Very creamy&smooth with great flavor. I like it better when milk is used instead of the water. I mix it with approximately 34 ounces of milk, following the directions with my electric yogurt maker and have not been dissapointed yet. I like my yogurt on the thick side and this makes the thickest yogurt of any starter that I have tried.
The down side: it is one of the most expensive yogurt starters on the market.
It is a full-cream, flavored yogurt that is ideal for growing children, active energetic people and the elderly, who all require good sources of absorbable calcium, protein and all the trace elements found in milk fat. This rice cooker is amazing! I use it 2 - 3 times a day. Steel cut oats for breakfast. Rice with veggies for lunch. Pasta for dinner. This thing will cook so much more than just rice. I love it.
I have been using my Zojirushi NS-ZCC18 Ten-Cup Rice Cooker now for more than a year and it has produced perfect brown rice every time. I most often make two cups, but I have used the machine for a single cup and for four cups--all turned out tender and cooked throughout with NO crispy parts.

I would have given this cooker a full five stars but, although my wife and I have been VERY careful to use the supplied nylon spatulas, the non-stick pan has several scratches in various spots on the bottom. I don't like the idea that we may have ingested even small amounts of that non-stick material.
I love this rice cooker. I have used it to make small and large batches of rice. Every batch comes out perfect; every single grain is cooked perfectly. When the rice is done the Neuro Fuzzy goes into warming mode, which keeps your rice perfect and ready to serve for up to 12 hours. It has settings for white rice, brown rice, sushi rice, and others. Don't waste your money on cheep cookers or microwave cookers, those don't come close to the quality of the Neuro Fuzzy. I could continue to say how great the rice is when cooked in this product but really you won't know until you try it. It's worth every penny. My only warning about this product is that it is cute. It looks cute and makes cute chime melodies when it starts cooking and when it is done (not everyone is impressed with cute kitchen appliances. I personally love the melodies.). I also recommend you protect your Neuro Fuzzy Rice Cooker with a serge protector.
I love this rice cooker. I had an inexpencive rice cooker that we had been using the last 9 years. My husband acidentlly dropped it and we decided to replace it with a really nice one because it had become an esentual kitchen appliance for us. We decided to replace it with this rice cooker. I am so we did.

The things I love about this rice cooker:

When you start it it plays twinkle twinlke little star (my daughter who's two loves it) and when it ends it plays another song

It has a timer where you can set it to finish cooking when you want dinner. I put all of my ingredients in and set the timer for when I get home from work. It starts cooking about 45 minutes before the time you set and then it's ready and waiting for you. Unlike a slow cooker, it's not cooking all day. That's important because I am normally gone more than 8 hours each day and stuff gets over cooked in the slow cooker when I leave it.

All the different rice settings. I love the porrage cycle.

I bought this on the recommendation of a friend and I'm not at all sorry. I keep it on the counter and it does take up a good chunk of space, but it's worked so well, I'm good with the space issue. I had a bottom-range rice cooker before this one and it was ok as long as you ate the rice immediately. This one keeps rice warm for a very long time without overcooking the bits touching the pan. I'm looking forward to trying to make soup in it.

We love the Wiggles in my house, but this one is very early, poorly done and the song selections are not up to par with the very good songs we associate with the wiggles. Spend your money on the truly unique Wiggly World, Top of the Tots and Hoop De Doo. Also the very well done Wiggle Time and Yummy Yummy.
i bought this dvd even after i read the horrible reviews on amazon but after watching it with my 2 young children, i realize it's not all bad. yes the production isn't as high tech as the new releases, but it is nice to see the guys starting out.(i swear Anthony is wearing a greenish shirt. Why did they decide on a blue wiggle and not stick with the green?) Also the two different Captain Feathersword(one being Anthony the other his brother) were no where near as good as Paul(the guy you all know and love as the captain) but it was nice to see how even that character has evolved! Not all that bad dvd and the music still sounds the same!
I have to disagree with the people who dislike this video for its low production values--that's precisely why we like it. The songs are great -- all the classics are here. Also, the skits are few and relatively short. (Our two-year-olds get bored during the skits and long conversation-pieces.) There aren't a huge number of distracting colors and lights on the stage; just tons of good singing and dancing. We love this video, along with "Wiggle Time", which is also a relatively early pre-Disney production of theirs.
Yes, the production quality is awful; Anthony's hair looks like he doesn't own a mirror; and in half the scenes Anthony has on a short sleeve shirt/half long sleeved. However, it is still my favorite.

