Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (Not Bad.) 『Not a bad product at all. I've only used it for xlink kai to play PSP online. I've never been more than a few feet from the router so I can't comment on the range. It was delivered in like 2 days which is cool. It was a little hard to install, but I was specifically trying to use it for the PSP. (Remember to use the right drivers. :) ) If you are just looking for a wireless adapter the installation is basically plug n play.
Overall I'd rate the product an 8/10.』
(Works Great for Mac!) 『Technology can always be improved...works great but one time it grabbed a bad IP address or something and I had to unplug/replug it a few times. On the auto configure setting it grabs a random IP every time so usually it works but I'm sure manually configuring would make it flawless. I used it for a mac and it worked fine! 4.5/5 stars!』
(Very Poor) 『I purchased this product to connect my PSP-3000 to xlink kai. This particular model is riddled with problems and errors, and because of this products recent introduction into kai's market there is very little, and very poor customer support, for this model. If you insist on using a Planex brand USB card to connect to kai, do not choose this one. I am very disappointed in the service for this product, and very sad to say that the best thing I have to say about this product is that the shipping was great and fast.』
(Works with xlink!) 『I purchased this product so I could play Monster Hunter Freedom Unite online over xlink kai. Both my laptop running Vista and my PC running XP have the adapter installed and working. It didn't take too long to set it up on either OS, the xlink website has some great tutorials on getting this adapter up and running and synced with the console for both Windows&Mac operating systems. There is a bit of lag in the adapter detecting that I have left an ad-hoc room, but it is nothing major. The only problem I have is that occasionally other hunters will not show in the Gathering Hall, however I do not know if this is an xlink problem or an issue with the adapter itself. I defiantly suggest getting this when it comes back in stock!』
(Excellent) 『I use this with my N_Max LevelOne Wireless router and works very well, i get 150mbps. Using this with Windows 7 beta and the signal is always 100%, and the pc is far from the wireless (pc in room), the best of all? is very cheap.

The weight is a little more than the original Guitar Hero drumsticks but that didn't bother me.
A real turn-off was that the sticks are very noisy, to the point that I had to crank up the volume on the TV real loud so I could hear the music. For some reason this drumsticks generate a vibrating noise (i think it comes from the juncture between the transparent part and the non-transparent bottom) that reverberates.
I'll go back to wooden drumsticks but will keep this for when showing off Guitar Hero to my friends.』
(don't waste your money) 『These sticks are junk. Do not buy. The battery compartment is poorly designed and if you aren't really careful your sticks will be broken before you ever get to play with them. It doesn't really matter that much because if you do manage to get the batteries in them and working properly they are only good for about 10 minutes of play time because the sticks are plastic and snap very easily. Also they are about 4 times the size of real drum sticks and when your drumming with them the plastic slap is so loud you can't hear the game.』
(Sucks) 『Rock Band awesome, rock band two drum set awesome, these sticks okay I got them knowing they'd break sometime but not in the first week of having them. the soder on terminal for the leds to flicker broke off so I was okay with clear drum sticks but then used again and then item broke(seriously) in half at the grip so now I have one working drum stick. Not worth the money. Best Buy carries newer one solid plastic two piece(to this one with like 6) item which is much better, same price. Check out best buy before this item. Never threw them or beat the crap out of them they just up n broke.
5 star for Rock Band and Guitar Hero 1 star for these sticks』

They look cool when they work.』 『Tired of the original wooden, small diameter drum stick. Here is your perfect alternative. This whole body of this drum stick will light up in flame red or electric blue when strike on any surface, giving you a dramatic light show when playing drummer in Rock Band. Now who said drummer is always sitting behind the scene!! The tip of the drum stick is also coated with silicon to reduce annoying thumping noise when playing.』

(It works great.) 『This Wii LAN adapter is cheap in price but it works like a champ. I purchased this product because I had a poor WiFI connection on the second floor of my home. Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (If you like to have frustration, get this game.) 『I ended up quitting this game less than half way through because there were so many pissant things that had to be done, and it was very linear in nature.』
(Essential) 『Okami easily makes my list of best games on any system. Its beautiful graphics, great sense of humor, and the feeling that you're really making a difference in the virtual world makes playing Okami a very special and unique experience.
