I doubt this game will get much use because it will be very rare that three or more "Sudoku players" will be around with time to spare for a game. This game is not good unless you have a family--or a group of friends--in which all members play and enjoy Sudoku.

(Excellent Sudoku book!) 『This is the best Sudoku book (series) that I've seen. The puzzles are all one level of difficulty, so I don't have to turn to the end of the book for the hard ones while leaving the rest of the book blank. They all have unique answers, and are very challenging. It's strange to think of a puzzle as 'beautiful' but some of these are!
I've almost finished the Level 2 book, and now I've refined my techniques enough that most of the puzzles are not too difficult (in the beginning they were very challenging). Now I'll move onto Level 3.』
(Excellent format and value) 『The format is very good. Puzzles are large enough. The difficulty matches well to the level. I buy all 4 of the series for myself and as gifts. If you're tired of sudoku books which claim to have difficult puzzles and find only medium level difficulty, then this is the series for you.』
(These books are difficult) 『I recently purchased the entire Menza series, and I have to say they've lived up to the Menza criteria. You have to focus and know your solving techniques to get through these without guessing or cheating. Do yourself a favor and purchase the book Mensa Guide to Solving Sudoku: Hundreds of Puzzles Plus Techniques to Help You Crack Them All (Mensa) to help you learn the techniques used in these puzzles. I started out by letting my wife begin with Mensa Absolutely Nasty Sudoku Level 1 (Mensa), and I've been working on Level 2. After familiarizing myself with the solving tips, I went to work on my Level 2. Usually I go straight to the back and try and solve the last puzzle in the book. That kinda tells me how difficult the book will be. That puzzle is still unsolved. I've now worked through the first 65 puzzles in Level 2, starting from #1. I've used the X-Wing technique frequently and also some Swordfishes to get through these, so you'd better be prepared. My wife is also struggling with her Level 1, but mostly due to inefficiant candidate marking and not staying focused on all possibilities while marking. Some of her puzzles have, however, still required an X-Wing to solve. When I get really stuck, I also tend to use a sudoku tool called Simple Sudoku. This is freeware and can be downloaded from [...]. This tool will allow you to easily see things such as hidden pairs and locked candidates when you build in your book puzzles. Use the filters to find the X-Wings and Swordfishes, and if you still have trouble, the tool will provide you with a hint, although even the hints themselves can be a little difficult to figure out. These books are definitely for the serious Sudoku puzzlers. I can only imagine how hard the Level 4 book will be, but I'll need to work up to that. Have fun with it!』

I did purchase this information in the hope that I could have access to the same information published in the many popular books, like the author of this information states that you will receive. That's not exactly what I got. Really what you get for your money (yea, I know it's only four bucks, but still you expect to receive what has been advertised to you) is a link to a site that just tries to sell you another product for more money. For your money you do get some links to sites that may offer grants and such, but there are only about 10 of these links, a few of the links no longer exist, and none of them had offers that applied to me or really the general public. So, really in my opinion the author of this information is running a scam and, until now, getting away with it. I'm just trying to do a public service that I wish would've been available to me.』
(perfect traveling companion) 『If you reach for the airline magazine the minute you board the aircraft, immediately flip to the sudoku, and finish the puzzles (along with the crosswords) well before takeoff -- this is just the thing for you. This book contains page after page of fairly challenging but not impossible puzzles. I'm no expert, but I can generally manage the daily puzzles in our local newspaper. I've been able to solve a few puzzles in this book without resorting to any of the techniques referenced in the introduction (like jellyfish, finned X-Wings, Gordonian polygons, and turbot fish, to name a few), but others have left me stumped . . . for now. (The Mensa Guide to Solving Sudoku, which I haven't read yet, promises to help.)
This book is an ideal travel companion because of its size and format. It's fairly small -- about 6" x 9", 1/2 inch thick -- so it easily fits in my purse. It lies perfectly flat -- the spiral binding is is uniquely done so that the wire is exposed on the top&bottom of the book rather than the outside edge, and it works very well. The paper is thick, opaque, high-quality; the paper and the print on it can withstand anything your eraser can dish out (along with a coffee spill or two). The grids are large enough for scribbling numbers in the margins. The answers are in the back.
Overall, at less than 3 cents per puzzle, you can't beat this for entertainment value! If I stick to "nasty" sudoku and stay out of the airport gift shops, who knows how much I can save!』
(A good start...hopefully the remainder of the series gets tougher) 『After fighting through the "Mensa Guide to Solving Sudoku", my other Sudoku books were not a real challenge. To be fair, they actually weren't challenging before reading the guide either! I ordered the Level 1 and 2 books looking for challenges similar to the toughest examples in the Guide. About 200 puzzles into Level 1, I can say that the puzzles are challenging, but only once have I had to use an advanced technique (and even then, it was because I missed something more obvious). I'm expecting a big jump in difficulty in the future books of this series. Still, the puzzles in this book are a lot more fun than what I get in my local paper, airline magazine, and the other books I've had.
From a presentation standpoint, this book is excellent. It's spiral bound, heavy paper, and has plenty of room for notes. They should've done this with the Guide too!』

Then I got this book as a gift and it really put me in my place. I tried to solve a couple of puzzles and got stuck very quickly. I finally had to go get the author's Solving Sudoku book to improve my technique enough to handle these. Now I'm working these and find each one challenging but solvable, and finishing each one is gratifying. If you're feely pretty cocky about your abilities give this book a try.』 『The vast majority of sudoku puzzles that are labeled "hard," "expert," "challenger," are not really all that difficult. And in a surprising number of cases, they are downright easy. In the "Mensa Absolutely Nasty Sudoku" books, you will find puzzles truly worthy of the label "hard." It ranges from basic and intermediate puzzles and techniques at Level No. 1, to the most advanced techniques at Level No. 4, along with puzzles that require multiple advanced techniques each time.』

For someone who's had some experience with Kakuro, the puzzles in this book range from slightly on the easier side to slightly on the mind-bending side in a steady progression from easy to hard. There are 150 puzzles with solutions. The first six puzzles are in 13x10 grids to get you warmed up. The rest are in 13x22 grids. There's a four-page introduction with solving tips and a page at the back that lists unique sums. I got hours of casual entertainment from this book over the course of three months. My favorite thing to do was see how much of a puzzle I could fill in before I had to start making notes. I'd love to see more books at this difficulty level. Highly recommended. 』