Dance Party was our family's first introduction to the Wiggles in 2003. My son (now 5 1/2) had a HUGE Wiggles obsession right as they first started gaining popularity in the US.

The songs were silly and fun, whereas many of the later ones seem like they ran out of ideas and yet still felt compelled to keep writing songs, no matter how stupid they are. Maybe I only feel this way because these are the Wiggles songs that I knew first, but all of the subsequent Wiggles videos we have (close to 10!) just don't measure up.

Perhaps it is because I watched it a million times before they even HAD a "real" big red car, but there is something appealing about 4 guys and their Cardboard props that is more original and refreshing than the over commercialized, over-done videos that followed.

we bought this because we were going on a 15 hour car ride vacation and I wanted something to keep my 15 mth entertained. he was in love with the wiggles (i didnt know who they were) and he "asked" for them every time we got back in the car. Those men are a tad bit silly but that is why babies love them i suppose. my son dances and "wiggles" right along with them and I am looking to get a few more dvds. I would definitely recommend it for any age

My son is 2 years old and he is in love with Elmo!! When we suddenly lost the Elmo and Bananas episode off of our DVR system, we were frantic!! Luckily Amazon has everything! So we bought the video, he is in love with the show all over again!! He is constantly asking for Elmo--Bananas!! It is a great show for little ones, it teaches them counting, letters, etc! So if you have an Elmo lover in your house this is a great pick!

If you're child loves it when elmo dresses up. They will love this elmos world. I bought this one because we had seen the bananas episode on Sesame street and my son loved it. This dvd also explores plants and how theyb grow and hair including hair cuts.
I got this for my 16 months age son he was not in to it till NOW.
He just turned two, he is crazzy about Elmo and loves to learn about Bananas. He love to eat banana too :). One of Elmo's best dvd.
The Elmo video's are great for children. This one makes my grandchildren ask questions.
My daughter enjoys this DVD but it doesn't hold her attention for very long.

TheFlowersepisode cuts away from Elmo's crayon-filled playroom to follow a real, live boy in his quest to grow a plant. Through Elmo's lively voiceover, we learn that by filling a glass with a paper towel, a bean, and some water you can grow a bean pod, which is just what Elmo does, along with interviewing a friendly cactus and showing us a homemade video of Stinky the Plant, back in his world. InBananasMr. Noodle's usual bumbling with the object in question (Is it a telephone? A horn? A pen?) is a barrel of laughs, and we meet Top Banana, a spectacles- and bow tie-clad chap who brings his breed's health benefits to light.Hair,the final segment, is especially enlightening because every manner of the curious stuff shows up for a brief but thoughtful examination. By tuning us in to the Hair Channel, which is featuring a cartoon called "The Kingdom Where Everybody Wore His Hair the Same Way," Elmo leads us to the truth about hair: kinky or straight, short or long, everybody's got it, and what a person chooses to do with it doesn't count for much. Great Music. Great Value. They really don't play them like this anymore.
Can I use the word "awesome" to describe a compilation of music from the 40's? Well, I must say, I'm impressed. I'm 25, I work in a nursing facility, I know nothing about music from this time, and I purchased this CD for my residents with them in mind. The first time I put it on, I had a gentleman literally dancing in his seat. He was singing every word to every song. He called out each artist and each song - he remembered them all. I felt like I had just given him a gift.
I've had other residents and their family members ask for the name of the album, so they could find it. It's truly a hit with the generation that grew up on these songs! Highly recommended. And best of all, I enjoy the music too...it has me singing the Strip Polka all day.

