(My kids love it!)
(Melissa and Doug easel)
(A great children's gift)
(Good Quality) Must have for all those who care about their toddlers. Hours of fun and learning for toddlers. I do not have words to say anything more. Try it for yourself. Bought this for my daughter's 3rd birthday. Exactly what we wanted for a great price. Set up was easy. Very colorful. We could set the height just for her and can still set it higher as she grows. Love that. We love the colorful trays for paints and markers and chalk. We didn't buy the roll of paper for painting. Instead we bought big Crayola drawing pads and use the colorful clips to clip the painting papers to the top of the easel. Works great. This gets a LOT of use at our house and it's been very durable thus far. Developmentally, it has really helped my daughter to improve her fine motor skills in a very fun way! My three-year old can't get enough of this easel. We also bought the companion pack with paint and brushes and roll of paper...these are great because each color has its own brush, and no water is necessary. It is big, and does not fold up, so find a good space for it to stay. This is a great product. I had read a review that said the chalkboard wasn't any good, so didn't know what to expect. The chalkboard works just fine. My two granddaughters age 2 and 5 just love it. They will both play, one on each side at the same time. I have some great works created by my budding artists. My son loves his easel. This is one of the few things in the house he will use daily. Very easy to clean off washable art supplies. It does not tip over easy. I like that it is adjustable so he can grow with it.
My only one complaint is generic paper does not fit well on it. I use tape to keep paper on. Extra-large chalkboard and dry-erase board are perfect for projects large and small. Adjustable heights; sturdy paint tray with cup holders; an extra large chalk tray; 4 colorful clips; an easy-loading paper roller and an incredible value! Folds up easily for convenient storage. Inspire your young Picasso with the Melissa and Doug Deluxe Standing Easel. This easel will fuel your child's imaginative side and gives them the freedom to create with an extra-large chalkboard, dry-erase board, and easy-load paper roller. Your budding artist will be inspired by free-form expression and spend hours drawing, painting, sketching, and doodling. It is also an excellent educational item and children love playing school with the chalkboard side. This work station is ideal for kids ages four through 10 and has an adjustable height to accommodate the little ones as they grow.A Great Alternative to Professional Easels Just like a professional easel, this work station is generously sized so that children can complete projects both big and small. Its durable wood construction ensures that it won't tip and it folds up easily for convenient storage. The easel also has a sturdy paint tray with cup holders for easy use and clean-up, and another tool tray that holds erasers, chalks, and clips. Four large, colorful clips are included with this easel. Paper rolls can be loaded effortlessly into the holder and a paper cutting edge at the top delivers clean cuts and leaves your artist's work whole. Parents may have to assist removing and loading the paper, as it can be difficult for kids to do on their own. (The paper rolls and paint cups are not included.) A standing easel is essential for any young artist. This large easel has a chalkboard, dry erase board, and paper roller to let the children express themselves with different mediums. It also has an adjustable height that grows with the creator and delivers years of use. The brightly colored tool containers are capacious enough to hold lots of different items and are simple for tiny fingers to utilize. This toy will unleash the little artist inside every child and could spark a lifelong interest in fine art. What's in the Box Easel, paint tray, chalk tray, 4 colorful clips, and paper roller.

(great)
(Comfortable but,)
(Very good, but not perfect)
(So Disappointed!) I bought this bed about two months ago for my 6 year old daughter. The bed seemed fine and it was indeed very comfortable. After just a few weeks of daily use it deflated to about 40% overnight. The next night it lost all the air and I found my daughter sleeping on the floor since the bed lost its air completely. Don't buy this bed unless you have so much money that you don't care wasting it.
Edgar Almanzar This is fantastic and as comfortable as any bed I have slept on. It will be used for guests rather then buying a hide-a-bed. I love it. Comfortable but, I can't recommend it's purchase. The simple fact is that if it's defective beyond simple and patchable (customer repair) leaks, there is no manufacture's warranty. The company doesn't stand behind there product. Spend your money elsewhere!
