(Penguin Webkinz)
(webkinz penguin: adorible, fun and educational.)
(It's Webkinz. What more do you need to know?)
(Great toy for kids) Not only huggably soft and lovable, but comes with a code to enter the wonderful online world of Webkinz and create a pet; play fun and educational games to earn points to feed and stylishly clothe and accessorize your beloved pet, as well as furnish its cozy, ultramodern home. Too many and diverse games to grow bored anytime soon!
My kids love webkinz and some of the games on the website are even educational. I bought this webkinz at a store for my daughter, she had one webkinz before and wanted it because everybody said it was soooo adorible in real life and online. She's had it for about a month now and adores it. When you adopt it online you get a fishcycle, and an ice refregerator.
Webkinz is a wonderful website for kids. It's educational and is almost like having a real pet and some ca-ching in your poket. you set out into a virtual world filled with freinds fun and games. you can buy a garden and fill it with a pool, fruit and vegtable patches and some outdoor fun. I recomend webkinz for any kid who loves to play and learn. Although lately we have found that many of our Webkinz animals come with small holes in the seams (presumably due to missed edges due to fast sewing) they are easy to fix. Webkinz is a very fun program, and they often update features to keep it interesting. Pricey, but addictive fun for kids AND grown ups. My 10 year old daughter loves it. All her friends in school have webkinz toys and they play interactive. Meet the Webkinz, lovable plush pets with a secret code that lets you enter Webkinz World. With it, you enter Webkinz World where you care for your virtual pet, answer trivia, earn KinzCash, and play the best kids games on the net! Learning and loving awaits a new Webkinz or Lil' Kinz owner. These velvety-soft plush pets are made for hugs! Rerations < Webkinz Penguin >

(Great Game!)
(Totally customized Monopoly Game)
(The Pixar Monopoly is lovely)
(My kids' favorite new game) The board is great. Monopoly is fun and exciting and this board brings it back up all the excitement that i use to have when i was a kid. I play this with my little niece and she loves it. Though, she does tell me from time to time to play with her and it kind of gets annoying consider she sucks at it. Its like taking a candy from a baby. You cant go wrong with it. Youll love it. This is a no-brainer...if you love monopoly -- you'll love this Disney Pixar edition. I have boys ranging 4-10 and we all love this game. The game is the EXACT same as the original -- just different playing pieces, hotels, property names, etc. If you love Monopoly Games, this is a great add to your collection. It features the characters you love from Disney, and it is a monopoly game that is truly customized down to the hotels and houses. If you look at the other collectors editions of monopoly games, the custom job stops at the houses and hotels: they go cheap and "rename" these items and maybe re-color but it doesn't cut it like actually changing the hotels and houses to new shapes. So check this out: and be careful when you buy other monopoly games: they may describe themselves as "fully customized" but unless they change the hotels and houses, it's not true! when I saw this Pixar Monopoly I decide to bought it, my 4 year son love all Pixar movies, is pretty and it's completely different from the traditional one, whe love it! We had just started introducing our 5 y/o son to Monopoly when we saw this. Since both my kids love Pixar, I decided to try it out. They love it! It's been the only game they independently drag out to play, or beg us to play, for the last 6 months. My son learned more about counting and money from playing this than he has in kindergarten, I think. The only downside is that a lot of play means cards and money start going soft, but considering the payoff with the kids, I'd say it's most definitely worth it. There's a lot of wheeling and dealing going on at the Disney/Pixar-themed movie lot. How much would you pay for Edna Mode's mansion? How about the Parr's family home? Or maybe Gill's Pirate skull is more to your liking. Travel the board as your favorite Disney/Pixar-themed token, including Buzz Lightyear, Boo and Sulley, Nemo, Mr. Incredible, Lightning McQueen and Remy. Your favorite Disney/Pixar properties are now on the auction block, so make your way around the board as you buy, sell and trade your way to the top of the lot.Includes a gameboard, title deed cards, money and banker's tray, six Littlest Pet Shop pet pawns, 16 catnip cards, 16 doggie treat cards, 12 dogs homes, 32 pet carriers, two dice and instructions. Tokens include Buzz Lightyear, Boo and Sulley, Nemo, Mr. Incredible, Lightning McQueen and Remy. For 2 to 6 players. Rerations < Monopoly Disney Pixar Edition >

