This pump is so leaky that it won't pump up a standard basketball, or a youth size soft football. You can pump all you want, but the air just leaks out around the internal valve. And if you don't yank it out of the ball right away, it let's the air that is in the ball out.
This is really disappointing. It is the first product I've bought on Amazon (and I'm a Prime member, so I order quite a bit), that I haven't been impressed with. IMHO, Amazon should pull this product from its shelves. 』

The cons: -A small piece was broken (the arm of the gate). This was packed deep within the package. I don't see how shipping would have caused it to break. It almost seems as if it was intentionally packed broken! -It takes quite a while to put together and there is no picture of the final product to guide the process. -The elevator seems tight, and squeaks when you make it move up and down.
All in all it was a great purchase and has already provided my nephew HOURS of entertainment. The first day he played with it for 6 hours STRAIGHT. Now he is down to just a couple hours a day....but he wants to bring it over to friends' houses.』

This light has earned the coveted position alongside my Kendo Gel inkpen and retractable Sharpie in my shirtpocket. Geeked out, I know, but I take my tools seriously and this light is the perfect combinbation - very bright, durable, lightweight. The best I've found yet. I used to carry the skinnier Streamlight penlight but this one beats it hands down ( triple-A batteries versus the hard-to-find AAAAs and the 66118 Stylus Pro has a circuit which sustains full brightness over the useful battery life)』

LED's are an economical, super bright light source, that draw less power, and have a much longer life than incandescent lamps. Although LED's do degrade slowly over time, they will still produce decent output for a long, long time.
This Streamlight 66118 flashlight utilizes a single high output LED as the light source, and powered by two AAA batteries, produces a very bright and intense beam of light. Beam spread is rather narrow, and not adjustable. The flashlight provides good general illumination for short distances, and has the kick to reach quite far.
The housing is weather resistant anodized aluminum, with a rubber sealed on/off switch at the top. Gently pushing the switch, temporarily turns the light on. There is a metal clip which is attached to the screw on cap with the switch. As has been noted in another review, if you are not careful, the clip can scrape the finish of the housing when the cap is screwed off or on. Putting a layer of tape around the housing, where the clip touches the housing should help prevent damage. A serviceable nylon holster is also included.
Through the years there have probably been thousands of different designs for flashlights, and what is really amazing, is the small number that actually work well. The design of such simple device, apparently has not been perfected yet. The light output of this flashlight is fantastic, but I was having problems with the light not coming on every time the switch was pressed. I was using alkaline batteries, but when I switched to rechargeable batteries the problem almost completely went away. Evidently the terminals of the rechargeable batteries made better contact with the spring, and the LED lamp contact.
Conventional alkaline batteries usually hold their charge for a long time, and so they are a good choice for a flashlight that is mainly used for emergencies. The downside is that alkaline batteries can leak, and the acid can damage or destroy a flashlight. Using rechargeable batteries, you can avoid the leaking problem, but most rechargeables do not hold a charge for very long, and you run the risk of not having power when you really need it.
If you have a problem with a buggy switch, try using rechargeable batteries. Other than that issue, this is a very powerful and well constructed flashlight, that is convenient to carry and use. What is also good about this model versus others by Streamlight, is that the lens is flat and less exposed to danger, and it uses easy to obtain AAA batteries.』

(Crazy pumps while training!) 『I started taking NO-Xplode last week and have used it for 5 workouts now. The first day I got away with just one scoop, but had to up my dosage to 2 scoops for the following workouts. I have a pretty high tolerance for caffeine, so I didn't think this product would affect me at all, but the reviews I read were so convincing- I decided to give it a try. So far, I really like it and wonder what took me so long to start. I considered getting it a few months ago because a client of mine kept raving about it, but I chalked his enthusiasm up to being simply "pumped up" on caffeine. I'm convinced there's more to it than just that now.
The first workout was on arm day and I got so pumped up I could barely move my arms by the end of the workout. My focus was spot on and the pump was unlike anything I've ever experienced before, it was almost debilitating in some ways. I was super sore for about 4-5 days afterwards, which is uncommon for me after working arms. I was sold after that first workout! I have since looked forward to hitting the weights just because I get to down a glass of NO-Xplode!
The taste is alright, nothing I would want to sip and take my time with- tastes like chewed up aspirin and Tang mixed together, but I've had much worse. The reviews about liver enzymes being elevated freaked me out a bit and contributed to me waiting so long to purchase this product, but I'm a non-drinker, I don't take pain killers and I drink over a gallon of water every single day- so I said what the heck. I also only take this product on days I lift, which is on average 4-5 days per week. I do not take it when I do cardio. I highly recommend ingesting at least 1 gallon of water each day in order to flush the kidneys and liver and cut back on the booze and consumption of tylenol or ibuprofen which are things that may mess with the liver.
I haven't felt any depression or "crashing" after taking the product, but I do know the feeling. It's similar to how you feel when you become physiologically tolerant to a stimulant- commonly coffee, and then stop taking it cold turkey. You get headaches and feel sort of down in the dumps. Hydration is vital for warding off the headaches on off days and consuming a cup of coffee when not taking the no-xplode should help with the depression issues. Also make sure you get adequate sleep, at least 8 hours. I took it one day while sleep deprived and felt a little bizarre during my workout, kind of in a daze.
I also have not had any stomach issues as other reviewers have reported. I have a pretty tolerant digestive system, but I used to take Cell-Tech and that stuff would really mess my stomach up. I've had issues in the past with other creatine products too, but this stuff has never bothered me. One reason some people may have stomach issues with this product is because caffeine helps to get things moving down there if you know what I mean.
Overall, my strength gains are up and so is my confidence in handling heavier weights. I started supplementing with L-Glutamine to aid in muscle recovery because I've been hitting the weights so hard, I'm experiencing soreness I've not felt in a long time. I highly recommend this product, but moderation and listening to your body is key. Amazon had the best prices from what I've found, even better than my local GNC. Check it out!』

(Love it! Best core exerciser that I've ever used) 『Core workouts have always felt boring to me. I've never much enjoyed sit-ups or crunches or doing endless minutes of Planks. Last year I discovered the Bosu ball and have been liking my core exercises a lot more since. The concept is simple: balancing on the ball while doing other exercises like curls or dead lifts forces you to constantly adjust and simultaneously works your legs, back, and stomach even when doing an arm or shoulder workout. That is just one of the applications of the Bosu ball.
Another great technique is to use the flat surface as a platform for push ups, or as a modified roving plank exercise where you roll in the ball in a circle while keeping your lower body and abs stationary. This is a great way to tone the stomach and is far more engaging than sit-ups or generic stationary plank.
The third excellent use is as a balance/stability trainer. You can either balance on the flat side or do lunges unto the ball surface to train your feet and ankles. Since you can only lift what you can stabilize, these routines are a wonderful addition to a traditional weight training routine and will see your lifts increase rapidly as your ancillary muscles catch up to your primary movers.
The home version of the ball seems just as good as the professional versions we have at my health club. Both my wife and I use it regularly and we've never had a problem with it deflating or even losing air. This is a seriously great piece of fitness equipment as versatile as it is well made. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to mix up their routine or for those wanting better stability and core strength.』