The airbed is well designed and seems to be sturdily built (have only had the bed a few weeks - my son slept on it a couple of times). The inflate/deflate design is very clever. The built-in pump is used for both actions. That means the bed pumps the air out as well as in. It deflates completely allowing for easy folding/storing. Previous beds we've owned passively let the air exhaust when you open a valve - that takes a while and leaves some air in the mattress.
The only downside we've found is that the pump is not as strong as on other beds we've owned. The pump doesn't have the power to inflate the bed as firmly as my son would like. It also takes a bit longer to inflate than other beds we've owned.
The bed gets top marks in all other ways. Was really excited to get this bed. Already have an Aerobed that is not raised, but it leaks. After reading the reviews on this one, we were really excited about everything we read. People were so thrilled with it, that they use it for their bed every night? For months? A friend slept on it one night, and at 2am had to come get me and my husband because the air had leaked out so much. Obviously we got a defected one, but it was so disappointing after reading that so many people were happy with it. The convenience of a portable airbed with the comfort of sleeping on a raised platform. Plush, waterproof flocking covers the mattress top for a luxurious feel to provide a cozy night's sleep. An indentation on the side helps grip fitted sheets. Quality tested 20.8 gauge waterproof flocked top with 15 gauge vinyl beams and 16 gauge sides and bottom. Measures approximately 60" x 80" queen-sized mattress raised 22" from the floor. Made of dual chamber construction: the lower chamber functions as the box spring form on a traditional bed, providing extra firmness and support. The upper chamber functions as a mattress. Includes an A/C 120 Volt Electric pump, built-in to the mattress. Quickly and easily inflate both chambers with the touch of a switch. Then adjust to any level of firmness for the ultimate in comfort. Inflates in about 4 3/4 minutes. Deflates completely for travel and storage. Weight capacity: 600 lbs. Includes duffle bag with shoulder strap. Designed for comfort and reliability, this Intex Raised Downy Queen Airbed offers the convenience of a portable airbed with the comfort of sleeping on a raised platform. Plush, waterproof flocking covers the mattress top, and an indentation on the side helps grip fitted sheets. The bed easily inflates and deflates with a high-powered built-in electric pump. It features a dual chamber construction, with the lower chamber functioning as a box spring to provide added firmness and support. It has a 20.8 gauge (.053mm) waterproof flocked top with 15 gauge (0.38mm) vinyl beams and 16 gauge (0.41mm) sides and bottom. This Queen-sized bed measures 60 by 80 inches and rises to 22 inches from the floor. (best game ever)
(3 player is still the best)
(Must have extension for larger group.)
(He LOVED it.) we love this game, but like the older model with the tile ocean, but we do like the better detail in this one.......sigh.... I did not like playing board games as a child. It is tedious waiting for your turn, especially if there are more than three players.
now I have a family of five and there are not too many games that we can all play. This is one and since we got it we have played it several times a week. It does not take long to learn or to complete a game and yet it holds everyones attention without being too competitive. We think it is the best game we have played and tell all our friends about it. Even in this electronic age, it satisfies teenage boys and younger girls and moms and dads too. Highly recommended. Without the expansion, I know 3 player has my favorite dynamics. With 5 players, one person got crowded out and was ineffectual the whole game, but I have not tried it out enough to make sure. This is a great game, though among a crowd of party people you'll find people that really love it or are completely apathetic to the mechanics. In that way, it's no Taboo or Pictionary. I was surprised that the original game only accommodates up to four players. We really enjoyed the game but always have more that four persons that want to play games. So the extension was a must. Looks like I will have to create more playing pieces myself for our 7-8 players. My grandson was delighted to have the extension package for Settlers of Catan. He has played the game, but only with 3 other people and there are always more who want to play. This was his favorite birthday present. Now five to six players can explore and settle Catan! The 5-6 Player Expansion for The Settlers of Catan allows you to add up to two more opponents without sacrificing ease of play. Designed for five or six players, it adds even more drama to the award-winning game of discovery, settlement, conflict, and commerce. You must have The Settlers of Catan board game in order to use this extension. Rerations < The Settlers of Catan 5-6 Player Extension >

customer 's review (Behold the infinate glory of Jetfire)
("TransFormers: Revenge Of The Fallen" Leader Class Jetfire)
(Truly More Than Meets The Eye (even if it's loaded w/kibble!))
