『I have been an avid X10 user for 10 years. I recently purchased an Iphone - how cool would it be to use it as a controller for home automation ? Pretty cool if you want to replace your existing X10 network with the newer more expensive Insteon devices. This controller certainly could have been a 5 star if it was able to control X10 but all you get is a manual control panel that you must navigate to in the software. I was sadly disappointed and returned mine as I am not going to upgrade all my devices to Insteon at one time to be able to use my existing network.』

『Awesome product, but I think the title is a bit overstated, I wouldn't call it a central controller. It does have a lots of cool features, but falls short of "Central controller", but it is an awesome (sorry for repeating, but it it really IS awesome) iPhone/iPod-touch API with some additional functionality like simple timers.
You will not be able to execute any automation scripts, but it is great for simple schedules, and oh, camera support is such a nice touch.
So, if you won't pick on title, this device is totally deserves 5 stars.』

This DVD covers everything else and has some pretty good strategies. It is very clearly presented and includes great color pictures that pinpoint exactly what you need to tap to make whatever it is you want to happen.

They point to the decline in Smoking in the West and point out the tobacco companies have gone to China in a big way. Bloomberg and Gates compliment and complement each other on this one.
On the new Phone device with the Internet connection the experts all see it as a major step forward- their one caveat is battery- life. A real user would have to recharge once a day.

『Why do two different users have the very same comments? Also... why do most of the user reviews here have similar grammatical errors? Could it be that the makers of this product are creating bogus reviews? Google "IMG500 Power Pack Reviews" and you will find other "user" reviews that seem to be from the same author - different name. Note how both reviews from Judy Fork and Ray Delly have the same sentance, "I'll leave my phone in my case out of sight, charging discreetly." I was interested in buying this product but will not do so because the "fake" reviews are too akin to phishing emails and other scams I see here in the US.』

I've used the iMax Power pack for about a month now. It's a great concept and, even better, this concept actually works!
So many times I've tried something out and it just doesn't pan out to be worth anything. But this product is worth every penny and more!
Customer service with the company is excellent. They go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this product; and have already to my sister-in-law that was traveling to Paris.』

(Shocking amounts of power! (not literally "shocking"))

『The device is smaller than I'd expected it to be, lighter, and just goes and goes. I have been charging my iPhone 3Gs from it daily since I received it 3 days ago, and never have used a wall outlet charger or USB charger to charge the phone. The device has only lost 1 bar of 4. I took it to dinner and charged a friend's iPhone for her while she was in town on business and didn't have time to charge.

I just don't know how it stores so much power. Compared to other alternatives, it's pretty darn amazing!

On the upside, it seems to recharge very quickly. Additionally, it has two connectors to charge USB and iPhone. I like that it has a retractable USB to "adapter" cable, the actual interchangeable plugs are kind of a pain to carry around. I used a small soft sided camera case to carry it all in because it comes with no carrying case at all.

All of my accessories were white colored, instead of some black as shown in the picture. (upside!)

Now for the (perfectionist) downsides -- I really liked the color of blue in the picture. The blue I got was definitely more "Navy" rather and the lighter blue. And it has a big honkin' logo on the front of it that looks kind of cheesy/noname/generic. I'd preferred to have one like the picture that has no logo on the front and the lighter blue. I'll add a customer picture of it shortly.

Finally on the downside, the power indicator lights look pretty chintzy. They look sort of like a radar detector or your typical LED light you'd see in a kitchen appliance or a cigarette lighter cell phone adapter.

With those few drawbacks, as long as you're aware of them, this is a DEFINITE RECOMMEND!』

『After reading the various (arguably "bogus") reviews, I finally bought one of these units. They appear to be made by the Chinese company (TECYEA- you can look them up on the web) whose prior model USB battery pack also worked with the iPhone 3Gs. To make a long story short, I've tested the Imp500 battery pack and it indeed charges and powers iPods, iPod touches, AND the iPhone 3Gs. Just remember that you have to use the proper USB connector because my "touch" cord doesn't work with the iPhone 3Gs (but the 3Gs cord does seem to be downwardly compatible with the "touch"). I haven't attempted to test the true capacity of the unit yet, but if my prior (slightly lower capacity) pack is indicative, it'll provide at least a couple full recharges for your iPhone/touch. My son took the pack on a long bus trip and he was the only one still listening to music (and watching videos) after the 19hr bus ride (aside from his friends whose iPods he was also able to charge while on the road). My daughter had a similar experience on a trip to Japan. Finally, just in case you're wondering, the battery pack also charges my Sony PSP, Samsung Instinct, and my other USB powered devices that seem to be less power hungry than the iPod touch and iPhone 3Gs (one of my other 3400mah battery packs will charge all of my USB devices EXCEPT the touches and the iPhone). I can't vouch for the longevity of this specific unit, but my older "Tecyea" unit is still going strong after two years. I should also note that with a little digging around on the web you might be able to find this unit at a slightly lower price. If you choose this route, be sure to verify that it comes with an AC charging adapter and cord. Some units seem to omit this important "option." Good luck!』

