We could get them in the general area we wanted but never did get any tight control. Mine broke the first day and I had to super glue it nearly everytime I crashed (often:). The battery died quickly then they had to recharge. You need a large indoor space and they crashed in any small breeze (i.e.Furnace, Door opening). Over all I'd say they were disappointing.』

Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (Hot Wheels Dune Devil Pro - Green and White Cars) 『Two years ago I looked at reviews from Amazon and other RC websites regarding the Dune Devil. Most of the remarks were quite good, so I decided I would take the chance and buy one. I bought the white one first and I was extremely impressed with how fast it was for an inexpensive RC. This is the by far the fastest 9.6v rc I've ever seen from Tyco or Nikko for that matter. With high speed comes frequent spectacular crashes, so I soon found out that the suspension and body were extremely durable. My only complaint initially was that it doesn't have enough low end torque to perform wheelies or enough ground clearence for tall grass, but nevertheless, I enjoyed this RC so much that I bought its counterpart for fun with a friend. The green one is a different frequency than the white, which allows you to operate both simultaneously. These cars easily run 20-30 min on a Nicd battery at ~1000-1200mah. The biggest problem I've encountered with one of the cars is that occasionally, the rear differential will will not connect with the gears and the car will not move. After a bit of nursing along with my foot it engages again. I would definitely give these cars a 5 stars if the differential were more solid, but for thirty bucks, what do you expect?』
(Very fast for a low cost rc car) 『I bought 2 of these for Christmas 2 years ago. 1 of them had the rear gears strip out and the other one still runs fine. Unlike higher priced racers, you just can't replace the parts that easily. It would probably be cheaper just to buy a new car. For the price though you can't go wrong. When they both worked my kids loved them. After 3 months of abuse they now just sit in the closet destined to be in a yard sale item someday.』

Unfortunately within 30 minutes of run-time, this became a model truck instead of an r/c. The motor still runs but it wont move under any load. (Dune devil - great indoor fun) 『this is a great rc car for an up and coming racer. I would recommend indoor in a large room or outdoor undercover. Its quite fast for a toy too and resilient, the one we gave as a gift has jumpoed off many a stair and lands on its wheels and keeps on driving. Its by no means hobby grade but the price reflects this. BUy the rechargable battery pack when you find one, it eats baterries, as does an good rc car though. I found the 9.6 pack from newbright fit perfectly too and was cheaper.』

As soon as we took the toy out of the box, one of the planes was missing some wheels. You couldn't see that the wheels were missing until the box was opened because of the packaging. One week after Christmas, several other space ships/planes have lost their wheels. My son has not been rough with the toys. I purchased two other space sets for him and their durability and quality has been fine. I would consider purchasing the toy again since my son is having such a good time playing with it and since he is able to learn more about space flight as a result of playing with them, however, I think that the construction of the toy in regard to the wheels is poor and needs to be improved.』

This is a toy my son circled and wanted Santa to bring and was so excited to get it. As soon as he unwrapped the gift, even he said it was very small. He stops the trains there so that they can get a drink, and I love watching him imitate the drinking sounds. My 5 year old daughter has also been having fun playing with it, too. I love how compact it is, since once you have a whole train set on the table, there isn't much extra room. We also have the new Railroad Crossing that has also been a huge hit, as well as Cranky! I love how durable the wooden pieces are, and if you're patient enough, you can find some great deals out there.』

One tower has completely paled now, and it's difficult to see when the water is "full" or not. It's not sun exposure, these stores don't have windows in the play areas. Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (Perfect Toddler Cars) 『The whole line of Tonka's little Wheel Pals is just wonderful. The wheels can't come off and the paint doesn't scratch like Hotwheels do. Hotwheels are great, but not for my 14 month old right now (Hotwheels are for ages 3 and up as per their packaging). My son is still pretty oral and the coloring hasn't come off after extensive chewing and they've even lasted the washer and dryer. I clean them by throwing them in the dishwasher and there are no pockets where water gets stuck in to slosh around. Also, the wheels role very well on the hard wood and tile floor and also outside on the side walk.
These are, by far, my son's favorite toys. They accompany him EVERYWHERE; in the bath tub, on the high chair, to the grocery store, down the slide at the park, and he even insists on clinging to one as he falls asleep!
These are great, durable cars for little guys and I highly recommend them to anyone with a toddler, especially the boys. My nephew will turn one this summer and he will definitely be getting these as birthday presents from us.

At first it's a bit difficult to control the cars because their speed, but soon learn to control them is incredible. I play with my kids, 6 and 3 years old, and they would have won some races because it is easy for them to control the cars.
I bought a piece that allows me to count the laps of the race and makes the race more fun determining the winner.
All you have is to keep those parts and trucks so you can keep track in good condition.

(Must Have) 『We bought this track for our 5 year old son who has the need for speed. This really fit the bill. Even though I believe the age range says it's for 8 and up, it can be used by younger children who have good hand control. This track can be formed into a lot of different tracks and you can make it race 2 cars or up to 4 side by side. If you race 2, it can be a HUGE track. This was a great purchase for our son and his parents.』
(Best HO Scale Slot Car Set) 『This is arguably the best HO-scale slot car set on the market. Though it is on the expensive side, it is a good value for money and big enough that you might not feel the need to buy additional track or sets.
The biggest selling point for me is that it is a four lane track. On two lane tracks, someone is always having to wait their turn to drive, or the two cars end up on opposite ends of the track and rarely race head to head. With three or four cars, the action gets considerably more fun. However, this set can be used to build an enormous two lane track, too, if that's what you want.
Additionally, this track is large enough to be interesting with varying size corners and some nice straights, but not so big that the cars rarely pass one another (see the "AFX Giant Raceway" for an example of too much of a good thing).
It is possible to upgrade a two lane set to four lanes at a later time, but doing so usually involves buying a lot of specialty track to match the insides or outsides of the corner pieces you already have, and that can get expensive. So, if you want four lanes, start here -- it will be much more economical in the long run.
The only down side of this set is that the bodies on the F1/CART/Indy style cars are somewhat fragile, and the wings will almost certainly get broken with enough abuse. If this set is for younger children, buy one of AFX's closed-wheel cars for them to bang on. 』

Not at all disapponited and in fact was quite surprised with the overall size of the track when assembled - I couldn't believe all that track fit in the little box the set came in.
When setup the length of the track is quite impressive - especially to someone new to slot car racing. Setup of the tracks is quite easy but it does take some time. Also, it's great that this is 4 lanes so 4 people can "play" at the same time.
Set is complete with 4 cars and everything else to make them run together - no need to purchase anything else to get this set up and running.
Everything worked perfectly, no problems with any of the cars controllers, tracks or power cords.』