(Huge in jet mode!) Bot mode overall he's pretty impressive mainly bulky so this is a problem when it comes to some poses. However fear not he's an old man so his cane comes in handy, surprisingly. He has a good range of motion as far as his hands, arms, and legs go, but his head is pretty much stationary, though it can move from side to side. He is kibbly in his bot mode, the pieces on his arm and the pieces on his back, which is another reason why he's top heavy and where the cane comes in handy. There some pieces near the side of his head that tend to pop off REAL easy, but just put them back in place, though it is a hassle when transforming him in alt mode.
His facial sculpt is pretty accurate so I at least applaud Hasbro for that.
Transformation wise he is quite simple, compared to that of say leader prime. Just fold him up, literally.....
His alt mode is nice when looking at it from above, but underneath and 3/4 views he is again quite kibbly. But despite that is pretty accurate to the real Blackbird. Not to mention its HUGE, pictures do this mode no justice until seen up close.
Overall despite the kibble he's not a bad figure, very solid and like a poster mentioned the cane really adds to his character, and if you still don't like the cane, it is removable, and the figure still stands.
If you liked the guy in the movie like I did, despite his kibble he will not disappoint, but if your looking for something a bit more sleek I'd probably skip the figure.
Leader Class Jetfire
Robot mode pros: -He's hunched over, just like in the film and can actually use his cane as a cane. (How neat is that?) Captures the feel of the film character.
-He's rather posable considering all of his gimmicks and combiner pieces being a core component of the figure.
-His face is a nearly perfect representation of the film character. (A really nice job, no seriously.)
Robot mode cons:
-His balance is a bit difficult due to his legs having weak ratchets compared to the voluminous weight of his backpack. (This is where the hunched over look comes in handy.)
-The panels that hide his face for vehicle and combined mode are double ball jointed and they pop off all the time. Becomes rather bothersome to have to snap 'em back in place all the time.
Transformation pros:
-Rather easy, so you (or your kids) won't be terribly frustrated going from one mode or the other, unlike Optimus Prime. (There's a figure that'll make kids and parents alike, unhappy.)
-When done correctly (read the instructions, you'll see what I mean.) he holds together tight and firm. (in both modes.)
Transformation cons:
-Panels pop off, pieces have to be set just right to make sure the entire shell of the place is locked in place. (I know it sounds like I contradicted my earlier statement of him being easy to transform, and I still stand by that. It just takes a lot of fine tuning to get it just right. It's worth it though.)
Vehicle mode pros:
-Massive. (No, seriously. His vehicle mode is that of a Lockheed Martin, Skunkworks SR-71. This is a good 15 inches long, perhaps even longer, I've yet to measure it.) If you wish to display him in vehicle mode, make room, otherwise he'll be a problem when finding a spot. (He's massive, did I mention that? :P)
-Exacting detail. (One of the best detailing jobs on a figure I've ever seen. Every panel, every intake, even the pilot's name (which I believe is fictional, I Googled...) is there in stunning accuracy. It even has the Skunkworks logo on the tail fins!)
Vehicle mode cons:
-The robot parts can be seen on the underside of the plane, which kills the accuracy on that end of it. (But the rest of the vehicle mode is replicated to the finest details.)
-His size. (It's a pro and a con. Pro for the awesome factor, con for the storage factor. Seriously, he's darn near unmanageable.)
Comebined mode pros:
-Captures the film character rather well, considering it's literally two toys latched together.
-Imposing, impressive, and hefty. (I mean it, he's a heavy bugger in the combined mode.)
Combined mode cons:
-Very difficult to make all the connectors work. (Once they do, they're difficult to remove.)