This CD would have been perfection except for the inclusion of two songs by Betty Hutton (listening to her mangled version of IT HAD TO BE YOU is too painful for words) and the exclusion of Glenn Miller. Perhaps whoever put this collection together experienced a brief psychotic break. I can't think of any other reason why the off-key, over-the-top vocals of Betty Hutton would have been selected over Glenn Miller.
Enjoyed listening to songs from my past. These are songs that cannot be found on radio stations anymore. For older adults it is a great find.

When I first saw this movie, I though WOW! A kid&his family down on there luck, looking for a second chance. I think it is great to have a talent that you can fall back on like Tommy in the movie. From a fighter accept It was great that he did have a talent,&then Had to fight his way to freedom, that was great. Great american movie.
Excellent Movie. One of my favorite movies that these actors made together.

Cuba Gooding Jr. is great in this movie, no wonder he is a great movie star and James Marshall doesn't get enough credit as an actor, he needs to play more roles like this... they way the filmed this movie was great... old fashion, made you feel you were right there with them.

Cuba Gooding Jr. was an upcoming star at this point, it just was starting out in his carrer... look at him now.

I am a big Cuba Gooding, Jr. fan. I have seen most of his movies, included among those, "Boyz N The Hood," "Gladiator," "Snow Dogs," "Judgment Night," "Radio," "Rat Race," "A Murder of Crows," etc. This movie is one of my favorite movies of all time and it is good because it shows that there can be positive relationships between people of different races, even in times of adversity.
Great great film. Direction, performances, writing, casting all first rate and better than any other modern boxing movie. Don't miss this film, it is great entertainment for everyone- family, adults,and kids. You will not go wrong with this movie.
Should have won for Best Picture of the Year.

an important facet of jazz. There is, only one flaw,
in my opinion, and that is, in the transfer process.
There are freezes, in spots on the show. I bought mine
locally, and the store exchanged it, still, same exact
freezes, in the same exact places. Rather unprofessional
for a modern production. But that said, I overlooked
these flaws, as the event itself, overshadowed this.
The company that made this DVD decided to get creative with its format and ruined the show. First of all, instead of having each tune on a different track they put each head and solo on their own track. Different... but pointless. Especially because on my disc, track 17 (which is Billy Higgins solo on the third tune) does skip to track 18, but track 18 is actually a repeat of track 5 (which is the head out of the first tune). So the head out of the third tune is replaced with the head from the first tune. I sent it back and got another with the same glitch. There are seven tunes and 42 tracks. This makes your thumb do some hard work if you want to skip to another tune without going back to the main menu and choosing 'selection'. But the most annoying thing about this DVD is that throughout the performance yellow letters pop up in front of the musicians distracting us from the great solos. The yellow letters tell us facts about the musician who is soloing. For example, "Cedar Walton has played with numerous musicians and appeared on a recording with Kenny Dorham." Many of them are actually interesting but it's very distracting because when they pop up you automatically begin reading instead of listening. I won't say that this DVD will not be enjoyable to you but I know I was a lot more excited to get it than I am watching it now. Too many distractions. The camera shots are nice and tasteful with a good balance of close-ups and far shots. But those damn yellow words...
Art Farmer is one of my personal gods, and when he's joined by the dream rhythm section of cedar walton, ron carter and billy higgins all on top form, the music doesn't disappoint. However my DVD skips all over the place, and has awful cuts. I wrote to the manufacturer, but no reply - so I guess they don't really care. A tragedy to treat timeless classic music in this manner.
Having said this, the music is essential so has to be heard (get the video perhaps?)
These are the Masters of improvisation and swinging songcraft. Ron Carter's solos bring you on trips through inner and outer space while touching ground with musical quotes recollecting the vast library of jazz. Watching the late Billy Higgins smiling will brighten your day. The visuals and the audio are excellent - very professionally done.

