well, the storm launcher is tons of fun to fly, but... 1. the battery is not included so you have to buy this battery 2. the battery takes hours to charge but only lasts 10 minutes, if you are not flying the storm launcher i recomend that you buy MULTIPLE batteries if you are planning a nice fun day flying the storm launcher in a park
This battery is a JOKE!!! You charge it for four hours and you are lucky if you can get 5 minutes of flight time before the battery dies. A disgrace, as is the junky plane made of styrofoam. You pay $100 for a toy, it would be nice if it flew for more than five minutes and didn't break into pieces on every landing.
please this battery doesn't work at all, less than 5 minutes and let me tell you if the battery gets discharged in the middle of a lake you will need a real boat to get your storm launcher back, i wouldn't mind to pay a few plus dollars just to have more time to enjoy my storm launcher.
The rechargeable battery lasted for approx. 5 minutes once fully charged. After five minutes it did not have enough power to allow the air hog to fly. I would not recommend this as a buy.

The truck was much smaller than I had imagined.. I was a little surprised considering the price of it.. But it is a very well made toy and my grandson loves it. It is actually a great size for a 2 year old as some of the larger trucks are hard for the little ones to handle. I was a little disapointed at first, but after watching him play with it..and seeing the quality of the toy I was OK with it..

If your kids are like mine and they are facinated with the garbage truck then this is the toy for you. My twins received many toys for their 3rd birthday, but both of them like this one the best. It has kept them busy for hours. This truck is a mini version of the truck that comes to pick up our trash, which is pretty cool.
I have been searching for regular trucks that my two sons that have a degenerative neuromuscular disease along with Autism could play with. Most have gadgets that could be bitten off, or make loud noises without a volume button etc. This truck once the batteries were taken out is wonderful. Usually my son has a toy torn up within 24 hours of receiving it. This truck is still going strong after a week or so. He's not been able to bite anything off of it. And it's been rugged enough to endure being thrown down and sat on etc. My son puts things in the back bucket part and hauls them around and he loves it. If you are looking for a toy that reminds you of cars and trucks they made back in the early 1970's that didn't "do anything" but was still durable and fun to play with this line of trucks is it. We just took it out of the package and took the batteries out before we wrapped it up for the gift. That way our sons just took them out of the big box we had them in and begun to play. If you do leave the batteries in I would have to say make sure you have ear muffs. As this volume is LOUD!! and no way of turning it down! Way to loud for even a normal child to listen to as they play. That is the downfall to play with it "as is" but children used to electrionic things it probably won't phase them. But if you are purchasing it for a medically challeged child I would recommend not pushing the things that make the sounds around the child because then they will not want to play with it. Wait until you take the batteries out then it will be a fun and enjoyable toy for them. I will be purchasing more in this line of cars and trucks for them for Christmas.

Wow. I got this in the mail today. The box is huge. I've bought dvd players in smaller boxes. Against my better judgement (I don't have time to start on this right away), I opened the box (even the box is solid) and was confronted with two warp engines and the primary saucer filling the box. I know they say it's 32" (the box says 35"), but that still doesn't prepare you for the first sight of what is going to be one very large model. Sprue after sprue of plastic fill the box, including a ton of clear plastic for the main deflector, windows, photon torpedo tubes, and the warp nacelles. This kit just begs for lighting. But even if you don't, this is still an amazing kit. There's detailed interiors for the officer's lounge (below&behind the bridge), the arboretum (the big windows in the secondary hull) and the shuttle bay (complete with several types of shuttles). Oddly, though, there is nothing for the rec deck (the larger square windows on the back right of the saucer).

And if the thought of painting the famous aztec pattern is a little too daunting for you, Round 2/ Polar Lights have thoughtfully included decals of the aztec pattern for the entire ship, allowing anyone to produce an attractive model.

This is a big, beautiful kit, and is sure to be the centerpiece of any modeller's collection. Definitely a "must have," especially at this price.

Purchased this toy for my 5 year old grandson for Easter. He loved the toy and it is one of his favorites. My grandson likes to check around the house and find things he can lift. Great gift idea.
This is a great forklift. Its two forks can slide back and forth to different widths, and the mast can slide up and down as well as tilt the forks up (crucial if you want to actually lift anything with it). It also has a little knob on the back for turning the wheels, but my boys (ages 4 and 2 1/2) didn't play with that part too much. The forks aren't the sturdiest ever (ours broke when the forklift fell on a hard floor), but replacements are available from the manufacturer's website very cheaply (with free shipping). The pallets are fun to lift and can carry small toys.

My 4 year old absolutley loves this forklift. The forks move up and down with ease. The only downfall is that the forks can slide off of the sides if spread too far apart. Other than that, this toy is great.
My son who is 9 loves trucks, etc. He saw this and had to have it! This was the best place for the money. He plays with it almost everyday and is a great addition to his collection.
Use this forklift to put loads up high! The mast on this unit has two stages for stacking to great heights, plus a pitch control for the mast, adjustable forks, a tow coupling and two included pallets.

(Sleuthin Tigger)

(Don't waste your money)

(Boring&Doesn't Work Well.)