-No posability, just an awesome looking statue with movable arms and a head.
-Top heavy.
Other thoughts:
Overall, Jetfire is a solid figure, with a terrific vehicle mode, and a neat transformation. He isn't without his flaws, however, but they aren't enough to ruin the figure's fun and awesomeness. Once you have it in your hands, you'll see what I mean. The few negatives are well worth all of the positives on this figure.
I do recommend you be careful with the rubbery belt pieces (used for the combined mode) because they look like they could easily break, or dry rot as time goes on.
The combination is cheesy, at best, though it looks impressive, and makes for an irritating time when connecting and disconnecting the figures from one another.
If you can find one, I highly recommend you get this guy. He's a really nice addition to anyone's collection, or that newly made TF fan's wish list. (Welcome to our world, btw!) A real treat here, TF fans. This figure is abound w/versatility: w/panels that become prime's firearm (in jet charged mode: that's a whole 'nother story altogether!), multiple accessories and a third mode that combines W/leader Optimus, this figure really delivers @ MSRP of 44.99. Although the robot gears and anatomy are eyesore-inducing (aka the phenomenon of "Kibble" as we collectors refer to it), the functionality of Jetfire is more than enough to compensate for it. Has excellent articulation for an item that undergoes a fair deal of transformation (though, in my opinion, Voyager Mixmaster takes the cake for metamorphosis/articulation ratio). The Mech-Alive gimmick is fairly intricate despite its limited range, and the speech gimmick does the trick (however, I thought Hasbro could've strived for more than just a single, eponymous line of dialogue for these leader-class figures). And lastly, the fusing you can do w/him and optimus is true fun realized: a MASSIVE figure when completed (but more range of motion for the limbs could've been taken into account, but hey, this is Transformers we're dealing with here! We don't need to focus on details, just the BIG picture!) This figure will really add a sense of gravity to wherever it's displayed, at the office (if you don't get into any trouble w/it!), the home, or specifically, in your bedroom or home theater. Overall, you're going to have a blast with this figure (especially if you already own Leader Prime!), and it is in my strongest opinion that you snatch him up before you have to wait weeks (maybe months!) before you get a second chance at this triple changer of a transformer! AUTOBOTS, TRANSFORM... AND ROLL OUT! What a pairing! One of the best transformers of all time in the form of one of the best jets of all time! The top of the jet is amazing! For those of you with limited shelf space, Jetfire is about 18" in jet mode (which is my favorite mode). The highest difficulty rating on the box is no joke, it took awhile for me to transform him. I would point out that it wasn't hard to figure out how to transform him, but the already transformed pieces would keep disconnecting, causing me to go back and repeat steps over again(the five general segments that make up the realistic top of the SR-71 were the main culprits). I have yet to purchase Leader Optimus Prime, so cannot comment on the combination of the two, but the instructions make it look fairly simple from Jetfire's vehicle mode. I'm a huge Jetfire fan from the G1 days, and although I'm not fond of the engineering of this figure(the robot parts are too obvious under the jet, and the jet parts are too bulky in robot mode), it is worth owning. And besides, making him perfect would translate to making him more expensive. I definitely recommend him, and also recommend watching a review or two on [...]or something to see how he transforms in real life.
JETFIRE grew tired of war a long time ago. The reckless ambition of the DECEPTICONS, and the senseless violence of their war sickened him, and so he left CYBERTRON to go into hiding. The form he eventually chose on Earth seemed appropriate for one who wished to remain unseen. He slumbered in peace for years. Now, reawakened by the arrival of the war on Earth, he decides once again to enter the fight¿ this time on the side of the AUTOBOTS, and this time to end it for good, whatever the cost. Prepare for battle with this AUTOBOT warrior by your side! In robot mode, this mighty ally features electronic speech and light-up eyes and chest that are sure to discourage enemy attackers! This good guy is ready to take on DECEPTICON forces once and for all! In SR-71 Blackbird jet mode, get in gear with combat and cool conversion sounds that let you know this hero means business! (Not so great)
(Not For Your 5 Year Old)
(A Bumblebee that really stresses, "More than meets the eye...")