I sat through the movie and asked one question.When will a cure for ALS be found?I hope soon.I met someone who had it and I was scared in hoping I didn't get it.This movie was too powerful to watch and I would recommend it very well.The casting was perfect and I saw Five People you Meet in Heaven and I want to see more of Mitch's books get made into movies.
Excellent presentation on "lessons for life" from a dying man. The story is true&Jack Lemmon does a superb job of portraying Morrie Schwartz, the title character. Very close to the best-selling book. I had my high school classes read the book and then watch the movie. Despite the fact that Morrie is teaching the lessons while awaiting his death, the story is not depressing as one might think. It celebrates life and thus is uplifting. Bits of real life humor causes us to take deeper looks at ourselves and our society.
Beautiful movie, great acting. The claritiy of the lessons are lost a bit in the movie compared to the book.
...So there's nothing more to say about his role in this adaptation of Mitch Albom's book. Lemmon saves the day on this production, but I hate to say the rest isn't as good, thus the 3 stars here. Don't get me wrong though. I got the "red eyes" in all the programmed places.
This is an amazing movie. From the first 10 minutes of the movie, you know what will happen, but the idea of the movie is the real-life lessons that are taught.

This warmhearted TV offering based on Mitch Albom's nonfiction bestseller of the same name dives right into the action, with Morrie (Jack Lemmon) collapsing within the first three minutes. Then it's cut to Mitch's hectic life as a sports columnist cum television host and long-term, often long-distance boyfriend. But this Mick Jackson-directed film slows considerably after the introductions as former student Mitch (Hank Azaria) learns his beloved professor is dying of ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). He reconnects with his mentor and begins learning from him all over again, this time about life. Oprah Winfrey produced this 88-minute film, and her renowned touchy-feely quality is prominent as Mitch learns to love both Morrie and his own girlfriend. Azaria, better known for somewhat goofy roles (The Birdcage, the dogwalker on TV'sMad About You) conveys an intelligent, if edgy dignity, and double Oscar winner Lemmon turns in his usual exquisite performance, giving even the most obvious moments touches of subtlety.--Kimberly Heinrichs

These movies are so fun and bring back the memories of popcorn, soda in a glass bottle and PJs at the drive in.
Forty years plus later, THAT DARN CAT! still holds up very well as a live action Disney movie. I saw it again recently, after not having seen it for many years, and it's just as entertaining and silly, although for the most part not so dumbed-down silly that it becomes aggravating. Based on the book UNDERCOVER CAT by the Gordons (That Darn Cat AKA Undercover Cat) and with the theme song sung by Bobby Darin, several things work to make this a fun flick. First and prominently, there's Hayley Mills, who spent a huge chunk of her teenhood making Disney movies (Pollyanna (Vault Disney Collection), the classic PARENT TRAP (The Parent Trap (1961) and The Parent Trap II (1986): 2-Movie Collection (2-Disc Set)), In Search of the Castaways, Summer Magic, The Moon-Spinners). THAT DARN CAT! marks the end of 19-year-old Hayley Mills's Disney run, but she exits on a high note. To make up for her departure, lanky everyman Dean Jones makes his Disney debut and would go on to be the featured star in ensuing Disney pictures. In this movie Hayley is as warm and plucky as ever, and Dean brings his likeability and his talent for physical comedy. Both are terrific, someone in charge being wise enough to ensure enough screentime for these two to do their thing.

But it's also about the cat. At exactly 9pm the always ravenous blue-eyed Siamese cat D.C. (for Darn Cat!) goes on the prowl and makes his rounds, scavenging for food, getting into messes, getting the neighbors all ornery. But when D.C. comes home one evening wearing an expandable wristwatch with part of the word "Help" scratched on it, her teenaged owner Patti Randall (Mills) makes an improbable leap of logic: that the watch is somehow linked to the daring bank robberies and kidnapping so featured in all the newspapers. I guess back in the '60s one can just stroll into the FBI offices and walk out with an FBI guy, because this is exactly what Patti does. Except that the agent assigned, Zeke Kelso (Jones), happens to be highly allergic to cats.

