on this one and the small one I have would be a good risk.

This is compact too, really easy to operate, goes under tables and sofa with no problem, even the bathroom, which mine are really small.

It picks up everything too, at least everything I would use a regular vacuum on.

I highly recommend this to anyone, I would even consider getting this as a gift for my own family members, who all have dogs and lots of traffic.
Awesome in all the ways people sing the praises of.

Only 1 criticism to make it better: When you're using it, if you need to stop for a moment, it must be leaned against a wall to stand up. While charging it stores easily and neatly, but again, while using you can't put it down easily. Small compromise, but it would be cool if it could stand up when it is unfolded.
This is a good product. It's great on floors and decent on carpeting, but not that great on light rugs, which may roll-up and get caught in the brushes rather than staying put and allowing the vacuum to clean.
I bought one of these for my hardwood floors and also to help clean up around the cat litter box. I thought that since it was 18 volt it would be powerful but I was VERY wrong. This piece of junk barely picks up anything and kicks around more stuff than it picks up when you have the roller brush on. When you turn the roller brush off it just can't pick anything up at all. The only thing I noticed it works on is the few rugs we have but I got it for bare floors and it just does not have any power to do even simple jobs. For these other reviews that say its cleaning you are mistaken because I thought it was cleaning my hardwood floors too until I used it on my white kitchen and bathroom floors and could actually see it kicking stuff around and not even picking up the small things on wood floors you cant tell if its working or not so you think since its so loud and you see a little stuff spinning around in inside it that it must me doing some amazing job but its not. So if you are wanting this for bare floors then look elsewhere for one without a roller. I wish I could take this thing back but its too late all I can do now is write this review and hope it saves some one else money. I have a Bissell push sweeper that works better than this thing.

I've purchased this battery a month ago and so far no issues. Hopefully it will last longer than the original!
My original Roomba battery died after 1 year and 1 week. This replacement battery works great so far at about half the price and I don't notice any difference to the original battery. I don't expect the life time to be much less than the original either. So this is a great value!

This product arrived quickly -- in approximately 3 days. It was easy to install. It has worked great for about 3 weeks now. I haven't timed the robot's operating time to know if I'm getting extra time out of this battery, but it sure seems like it.
Excellent product! Works well with my Roomba 530. I got more than 120 mins out of this battery. Just hope the battery life is long.

I like to drink a glass of red wine everyday. I open a new bottle first day and close it with the pump. I also use Vinturi Wine Aerator to pour it. The wine tastes as good as if I am drinking from a freshly opened bottle. I use to discard wine after a couple of days, now I drink it til the last drop, which amounts to three more days. For a reasonably expensive wine, my wife doesn't complain about wasting money (although she does about drinking a glass everyday cursing American Heart Assciation)
love it. totally taken me away from my need to finish a bottle of wine in one sitting before it goes bad :)
Gave it to my husband and he really enjoys it. He likes how the pump clicks when it has pumped all the air out. Also, the wine pour spout is great - no more drops on your tablecloth.
My wife and I typically have a glass of wine at dinner. The Vacuvin product works very well. After pouring some wine, we seal the bottle after each use, vacuuming out the air, and the rubber stopper works well enough that we can lean the bottle on its side and put it back into the wine refrigerator. I am very glad I discovered this product recently. It really saves wine from going stale.

For a small camera, this mount worked great. I may not trust it with a larger pro-sumer camera (I have a DVX-100B which I didnt want to trust to the power of the suction cup)but it certainly gave me more than adequate mounting for some great low angle shots using a smaller cam corder. The swivel arangement lets yo get the camera in any needed position, and witht he removable head we were able to use it in conjuction with a tripod to create other shots that would have been difficult or immpossible to get.

Best money I've spent on camera mounts by far.
This mount was exactly what I was looking for.

The build quality could not have been better. It's made of very nice high quality metal, plastic and rubber. I have no worries about mounting my high end Nikon DSLR or Sony Hidef camcorder to this mount.

This mount has it's own built in pump and fool proof feature that will warn you if the mount is getting ready to loose it's suction.

I have had no problems with the mount loosing it's grip on several types of surfaces.

Another great thing about this mount. It's made in America!

I have a Nutone system (IM 3303) in my house. This particular purchase was a replacement for and orginal outdoor station. If I had to do it over and knowing what I know now, I would not have purchased a Nutone product. The system is 5 years old and I have replaced the initial home system along with 4/8 remote stations. Nutone uses (in my opinion) cheap components. Bascially the buttons and contacts (internal) break and or wear out. This particular outdoor station uses a cheap button for ringing the doorbell. They should do relability tests at Nutone and build something that will last.
I try not to get my expectations set too high when it comes to cheap switches. It is expected that a doorbell switch will fail after long exposure to the elements. Most are inexpensive, one replaces them and moves on, but to make a $40 doorbell replacement is a hard sell. I have replaced a number of these items. In the majority of cases the cheap little button switch is the cause of the failure, but the whole assembly needs be replaced.
Use some clear silicone caulk after connecting,(AND testing), the assembly to seal the rear of the switch, and to seal the housing to the wall. It will not stop the button from failing, but will extend the life of it.