My grandaughter loves this toy. She plays with it for hours and continually giggles.
This is terrible and unreliable. Sometimes he rolls completely and sometimes not. My 4-year old lost interest in it right away. "It doesn't work," he said, and he had begged for it after seeing the commercial. Ah, well, those commercials can keep filming until they get it right. Glad I paid a deeply discounted price for it before Christmas.
Tigger falls over and needs to be stood up again after about 50% of his rolls. I've tried him on carpet and on ceramic tile but had the same result on both. My 2 year old is completely disinterested but I can't blame him - what toy is fun when it keeps falling over. The only good thing about Tigge is that he's cute.

well made, durable toy is a personal favorite of my 2 year old train-obsessed son. All the engines in the wooden track line are quality products and I highly recommend them.
It is a great toy and we experienced a very good service. The only thing was that we wanted a wooden Fergus and we got a metallic 'take along' Fergus. So they told us to keep that one and we ordered a wooden Fergus somewhere else.
We haven't had any problems with our "Fergus". We've had him for about a month now and no issues. Everything is still intact.

I don't know if the Thomas friends have gotten kind of cheap since the new company took over, but Fergus is not a well made toy. The first Fergus we had, the wheel broke off. The company was really good about replacing him, but the replacement came and within a week he too was broken, not only the wheel, but part of the wood had chipped off. The idea is kind of cool, the wheel turns the gear , turning another wheel. That is all plastic, including the axle for the middle gear. Maybe had that axle been metal, it would be more durable. I can't recommend this as a toy, only for the collector.
This Fergus is handmade from durable New England Hard Maple. Thomas Wooden Railway vehicles, track and destinations are not compatible with Take Along Thomas items.

This is a nice solid set of Thomas pieces. The only think I would have liked is for the pieces to have magnets on the front and back so they could be added into a train like other train cars. I know that they aren't supposed to be train cars but my 2 year old doesn't so he likes these less.

Ok, so we got one of these little guys around a month or so ago. In that time its flown correctly one time, and by one time I mean one circle of our field about 1 minute in the air. That's right about a minute worth of flight in around a month.

First problem with this thing is the landing gear wouldn't snap into place like its suppose to. I had to physically shove it in the notch, which in turn pushed the bottom of the plane in on itself. Second problem is the plane's durability. Yeah, I know for less than 50 what do you expect? Well, expect more than this will give you. First light crash (and I DO mean light, after a hand launch that lasted all of about 4 feet) it came down on its nose cone and nearly ripped it off. In addition to the nose the rotors are very easily broken.

My biggest problem with this model is the way the battery is charged. If you've ever flown a RC plane or heli you will be shocked by how primitive this is done for this battery. Plug it into the back of the controller, turn it on.. and wait for the battery to get hot. NO JOKE, thats how you're suppose to know when to stop charging, by the temperature. Thats just not very safe.

The only way I've kept mine together at all in the past month is thanks to Elmer's school glue. I've had to glob glue into cracks, holes in the foam, and even use it to keep the wings on the plane. If you buy this plan, no joke, buy some white school glue as you'll need it.

This model cost us 45 dollars or so shipping and all. For just a little more you can pickup a 3 CH Air Hogs plane, or for 99.99 a "mini Super Cub" from a hobby store or online. If you want to fly an RC airplane, this isn't the model you need. It looks "cool" sure, but it just doesn't work. Save your pennies and for a little more you can get a better, bigger, and an easier to fly bird.
It looks like a plane and works as it is intended(engines work with remote) but the engines aren't balanced so one is dramatically more powerful than the other. there is no trim feature to resolve this issue so I couldn't even get the plane in the air for more than 3 seconds. handled crashing well in that it didn't fall apart but if it doesn't actually fly then I don't think that matters much. could be a faulty product but at this price I doubt it.
This is a good thing to buy for experienced pilots who can land The plane well on its wheels. Mine was good for awhile, but I could never use the wheels for takeoff. I had to throw it. After a few days, and a few minor crashes, everything started to fall apart. And these crashes are on grass, not pavement. First, the glue that holds the wings on fell apart, then the fuselage started literally hanging out of the plane messing it up and giving it a bad crash and messing up the nose. nothing a little tape can't fix, but eventually the same things happened over and over when I landed it. Just the slight impact of landing it would bring up more problems, but still nothing major. I found myself trying to fix it for 5 minutes in between flights so I could get a 5 second flight because of all the damage. Eventually I gave up because it just wasn't worth it. So unless you have a perfect place to land, and you are an expert at landing it and have absolutely no crashes, don't buy this. Other than that, for the couple days it worked, I liked it. Sorry for the long review. I tried to cut it down.
This airplane is an EXELLENT stable flier that is self correcting, durable and a great gateway to more advanced airplanes. It can also take a beating and I reccomend any parents looking for a remote cantrol airplane to get this for their kids.

I was not able to make it work... after the second try one of the helice didn't work again.

Don't buy it!
The airplane features a remote controlled, battery-powered propeller for extended flights. The remote will switch off the engine and let your high-flying glider adventure begin. Need more altitude? Flip the switch on the controller and the propeller fires up to help you climb again. Master banking turns and flying in different wind conditions as you carefully hone your skills. Recommended for ages 10 and above.