There's a bit of anthropomorphism thrown in, with D.C. seemingly able to understand most of the conversations going on around him. And certainly D.C. is a clever cat, and there's almost a cartoon feel in how he outsmarts the local backyard mutt. We also get absurd shenanigans with Agent Kelso attempting to take the cat's pawprints and the FBI guys tasked with surveillance detail on D.C. But thankfully the cat doesn't monopolize the movie. And, except for Kelso's attempts to fingerprint D.C. (a scene which feels really contrived), the frankly farfetched plot developments generate the humor. The funniest sequence takes place in a drive-in theater as manager Mel Cooley chases down Kelso and the cat and has ungodly amounts of icky concession stand foods dumped on him. There's also a very vague stab at romance but that gives way in favor of getting the plot moving.

Incidental characters also provide comedy support and generally liven up the place, particularly Elsa Manchester and William Demarest as, respectively, the snoopy neighbor and her hearing-impaired husband. And, yes, the snoop gets her just desserts. Roddy McDowall plays a stuffed shirt who courts Patti's older sister; Ed Wynn shows up in one scene as a nervous jeweler; and Frank Gorshin (later, the Riddler in the Batman show) is interesting as a fidgety bank robber. A dichotomy regarding Gorshin's character is that while he's the one pushing to kill off the hostage bank teller, he's a big softie for cats. By the way, another element which elevates the film is that the bad guys aren't portrayed as bumbling types but rather as fairly smart ne-er-do-wells. They probably would've gotten away with their crimes... if not for That. Darn. Cat! And who plans for cats?

So I cut my teeth on Disney flicks and grew up on Hayley Mills and Dean Jones, Fred MacMurray and Kurt Russell. Hayley Mills was excellent in all of her Disney pictures, so I'm not too surprised that, although not as timeless as THE PARENT TRAP, THAT DARN CAT! decades later has managed to retain its magic and its watchability. Even the more sophisticated, more savvy kids of today will giggle themeselves silly at THAT DARN CAT! The only down side to this, really, is that we're still waiting for a dvd release with the original theatrical wide screen format. Why dole out the skimpy, Disney?

When a slightly cross-eyed Siamese cat named D.C. Hayley Mills is D.C.'s doting owner who hatches a hair-brained scheme to follow D.C.'s everymove until he returns to the crooks' hideout where he got the wristwatch. After a lot of sneezing, slapstick, and comedic intrigue, the bank robbers are foiled, the hostage is safe, and everyone is happy. An impressive supporting cast of Frank Gorshin, Elsa Lanchester, Roddy McDowall, and Ed Wynn add to the zaniness. Released in 1965 (and remade in 1997), it is understandably dated, but the performances are fun nonetheless. Hayley Mills is delightful as the determined and unflappable wannabe sleuth, and Dean Jones proves he is adept at physical comedy. I love the Lion king movie and the presonages well see the story before the story should be fun... Well it is. I did enjoy the two ackward friend, it is a fun story with a funny twist arround the first mouvie and some more. I did rated at a 4 star because the type of presentation who cut the story for me. It's a fun to see movie, a good famely entretainement.

If like me you did enjoy the Lion King, you should like this one. It's lighter funnyer in some way but not as good. Get-it you will see