Sorry to be so negative, but this is one of the worst toys I ever bought. It speaks badly for Dyson. I cannot figure out how to even use this vacuum. The screw stripped the first time we put batteries in. The toy gets stuck on any surface. It's too loud to be safe on high. The materials are VERY cheap. It was $[...] so I am upset. For $[...], I'd say it might be OK. This is a waste of money. (I don't even know if there is auto shut-off, but I have a feeling there is not). If I have to change the batteries, it's going to break!
It might look good in a museum (it's cute) but as a toy it is worthless.
I like the simply Dirt Devil Upright toy much better. I think it's $[...], and it's durable.
We have a real Dyson, so we thought it would be cool for our kids to have one as a toy. But this one is cheaply made. The wheels fall off, the front end falls off, and the wand is nearly impossible for an adult to take off. I would buy another product before this one if I was reading the reviews.
Ok. So I was skeptical when I read all these reviews on this product. I still went ahead and ordered it just because my 18 month old won't stop climbing on my Dyson. So it came and I have to say he loves it and I love it too! He won't stop playing with it. He will play with it all day and not once has anything popped off of it. The real test was when I got my Dyson out to see if he would want mine or play with his. It worked! He walked right beside me with his new Dyson and didn't want mine. It was totally worth the $36 I paid for it.
My son is addicted to vacuums and I was excited to buy this one because it makes noise and has the cyclone action. But, it isn't made very well. The front peice falls off constantly and the plastic isn't very durable. He still loves it, but it is a hassle for me because he gets frustrated with it.
I have to say I am a bit disapointed. I purchased this for my 30 month old son because he likes to use my dyson when I am trying to vacuum. This toy is not very sturdy, the front piece keeps popping off along with the two front wheels. This literally happened 15 minutes after playing with it. Although he has a blast picking up small pieces of paper with it. For the $40 I spent on this it could've been a bit more sturdy.

Item does no work. The pump is not strong enough to create the suction to extract the fluid out of any type of container or oil pan. I wasted my money on this item.
Ordered mine directly from Motive Products for about the same price. Mine was missing the flexible tubing for brake bleeding and the handle was defective. After emailing Motive, they promised to send a new handle and the missing tubing.

The unit worked as advertised. A bit slow but be patient. Remember to warm up the engine a bit (as directed in the instructions) and unscrew the oil filler cap before drawing the oil out. Beats crawling under the vehicles and struggling with the oil pan nut! Will try bleeding brakes with it next time.

I AM NOW PREPARING TO SWITCH OUT THE ALUMINUM BLAST-GATES WITH THE PLASTIC GATES. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PLASTIC BLAST-GATES Jet JW1007 4-Inch Blastgate. I HAVE HAD THEM NOW FOR ABOUT A YEAR. THEY WORK SMOOTHLY AND ARE JUST AS RUGGED AS THE ALUMINUM GATES. I HAVE HAD NO BREAKAGE OR MALFUNCTION AND THE GATES WORK VERY WELL WITH A GOOD SEAL.

The aluminum blastgates are well wirth the cost. My exhaut system works so much better since I took the plastic gates out. When you open and close the plastic gates saw dust and chips get in the slides,this blocks the slides from closing. This causes a leak because it does not close all the way. The aluminum one's are open at the end of the slide so they can clean themselves and close fully.
I replaced all my plastic blast gates with these, and now my dust collection system works beautifully. The slides on the plastic gates get obstructed with wood chips and debris. When they can't close all the way, the entire system is compromised. Paying more for these gates is definitely worth it.
These are more durable then the plastic ones for sure. But they leak around the edges and the closing plate bounces around and does not really shut until backpressure builds up. Also the closing plate, if unit is mounted vertically, will close by itself due to gravity. The locking screw is a pain when you want to quickly close and open gates. Seems like it would not have been too much trouble to add the $.02 worth of gasket to properly seal the unit and give the closing plate some friction so it doesnt close by itself.
The attachment throats are very short making it difficult to clamp to hose or pipe. Silicon caulk is the only way to attach it to solid pipe.

These are the same product and quality that you can buy from various sources, but these are 1/3 again as much!!

No matter whos' you buy expect to have to use some silicon to seal them up or they will leak mercilessly.