One doesn't necessarily need this guide to get through the game, but if you're like me, you want a linear, foolproof system to get just about everything. The writing is very straightforward and doesn't reveal many spoilers--just how I like my strategy guides. Sidequest availability and extras are also appropriately placed within the walkthrough, eliminating the need to flip back and forth through the guide.
So if you want to get a good guide that'll help you get 100%, look no further than here. It's also a lot prettier to look at than the downloadable ones online!』
(Good Guide For Great Game) 『I actually opted to buy the Okami guide for Wii because, like so many of us right now, it worked better for my budget. I own a PS2 copy of the game myself and there are really no differences between the PS2&Wii Guides, except for the controller layout. The guide is filled with the lush, colorful character art that is so prevalent in the game. The descriptions for each act of the game are descriptive&provide you with enough information in case you get stuck at a certain point and (like I did) need that extra hint on how to proceed. The guides in the back of the book to find all of the Stray Beads&monster "hitlists" are a big help as well.
The only thing that sticks out in my mind as lacking in this guide are the area maps. They give general info about where to find treasure chests and clovers that provide you with extra "praise" (hey, Okami is a god after all!) but they are basic and don't provide the extra detail like some maps for other games of this genre.
All in all, this guide is an excellent resource for what has swiftly become one of my favorite video games of all time. A BIG thanks to BradyGames for making the Okami Wii Guide cross-compatible!』
(great book) 『it's great I bought my grandson the gamefor xmas and so he wanted the book love's it help's a lot thank's.』
(Learn the Way of the Wolf) 『For the Wii, BradyGAMES Okami guide is very much the same guide you got on the PS2. So if you have the Playstation 2 guide or if you come across it, you'll be fine just buying that one if you can't get the Wii version of the guide. Being that you're basically getting the same guide, I'm going to repost that review here rather than forcing readers to go to the Playstation 2 review.
In this day and age, a good strategy guide is actually pretty hard to find. Luckily there are still some good ones out there, and the Okami Official Strategy Guide by Bradygames is definitely a good one. If you're stuck on Okami and really need a leg up, then this guide is your ticket to doing so.
The guide begins with a prologue, that basically introduces you to the story of the game. It's about the same as the introduction to the game itself. So it's not really a spoiler. Afterwards it'll introduce you to the characters. There are several Nippon Folk throughout the game, and the guide will tell you just who you can find. With the exception of Amaterasu and Issun, there are no profiles really. Each character just has a quote below them, but you'll want to keep their face in mind for when you see them in the actual game. The guide waste no time here.
Afterwards we get into our basics. The brush techniques section gives an in depth description of each brush tecnhique and tips on how to use it. It's perfect and can really help you out if you're having trouble, as it gives some nifty tips on things like how to keep a straight line. The section dedicated to helping you control Ammy is also fairly detailed. Giving you a list of all the weapons, divine attributes, a shopping list and moves. These sections are also really detailed. The guide tells you how much praise you'll need to level up your ink pots, solar energy and more. They also detail all you'll need to know about shopping and how to unlock all the moves. there's no reason not be very knowledgable on the game after reading this section. It also details on all the secrets and bonuses here, none of which spoil the enjoyment of the game. This portion just gives you a run down of completion data and rewards for doing so as well as Issun's presents. Nothing spoiled here.
Now for the most important part of any strategy guide: The walkthrough. It's really detailed, for the most part. The sections are divided into Acts. Each Act begins with an introduction on what you need to do, and then goes on to explain the different locations. Each area begins with a list of objectives you need to complete. If you don't understand any of them, they're expertly written in the text of the walkthrough. The guide as a whole is very detailed, clear and concise. The screenshots are crystal clear as well.
The walkthrough also talks about each and every side quest you can do throughout the game. Whether it be digging up turnips before some crazy lady socks you, or simply feeding animals, the guide has it covered and it's very in depth.
Each area is also presented with maps. These maps are almost lifted directly from the game. They're easy to navigate, although I can't say they're extremely detailed. They point out treasure chests, but they don't tell you what's in them in an items list or anything. You'll be able to read about in the main text of the walkthrough, but it really would've helped if they'd simply given me an items list at the beginning of each section to go off of. They also neglect to point out pots and food and they don't always mention it in the main text itself. The good news is that the game itself is easy to navigate as it is, so the guide doesn't suffer too terribly there.