Disney has an unfortunate reputation for releasing bad direct-to-DVD sequels, and on very rare occasions does a decent one come up. The Lion King 1 1/2 is one of those rare movies.
Timon is a Meerkat who dreams of more than digging tunnels and being scared of the hyenas all his life, unlike the other Meerkats in his clan. When Timon's daydreaming endangers his kin, he shamefully leaves, realizing that he does not belong there, only to meet and befriend a gassy, naive, and friendly warthog named Pumbaa. Together they travel in search of the perfect spot to live, which leads them to find Simba, where we first met the comical pair.
I know you'll think this is stupid, judging by the ridiculous cover, but it truly is a good movie. It is told in a clever blend of old and new characters, funniness, a small lesson of friendship, and comical situations. It may not appeal to everyone, but my dad, a guy who's not huge on Disney, even admitted that he liked it, which is HUGE coming from him.
If you love the Lion King and can't stand not seeing another movie related to it, then get it. If you don't like Disney, why are you even reading this review? And if you think Disney direct-to-DVD's are always stupid, just try this and maybe your opinion will sway.
This movie arrived to me perfectly! No scratches on it, no artwork damage or damage to the case. The movie shows just like new. My 18 month old son has watched it everyday since the day it arrived. THANK YOU! i didn't know online shopping could be so easy.
Sitting down in a private theater to watch the original "The Lion King", Timon the wisecracking meerkat and Pumbaa the gassy warthog are our Mystery Science Theater 3000 silhouette-style hosts for "Lion King 1 1/2", a Disney direct-to-video sequel done so well it makes everyone who says all Disney direct-to-DVD is garbage look completely ignorant of what they're talking about. The film beautifully tells the story within the story. It's all about Timon and Pumbaa this time around, especially Timon, as we learn how he became an outcast and went on a search for his own Hakuna Matata, a place where he truly belongs. Of course, along the way he meets Pumbaa, and eventually they take in little Simba and experience the joys of parenthood together. We follow Timon and Pumbaa's personal adventure through the course of the Lion King film, right to the end, and it is a truly fun and funny ride! And don't worry, the fully animated silhouettes of Timon and Pumbaa are not present most of the time.

As a direct-to-DVD release from Disney, The Lion King 1 1/2 is of that rare breed on par with theater quality productions (it's not the only one, despite what you might hear, but there aren't a lot). It completely resembles the original film in its visuals, and though most of the songs aren't that memorable (a couple are, including Timon and Pumbaa's take of "Sunrise, Sunset" from "Fiddler on the Roof"), they are enjoyable and the film is well scored. Most of the roles in the film are reprised by the original cast members, and new characters (mainly Timon's mother and uncle, voiced by Julie Kavner and Jerry Stiller) are introduced as well. Comedy is the order of the day here, but some T&P fans might get ruffled by the fact that their new origin story contradicts those of the Timon and Pubaa TV series. Still, the situation here is more tolerable than it was with "Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning". The T&P TV show presented a much cartoonier take on the characters in general, and many aspects of that show wouldn't fit in well with the film series, so one almost has to view it as a separate canon. So, you know, get over it like I had to with Little Mermaid. Be content that this film is very well made and extremely fun and entertaining, though definitely only for Timon and Pumbaa fans and Lion King completists. We get a fun look at Simba growing up with the guys, but more than anything this is about the pig and the meerkat!