(Kids Love It)
(Nice game for preschoolers)
(Chutes and Ladders)
(It's a classic!) Shipping was fine, game was in fine condition. The kids had more fun assembling the spinner and game pieces than actually playing it. Maybe they'll enjoy it when they're older, my oldest is 4. Well, Chutes and Ladders wasn't my favorite game as a child but I certainly enjoyed playing it. I have the "Dora Edition." She's a character I never heard of before purchasing it, but every kid I showed it to knew Dora the Explorer. Yes, I agree with another reviewer, the pieces are not very durable. Neither is the board for that matter but you get what you pay for and this happens to be one of the cheapest games around. Every child I played it with liked it which is an important indicator of its worth. A good classic for learning up, down, counting, and board game etiquette. There are also several pictures demonstrating good vs. bad behaviors, not all of which are simple enough to explain to a 3 year old. The pieces of the game are of sturdy cardboard but not indestructable to a toddler. The graphics are very colorful but very busy, and personally, I do not like children's heads in the shape of footballs. Don't forget to hold down the spinner or it will whip out of place and knock all the pieces down. Lastly if you're an adult playing with your child, be prepared to play for a marathon 15 minutes (unlike most preschool toys that are finished in 5 minutes) because of those troublesome chutes. This is a fine counting game for young kids. I have to echo what others have said though and say that it really should have more arrows on the path for kids to follow. And the cardboard pieces are a serious design flaw. I really don't mind the cheap pieces, it's not like this game is very expensive, but they don't fit in the box unless you take them apart first. The cardboard will fray and you will be lucky if the game makes it to a second child.
The board is too busy as well. Simple ladders and slides would be fine. Instead, the designers seem to be attempting to teach lessons by having "good" deeds go forward and "bad" deeds go back. But they don't make sense and some are not appropriate for the age the game is intended. One of the "good" deeds shows a kid bandaging a dog's leg. Who thinks a young kid should be touching an injured animal? Another shows a kid mowing the lawn. Should a 4-year-old be anywhere near a lawnmower? Yes, I know these are just silly illustrations, but they're so unnecessary. You might spend most of the game explaining the pictures instead of playing the game.
This is the classic Chutes and Ladders you know and love from when you were a kid. Bought this for a 4 1/2 year old boy. It was a little frustrating for him at first when he realized that getting to a chute means going backwards, but now that he's used to it, he enjoys the game. Helps him practice counting. This delightful game is simple and easy to play, even for children who can't read. Fun pictures help kids understand the rewards of doing good deeds as they climb up the ladders-and the consequences of naughty ones as they slide down the chutes. For 2 to 4 players. Game includes: game board, spinner with plastic arrow and 4 pawns with plastic stands. Be the first to move your child-shaped playing piece from square one to square 100 on the Chutes and Ladders game board--but watch out! If you land on the square that shows you ate too much candy--Ouch!--you get a tummy ache and slide down a chute to a square a few numbers below. But if you end your turn on a good-deed square, such as helping sweep up a mess, you'll be rewarded by a ladder-climb up the board.A fantastic follow-up to Candy Land, Chutes and Ladders is ideal for younger children who are still learning to take turns and just beginning to recognize numbers (the spinner stays in the single digits). It's also a gentle introduction to the higher numbers as players climb to 100 at the top of the board. And, thanks to all those chutes and ladders, it's got enough excitement to keep your 7-year-old on the edge of her seat. English and Spanish instructions are included; no reading is necessary to play. Chutes and Ladders is for two to four players.--Julie Ubben Rerations < Chutes and Ladders >

customer 's review (Hot toy right now)
(Kids love them, BUT...) Based on the TV show my son wanted some of these. He really enjoys this toy and has asked for more for his birthday. They are like little magnetic marbles that pop open into a figure. After just a week or so of play with them, a couple of the main ones remain open and we can't get them closed back. I don't believe they were being rough with them because they love them so much. It is some disappointing especially for the price paid. The Seller was very quick and good with the purchase I would reccomned them again. Product Description

(Very stimulating!)
