I asked how I could find a board to fit our table they told me imagiaruim was by them and there was no way of getting another we just needed to buy a whole new table. THe Paducah, KY store manger told me this was the lease of his concerns and to deal with it. I'm very unhappy! However this is a nice bright board if you have a thomas table.』

(A great addition to your Thomas collection.) 『I umm and aahh about spending this sort of money on a train table and playboard for my children but after doing my homework I decided this is the one I would buy.
Other train tables I have seen in stores are often wonky and seem quite unstable - and this is after they've been played on in the stores. So after seeing poorer quality tables for similar prices I decided to save up for the Thomas branded one and this single sided playboard.
Yes, it's expensive, but as with any "brand", it's the name you are paying for. If you want a Thomas collection of trains and accessories you are going to have to pay. I'm just starting our collection and am buying the "Thomas" trains and buildings, but found a compatible generic track for less than half the price. I was lucky enough to get this playboard at almost half price at a after Christmas sale. It's worth waiting for sales and price comparing.
It's beautifully painted and when used with the table frame is extremely strong (although I wouldn't recommend standing on it).
It's up to you to spend to decide if you want to spend this sort of money but I see this as something I won't ever have to replace and it's something my son can keep for his children. Toys like this will last!』

(fun wtih the Polar express) 『My 3 year old son got this (and the other parts of the Polar Express Brio train) for Christmas. He is a HUGE fan of the movie and LOVES these toys. We have read the book so many times and seen the movie even more times that we set up the train and he runs the movie plot right there in the living room. Brio makes good quality stuff and even the price on Amazon seemed pretty reasonable!』

I also appreciate that Thomas engines and cars have faces on the front of them. These faces on the toys help my young train user identify the correct way to face the trains and get them to connect. He knows that the face is at the front of the car, and that's where it connects. While for engines like Bill and Ben this isn't a huge deal, this is a huge deal with the boxcars. (Poorly made) 『I don't know if the Thomas friends have gotten kind of cheap since the new company took over, but Fergus is not a well made toy. The first Fergus we had, the wheel broke off. The company was really good about replacing him, but the replacement came and within a week he too was broken, not only the wheel, but part of the wood had chipped off. The idea is kind of cool, the wheel turns the gear , turning another wheel. That is all plastic, including the axle for the middle gear. Maybe had that axle been metal, it would be more durable. I can't recommend this as a toy, only for the collector.』 『

(Great Toddler Remote toy) 『I purchased this item for my 17 month old son for Christmas and it quickly became one of the hottest toys of the day. It was very easy to use, and my 7 year old daughter liked it too! The car goes faster than I thought it would, and can be directed just about anywhere with the easy to use remote. I considered giving this toy 4 start because sometimes we forget to turn it off and it drains the batteries. However, that is our fault, not the toy's, and my kids have a blast. It would not drive up the street due to the range, but that's not why I bought it. This toy is clearly intended to be a toddler toy to use close to home, and does a fine job in this category. (Great First Remote Controlled Car) 『I bought this car as a gift for a close friend's son. We gave it to him on his 3rd birthday and he and my daughter LOVED it. The were fighting over it! As far as the range goes we didn't have to "stay on top of the car" as another reviewer said. We didn't once have a problem of the car being out of range. They played with this outside on the driveway and walkway as well as in the house. The controls are super easy to use. I don't think I would recommend this toy for anyone younger than 2 years. That being said I think I am going to buy another one for my daughter!』
