The mat curls up at one end and this makes it a bit uncomfortable to use. Worth every penny. Depending upon your need for the mat and how you use it, this mat can be very useful. I like this mat soo much because it is extremely comfortable. This mat is really good for exercises. I have a bad back and need to do floor exercises for it. Recently I took it to a yoga class and realized that it would be awesome for this mat to have a sling/ strap to carry it with, but it's a great mat all the same! I read a review of this mat that said that it was bad for jumping rope, among other idiot uses, and gave it only 3 stars. Wtf? It's an excersise mat. For lieing down and doing excercises. The description could not be more simple. But, I'll review it in case others are confused (either by the product or by the other ppl's reviews). The material that it's made of could not be better for an excercise mat. The mat is about and inch thick. It's made out of like a kind of synthetic-rubbery material. The material is such that it's equally supportive of your contours and firm enough where you'll avoid the distraction of whatever surface is underneath the mat. The mat is a little bit bouncy. Not bouncy enough to jump rope off of it! But just enough to give you an extra push to do 4 or 5 more sit ups. The corners do roll up a little bit but the length is long enough (just over 6 ft.) to not need the whole amount anyway. Highly recommend. This mat is well priced and does the job, as far as exercise mats go. However, hot weather causes it to stink up a room with rubber fumes. So have a think before you purchase it. (The plastic keeps separating from the metal) (great fit) (Review) I purchased several stainless steel caps. The adhesive from the labels wouldn't come off, so I soaked them in soapy water. The expensive lids now have water trapped inside where bacteria can breed. I can't get the water out; the caps are unsafe to use, and I'm out the money. I purchased the Klean Kanteen bottles as an alternative to my deteriating lexan bottles. I am impressed with the bottles and the sports caps that they came with. I purchased the Stainless steel loop cap so that I can clip the bottle to my backpack when hiking and am very happy with it. The threads fit much better and far more secure than the poly loop cap threads and it also covers a bit of the outside of the rim to. (the poly loop doesn't) In theory I like the idea of a metal cap that prevents contact between the water and the plastic, I've had a terrible experience with the stainless loop cap. I have the 40oz bottle and apparently the adhesive cannot handle the weight--the loop actually separated from the rest of the cap, sending my water bottle crashing onto concrete, damaging the bottle in the process. I ordered a second one, stopped carrying it by the loop all the time, but it still came separated. I'm using the poly loop now and haven't had this problem. the cap fits well and does the trick. too bad it doesn't come standard with the bottle. The thing fits but it looks like it was not ment to be on the bottle. Def aftermarket and NOT klean kanteen OEM. I know they are hard to find but I would reccomend you get one from klean kanteen. And I am glad I did, because it's well worth it's price. These binoculars are an execellent value for the price paid. I would definitely recommend them. Bought these after the glowing reviews for a gift. They were not the caliber I expected from the reviews. Bulky and heavy. Optics good but you have to press your eyes very close to the viewers to see well, and I felt there was not enough of a wide angle to justify the bulk. Spend some more $ if you can do so and invest in about a $250-$400 pair-- I learned the hard way that you get what you pay for--you'll be a lot happier.