(A very unique gift idea)

『I've had a monster fm transmitter for over a year. I loved it. I broke it by setting a heavy object on it. I thought I would try this newer version. What a mistake. I couldn't get it to play without static, even setting it to the station my other one had been on. I tried their auto scan feature, it kept choose a station that was playing country music. I could not get a clear station. I'll go back to the older version which I know works Monster iCarPlay Wireless FM Transmitter with Auto-Scan for iPod and it is quite a bit less expensive.

The scanning function doesn't even pick the best of the static stations, when you are lucky it is only .1 or .2 off from a decent station, but about half the time there is no transmission at all. 『I read all the reviews. Although they were a little mixed I decided to try the speaker. It sounds better than I expected. My 3G iPhone seats perfectly in the insert that comes already in place. I didn't have to do a thing to it but plug it in, seat the iphone, and all was well. The bad reviews seem to be that some folks have trouble seating the iPhone. If you encounter this problem I would suggest (as another user did) that you use the adapter that came with the phone. After all, that's why it's included when you buy the phone.

For a fairly small speaker it sounds great. With the adjustable treble and bass I can get the sound I want. Don't be afraid to buy this if you're in the market. If you encounter technical issues you will be able to find a solution. As others have said, you will be hard pressed to find another speaker in this price range that sounds this acceptable. That's the truth, I've tried just about all of them. Buy it and enjoy!』

『Outstanding Sound for the Price. Great quality. Looks great. I got this for my birthday. I use this with a Ipod Touch 2. This little unit performs well and can fill a room with loud undistorted sound. Bass is good for a small unit. Remote functionality is good. It gives you basic functions like, volume, power and advance track. Never heard my music on a Bose unit of similiar size but why pay more(unless your an audiophile)? Works well with Pandora Internet Radio. You just cant forward through songs. Overall, a great unit at a great value. Im glad I got it!』

Everything else seems very well put together and has a really good sound. Remote control doesn't work very well at any range over 3 feet also.

『I ordered this desk mostly because of the price. The desk is great, didn't take a lot of time to put together. Anyone can do it. The only thing is look at the steps and pictures. If you just like jumping in and figuring out, you're just asking for a headache. The main part of the desk is adjustable. It also has stoppers on the ends just for safety. That is good feature, but could be a problem if you have controls and ports on the front end of your notebook. Like I do. I have the volume, wifi on/off button, media card slot, head phone and mic port located there. You would need to adjust the desk to avoid it sliding down and have the port covered, if you need to access them. I don't use them much, so it's not a problem for me.

I use the alternate desk for my mouse and some stationary items. I see other reviewers have had problems with adjusting the height of the desk. I see how this a problem with the desk, but I just adjusted it once during construction and didn't need to readjust it anymore. Really, it's not that difficult. Just unscrew the device, move up or down the desk and screw it back in. Simple. I do have to admit that this is not a good desk for "bed use" due to the short arm and overall construction, but it's great in every other way.』

『First, it's ajustable for heigh and low. Hi, it's not one hand or one touch ajustable. You have to nail in or screw in and out to adjust it. You can't adjust the height when you are in bed.

Second, the computer table is so short that you have to lie at the edge of the bed to use it.

Third, I ordered from Star [...]. Don't order from this site anymore. It is said will ship next day. They keep saying will ship out tomorrow. But it takes 10 days to ship out.

Fouth, the table is damaged when I received.』

『I chose this product out of many other similar alternatives that serve the same function due to the pricing.
Though I was missing a small part, it did not affect the function and performance as it was irrelevant to the overall use. I LOVE this product so far. It looks exactly as it does in the image, and has allowed me to lay in bed while using my computer.
My only advice to future customers is to truly read the directions (PICTURES, rather) and lay out how you will build BEFORE starting. I made several mistakes and had to repeat the undoing/redoing process.
However, the frustration and time it took me was WELL WORTH the hassle considering that the price/looks/function met my expectations. If anything, I would say it went beyond, as it looks much more pricier, modern, and high-tech. Despite my bedroom furniture being brown, it works. Note: The picture looks as though you can only use it on the right side of the bed, for right handed people, but in fact, it will rotate the other direction, allowing it for left-handed users for left side of the bed.