(Really hard to put together) Wow, there are a lot of whiners who hate this thing... Why does it so often seem like I'm one of the only people who appreciates a thoughtful and somewhat challenging transformation? I'd take that over say...the shellformers or the kibble laden Big Convoy from beast wars neo? (seriously, it was like two pathetic toys in one!) I dunno, i really like this transformer, either as a collectors' item (hey, he looks pretty cool in the package) or as a toy (hey, he runs, guns, and transforms rather smoothly) I will grant you that there are a WHOLE lot of little panels and pieces to this guy, which is probably due to how awesome he looks as a robot (and how screen accurate) On the plus side, there is a lot of automorph to this guy, rotating his chest (the car hood) up rotates his arms and his windshield (its on his back) and sliding his feet up into position automaticly positions his rear fender and back window. I will also grant you that perhaps some of him is rather flimsy (his back window splits in two for goodness sakes) and some of the pieces can be tricky to fit in (doors?) Still, i think his camaro looks fantastic, and that his transformation, while difficult at first, is relatively easy since its basicly as follows: slide foot flush with shin (repeat on other foot) slide up hood over head place hands behing his back (like he's been arrested for speeding) and snap the roof halves into place slide in the doors and lock OH and snap his feet together there done that was easy (easy button anyone?) in fact the only real difficulty I've had with this guy is getting his doors to line up, but to be honest? transforming him back and forth is easy once you know how to do it, and if u know where everything goes on a car (you drivers should really) its pretty intuitive To finish, he's an outstanding mold and a fantastic camaro (camero? I can never remember how to spell it...) His tranformation can be a little tricky at first, but you really should be able to get the hang of it after two or three transformations no longer is it simply "break apart all the kibble to reveal the robot inside" which I think is why everyone seems to be griping (side note, when even my five year old brother can figure it out with the instructions, you know its not that hard...) all in all worth the ten bucks or so you'll spend on it at target or toys R us or wherever I picked this guy up recently and I have to say I'm disappointed!
From the first movie line, I have the '78 Camaro (which is lousy!), the '09 Camaro (which is awesome!) and the '09 Camaro Stealth version(featuring reverse colors and the armor/mask head-sculpt). I guess I just wanted to add to the movie Bumblebee collection.
While the transformation is mostly the same, the quality of plastic used is really cheap. And for some reason, I don't like the headscuplt. His eyes have got a "glassy" look, and it feels like he's just staring wide-eyed into space.
If you can't find the toy from the first movie, go ahead and buy this. But overall, I'm kinda disappointed with it. Def not for your 5 year old, I am 35 and spent close to an hour transforming. This is more for the fan collector who will change every now and then for display. Wont last long at a 1st grade show and tell. Instructions, Bahh hopeless, and who posted the review "read instructions" must have been reading the lines and arrows. Instructions are of no use, better off just breaking the thing and putting it back together yourself. I passed this guy up my first few trips to the store in favor of better figures (leader Prime and Megatron). He didn't look all that great in the package. I finally picked him up with Deluxe Skids, and even then, didn't bother with him until after I messed around with Skids for a while, who is also cool. Once you actually start messing around with the toy, you can see the charm it has, much like the actual Bumblebee character. The head sculpt is dead on. The detail in robot and car mode is very nice. It's a well articulated figure, and can stand and be posed fairly well. Turning him into car mode takes a little finesse to get complete, but it's not a complex transformation like Prime. Yes, pieces pop off, but like some of the more observent reviewers have pointed out, they are meant to do that so the brand new toy isn't permenently broke. They go back easily, and stay on. The gun arm is MENT to come off in car mode. A very cool and fun figure. As a robot, the toy is pretty cool. The minute my five-year-old asked me to help him transform it into a car, things went poorly. Almost immediately, the head fell off and would not go back on. Finally, I got it to stay. Then the cannon fell off. It too goes back on with effort, but falls off again immediately. Two other little yellow pieces came off too, about every five seconds. After a half hour of putting things back that kept falling off and following the VERY unclear instructions, I was able to figure it out for myself enough to get it mostly in the shape of a car. The doors wouldn't shut and the cannon had to be removed to get it there, but I did it sort of. My