(Works as advertised) This product is the best tie dye kit I've used! The color stays vibrant, my kid's made t-shirts over a year ago and the color looks new! You can also wash the shirts with the regular laundry and not worry the other clothes will become tie dye too! The squeeze bottles for the dye are a great way to help control the application of color. This is the kit I will continue to use for tie dye. I used this kit one year with my special ed. kids. It was enough for all the students to do a shirt. The colors were great, much better than using the Rit dyes. A couple kids' shirts shrank. I wasn't sure if it was the shirts or the hot water. I'd get this kit to do a tie dye project again. Made a lot of cool stuff with this. It was fun for the whole family. I purchased this kit for the first time more than 10 years ago. That speaks to the brand quality. They haven't even changed their packaging. I would have given 3.5 stars if I could, because while there may be sufficient powdered dye for several adult t-shirts, there is not sufficient soda ash and dye fixer for multiple tie dye sessions. It's a one shot deal. That said, I still have the tie dye shirts that I made with this kit all those years ago. We made 3 shirts in all. One didn't turn out that great because of operator trouble. The other two look awesome and the colors are still pretty nice after all this time. We've been asked where we got our shirts before. I'll be purchasing this kit again, to make shirts with my kids. Just a couple of comments: (1)in a beach situation the tent needs more weight I added thee medium sized zip-locked bags full of sand and that solved the problem, (2) the mesh front works well except the ties need some help a small paper spring clip solves this issue. I am sad to say this is a very cheap product. I was so excited when I ordered this tent for my 9 month old. We live at the beach, thus are constantly going. I wanted a durable tent that was easy to tote along with us to the beach to keep my daughter out of the sun. However, the first time we took it to the beach, my husband tried to put it together and one of the plastic rods that support the tent bent in half and broke. Needless to say we were unable to use the tent. I would look for a more durable tent. we just got back from a vacation in Cancun. we have three children, ages 2.5 (twins) and 7 mos old baby. This cabana was a life-saver. It was great protection from the heat and sun, had plenty of room and was very easy to pack and assemble. The SPF treated fabric gave me piece of mind, when my baby was napping in the tent. There was plenty of air circulation, and when it was placed in the shade the baby stayed nice and cool. The tent was the perfect size. My baby had tons of room to lay out and sleep or play. My twins both fit, with plenty of room and took their afternoon nap in there. I even got in w/ the baby a time or two and had plenty of room to rock her, and nurse her in there! The tent was a great size when folded, easy to pack in our luggage. Setting it up the first time by myself was a bit tricky, but after that if my husband and i set it up together, we were able to do it in just a minute! This tent was a life-saver and well worth the money! Definitely a 5 star product!!! My kids ages 4 and 1 love this tent. We have used it at the beach and in the house. It stands up to them being wild in it, zips tight to avoid bugs (for playing outside in the buggy season), and folds up small. An adult and 2 kids are a bit tight in it, but for the kids it is fun. I bought this cabana for my one year old to use on our family beach trip. It was well worth the money. The cabana is light weight and is fairly easy to put up. Although my one year old would not go in the cabana alone there was enough room for me to sit inside with my legs out. I would recommend this cabana to anyone who wants shade for their small child. This is one of the best cycling computers I've ever had. I love the odometer feature that you cannot reset so you will know total mileage traveled wile having dist1 and dist2 for resettable odometer. This is one of the cheapest models that has cadence and its just amazing. I recommend this product. This is a cool little gizmo that gives great feedback while I'm riding my Scott Sportster P55. Some notes: * Like other reviewers, I had to shim the cadence sensor to get it close enough to the magnet. To create the shim, I placed the sensor on an Eraser, traced the sensor with a pencil, then cut and filed the eraser to shape it nicely. You may as well add a couple of these to your order now. * It takes some time to tie the wires to your frame so that they look OK, but I'd rather have this than the unreliability that comes with wireless cyclometers. * If you think you're missing the cadence magnet, it's probably stuck to the speedometer magnet. Thanks, Cateye Customer Service Guy! The first time installing everything was going great until I clicked in the computer and I didn't get any readings. What i had to