Another bad thing about the walkthrough is not always to the point. It often explains why you must do objectives, and sometimes these explanations contain spoilers. There are no major spoilers in the walkthrough, only minor ones. Still, it's rather annoying when the walkthrough won't get to the point, and it spends too much time explaining why you must do something when it could be telling me how to do it.
For the most part, however, the boss strategies are really good. You'll find that most bosses fall easily to these strategies, although it may be better to use your own at some parts. For the most part, however, the boss strategies serve their purpose.
After the walkthrough you'll find the section called the "Lupine Logbook" which details almost everything unrelated to the story. The wanted lists like Mika's monster notebook and such. It'll tell you the enemies you need to find and just where to find them. Here you'll also find a complete list of animals you can feed (along with their location) as well as a list of treasures you can sell. There's also a complete listing of stray beads. The stray bead portion of this section is divided by location rather than just a list. This makes this portion of the guide very easy to use.
Finally there's a bestiary for you to use when it comes to the various enemies throughout the land. It's not a terribly detailed bestiary but has some fairly good tips on how to down your enemies, so it's still pretty good on the whole. These battle tips can be used to defeat most of your enemies with ease.
Something about the guide as a whole however is that it clearly illustrates the game itself. In other words the guide actually has a very similar look and feel to the game itself, which can always help. It's very decorative, especially the artowrk. This makes the guide much more than just a guide, but also a collector's item for Okami fans.
Okami is an expansive game, no doubt. The only way you're going to be able to conquer everything is to invest in this guide. The walkthrough is solid, and the misc. features are also essential. If you're stuck on Okami, this is where you go for help.』 『

As a Kiwi, I stopped reading when i got to the bit about New Zealand Maori, p256. I'd already decided this is a sensationalist eco-weenie guilt trip, but the descriptions of parts of NZ as "a virtual desert" blamed on Maori burnoffs, and how settlers "often" found ploughing difficult because of the number of moa bones, I gave up. I'm a greenie from way back but I like to stick to reality when defending the environment
the suggested solution of a "web supported" world full of small democrartic communities is such hairy-armpit, dope-smoking, hippy rubbish I found myself laughing out loud. I'm fascinated to know who is going to design and construct and distribute the servers to enable this web-supported world, let alone who is going to host and maintain them

(James BUrke scores again) 『A fascinating journey through history. If you're a fan of James Burke's "Connections" you'll love this book.』
(Axemaker's Gift) 『Overall really worth reading. The first two chapters, containing pre- and early-historical scenarios, are essentially speculative, added apparently (?) for some concern of the authors that their thesis might not seem properly comprehensive. Nonetheless, the remaining chapters are exceptional, containing what might be the best historically-derived explanatory description of the crippling foibles of western civilization that's been produced so far by western scholars. Burke and Ornstein are precise, elegant and thorough in their synthesis of widely-dispersed and multiple threads of sociology, psychology, epistemology, history/philosophy of science&technology, and political, religious and economic history. For 350 pages packed with what's actually behind western civ, you can't get a better deal.』
(Excellent) 『As a future technology teacher, this book really brings out the points that I would like students to contemplate. As you can see from the rest of the reviews, their work does provoke quite a discussion. However, it is definitely not the last book you'd want to put down on the subject, but a great overview and set of opinions to get you started. I only wish my professors would invest in it.』
(Burke&Ornstein's Gift to Us) 『Technology began as soon as humans determined to use tools. Burke and Ornstein call these people the axemakers. The axemakers' talents offered us a bargain, and we took it, despite its multifarious effects. "In our ancient past, the all-powerful axemaker talent for performing the precise, sequential process that shaped axes would later give rise to the precise, sequential thought that would eventually generate language and logic and rules, which would formalize and discipline thinking itself" (p. xii). Accordingly, with every invention and modification of technology, humans learned to adapt to the effects of that change. The authors of this book argue that for the first time in human progress, "we can consciously take our development in our own hands and use it to generate talents that will suit the world of tomorrow"
Easy reading--interesting -- consistent message. The authors may bend the historical discussions to maintain the metaphor, and how well its double edge works. Language, a primary gift, diminished the elders' responsibility to teach, but offered the opportunity to learn from many sources, past and present. For today's leaders, a warning remains clear: Evaluate what is new and its consequences before rushing to embrace it. The Axemaker continues to hone a double edge of hope and hurt. Burke and Ornstein call upon us to take care -- to avoid the "cut and control" concepts that separate people, ideas, scientific thought, emotional well-being, and society. Technology can work for us if we seek the wholeness of life.』