son then played with it for another half hour and was able to get the doors closed. I hate the piece of junk and would rate it zero stars, but to be honest, my son likes it. Having chosen to stay with Sam after the end of the battle for the AllSpark, BUMBLEBEE made arrangements to stay close to him at all times. It¿s been a pretty good deal. He gets regular detailing, and as much high-grade fuel as he needs. Plus, he gets to spend time with Sam and Mikaela. His vocal processors still aren¿t fully up to snuff, but he and his friends communicate just fine. If he ever misses the action of battle, he can alwaysgive IRONHIDE a call and go DECEPTICON hunting. Get ready to roll out with this AUTOBOT ally! This detailed BUMBLEBEE figure unleashes a launching pulse missile in robot mode and converts to a cool, Camaro concept car in vehicle mode! They are exactly what he expected and entertain him for hours. They are much more durable than I expected, that is always a plus!! I Have 4 Bakugan, and I love them! _Tommy Rhodes born 2000 Bought the set for my niece who is Bakugan crazy. She was thrilled with it! I liked the fact that the price was better than any of the local stores. I purchased this for my 7 year old son. He and all of his friends like trading them and although they've not yet played the actual game they compare the values on them with the points. They have a spot on them that is magnetic and when they are placed on a metal they open revealing a character. The only slight negative I have with them is that when the kids forget where they stuck them, they are very hard to find! They are really indiscreet little things! It's kind of funny, because you know they are in the house somewhere and when you least expect it, one looks back at you from a door hinge, or a metal planter or something :) Bakugan battle brawlers are here! The popular and fun anime TV series "Bakugan Battle Brawlers" has spawned this strategic game that pits a variety of "Bakugan warriors" -- such as "Juggernoids," "Fear rippers," and "Robatallians" -- against each other for points. With this Bakugan Battle Pack, kids 4 and above will enjoy the challenge of earning points by rolling their Bakugan (or shooting them from a launcher) onto magnetic cards where the plastic spheres burst open to reveal the fearsome warrior apparatus inside. Kids will also love the way the Bakugan transform suddenly into warrior mode, and fans of the show will have an especially good time with the game.

| NOTE: The Bakugan Battle Pack includes a random selection of six Bakugan warriors. It also includes eight metal cards and instructions. It does not include the optional Bakugan Launcher.Ready, Set, Play! The mission of Bakugan game play is to battle against other Bakugan to win the points awarded on the cards by getting your Bakugan to land on card. Players will love pretending to be one of the various characters in the show, such as the fiery 12-year-old leader "Dan" or the wise "Marucho," and they gain a deeper understanding of the cards and warriors as they play. The Battle Pack includes instructions, making it an ideal way for newbies to get started with this fun and exciting game. The game itself is fairly straightforward, but if your child has never played before, you might have to help him or her to understand the rules -- after reading and understanding them yourself. While some of the plastic Bakugan pieces are small and could easily get lost, others, like the Bakugan Deka, are as big as a softball. If your child is already a Bakugan fan, the Battle Pack is a good investment. This set comes with six randomly selected Bakugan and eight magnetic cards. Your child will love how this set dramatically increases their collection of Bakugan! He or she can also use the Battle Pack to play with his friends who might not have any Bakugan of their own. Exciting Magnetic Action The Bakugan come in lots of colors and varieties that make them fun to collect and trade. Most of them are pocket-sized and easy for your child to carry around and bring over to their friend's houses. Having a magnet that activates the warriors is a clever idea that adds excitement to the game. The Bakugan Launcher (sold separately) is a great accessory, with three shooting modes ("curve," "angle, and "distance"), but it doesn't come with any instructions. Room for the Imagination We like that this that this game combines skill (aiming your Bakugan) with strategy (placement of the cards). We also enjoyed the way the warriors pop open on the magnetic cards -- although sometimes they do it even when they don't land on the cards. Being unfamiliar with the TV show, we felt a little lost at first in the world of Bakugan. But with the help of the colorful, animated Bakugan Web site, we got the gist of what the game is about and how to play. Our attempts to fire the launcher proved somewhat difficult and instructions would have helped. But the launcher isn't necessary. Kids can simply roll the Bakugan like marbles for a fun and action-packed game with their friends. What's in the Box Six Bakugan, eight metal cards, and instructions.