The DVD is a funny thing. It's well done and all, but it doesn't really seem to require a 2-disc set. I mean, some of the extras are pretty neat, but there really isn't much on that second disc. In addition to the gorgeous, enhanced widescreen presentation of the film, disc one holds a pretty silly "find the hidden Mickeys" game called "Hidden Mickey Hunt" that places Mickey Mouse shapes throughout the film as you watch it, plus there is a nice batch of pretty cool storyboarded deleted scenes. There's also the unnecessary preview of Disc 2. Disc 2 has two scanty sections: Featurettes and Games&Activities. Featurettes has an extra that was almost great! It is a short spoof of A&E's Biography, actually hosted by Peter Graves and with new (if not very good) animation of Timon and co. for the interviews, but it unfortunately plays out as if a good portion of it was cut from the middle, ending rather abruptly with Peter Graves walking off the set in a fit. The ending was okay but premature, so the overall humor didn't really play out right. Too bad. A nice attempt. Disc 2's Featurette section also has a cute making-of that doesn't get too detailed but at least shows some interviews with the voice cast and Australian house animators. Lastly for the Featurettes section is the obligatory Disney Channel star music video, this one being Raven's take on Grazing in the Grass. If you like the song, it's not bad to listen to but not much to watch. These Disney Channel videos are hit or miss with me. They're totally unnecessary, shameless DC promotion, and sometimes awful, but I enjoy them when they have girls I find cute, ha. Never was too into Raven though. As for the Games and Activities section, here we find "Timon and Pumbaa's Virtual Safari 1.5", a new take on the safari experience from the Lion King Platinum Edition DVD. This time around, the boys have constructed a spoof of Disney theme park rides, and this one actually spoofs specific rides in it. The Pirates of the Caribbean bit is hilarious! I just wish this safari experience had been longer! The Haunted Mansion spoof could have gone a bit further and more Disney ride spoofs would have been awesome! Nice bonus though! "Who Wants to be King of the Jungle" is another bonus feature, and it's a rather fun take on trivia games that puts Timon in the hot seat of the popular "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" game show, only set in the jungle and playing for grubs and royalty this time around. It's actually hosted by the actual host, Meredith Vieira, and the questions are all about the Lion King trilogy. New Timon animation is featured as he reacts to questions and comments, and it's actually really enjoyable to play multiple times! The final bonus is the "Find the Face" silhouette matching game, as we are asked to identify some of the Disney characters that join Timon and Pumbaa in their theater at the end of the film. This is a pretty easy game and I find myself wondering if it's the same each time, but I didn't give it a second go. I am not into most DVD games, though I have to give them credit on the Games and Activities section for this DVD, as the virtual safari and game show spoof were a real surprise treat.

So, the final word on the "Lion King 1 1/2" DVD is that I highly recommend it, though it probably could have been kept to one disc considering the amount of extras, some great, some almost great, some just okay. The film is awesome, and that's the important thing. And if you'd like to know more Disney direct-to-DVD titles that are actually worth checking out, here are a few of my own top recommendations: Bambi 2, An Extremely Goofy Movie, Lilo and Stitch 2, The Tinker Bell Movie, Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas, Mickey's Twice Upon a Christmas, Mickey, Donald, and Goofy: The Three Musketeers, Tarzan 2, 101 Dalmatians 2, and Cinderella 3: A Twist In Time (if you can get past the cutesy opening and not take the film too seriously as canon). The others have good and bad points mostly, though often the bad outweighs the good, but not all the time (Lion King 2 isn't as feature quality as 1 1/2, but it's still one of the better Disney direct-to-video releases, for example). Plus, I have heard good things about Brother Bear 2, but I haven't watched my copy yet, and I still need to get/see a few others, like Mulan 2 and Leroy and Stitch.

Oh yeah, final note on "Lion King 1 1/2", yes, like the other Lion King titles, it is supposed to have a snazzy book style slip-cover, just for your information. My copy from Amazon came without it, and yeah, that annoys the heck out of me, because my other two titles in the series have theirs. So if you decide to seek out this now out of print title, you may want to keep the slipcover issue in mind too. Some folks don't care about them. I don't care if a DVD release comes with a slipcover, but if it does, then I want my copy to have it, especially when it's the fancy kind that opens up. But this isn't the only one I'm missing.
The Lion King 1½is an ingenious sequel that retells the original film's story from the perspective of best pals Timon the meerkat (voiced by Nathan Lane) and Pumbaa the warthog (Ernie Sabella). Anyone who has wondered how this odd couple met will find out here, beginning with Timon's flight from home following disgrace and his chance encounter with the sweet but lonely Pumbaa. With the arrival of young Simba (Shaun Flemming),The Lion King's familiar tale is reborn via a fresh angle, fleshed out by returning characters Rafiki the wise monkey (Robert Guillaume), Shenzi (Whoopi Goldberg), and Simba's love interest, Nala (Moira Kelly). While the retooled narrative proves a novel experience,The Lion King 1½is really a vehicle for voice actors Lane and Sabella, whose comic performances are shamelessly, broadly funny. This is the greatest gum. I didn't even like chewing gum until I tried the Cinnamon flavor. Only problem is it is very hard to find.
The price was much cheaper than buying them in the stores, and I have not been able to find them for a long time.
This is my favorite gum. I used to find it everywhere in grocery stores, Target, etc. Then all of a sudden I couldn't find it anywhere. I thought to look on Amazon - and there it was! I'm a happy camper now!
I really enjoy this gum. It has a huge heat kick for the first few minutes then it settles down to just right! Be careful not to let the gum be sideways when biting down - the hard outside cracked one of my molars when I bit down wrong. My Grandkids love it too!