『Historian James Burke and psychologist Robert Ornstein illustrate the spiraling impact from humankind's development of technology. Now, the authors argue, we need to learn how to shift human society back into harmony by understanding and respecting the basic wisdom of the nontechnical world. A major achievement that journeys through human culture and issues a wake-up call for us all to take control of our future.』
Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (Awesome! Only one complaint...) 『This game was always fantastic. Converting it for the Wii has made it even better. My only complaint is that you can't change the buttons in the options menu. Which means don't plan on using your Wii Zapper or any other gun device. That would've made this a five star game instead of just a four.』
(Perfect) 『It did what it was supposed to do. It walked you through beating the game...with great detail.』
(Not as Good as Previous Version Guides But Good Nontheless) 『By now most of you probably have RE4 down to a tee. Chances are you bought the Wii version because you wanted to experience the new controls. While the guide is largely unneeded by those who've played the Gamecube and PS2 versions to death, that shouldn't suggest that it's a bad guide. Although, if you really are picking this up either because you don't remember things or because it's your first time through, it's not such a bad guide. On a last note of caution, if you DO actually have the BradyGAMES guide for the PS2 version of the game, then please... save your money because not only is that guide far superior, but everything included in that guide will cover the Wii version. In fact, I'd even go as far as to suggest you buy that guide rather than Prima's Wii Edition guide (even though it is for the PS2, you can just as easily use it just remembering the controls are different).
The guide begins, like just about every other guide in the world, with the basics of the game. Giving you all the detail on what you'll find in the guide as well as controls, everything you need to know about combat and the like. It'll also give you a good run down on the weapons, even going so far as to tell you when you can upgrade and even telling you which weapons are the best of each type. The guide is also full of small note call outs and tips that actually serve to aid you rather than being entirely useless. There's also a run down of the enemies here, with them telling you which ones are of a big threat, and what they're more vulnerable to. All the game basics stuff is actually pretty well done and very informative. Again, however, you're not getting anything here that you can't get in BradyGAMES guide for the PS2 (or even the Gamecube) version. It list off all the key items and tells you where you can find them and how much they sell for and even if they can be combined with anything. So in terms of getting acquainted with the game, this guide is perfect for beginners. Although, the guide never touches on the fact that you can actually use the classic controller or Gamecube controller if you like.
The walkthrough is certainly better than most guides Prima has done in the past. It hits a high point and a low point. Thank goodness there aren't a lot of low points. Firstly, the maps are fairly generic. They tell you where all the items are and such, but they look as though they're pulled straight from game. You can use them, but they're really basic. It's not really so much the maps and screens that get to me so much as it is the style in which the guide is written in. The walkthrough does a great job of pointing things out to you and telling you what to do. It also has its little notes and tip callouts. It's got all the puzzle solutions you could ever want and even brings up new enemies when you first encounter them.
So what exactly is wrong with the walkthrough? It's extremely sluggish and slow. By that I mean, there are times when it reads like a novel. I don't know why it takes two pages to detail how to kill the very first villager you encounter but it does, and only one paragraph of that is actually dedicated to telling you how to do it. The rest of it? Telling you what's happening in the games narrative. This means that for those going through RE4 for their first time its spoilers galore. Now I don't mind spoilers, it's the risk you run when you buy a strategy guide to anything. However, I do expect a strategy guide to get to the point and Prima's RE4 guide does not do so. It waste a lot of time narrating the story and catching you up on it. If you're someone who likes to use a strategy guide while playing the game, there's going to be a lot of time spent reading the guide rather than actually playing the game. It's narrative format also means it's not all that organized either. With a guide as thick as this (more than 300 pages) organization should've been a top priority and here it clearly wasn't. The walkthrough isn't bad, it's just slow and doesn't get to the point, something that nowadays is fairly critical in strategy guides. If the walkthrough were organized better and didn't spend so much time telling me what the game is already telling me, it'd be a lot easier to use. It'll get you through the game, and on the whole it's an excellent walkthrough, but organization and quick referencing is important. Both of which this guide lacks. If you just need the guide for a simple puzzle solution, you'll be flipping through the guide for a while. You'll find which chapter you're in quickly (thanks to the handy-dandy table of contents), but you won't find your puzzle solution fast because there's no call out for them. It also doesn't help that the screenshots are small and some of them are blurry.