do was put a small )shimmy (thick double sided tape behind the speed sensor to get it closer to the magnet on the spoke. After about an hour of modifications the system works great. I also had to manipulate the cadence sensor to get it closer to the magnet. Overall the install was fun but frustrating. Hope this helps someone. The Strada Cadence is reliable and accurate but I have a few complaints. First, when installing the computer on most bikes, achieving the necessary clearance between the sensors and magnets requires installing a shim that you have to make yourself (the instructions say nothing about this) between the sensor and the bicycle frame. Second, while the one button system of scrolling between modes is easy to do, it requires scrolling between all modes in order to get the display you want. Also the reset feature is easy to inadvertently activate. I mounted my computer on the bicycle stem and that is also a favorite place to hold my bicycle resulting in resetting the computer when I don't really want to. I guess I'll learn over time. This unique sensor sends both speed and cadence data through a single coded transmission wire, eliminating the hassle of multiple, tangled up wires. Large, two-line display shows your cadence, current/average/maximum speed, total distance (programmable odometer), two trip distances, elapsed time and a 12/24 hour clock. The best thing about the game is the questions get more difficult as the player advances within the chosen level. So, though it may start with single digit number recognition, it advances to double digit number recognition. It has a couple cheesey tricks, but overall it is a good set. My boys like using it and experimenting with new tricks. My 8-year-old grandson was delighted that he could confound his parents with these tricks. After a run-through at Grandma's house, he was good enough to mystify them--and smart enough not to give away the secrets :) The tricks are well constructed and really fun (we found only one too complicated and one other a bit awkward). The overall quality of the set is outstanding--sturdy, well-designed, great decoration and most of the tricks are easy to master. The trick of guessing a chosen number from six tiles is truly a wonder. It improved his arithmetic skills and his parents never figured out how he did it. Most magic tricks in other sets are too hard to perform well and/or too obvious, so are not very fulfilling for the budding magician. This set is really clever. I bought this for my 13 year old little sister. I thought she may be a little too old for this but she and her friends have thoroughly enjoyed performing for everyone. This set is very well made and looks like it will be around for a while. The only problem I see with the kit is the lack of a latch or some way to keep the box closed. All of the tricks fit inside nicely but there is no way to keep the box closed. I put a big rubber band around it to keep it closed and that seems to work nicely. 2 sets were purchased. It shipped from Amazon well packed and arrived in perfect condition. We unboxed the slide this past weekend and set it up. We placed it on a freshly cut lawn in our back yard. The slide worked great for all of about 10 minutes! The first problem was the slide split about 1/2 way in the middle between the 1st lane and the second lane. Then just minutes later the formed plastic where the water sprays out to all 3 lanes split and would not hold pressure to keep the lanes wet. What a piece of junk this slide is. Didn't even get 15 minutes of fun out of it set up per boxed instructions. I can't believe NASCAR would endorse this Wham-o crap. I ended up setting a sprinkler next to the slide so my boys could at least use it for an hour or so. Then in the trash can it went! I did not send this back as return shipping would be on my dime and the hassle of it all didn't seem worth it to me. I'd suggest going to your local builders supply store and getting a roll of heavy plastic and a few stakes, place a sprinkler spraying over the plastic and let the kids have at it. It will last much longer and you can make the slide much longer then the small 16ft this slide's total length is after set up. Do not waste your money on this slide! This product was purchased for my grand children and they are happy with it. I got this for my son's 5th birthday party and it is awsome and very durable. Pros: 1. We have had the slide up all weekend and over 11 kids have been using it and it is holding up perfectly. 2. The inflatable boogies are really cool. 3. The landing area is wonderful...we had it on a hill and the inflatable area catches the kids while making a big splash! 4. My son really likes the NASCAR theme. Cons: 1. This is only 16 feet. The box on the picture of Amazon's website says 18' but my box says 16'. It is a little short and I would have thought twice about getting it if I knew it was only 16'. 2. The water spayer inbetween the slides is only on the right side so the far left lane isn't very usable. 