This unit is reliable so far. It makes using the dust collector/vacuum more convenient. 4 stars because it is made off-shore.
what a time saver. no longer do I have to walk all the way across the shop to turn on or off my dust collector.
Be careful this is not UL LISTED. The power cord is only 14 gauge, which is rated at only 14 amps. If you running a 20 amp line the cord would melt before the breaker would trip. Amazon shouldn't sell products like this. Buy American made products, they are rated for a reason, I returned the one I purchased.
Bought this for my Jet dust control system and it has performed perfectly.
Saves me from running back and forth from my tools to the off button on the collector. Buy it and enjoy.

I would like to state first that the Bissell solution that comes with it smells like a gingerly frolic through a citrus orchard, but works like grandmas old school mop that leaves streaks and spots. That out of the way, this product is AWESOME. We have wood floors and tile floors and this thing works "GRRRRRRRRRRREAT!" (that's a quote from Tony the Tiger) We have two toddlers that throw their food on the ground when they are done eating. This vacuums up on one side and then mops it up on the other. I have found that the 4 dollar gallon sized hard floor cleaning solution from Sam's Club (Proforce brand and pink in color) is the best solution ever. I use 1 teaspoon (not table spoon) per filling of the container and it dries fast with no streaks.

On another note the thing holds a good charge as we leave it off the charger for days at a time and it still works. You can't vacuum and spray solution at the same time, but who would?????

The unit is durable, one of our toddlers knocked it over 5 times a day for almost a year before it got a leak in the tank. I called them and it only cost 3 or 4 dollars to get a new tank. They sent a new one fast and were courteous.

My wife wanted to add the following:

Very useful on harwood floors. I have one and each of my two daughters have one.
This product has made our life easier. One item to both vacuum and mop. It makes our new hardwood floors look beautiful.
I purchased this item dirt cheap so figured I had nothing to lose if it didn't work out. I have 8 cats&hardwood floors&was looking for something to help clean up the never ending bits of litter that always seem to find their way around the house. This works great for that, for dust "bunnies"&misc dust&dirt on the floors. It doesn't work on carpets&isn't intended for that use. I am also very pleased with the amt of suction considering it has a small motor&it's not a heavy-duty vacuum. The charge also lasts long enough for me to do all my work. It's also pretty darn durable bec i've knocked mine over more then once¬hing has ever broken for fallen apart. I have never had a problem with water spilling out of the canister when i invert it to place back onto the machine. i am not even sure how that could be possible if the top is on tight. for hardwood floors i use murphy wood soap&it works great! some tips: empty the dirt canister frequently&wipe off the filter inside. also check the holes in the bottom where dirt etc actually gets sucked up in. these can get clogged with stuff too large to get up inside. i use one of those wire pipe cleaner type brushes you can buy for a buck at a dollar store. also, it doesn't hurt every once in awhile to take the bottom off and give the unit a good cleaning. just take out the screws, it's not difficult. if you want good results you need to do some minor cleaning&maint once in awhile. as usefull as it is, i do have a few complaints: first, if you do a good vacuuming then want to wash the floors i always have to put on a fresh pad as the one just used gets dirty from vacuuming&if you use it to then wash floors you are just pushing that dirt across your floors. switching just takes a second but the pads are not that cheap so it means you need a decent supply. i'd like to see them sold in larger units then just 3 with a better price. at least a pack of 6, maybe even 12. also, when vacuuming, the suction holes are only in the front so unless you get it all up going forward you can just end up pushing the dirt back at you. it would be nice to have suction holes in the front&back to hopefully alleviate this problem. other than that i am very happy&mine is getting lots of use.
I cannot say enough good things about this little contraption. I have 3 other variations of sweepers, moppers, and this one takes the cake! I am contemplating buying another because I'll be sooooo sad when this one kicks the bucket!!! Awesome and easy to use, holds a long charge(weeks) and so easy to refill!!!! YEAH TO BISSELL!!!

I would have used these hepa filters, but my vacuum needed larger filters, so I had to ship them back. They were brand new, though, and ready to use. Return went normal. I would recommend this seller, but make sure you know what size your vacuum needs, don't go by the photo for size comparison.
They work as well as the original and will buy again! I don't understand how people can give a negative review of this product b/c I have had no problems with it!
Bought this a month after my wife accidentally threw off the old filter.
Pros:
1. Excellent filtration of dust. Either the original/OEM filter was substandard or probably had a tear - our dark furniture used to get a fine patina of dust and we had assumed that it was time for a new vacuum.
2. Fit like a glove into my DirtDevil Vision and has been effective in keeping the dust well inside and away from the motor ever since.
3. The filter life can be extended easily by enclosing the filter in a plastic bag and hitting the black base on a wall/ground and getting as much dust out of it as possible (very easy to clean this way).
4. OEM filter costs more than double as per DirtDevil repair center and even in Target/Walmart!
Cons:
None whatsoever after 8 months of using ONE of those filters!
They work just fine and fit fine and great price and free shipping was very nice.

