(What a collection!) 『Since seeing my first Galaxy Angel episode in 2005, I decided I wanted to collect as many of the episodes as I could. The Galaxy Angel What's Cooking Limited Edition Box is a fine addition to my collection.
Granted, the box only contains the first DVD of the show with four episodes, but there is so much more inside! In addition to the DVD, a special booklet with part of the Galaxy Angel managa is enclosed, two pencil boards showing the girls in all the glory and even five figurines of the Angels!
Not only that, but the box can be used to hold all 4 DVD's of the series! For any Galaxy Angel fan, this is a good deal and a purchase I do not regret.

I got it for her for Christmas and while it sat by the wayside for a few weeks while she was glued to some of her flashier presents, when she did finally get around to opening it, she was hooked. The dolls are adorable and there seem to plenty of sheets on the pad for now...lots of colors to choose from, both pencils and markers, tons of templates for various outfits and a guide book for ideas, although some of the fabric techiques are too time-consuming or diffcult for her to mess with. My main gripe is the packaging. The pencils/markers are in a plastic grooved holder that is attached to the front cover..the type that should snap securely to hold everything in place. It doesn't. In order to keep them from flying everywhere she has to remember to flip the book over first and open in backwards...which, of course, she doesn't remember to do every time. Not that big of a deal since we can get them their own pouch for storage etc, but it kind of defeats the purpose of have a self-inclusive toy for travel purposes etc. Same deal with the templates..they are adorable and there are a ton of them, but no feasible place for storage. The pouch that is provided is not big enough. Otherwise, this is a fabulous toy for any creative little girl!』

While both of them used it, the youngest girl need a lot of help working with small pieces, became frustrated and lost interest after a short while . The eldest girl spent hours creating outfits. I was amazed at her creativity and at how well she coordinated the pieces. It has piqued her interest in sewing. When I returned home, I gathered all kinds of scrap material, ribbons and other possible adornments and mailed them to her to create more outfits. She use this gift for a long time.』
