I bought this as a gift for my sister and was extremely disappointed with the quality. I did not expect it to be a cardboard box with a plastic locket inside that doesn't stay in place. And the music is barely recognizable. Though I didn't pay a high price, I feel it could have been of better quality for what I did pay. This item is very cheaply made and not worth the money. The box itself is okay, but the "mirror" inside is plastic and the locket inside is also plastic. You cannot close the lid unless you make sure the locket is in a particular position, or you risk breaking it. Also, the music box plays about 4 bars of music, barely enough to recognize the song. Reminiscent of paper dolls without the flimsy paper, these dolls and clothes keep my daughter content and amused and allow her to use her imagination. My pre-school daughter has happily spent a lot of time dressing the dolls and showing us the "pretty girls." The outfits cling as magnets so they are easily put on and off. Don't worry parents, these are not the super-strong magnets that have caused the recalls in many other children's toys. I will warn parents of small children that you may consider removing the shoes and a few other small clothing items before giving the set to your pre-schooler because those pieces could be a choking hazard. But don't hesitate to buy this set. it is wonderful for home or grandma's house. My children have played with these magnetic dress up dolls since they were 2 years old. They are now 8 and 10 and still enjoy them. They are so durable and definitely beat the paper dolls I played with as a child! Made of wood and magnets so the clothes go on and off easily and don't slide off like paper clothes do. Highly recommended! I bought this for my 2 year old daughter. At first she played with it minimally, and wasn't so interested, but children develop skills like these so quickly...just a few short months later she plays with it EVERY day...often more than once a day. It really is among her favorite activities. Because of the choking hazard warning for kids under 3 I did remove the smaller shoes and hats. I also make sure she plays with it only when I'm with her. (She prefers it that way...she hands me one of the dolls and she dresses the other). It's so fun how she has favorite outfits she always goes back to, (memory development), has learned to place the items correctly lined up, (motor skills), and chooses various tops and bottoms, (color matching). The magnets are strong enough to truly hold the clothing in place as dolls stand in their stands. The choices are many, as far as outfits. There's no lid, but all the pieces fit easily into the various compartments. It's less than 1" tall laying flat, so it's very easy to slide under a bed, bookcase, whatever to keep it out of the way w/o spilling. Easily a five star item that will last long enough to keep for HER children to play with..we love Melissa and Doug pretend food for her play kitchen too! The first time we put it on, it took three of us because it was so tight. One night and it seemed to loosen up and stretch to just the right size and now we get it on and off easily. It hasn't ripped and hasn't blown off. What can I say other than it's a pool cover. It covers the pool without any problems. It's durable and gets the job done. I bought the pool cover to help keep my pool water clean, keep bugs and other stuff out. It did a pretty good job for that but I didn't realized it would be a breeding ground for algea! My pool water was cleaner from debris but got a little slimey on the bottom. Next thing I buy will be a filter w/a skimmer instead. The pool cover I purchased works very well and is easy to use to cover my 10' Easy Set Pool. A drawstring is all you need to pull to make it fit snug over the pool. It keeps out debris and bugs so the water remains clear. What I am not happy about is the pool itself. The filter pump hoses are a nightmare to keep attached to the pump because they have plastic fittings that come loose. The pool ring also deflates overnight even though there are no leaks. I am constantly emptying and refilling the pool and adding chlorine each time to keep it fresh and safe. The pump is useless. Fits perfectly, even on different brand pool. The rope is already threaded through the cover so it's easy to pull over and tie tightly. The material has been quite durable so far and the cover is holding up very well overall. Great price too! The only good thing about it is that the handle is easy for my son to grip. My baby is only two and a half months old but has already started teething. We bought a bpa-free teether at a big box store (the only one they sold -what is it about stores making a big deal about bpa-free baby bottles and not carrying bpa-free teethers?). I brought it home and realized that it was way too big for my baby to get in her mouth comfortably much less hold. The chilled ring on this teether is a great size for my baby's smaller mouth and she can hold the ring in her hands even though the handle is still a bit far from her mouth for her to manage. Vulli has some great products, and this soother teether is one of our favorites. The liquid in the clear circle freezes so it soothes her teeth. She likes to gnaw and it and loves to grab him and bang him against just about anything. Every time she sees the toy, she lights up. It got us through 6 teeth coming in in one day, so "Mr Frog" is our hero in this house. This, unlike some of the other teethers like sofie and pie, etc., is not rubber - it's a hard (safe) plastic. The keys by Vulli are made of the same thing. Thanks to this soother, baby teethes without pain. The ring is filled with water and can be placed in the refrigerator. The cold anaesthetizes the pain of teething. Light and easy to grip thanks to its ring shape. Phthalates and BPA free. For babies from 3-6 months and up.