Product was not in original packaging, but was just what we ordered and expected. Good purchase!
The foil and cutters were reasonably priced and arrived in a timely manner. Everything was just as advertised.
As promised, the Remington SP62 Shaver Cutter&Screen arrived in fewer than 5 days in great condition in original packaging.
The parts arrived on time and in good condition. My 100 year old relative installed them and he has no complaints. (They were for him.)
When you need a new blade, you need a new blade. In order to maintain the superior shave of an electric (over a traditional razor blade) you've got to replace the heads periodically. There's a minor design flaw in these Remingtons in that the little spring for the cutters easily pops the cutters off when you've removed the foil to clean it. When the tightly wound new spring pops, it really flies, and it's tiny, and when you just woke up and lose this little tiny spring in your bathroom, it's just gone, very very frustrating. And, this package only comes with one spring, you can't buy a single spring.

My new Monster Floor Cleaner was delivered just 9 months ago. It has been used once a week to clean 500 sq ft of textured ceramic tile floor laid on concrete slab since. It did a very good job cleaning. I used distilled water exclusively and purchased additional pads. It frequently required repairs during those 35-40 uses and I longer consider it repairable. Here is what went wrong:

The jets in the front of the Cleaner seem like a great idea but cause more trouble than they are worth. They blow straight out so nothing is loosened. Instead, loose dirt is blown around out of control. The jet trigger is in the handle and opens the steam valve via a wire that gets off track and jammed from time to time. The jets tend to clog when the cleaner bangs into things. One could simply forget about keeping the jets running, but the control wire is the reason the handle breaks. The two sections of the handle are joined by a plastic connector that passes the trigger wire and isn't as robust as it should be. Mine broke twice. I carefully repaired it once and gave up when it broke again six months later.

The flaw I consider a show stopper is the floor steam valve. It turns the steam off when the handle is raised and controls the amount of steam. Mine was a little temperamental at the start but then worked dependably for several months. A few months ago it began sticking again, getting worse and worse. Steam flow is through plastic tubing which softens and kinks. Between the valve and the tubing it finally became impossible to finish the floor before the steam cut out.

I love cleaning the floor with steam. The Monster isn't tough enough for my floor though. It isn't quite hot enough for tile laid on a concrete slab. The handle is weak. The valves and tubing are not robust and not dependably over time. The steam control and the jets seem nice but lend additional weaknesses to the design.

Was hesitant about steam floor cleaners but gave this one a try and am I glad I did! It is a no-brainer to use and does a fantastic job. My Airedale dog seems to have 12 legs with footprints all over and this steamer gets the job done on the first try on my Solarium, tile and hardwood floors. Sounds weird, but the floors seem to stay cleaner longer. I love it and have recommended it to all my friends.
I love my new Monster. I have about 2000sq ft of tile in my house and used to spend 2 or more hours mopping my floors. Now my floor cleaning time is cut in half, plus my back does not kill me afterwards.
I had been looking at buying a steam mop when a friend of mine said she had bought the Monster and loved it. So I looked at the reviews on Amazon and decided to go ahead and purchase the Monster. The Monster does all the work for you. The steam does a great job of cleaning. The first time I used the Monster I thought this was too easy and must not being doing that great of a job. When I finished I took a Clorox wipe and wiped it over a tile to see if it was clean. The wipe came up clean. The Monster really works.
For the reviews that say the handle is flimsy, the first piece of paper that you see in the box has a big X over someone pushing down on the Monster handle and says let the Monster do the work for you. So if you follow the instructions your handle should not break.

I bought the Monster several months ago. I used to pay for weekly housecleaning and was so frustrated that they never got my floors clean; I have over 500 sq. feet of mexican paver tiles. Fired the cleaners and use my Monster and I am so happy with the results. My floors are shiny now. The floor dries almost instantly and the pads do a great job at getting up the grime. My gripe is that this item should have come with more pads, because 2 doesn't do the job. I am buying some extra pads. The quality of the machine is good. I had trouble putting the handle on properly and called the 800 number. They were prompt at answering and walked me through it. I agree with the other reviewers that the design of the mop prevents me from cleaning all the way under the cabinet toe-kick. We have a walk-in shower done in travertine and I use the Monster in there too. It works really well on the natural stone.
The only steam mop with front steam jets - cleans right up to the edge of the room, ideal for vertical corners, stair risers and kitchen baseboards. Also useful for pre- treating stains. The compact structure and curved reclining handle is very handy and efficient. Monster floor can easily reach into difficult corners and under furniture.The carpet sledge simply clips on to the base of the monster floor. The Microfibre carpet pad is trapped inside the sledge. With the sledge fitted the monster floor just glides over rugs and carpets with very little effort. The carpet pad will pick up surface grime, and the steam loosens the grit, animal hairs and ground-in dirt which can then be vacuumed away as the super hot dry steam leaves the carpet dry in a few minutes.