(Great gift for a 6 year old)
(Entertaining)
(Bakugan)
(disappointing) My five-year old has been asking for bakugans since he played with them at a friend's house. He got this set for his birthday, and he loves 'em. They are fine as a starter set. My nephew was THRILLED to recieve this gift and played with it as soon as he opened it up! I got these for my son, his very first, he loves them, and mostly he likes to watch them open, so, wherever there is metal, he is sticking them! My son plays with these nonstop. They are very entertaining and super durable. They even withstand being snatched by my 2 year old! My 8-year old wanted these so badly, but we were disappointed when we received them and realized that you can't play the game with just this starter pack. The directions for the game came along with it, but you seem to need a second set to actually play it. Now the kids have completely forgotten about the bakugans, and the cat bats them around the floor. One of the bakugans flaps don't close all the way, and that occurred on the first day. Bakugan battle brawlers are here! Answer the call to brawl and decide the fate of the galaxy! Magnetic marbles POP open into power Bakugan warrior action figures when they roll onto the real metal Gate Cards! Use strategy to place your metal Gate Cards as each card affects the battle differently. Master your shooting skills to roll your Bakugan into battle. Styles are selected at random when shipped. (Twilight Game - play by your own rules)
(twilight game)
(A bit of a let-down for Twilight fans...wait for Twilight Scene It!!!)
(uuuggghhhh) I have not actually played this. I have not opened. i bought just for my collection. Ii is a great collector item and it got here to me earlier than expected. I am nearly 40 and a huge Twilight fan. I got this game with a plan to have a Girls Game Night with other friends that I have gotten hooked on Twilight. Wine, food, fun, the soundtrack to the movie playing...you get the picture.
We got started trying to follow the directions but the challenge cards were confusing and downright silly. We finally abandoned them and played only the trivia questions (red daggers). Some of the questions were easy, some required a little more thought (especially for those who did not have such a severe Twilight obsession). If you are very familiar with the books you may get a few answers wrong, as it is only based on the movie and there are differences! (Example: the Biology teacher's name)
The quality of the game pieces were not great - which was fine because it did get christened with wine accidentally later in the evening (smile).
We had a lot of fun playing, once we made our own rules. its a great game to own and play if you are a twilight fan..hours of fun for everyone I am a board game fanatic. I don't know if that's necessarily "cool" for someone who's almost 22 years old, but my 18 year old sister and I purchased this game to play with a few of our other Twilight-loving friends. The game was pretty disappointing. There are 8 "scene" cards that you must collect, and you are able to do this by answering various trivia questions based off of the Twilight movie. Sounds fun, right? Not so much...the trivia is very basic, and on some spaces, you will have to answer a different trivia question, such as "have your friends write down their favorite food, which one do they like least?!"
In the end, for the price it really isn't worth it...it's rather boring! I gave it two stars, due to the fact that we did have fun asking each other the trivia, but that was mainly due to the fact that the instructions were so utterly confusing that we just gave up!
I am on staff at TwilightersAnonymous (dot) com, the best and most comprehensive Twilight community around; for those of us who are truly addicted to Twilight. If you don't want a cure, come join us! Would so send this game back if I hadnt already opened it up and tried to play it... The peices are really flimsy including the board. Just a complete let down. Enter the world of Twilight the game! The more you know about Twilight, the greater your chance of winning. Answer questions about Twilight, and about your friends to earn Scene cards and move forward around the board. If you are the first to travel the entire board and collect all 8 Scene cards....you win! Rerations < Twilight Board Game >

(LEGO Star Wars Fan!)