After the walkthrough we get to all those nifty secrets. This is one of the guides better qualities. It tells you how to unlock all the weapons and costumes. Every secret is unearthed here. It's not so bad, really. The guide also covers Separate Ways and Assignment Ada. The problem with these two sections is that once again, they're sluggish and don't get to the point, and they're written in the narrative fashion that has little to no organization. You'll get through them, but again, you really wish the guide would get to the point. After all, it's the game's job to inform me what's happening in the storyline. It's the strategy guide's job to get me through it. At least those two games are shorter than the main game.
The final section, the preview for Umbrella Chronicles is pretty cool, although there's not a whole lot of detailed information here. Most of it actually reads like an advertisement you'd see on the back of a video game box. In other words, it's really just hype. It's interesting, though, and I'd say if you're an RE fan you might want to check that out.
On the whole it's an excellent guide, but the organization issues as well as the narrative format really keep this guide from being as good as it should've been. Also, if you've got the BradyGAMES guide for the PS2 version, then there's no real reason to invest in this one. Again, however, the BradyGAMES guide is far superior. Even if you've got the Wii Edition of RE4, the BradyGAMES guide for the PS2 version will still help you (provided you remember the controls aren't the same). It's a good guide, but it's another guide that's a bit exhaustive for a game it doesn't need to be exhaustive for.』 『Don't let the fear infest you!

Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (There's no need to pay a lot for an HDMI cable) 『[Anyone remembers the old "I am not going to spend a lot for this muffler" commercial?]
Just in case someone may feel guilty for not paying a lot more for, basically the same thing, let's look at one of our top of the line offers in premium HDMI, Monster HDMI 1000HD Ultra-High Speed HDMI Cable (2 meters) and do a quick comparison.
For a lot less, the BLUE Advanced supports the HDMI 1.3a/b standard. Any HDMI 1.3 cable can carry up to 10.2 Gbit/s. Hmmm... I suppose the Monster is much better, right? Well... it "guarantees a certified cable bandwidth of 10.2" Okay, but the Monster also supports "x.v.Color, and Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD". It turns out that, all of the above, and more, are part of the HDMI 1.3 specs and they are fully supported by every cable that complies to the standard and can be had for about 95% less in the Premium Gold. The expensive brand presentation simply enumerates the HDMI 1.3 specs as if it being HDMI 1.3 compliant was a really big deal. It is not a big deal. Even a cable that costs 95% less is HDMI 1.3 compliant.
My suggestion: if you think that the proponents of the expensive brand have a point when they claim that their product is a lot more durable, buy TWO Blue Advanced wires and still pay significantly less than half of what you would pay for one of the expensive ones.
My personal experience: I've never paid 'a lot' for an HDMI cable because it makes no sense to pay more. I took home one of the 'expensive' ones once because the salesman promised to take it back if I wasn't amazed by the difference. It made zero difference and I returned it. ________________________________________

I find it hard to hit the letter buttons on the screen with the controller when I'm trying to type. This keyboard fixes all that crap. also you can use this keyboard with some games when inputting your letters for character names. Sure, there could be more buttons or other things that would complicate operation, but if you think about it, you have a keyboard and mouse (the controller), this makes web navigation super sweet. I have wifi in my house, and my wii hooked up to it. if the family comes over and wants to see websites or a whole bunch of girls want to shop online, it's great to be able to sit on the sofas and everyone see the webpages on the lcd tv in the lvnrm. I recommend this for anyone who is really wanting to use their wii for more than just gaming.』
(LogitechWiiKB) 『Great keybd for the WII. Easy, fast bluetooth connection. You can surf the web on TV easily with this keybd.』
(Good) 『Its a good keyboard... It's compatible with all of the Wii's menu's and it is also compatible with various channels, like the internet channel. It is also compatible with all of the Wii's homebrew, eg Guitar's on Fire, Guitar Fun, Debian Etch for Wii, etc. It was only worth buying because it's wireless and matches the Wii, though, any USB keyboard would work... By the way, if you're using a regular keyboard on the internet channel, you can use Alt + Enter to press Okay. It lacks some keys, if you're using it on a PC. It doesnt have the Print Screen, Scroll Lock, and the pause keys... But, it does have keys exclusive for the internet channel. Also note, the Page/Home scroll keys don't work... IMHO, the on/off switch should be larger, it's a bit of a hassle to turn it on and off everytime you start your Wii. Oh, and the reconnect button doesnt even do anything, ha. The battery life is decent, it could be longer, but its wireless :\』

(Can't get to main screen) 『I guess you need to play all games once to get to the main screen where you can choose which game to play. I hate that. Except for getting an extra remote, it's worthless. Don't spend money on this -- better get a remote as is.』
(Must have another remote) 『You can't have a wii with a single remote - so you might as well buy one with some extra games. This games are recommended to wii newbies.』
(Wii Play games) 『I was disappointed in most of the games . I particularly was interested in the PingPong game ,but it was difficult to play because the table seemed too short, which made the game so fast it was hard to hit the ball. At least I got an extra remote that came with it.
