My 2 Year old really likes this set. the Jeap is cool as it has a harpoon that shoots and a removable animal cage. It is very sturdy and easy for him to use all the accessories. The figure that comes with also works on his rain-forest adventure set (the man has holes in the bottom of his shoes that fit into twist bases to make things move or happen).
This was a big hit with my 3 year old grandson. He loved the truck itself and enjoyed using the accessories. The accessories may be too small for children under 3, thought.
My son has this and loves it. Be careful, he was pushing it with his hands on it and running to drive it and it started smelling like something was burning. We looked at it and the back wheels were bent in and there were plastic shreds in the wheel Great imaginative toy.
Here is another great toy in the Imaginext toy line. They are sturdy colorful toys that encourage imaginative play. Every toy I've seen from this series is well-made and up to any active child's use and abuse. Both my 4 year old and 9 year old play with it!
I love the durability and ease of use of the Imaginext series! Easy enough for even my smallest son to use, this vehicle works well with other Imaginext toys, inspiring LONG playtimes (bonus for Mom!).
Vehicle is approx 9" long X 5" tall (NOT counting the cage). Cage is approx 4" X 5" X 3"&fits on the back of the vehicle. Play figure is approx 3" tall&chimpanzee is approx 2 1/2" tall. I really like this toy! My son got it as a gift, and loves using it with the Central Station. I really like the noises the train makes, it sounds like a real fire truck! My son loves to turn it on in the kitchen and watch it go without the tracks. I now need the firestation to complete the whole look!
I don't know who uses this more, my husband or my son. We have added to our tracks and have more than one train. The system in really cute.
This team can really take the heat! Using the remote controller, your child can make Smokey go forward or backward to get to a fire scene fastand back up the hose car to douse those blazes! Itll be a real adventure, fueled by your childs imaginationand a little help from Smokey and José. Theyre the bravest team in GeoTownTM! (Noisy, always spinning toy)

My previous experience with Kid Galaxy RC toys for children led me to believe that this toy would sit still (and be quiet) when the child is not doing anything with the controller and then move when the child interacts with the controller. Wrong. If the bumble bee is turned on it spins in a circle (noisily) and if the child pushes the button then the bumble bee goes straight. While my children (ages 2 and 5) enjoy this toy, their parents can't take much more than about 5 minutes of the noise at a time. The toy is well made and the spinning tail is cute; just know what it does prior to purchase.

With an easy-to-use one-button firefly remote, one press lights up the controller and sends the bug zooming in the direction you choose. The Buggies Bee has a soft, round tipped "stinger" that spins as it moves forward. Once switched on, the bee will spin in place. Pressing and holding the firefly button, will move the bee forward. My 4 year son plays with this all the time. He loves the movie Cars and also loves fire trucks, so it was perfect. It is well made with a lot of detail. It is the perfect size for little hands and is an easy toy to take with you when you need something small and entertaining. The statue of Stanley is not played with as much, just by the nature of it being a statue.
This is a great toy. I have been collecting them for my 3 year old son. I purchased all the sets sold on Amazon at Meijer for $6.99 each! I'd say Amazon is very much overpriced. These are Hot Wheels. When I bought them from Meijer, I thought they were over priced, but know that I see them on Amazon, I guess I got them for a great price.
Great toys. But did you ever wonder? There aren't any firemen to climb it. And while we're at it, why does 'Doc' have door handles? Plus Dinoco's oil came from dinosaurs (at least based on their logo). Now the only carbon-based life forms in the present 'Cars' world appears to be the vegetation. Must have been one giant asteroid. Only the cars and plants survived.

What a weird but wonderfully brilliant world Pixar has created. The kids are totally obsessed. These are the types of questions that come up after the umpteenth viewing.
Red (the Fire Engine) and Stanley (the Statue) look just like in the movie! One of My favorite sceens in the Movie is when Red is crusin down the freshly paved street, That Fire Truck has the Moves!
i was expecting a much larger truck for the price, but our 6 year old neighbor really enjoyed this toy.