(Great playmat, except "music" part)
(nice baby gym)
(Educational, colorful, and buys mom some time!) My Daughter loved this toy when she was little and my now 3 month old enjoys it too. Highly recommend! My daughter loves this play mat! I bought it for her when she was about 3 months old and she loved playing on it everyday. Now she's 7 months old and only uses it occasionally as nothing can hold her attention for very long these days. She enjoys sitting on it and chewing on anything, especially the mirror. It includes lots of toys which are easily interchangeable, a machine washable easy to clean mat and the design is cute. This was one of the most useful first year items. Our daughter spent a lot of time on this mat, and liked different things over time. One thing that I liked about it was ability to hook different toys to the overhead arches, so it was pretty versatile. What didn't work is the whole lights and music thing. Anna could never find the right place to press to trigger lights and music by itself, so music never became a baby-led activity for her.
i purchased this gym 2 months ago and i think i got this a little too late. my baby enjoyed it for awhile, but out grew it quickly, she's now 8-months-old. but compared to other baby gyms i like it the most. all the toys are removable so she can still play with them and it has a little mirror so she can look at herself. Proved to be just as good as the other reviewers said. Baby loves it. So many things to do, noises, textures, lights, colors, things to feel and push and pull. Highly recommend, I am glad I chose this play mat over the others on the site. Actually came here to buy the Baby Einstein play mat, and after reading the reviews, chose this one instead. No regrets! Glad I did!

A newborn will be content lying on her back, gazing into Mommy or Daddy's face. And that doesn't really get old for a long time. But baby's brain and muscles and skills are developing, and after a while she would like a wee bit more entertainment, if you don't mind. The award-winning Gymini Super Deluxe by Tiny Love is a classic, sure to provide, well, minutes, but they add up to hours, of amusement! And parents know that even 10 minutes of uninterrupted time to make dinner or throw a load in the wash can be a blessing, even aside from the myriad benefits the Gymini play mat gives their little one. And what are those benefits, you ask? The list goes on and on, but here's a start.First, a Brief Description The Gymini folds out into a 32- by 32-inch soft mat, virtually swarming with colorful illustrations of jungle flora and fauna, most notably a giraffe, zebra, lion, and elephant. Overhead two padded arches cross, from which dangle more critters, as well as a large mirror and a plastic bead rattle. Hidden below, baby will eventually discover, is a music box that plays Mozart and several nursery tunes. Textures, colors, sounds, and lights abound, and baby has the power to make all these objects squeak and jingle and jitter and flash, as soon as she can figure out how to make those hands and feet and mouth of hers connect with her heart's desire. Herein lies the developmental potential.Shake, Rattle, and Roll Whether she's waving her limbs around; aiming specifically for the goggle-eyed, smiling monkey overhead; or rolling over to find the source of that I.Q.-enhancing classical music, baby will be hard-pressednotto advance her infant skill set on the Gymini Super Deluxe. From the monkey with springy leg to pull to the vibrating, jitterbugging elephant to the mirror she can see if she just lifts that heavy head a bit higher
everything on the play mat has a mission: to make baby learn. Cause and effect is a biggie: when she bats at the giraffe, it rattles. When she pokes one corner of the mat, music and lights seem to emerge from the fabric flowers. When she rubs the elephant ear on the mat, it makes a fun crinkly sound. Those large muscles are getting a real workout, too, resulting in improved large motor skills: reaching, kicking, rolling over, pushing up. Many babies don't particularly enjoy their necessary daily "tummy time," but the Gymini encourages baby to lift and turn her head to see the mirror and find the flashing lights. Tummy time is fun again! And don't forget the fine motor skills! Those little fingers