』
(This one's a no brainer) 『There's really no reason NOT to get this. Sure, the games aren't that great, but they're still some fun with friends and for the same price as a regular remote, you can't go wrong.』 『Bundled with a Wii Remote, Wii Play offers a little something for everyone who enjoyed the pick-up-and-play gaming of Wii Sports. Usually ships in 24 hours Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (A fun game that is like the theme park ride) 『I must admit first off, I am a casual gamer. I like to play video games from time to time, but they are not my passion. So games like this one, easy to pick, easy to play, and easy to put down are my favorite types of game. This game does mimic the theme park ride, since I just came back from Disney, I found this to be a lot of fun. Many of the screens are the same ones at the park. The animation is fantastic, I loved that most of the character voices from the movies are included. This would be a perfect game for the whole family, or even at a party. If you enjoy games with arching theme plots that provide hours and hours of good game play, I would pass on this game, and select something else. If you are looking for something everyone can play, this is the game for you.』
(Toy Story) 『There are a lot of fun games. The 3D isn't perfect, but still a lot of fun.』
(Review from a 6 year old) 『It is really good because the games were really fun. I really like the dart game. I liked the marble game too.』
(Great fun if you've been to Disney) 『My kids absolutely LOVE this game. (I have to admit my husband and I stayed up playing it after the kids were asleep the first day we had it.) I can see how it would be boring if you had never been to Disney and played the "real" Toy Story Mania. However, we had just gotten back from Disney the week before we got the game. It IS very similar to the ride, with a few extras added in. My kids are 6, 5, and 4, so the 3D glasses didn't last long in our house.』
(I cannot believe I didn't like it at first! Once I got the hang its my favorite game of all!) 『I had previously posted a bad review on this game.Well I am here with a changed mind! I have played it NON stop for the past 4 days, I waited that long to edit my review just to make sure I still felt the same and I do. This game is awesome but you have to know HOW to make it awesome. Basically I did not understand how to work it the first time I played it so I felt very dissapointed in it,but once I got the hang of how the game is SUPPOSED to be played it met my hopes dreams and expectations! Take note here I had originally given this game 1 star but I am changing my rating to 5 stars. Here is the trick, you want to go into the game and go to Story Mode and complete each tent in the set, this may take you a couple of hours or less depending on how much talent you possess( but even if you don't it is very fun!) there are only a few games in the Story mode that are really annoying (the fishing game, the lasso rope, matching Hamms movements, the teacups that spin, and the butterfly board) but all of the others are really exciting and fun! Once you have unlocked all the games you have earned enough tickets to go into the Prizes department (back in Andys room mode) where you want to purchase each game in each category (animals, western, space, army etc.) Once purchased you want to go to the free play mode and choose Quick play, there you will see a wheel with the symbols for each game type category, you want to grab the little yellow triangles underneath it and turn it whichever way you want too. There you can choose any game you'd like to play and you can play them over and over anytime you want. Just make sure when you are done playing to exit by pressing the B button over and over till you are back at the beginning menu with the Toy Story Mania logo and the circle showing to press the (1) from there you can go back to the Wii Menu without losing any of the games you have unlocked.Another tip many people complain about sitting through the instructions each time all you have to do is press A and B at the same time repeatedly and it will rush through them super fast and take you to the beginning of the game. All in all this game becomes very very addictive and super fun! ( My favorite games are Tossed in Space and Tossed in Deep Space,Flying Discs in Space, Space Hoops,Hamm and Eggs,Bacon and Eggs,All 3 of Bo Peeps balloon Pops,Both Rootin Tootin Shootins,The Mine Cart, and all the Green Army man plate breaks). I recommend this game to anyone who has ever enjoyed theirself at an arcade or carnival and any fans of Toy Story.Would make a great Christmas present for anyone!』 『Disney/Pixar: Toy Story Mania! Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (Wii Rock Band 2 Special Edition) 『I received Wii Rock Band 2 Special Edition without the game DVD. All the same sets in the retail stores come with the game DVD There was no game DVD in the set sent. I had to go out and purchase the game from ToysRus on the night of my Grandson's birthday which meant the Wii game I purchased online ended up costing me more than if I had just bought it in the store. Also, it was supposed to be a new game but it did not come in the correct packaging. My entire family was very disappointed.』
(Rock on! This is an air-guitarist's dream!) 『When I was a kid, me and my cousins would go out on the back deck and set up a small faux stage with plastic toy instruments, set up a cheap stereo as loud as it'd go and jump up and down pretending we were playing the hard rock and metal songs we were listening to at the time.