I purchased quite a few of these for people at work. Everyone loved them! My son loves playing with his.
My 1 year old loves Disneys Cars. So when I found this I just had to get it for him. He loves making the tractor tip and toot.
If you've seen the movie, then you already know that this toy looks just like the tractors in the film. And, if that wasn't good enough, it's features are just like that of the film. It makes a moo-ing type sound and the spring loaded action tips the tractor just like in the film. It's a neat toy that's just clever.
This was a last minute Christmas present for my then 3 year old son. Amazon was the only place I could find this toy last year one week before Christmas and I recieved it a couple days BEFORE Christmas even with my last minute ordering! My son and daughter really liked it when they first got it but the newness wore off and it is now in the toybox (but is still in one piece after all of the abuse a 2 year old and a 3 year old can dish out!) I would recommend this to anyone who has kids who love Disney Cars. It is alot of fun to watch this toy.
We bought this as a gift but my 4 yr old daughter had a good time toying with it in advance of its wrapping.

It was hard for her to figure out and then we had to do it quite a few times before the process clicked. After that, it was silly and we all laughed quite a bit.

I can see it getting old pretty fast, but then it has the function of a regular toy car for the collection. It is also a pretty decent size, much bigger than a matchbox car!
As Mater would say, "Tractors is dumb!" They're also slow and fun to tip over. The Tip and Toot Tractor lets you experience that same giggly excitement that Mater and Lightning McQueen did during an evening of extreme tractor tipping. Just watch out for Frank the Combine. To toot, press down on the smokestack. To tip, press down on radiator cap, then release. Requires 3 "AG13" (LR44) button cell batteries (included). Measures 6" long.

The Gold Prospector wooden cars work on the Thomas wooden tracks, and are quite durable. The plastic "tumbler" chamber on the first car is thick, and rotates as the wheels turn--tumbling pieces of "gold" within. The gold car features a load of nuggets coated in a faux gold finish.

The trains are dark red in color, and feature golden emblems like a large "S" and "Sodor Mining Company" on the side.

My 6 year old just received this set for his birthday, and loves them! A very nice addition to the Thomas line that is neat to look at, as well as sturdy enough to hold up to rough handling or storage.
New adventures are waiting just around the bend with Thomas and Friends. Every engine in Sodor has an important job to do. From pulling cargo to loading scrap, these trains know the importance of teamwork in getting the job done.

My son loves this product. Just last night he was trying to do a deep voice into the microphone and said "Thomas, you have caused confusion and delay" and then giggled like crazy. It was a good addition to his set!

Both my boys love these cars. More than other race car sets, they really seem to enjoy setting it&several others up for the bump-n-go effect. As with trains&similar toys, additional Darda track make it much more fun.

(Truck's Back falls off...still tons of fun)

Max and Monty are featured on the DVD "On Site with Thomas" and are seen in almost every story so they are a great gift! We were slightly disappointed with the lack of actual wood used, that may have affected the durability. The back pops out rather quickly but it is not too difficult to put back. The toy tends to be fun anyway since there is a magnet positioned on the back of the passenger seat. Thus making Max and Monty great transporters for smaller engines and trucks like Thomas and Percy. The back loader is very easy to move back and forth but it does not last too long so eventually we just took it out and are 3 year old had just as much fun without it.
These Thomas&Friends dump trucks think they know everything about construction and cause havoc by their reckless nature. They like to bully the smaller machines in the yard, but eventually they get what's coming to them. Add them to your collection! Trucks connect together with magnet connectors and are made of real wood. Each truck measures 3".

(Awesome toy for my contruction-aholic 3 year old!)

I bought this for my 2.5 year old son as a potty training reward. He saw it sitting on the refridgerator and immediately needed to use the potty. He loves this and still plays with it quite a lot! If your son (or daughter) is in to construction vehicles, then it's a great buy!
Caterpillar Construction vehicles are rough and rugged with multiple transformations. Each piece is used to re-configure another type of construction truck, so you can build and rebuild! Plus, each truck is equipped with a c-clip that allows it to haul other trucks. And with real rubber wheels and a working suspension, these trucks are ready for rough and tumble preschool play.

The buildable Excavator digs in with its manual scoop shovel for true construction action. Working c-clips allow it to be linked to other trucks (sold separately), hauled and towed. Includes three mini blocks and special construction pieces.