(Legos are great!!!)
(Anakin fighter is a must for little boys)
(Really nice - much better than Hasbro garbage!) My son just turned 5 and loves Star Wars and recently became interested in Legos. Although the instructions are easy for him to follow because they are just pictures, sometimes it does call for adult interaction on the smaller pieces and stickers. Its a great hour or so for us to spend together while we build it and then he plays for hours with it along with the other sets. Only down side is the small pieces and if it breaks you have to pull the instructions out again..but that is expected with all lego sets like this. My son received this for his 5th birthday, and absolutely loves it! He loves LEGOS and Star Wars! He enjoys playing pretend Star Wars with the Anakin&R2 D2 characters that are included. Once it is put together, which by the way is fast and simple, it really is pretty durable. I have another son who is 6 yrs. old, and together they play w/ these Star Wars sets, and for the most part, they (the spaceships) stay intact. Then again, it doesn't really matter if they break because half the fun is crashing them....you can't play Star Wars without crashing spacecrafts according to my sons! We will definitely continue purchasing these Star Wars sets! My 10 yr old son loves putting these together. Only problem is they're easily destroyed by younger siblings. DO NOT BUY if you have children in the house that still put things in their mouth. CHOKING HAZARD!!! But if this is not a problem than I highly recommend these toys. This is one of my son's favorite lego set. It's actually pretty durable and very bright in colors. Even though after rough playing, some parts come apart, it's pretty easy to put them back together. Also, Anakin and R4 figure is great since you "need" those figures to play pretend Star Wars. My son loves lego Star Wars sets. He doesn't even break them apart because they look so good. He actually avoids Hasbro Star Wars toys because we had really bad experiences with those toys falling apart and being cheaply made. You can honestly depend on Lego to make kick butt toys well worth their money. Really happy with the purchase. (TOO MUCH CHASING OF THE BALLS)
(Really FUN!! Can be on the Annoying side...)
(a bit high maintenance for mom and dad)
(GREAT PRESENT) My daughter was given this toy as a presant for christmas and she still loves playing with it months later. The music is engageing and not to loud. The balls pop out hard enough to send them rolling across the room but not so hard as to cause any harm. Didn't take my then 11 month old to figure out how to get it to work either. Definitly recomend it for others. Just received as a birthday present for 1 year old. Was so surprised at how fast and how much of the time the balls don't stay in the toy and are all over the floor. Even tried to re adjust chutes but didn't help, Either I have a defective toy or it is way too much trouble to keep chasing the balls to put back. Would not recommend. This product is not for those annoyed by kids toys sounds. I don't mind it, however, many times I found it hidden because it was driving my husband mad. Our son will play with it for very long periods of time.
Unfortunately, our puppy thought this toy was very amusing too and so the balls have been shredded to bits. Another thing about the balls. Make sure this toy is in an area where the balls don't disappear unless you want to be ball chasing all the time when they go under the furniture. a great idea..my boys love the air popping toys and like this one but the air power is a little too weak and the balls often require help from an adult or they'll just hang out in the bottom of the toy...also, my boys tend to just pull over the whole thing to check out what is going on inside the popper; this also creates popping problems...and have fun looking for all the balls every night. I got this produt for my nephew's first birthday. He loved it! He plays with it with his sister (she is almost 3) and they have a blast! It was really worth buying it! Get silly with poppin', droppin' colored balls! Pump the plunger and drop the balls onto the spiral track. When they reach the bottom, look out - the balls pop out the top! Giggles are guaranteed with wacky sound effects and 8 lively songs to help keep the fun rolling along. The Playskool Busy Ball Popper has won numerous toy awards, including American Baby's Best Toy, Child Magazine's Best Toy, and the NAPPA Gold Award. Requires 4 "D" Batteries (not included).
