(Better than Allclad) 『Excellent cookware, handles are much nicer than Allclad and you will not find better cookware for the price! You will have to adjust your cooking style a bit as these pans heat well and hold their heat, so react quickly and use a lower heat setting than you might typically choose. Also be sure to preheat your pan well and then add your oil immediately followed by your food. If you do make a mess of your pan do not fret as Barkeepers Friend will return your pans to their original beauty!』
(Great except for the handle rivets) 『I bought myself this 1.5 qt saucepan mostly out of a desire to tinker with things like sauce reduction, and figured that a fully clad saucepan would work better than their chef classic line. And while I haven't really tried sauce reduction yet, as far as I can tell it's a great even heater, pretty responsive to temperature changes, but also maintains residual heat for quite a while. My only complaint with it is the poor riveting job I've seen on the ones I've received so far. The first one I returned due to some marker scribbles, but the second and third ones I've received have handle rivets that don't seem to have been riveted all the way in. As a result of not being flush with the inside of the pan, food bits have a tendency to get stuck, which makes cleaning a bit more tedious.』

Since it's a 1.5 quart pan, it can only do so much, but for jobs it can handle it performs well.

Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (Great stone that lasts and will stay flat.) 『This ceramic stone is a great value for it's durability and low maintenance. You won't need to flatten this one. It's nearly as hard as the diamond stones and stays as flat, but it cuts a little finer. You still have to clean the stone or it won't hardly cut. They don't cut near as fast a waterstone (or shaptons) but they last longer (pretty much won't wear out).
Pros: Low maintenance (no flattening) Durability (long lasting) Can get a great edge with just three stones
Cons: Must clean them well (using water while sharpening helps) Fragile (don't drop one they will break) Does not cut fast
I'd recommend them for edges that don't need large amount of work. It is relatively quiet in both high and low operations. Crushing ice is very easy with this blender. I did not blend a lot of volume, but it does excellent jobs to make smoothie or cocktail. The jar is made of glass but there are alot of plastic or rubber parts too. I may have to replace some plastic and rubber parts in the future.』