have to meet if baby wants to grasp the zebra's mane or the parrot's crackling wings. Details, Details Plastic rings hang from the many holes in each arch; dangling from each is a plush animal or toy, providing still more stimulation. Additionally, parents can easily switch out the toys for variety, simply detaching the included toys from the rings and looping other baby-safe toys on. A hidden music box in one corner of the mat includes an on/off switch with two musical selections: 10 minutes of Mozart or three short fragments of popular nursery tunes. The music is a bit plinky, as is the norm with most baby toy music, but not at all offensive. When the music stops, all baby needs to do is press anywhere on that corner of the mat to start it up againshe is further encouraged to do so by the flowers that light up when the music plays. A hidden squeaker in one of the birds, peek-a-boo with the elephant ear, flap-flap-flap with the butterfly wing, tug-of-war with the giraffe's tail
the play potential is limitless, whether she's sitting up or lying down, one week old or 8 months old. For Mom and Dad The mat and arches fold up flat, and the entire Gymini snaps together and travels easily, which is a good thing because you won't want to be without it on your next trip to Grandma's. The padded mat is machine washable (read instructions firstthe music box and mirror don't take kindly to machine washing
). Three AA batteries required for the music box (batteries included are for trial only and should be replaced).--Emilie Coulter Activity mats are a staple baby item in most households. They provide a safe, fun, and educational environment where your little one can lie or sit, and play. Tiny Love's award-winning deluxe mat depicts a riot of happy animals. Elephants, monkeys, giraffes, and even birds will charm your baby who will love the round mirror, squeaky bird, crinkly elephant ear, and pullable giraffe tail. Also included are four plastic rings that can hang from the crossbars, each one with a different plush animal attached to it providing more stimulation and activities. Hidden in one corner of the playmat is a small plastic box housing a switch and speaker. Move the switch to Mozart to hear 10 continuous minutes of music and to light up the three flowers on the mat. Switch to Nursery Tunes for shorter snippets of three popular songs. (Leapster L-Max Princess Educational Game)
(Great for Princess fans!)
(My daughter loves Leapfrog Princess) I just bought the Leapster for my 5 y.o. daughter. I wanted something she could play with in the car that was educational. She took to it right away and has needed very little help from me. I bought 3 games-this one, Dora Wildlife Rescue, and Kindergarten. She begged me for this one, but it is very challenging. I tried myself to trace the letters and you have to get it right on. You can not stray from the line and you can not go too far or it has you do it again. It's very precise and frustrating even for me. Her favorite is the onboard games and Dora. She does keep trying though b/c it's Princess, it just doesn't hold her interest for very long. There are quite a few games on this one though, I think they are the same but have one for Cinderella and one for Ariel. My handicapped sister loves this game. It helps her concentration level a great deal. Some more advanced children might not enjoy and become bored. In her case it's been a great game. My daughter has learned how to write her alphabets by using this game. We love it! If your little girl loves the Disney Princesses, she will love this Leapster game. My 5 year old twins fight over who gets to use this cartridge in their Leapster. I see no problems with the graphics, and really like the game where they can trace letters of the alphabet. One of my girls has a lazy eye and problems with fine motor skills and it has been great for her! My other daughter especially enjoys the game that you get to design a dress for Cinderella at the end. Ever since we bought the Leapfrog, I have been impressed by the educational value of the game, which zeroes in on "problem-solving" skills. As well, it helps kids with their hand-eye coordination.
A young girl will love the Princess game, which also contains many songs. Rerations < LeapFrog® Leapster® Learning Game: Disney Princess >