3. you really need to put it on a hill to get max speed. 4. The boogies slow you down...they aren't really necessary(but cool) Overall this was a great hit at my sons party and I see that it will continue to be fun throughout the summer. He is Cars and train obsessed and these still are one of his favorite things to play with. I bought them specifically for outdoor play so these are what to go the park, sandbox, and pool. The sandbox is the favorite venue for the trucks and he'll sit there for an hour just playing with them. They are plastic but very durable. They've been crushed under the stroller, thrown, dropped.. the cement mixer part pops off the easiest, but it goes back on just as easily. No cracking after 5 months of hard play. Not only that, but they are very cheap. I got these at Toys R Us in pack for $10. Not as good as some have said, but it's still totally worth it for all the hours of enjoyment he's had. I bought these for my truck-obsessed son when he was 9 1/2 months old. From the minute I took them out of the package, they have been his absolute favorite toy (he is now 14 months). They are the perfect size for little hands - most truck toys are simply too big and/or too heavy for a younger toddler. They are extremely durable and able to zip across wood floor or carpet with impressive speed. I don't usually submit reviews, but am such a fan of this product that I had to spread the word! These trucks are so much fun. They are also easy to take along to the park, sandbox, in the car, on trips, etc. My son has played with these everyday from when he was 12 months until now (20 months) and they are a favorite toy! I highly recommend them!! It arrived in time for my grandson's first birthday. He loves them and they are small enough to carry in his baby bag. My son received these as a gift when he turned 2 years old. His pleasure was instant and lasting. Back then we got a kick out of his insistence on trying to carry all three trucks at once when it was time to leave the house. At 3.5 years old, he still plays with them; His younger brother likes them, too. These trucks go outside, in the bathtub, in the car. They're sturdy yet lightweight, so they wouldn't hurt much if one were chucked at a sibling's head. The pieces can be disassembled (loader, mixer and dumper are removable) and we have reassembled them countless times and they still fit and operate perfectly. Highly recommended. There are a lot of pieces to the kit and we have not been able to find any comparable toy in any local store. So for us, this is the best around. However, for the $$ we were slightly disappointed that the cell phone does not work. It appears to have a defect. Other than that, great educational toy. This toy quickly became a favorite for my grand daughter. There are lots of pieces for her to play with. Highly recommend! My daughter plays with it everyday for the past 4 months. We started out with the cheap $10 doctors kit.. but since my daughter was so into playing doctor, we decided to buy this kit for her for Christmas - she is 2.5 years old. She LOVES it! She absolutely loves how the pager, phone and stethoscope make noises. I'm not to fond of the coughing coming out of the stethoscope, but she doesnt seem to mind (I think they could have just done the heart beat). There are a lot of pieces to this doctors kit! They fit in the box (which has latches on it to keep it closed properly), and the quality is pretty good of the items. Very good doctors kit for kids - highly recommend it. My daughter loves to play with it.. and we get examined a lot in this household :) Some of the items are a bit cheap, but my daughter has enjoyed playing with the kit, and I am glad that I purchased it for her. They are very well made and use large plastic wheels that run easily over small imperfections in the track. As with most character goods, the Thomas and Friends Trains come at a premium price, but careful shopping can sometimes net a bargain and I recommend you seek these toys out over lower priced rivals. They are worth the extra time and trouble to get. ok i never imagined how tiny this train was, until I saw it. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn't have bought it. And my son was not that much interested in a small thomas whatsoever. My son got this wooden train as part of a set on his first birthday. He is now eight, and although there's a little paint missing, the engine is still going, and the Thomas trains still hold tremendous appeal. The wooden tracks are nice to play with, although I wish the whole thing were better engineered, so that when you pulled a train around the tracks, they actually stayed on better. In the end, they are pretty indestructible and wooden toys just have a kind of feel that you can never get with plastic. When I bought it online I thought it was a bit expensive. But it's good quality and my daughter loves it! She takes it everywhere with her and is constantly asking for "Thomas"! A must have with your Thomas collection.
