Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (Sherlock Holmes Figurine) 『Great Figurine. Very detailed and believable. I wanted this figurine to use in a room box display and would like to have a Dr. Watson to go with it, but haven't been able to find one yet. Hope you enjoy this figurine as much as I have.』
(SO COOL!) 『There are super heroes of all kinds, and Sherlock Holmes is the greatest! He doesn't wear a cape or fly in the sky, but he uses the greates weapon of all, his brain. I am so glad that someone finally made an action figure of the greatest hero of all.』 『Historic Action Figures. How do you tell a real superhero? It ain't because he has kung-fu moves, or looks good in tights. The historical giants in our superhero collection, reduced to 5" to 6" tall plastic figures, wear their contemporary dress. Thus confined, they're limited to moving limbs and heads, with some being more motile than others. These superheroes are actual historical figures, though, rather than Hollywood heroes. Leonardo also comes with a 4-1/4" easel, plus a little frame with (4) interchangeable masterpieces to display. All the figures include fascinating facts and short biographies on the back of the package.』
Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (Good basic battle droid) 『This is a must have figure. Who else are the Jedi and clones going to slaughter anyway?
Hasbro is using a harder plastic than previous battle droids, so they've managed to make it look more minimal without sacrificing durability. There is better articulation in the shoulders, elbows and hips than older models and believe or not the head swivels on a ball joint. Its neck is very stiff, so you need to work it a little. The chest also rotates, which is nice. Unfortunately, the hands and knees dont bend. The blaster rifle isn't too tough, but my kids have a hard time getting it to hold rocket launcher.
The droids backpack sits well on the back and the antennae sits far away enough from the head so they dont hit, which is a problem with the legacy battle droid. Unfortunately, there's no slot to holster the blaster on the backpack.
It doesn't stand well unassisted so invest in those official Star Wars stands.
The biggest drawback is the cost. Its a good quality figure, but it takes a lot of abuse from the kids. We have two battle droids, and they get knocked down by the Republic forces as fast as we can set them up. An army of these things would be prohibitively expensive. The legacy two pack is a better bargain for the kids, even though they lack articulation. If you're looking for a collectable, this is your droid.

(My son was thrilled.) 『This was bought as a Christmas present for my 5 year old son, who is a huge Star Wars fan. We call them "Roger, Roger" droids, because that's what they say in the cartoon. He loves them (I bought more than 1). I don't really see any educational value, but it does work his fine motor skills. They're not very durable, because legs and arms come off pretty easily, but if you've ever seen the cartoon when fighting the Jedi they don't hold up very well and my son thinks it great that they come apart so easily.』 『Battle droids are the perfect soldiers in battle programmed to fight without hesitation and deployed in vast numbers that overwhelm opponents. Individually, though, their limited cognitive ability makes them vulnerable when up against the daring recklessness of Anakin Skywalker and the agile Ahsoka Tano; the two skilled Jedi can easily outwit and outmaneuver these mechanized fighters.Step into The Clone Wars animated world with this articulated action figure based on the anime character. In full clone trooper armor, this figure comes with a backpack and a small blaster accessory, and a larger blaster that fires a projectile. Aim the projectile at your target and stage your own galactic battles.Figure comes with small blaster, backpack, larger blaster and projectile.』
Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (Spartan Scout) 『This of all the Halo Toys I have purchased has had no flaw at all. Not only is he highly flexible, but his hands are sinch to work with. He's highly detailed, and by far my favorite spartan figure at this moment.』 『The battle continues on with this latest line of Halo 3 figures. In addition to the regular release figures, numerous store exclusive colors supplement this incredibly popular line. This dark blue Scout is a Wal-Mart exclusive and is short packed in cases.』

(Star Wars playset) 『I gave this to my 6 year old son who's a fan of the "old" Star Wars. He thinks it's great and is really enjoying playing with it. It fits all the regular size Star Wars action figures.』

Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (Just for show) 『I work as a "lunch lady" and thought it would be fun to have this figurine set out for the children to see as we served lunch. Our kids get a kick out of it. She is a sturdy figure and we change the "menu" almost daily. Rather than peel the meal stickers off of the backing and put them on the trays, I think that we will just cut the meals apart and put them with the backing on in the serving tray. It's difficult to peal the meals off of the tray to reuse and change otherwise. I'm glad I bought the "lunch lady".』
(Does No One Remember Chris Farley?) 『Does no one remember Chris Farley&Adam Sandler doing the "Lunch Lady" song on Saturday Night Live? This a replica of that character, down to the spoon. I will never forget Chris in that outfit, complete with hairnet&mole, dancing to the Lunch Lady song.』
(Lunchlady, lunchlady, diva of the school...) 『I'm a lunch lady and the kids tell me I'm cool. My husband got me this 'action figure' for my birthday. I took it to work and the other ladies in my kitchen think she's a hoot. They wanted to know where I got it so they could order their own. I have left her in the package and since school is out now, she is on a hook in my kitchen at home. Totally worth the price and I think highly collectible.』
(Lunch Lady Action Figure) 『Just last night, gave this Lunch Lady as a retirement gift to my boss, who was a lunch lady for 30 years. It was a hit. It got plenty of laughs and attention. I'm not sure what she will do with it. Hopefully, just leave her in the pkg and put her on a display shelf!, though it would be great to see what's for lunch!!』
(This one totally resonated with me and has continued to do so) 『Stick with me as I go through this review because there are some things you might have missed in the product description and details. First, some clues that you should buy this: 1. You went to grade school and loved or hated the lunches.
2. Just looking at her makes you remember the canned spinach or asparagus they served, along with the texture and smell.
3. She looks like a lunch lady from your school.
4. She appeals to you on some subconscious level and you need to explore that further. Go with it.
5. You KNOW she has to be a collector's item. Trust that feeling.
Now, features you might have missed: 1. You can customize the food by putting different stickers in the three serving containers. Wow! I prefer the spinach colored one and then a macaroni and cheeey one......and I'll let you guess about the third one. Why take away all suspense?
2. She is an action figure. Parts of her move.
3. The package info is funny. You'll have to trust me on that one.
4. She'd make a great gift for any lunch lady YOU know and love - or any child you want to traumatize. I don't really encourage people to traumatize children, just a little humor there. Parents will understand and, hopefully, anyone who has been around children and occasionally feel the urge to throttle them...but only in their imaginations, not in reality.
』 『This Lunch Lady Action Figure will take you back to those glorious "hot lunch" days of sloppy joes, fish sticks and mini milk cartons. Each 5-1/4" (13.3 cm) tall, hard vinyl figure comes with a scoop, a food tray, a serving station and a sticker sheet featuring images of delicious hot entrées.』
Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (Visual Aid for a teacher of Shakespeare) 『This action figure was purchased for my adult daughter who is an English teacher. Her students study Hamlet by Shakespeare and she requested this miniature doll to use in class. The high school students were intrigued and liked it - anything to heighten enthusiasm for the subject!』
(Couldn't resist - I set him free from the box...) 『Yes, Jane Austen was too fragile to be removed from the box, but the bawdy bard could not be contained. I must admit - I couldn't resist holding him. As he was more substantial than Miss Austen, I felt no fear or guilt for removing him from his plastic entombment. When my youngest son invited me to play a game involving action figures, I willingly joined in with my own "toy", Mr. Shakespeare, the original man of "action" (to my son's many giggles and snickers). Mr. Shakespeare has accompanied me to school (I teach high school English) and once spent an entire class in the pocket of a highly respected college professor discussing Twelfth Night (the professor was discussing - not Shakespeare). Mr. Shakespeare currently resides on the shelf of a bookcase where I keep my DVD's. He usually hangs around near the Hamlet movies (yes, I own more than one), but is currently residing with As You Like It. While he occasionally makes field trips with my other Shakespeare stuff (a rubber duck, a pen made in his likeness, various books, etc.), he still prefers to spend most of his time with actors (again - he sits with my DVD's, remember?).』
(The perfect teacher gift) 『This is a fantastic product, obviously probably better suited to older kids or adults who would appreciate its scholarly hilarity.
I have him still in his box, hanging on my office wall, as I'm sure many teachers would be happy to do. It's a great conversation piece -- very funny and wonderful.』
(What a piece of work...) 『This is a fabulous action hero to sit on your desk and inspire you. He may not have a chatty ring to pull, but his very presence in your abode speaks volumes.
With Shakespeare on your desk, well, brother you'll never cow-tow!』 『5.5" of awesome writing power! Dost thou doubt the ability of my quill? I shalt strike you down with my removable book and action quill pen! Warning Chocking Hazard! Contains small parts, not for children under 3.』
