He is really great on the detail level and has great articulation for a mcfarlane figure. I really like how mcfalane made the shoulder cannon, however I hate the blades. They are not very thick and too long. I really wish you could detatch the blades because they can get in the way alot. Overall he is a great figure even with those dumb wristblades and is a great addition to anyones collection. the predators needs another laser from there shoulder. another claw on the other hand. little bit more armor. i wrote all of this because. In the next movie of AVP the creature half alien half predator. Will be a lot hader to kill it wil be faster, stronger and smarter. becuase it has both of its abilities which will make it better then the others. This figure is better unopened. Wait for 10 years and sell it to some sci fi geek. The Celtic Predator is the coolest Predator toy ever made. It is very flexible and is made to play with. His mask is awesome and he has these really cool wrist blades. He also comes with a ceremonial dagger, a removable plasma caster, and a shuriken. There is no pegs on the base though so you have to lean him against a wall. This has got to be not only one of the coolest predators ever but is one of the coolest toys period. My 23 month old son figured out in less than 24 hours that if you pull on them a little bit, they pop right open, without having to put pressure on the thumb release. He is notorious for trying to foil our plans to outsmart him, and this round goes to him. Would not recommend for very determined toddlers. These covers are fairly large, easy to install and open easily...they should just be a little more securely fastened when closed. Although this product says it's "oversized", it did not fit over the knobs of our new GE Monogram range. I don't think anything exists yet on the market for the higher end ranges---would love to know if there is one. The covers worked well for our other rangetop which had traditional sized knobs. Hence, 3 stars because the name is misleading, but the knobs do the job if they actually fit. works great for us so far. Our 16 month old has not figured out how to pull them off or open them yet. Our stove knobs are very tight though so that might be why. These larger style stove knob covers help prevent children from accidentally tampering with the stove controls. When I first heard of the 30th anniversary line for STAR WARS action figures I was immediatley enthralled at the fact that there would be new additions to the STAR WARS action figure line. When I deciphered what I had seen during my primal viewing of the first wave of these figures I couldn't believe it: MORE REVENGE OF THE SITH FIGURES!?! Hasbro released almost 60-80 EPISODE III figures in 2005, then they released around 10-20 in 2006 as a part of the "SAGA COLLECTION LINE", now they are releasing around 10 for 2007! WHERE DOES IT STOP! Hasbro, make us some new figure designs off of characters of the other films, for God's sake, not to say you're not doing that though. It's just that I feel that Hasbro could be doing ALOT more to please the STAR WARS COLLECTORS. For one, they could make more figures of the minor characters of the classic films(i.e. not just luke,han,leia.etc), second, they should release more figures of the other two prequels besides ROTS, and 3rd, they should be releasing ALOT more playsets than they are now. The original KENNER line had some EXCELLENT playsets. This was a Hit for sleepover birthday party. The girls had a blast we even decorated the mic for the theme of her party. Beware it is a big microphone but it is cute. My girls are having fun with them right now singing songs. My 5 year old loves this microphone because she is really into pretending to sing in front of audiences. This microphone is easy, no batteries and it makes an echoing sound. The only problem with them is that they are huge, so it took some time to convince my daughter that they were microphones as they look a little more like the size of a megaphone. It's a very fun toy! So much fun. First, the picture is misleading, I thought I would receive two microphones, but only received one. That was a little disappointing but luckily we received the pink one which is my 3.5 year old's favorite color! I did not get to pick the color, not sure if that's an option for others or not. The microphone doesn't amplify, but it does echo, which is very cool. My husband and I even enjoy playing with it, as does my 12 month old! You need to put your mouth onto the microphone to get the best results, but even if you keep your mouth an inch or two away, you'll get a nice echo. It was much bigger than I had thought it would be. First of all, congratulations to the group of people who think and model this toy. It has a very good design. However, the quality is poor, and the connections are slightly loose. The arm (which becomes the door) keeps falling off. My son takes good care of his toys (he hardly breaks anything, but I don't think this will last for more than a month or two. Slightly expensive for the life it carries. It's smaller than it looked in the picture so all the pieces are smaller too. But my son still loves it! I had many original Transformers in the 1980's, sadly most of them have been lost, ruined, or stolen over the years. My first was the police car Autobot Prowl, back when I naively believed the propaganda that all cops were good. I found Bumblebee a bit more difficult to transform without looking at the instructions, than many original Transformers were. Bumblebee has 2 cool missile launchers than can go into any of his 4 wheels or in his hands, but are not hide-able in his car mode. A few of Bumblebee's parts even transform automatically as you move other parts! The backs of Bumblebee's legs are the only detraction in an otherwise very cool toy. Grandson is thrilled with this toy. It arrived on time and very happy with the product and the service. It's okay. The age recomendations are a little off. My 5 year old can turn him into the "person," but can't quite get him back into the car. Overall, it's a decent toy...could use a price deduction, though. Mine fell apart too, but I was able to re-attach the arms and such since they're ball joints that are meant to be flexible. He broke it within 2wks. The batteries die very quickly and the noise it makes is horrible. I bought this thinking that it was a Doctor Who sonic screwdriver. The description didn't help. The only thing the toy does is expand and make two different noises. It's hard to hit the button the right way in order for it to make the different sounds. Very disappointing. When I ordered the Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver for a friend, I found myself jealous enough to get my own screwdriver - the Master's laser version. An accurate reproduction of the device from the show, it's relatively well-built and quite fun for any Doctor (or Master) fan. While the Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver makes two subtly different sounds, the Master's Laser one has two easily distinguishable (and controllable) sounds - tap once for the higher-pitched laser noise, or hold down for the 'lazarus' noise. However, there are some downsides. Firstly, the Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver takes a little finesse (and a screwdriver) to remove the core and get to the batteries, but with the Master's, a gentle twist in the right way and the entire core just slides out - not too durable a construction, in my opinion, though it does make accessing the battery compartment easier. Secondly, when in the compact position, my Laser Screwdriver will randomly go off with light and incessant noise until the tip is extended. This is probably because when not extended, the core sits loosely in the handle piece, so the slightest shift will hit the tiny trigger button on the core. I recommend carefully storing it with the tip extended. Overall it's a fun toy and perfect for going up against the Doctor (or anyone armed with the Sonic Screwdriver). Just beware of it going off randomly in your pocket. This is a perfect toy for Doctor Who fans. I highly recommend it for anyone who loves the series. This is a fun toy to have if you're a Dr. Who fan. It isn't really the best child's toy because all it does is light up and make noise. Also, I don't know how well it would hold up under kid-type use, since I don't play with it the way a kid would. The other consideration is that it takes button batteries, which are a bit more expensive to replace. That being said, the screwdriver is neatly designed, makes cool noises, and lights up. It's a good companion piece to the Dr. Who Sonic Screwdriver. Just as the Doctor has his trusty Sonic Screwdriver to get him out of any fix, the Master uses the less subtle Laser Screwdriver, a fearsome device that he uses mainly as a weapon to murder anyone who opposes him.