Needless to say, if this was available 25 years ago, we never would have stopped!
The song catalog is good, with a lot of downloadable content and frankly, this is the most fun I've had with a video game in a long time! It's a little costly for the full set, but this is easily one of the best "party" games you'll ever have for your system and unless you're a tone-deaf person with no rhythm and hate music, you'll enjoy this game. There's a good mix of modern music and oldies in the game, but it's definitely slanted to pop/rock/metal - there are packs for other genres such as country-western, but I haven't messed with those. I'd expect they'd be quite fun. My only complaints are as follows. I don't care for the fact that you have to play to unlock all the songs - they should all be available from the get-go. There is a code workaround for this (check the web) but it's annoying. Also, for some reason on the Wii, Rock Band 2 will not let you use a SD card larger than 2 GB, even though the Wii with it's updates can access those cards. This is annoying, as the downloaded content takes up quite a lot of space. Otherwise, very fun!』
(Wii Rock band 2special edition) 『My 10 year old daughter loves it. So far we are only using the drums and guitar. We have not set up the mic yet and we are not sure if we need a USB or not. Overall, she loves the songs and is having a great tiem using it』
(Needs occasional calibration, otherwise it's awesome!) 『I can't play a musical instrument to save my life. Neither can I sing all that well. Fortunately talent in either fields is not required in RockBand 2. You just have to be able to keep up.
The game is filled with songs that many of the players will be able to recognize, but if don't then fear not- it is still easy to keep up with the music. (You may actually discover a new song or two that you'll like!) I am a mediocre gamer&I was able to keep up fairly easily with the game in "easy" mode. The controls are very easy to get used to&I really do love the various options for band clothing.
I bought the full set (drums, guitar, ect), which makes it fun for when I have quite a few people who want to play. I liked being able to customize my character's general appearance (other than just the clothes)&give them a new hairstyle&tatoos.
The only thing I'd say is a problem is that at times I did have to recalibrate the game, but it didn't take very long&to be honest... it's not that big of a problem. It's not a deal breaker or anything. No wait... that's not entirely true. I do have another problem. The game is cutting into my sleep&budget as I keep playing on into the night&buying additional songs, because the game is very much that fun&addicting!!!』
(WII Rock Bank 2 Special Ed.) 『This is exactly what my daughter wanted for her birthday. She loves it. Please note the description on amazon does not list the microphone but there is one in the box.』 『A hundred new songs, better instruments, and original modes ensure you'll be rocking past the wee hours. That's why it hurt my leg and my wife's leg. I was buying this item because I tried out the Isqeeze at the mall, but the price at the mall was $499. (Great Deal!!) 『I purchased this product since it was cheaper than the version offered at Brookstone. My wife loves it, she has used it almost every night since Christmas '08. The product has worked as we expected it to. I personally however don't like it or the one offered at Brookstone as it will crush your feet. So I suggest that you try this out at the store. If you can handle the pain then by all means purchase this one as it is much cheaper than Brookstones and this model offers a nice LCD display that shows which mode it is in. Massage wise it is identical to the Brookstone version. The vibration and the kneeding is all the same.