I do love to urinate on wood and grass. I guess I add the spice.
I've worn all the main stream cologne, expen$ive to affordable and by far this scent gets noticed, and complimented by more woman (even a lot of men) Than anything I've ever worn. It's almost impulsive for woman to compliment on it. It's absolutely amazing. Great scent, nothing can be confused with it. Love it!!!
Two words describe this fragrance: Light and green. Lien or gright. Yes, gright. Wonderful light green scent surrounds you when you use the contents of this very cool can of scent. It's a glass bottle within an aluminum can with "212" and "HIM" cut out so the glass shows through, topped with a magnetic cap.

Doesn't last long, 4 hours tops. But like a good friend, you appreciate the time spent together.
Oh yes. I can never forget how good this smells. My boyfriend at the time wore this scent, and every morning after sleeping over his house I had nothing to wear except for his scents so I always picked this one. He had a lot others to choose from but this smell is amazing. Just the other day I was sitting next to a guy in class and he was wearing it. It is the best fragrance in my opinion. Get it, please.
I've always gotten compliments for this cologne, and unlike Fahrenheit (which also drew lots of positive responses) it's not a cologne that every third guy is wearing. Very unique, intriguing scent---unlike any other cologne I've come across.

My only complaint is that on me, the scent doesn't seem to last all that long. The lady at the department store where I bought this was shocked to hear that, but said that colognes react differently to each person's skin chemistry, and suggested that I try "layering" it with the matching deodorant and soap. That seemed like an overly expensive proposition so I just moved on to a different cologne when my bottle was finally finished. Kind of miss it though.

This is the best granola I've ever found. I hate to say that though because I don't want them to run out of stock and I'll have to wait longer for my next shipment! Stays crunchy, never stale. It's delicious! And since I live in Oregon, I should know a good granola when I taste one.

I disagree with another review saying it's very coconutty. I'm not very fond of coconut and have never even noticed it. I like this granola because it is somewhat plain and doesn't have any weird textures or dried fruit (which I am also not fond of). I primarily use this granola to put in my vanilla yogurt. It's tastes just like it should, like honey and nuts.
- This granola is okay; not great, not awful.
- The texture is nice.
- A bit too sweet for my taste, almost sickeningly so.
- The paper thin almond slivers are used quite sparingly.
- The prevalent taste is coconut.
- It gets rather boring after a while since there is not enough variance in ingredients to make each bite a bit different (as with a fruit&nut granola, for example, where each bite may have a different type of fruit and/or nut to give it some variety) so every bite is exactly like the previous one.
- I mixed it with some Bear Naked F&N which improved it
Compared to some other granolas out there it has a nice golden color and wonderful nutty crunchy taste. Since I am trying to cut back on the sugar I compensate by not having as much but I just have to have some sprinkled on my plain oatmeal or a couple teaspoons added to my muesli. It's great in yogurt, milk, soy milk or just crunching a small handfull by itself for a small sweet snack.
This granola did not work with yogurt because too chewy. It does not work with milk because too sweet. I will not order it again. I love the Udi's...yummy...
If you want great granola, look no further. I live in Utah and none of the stores carry it so I have to mail order my granola to get something good!

Professionally packaged fresh lemons arrived right on time, and in excellent condition. All of our local markets had high priced, poor quality lemons, so we ordered these to make all of our summer beverages. Using these Meyer Lemons' fabulous sweet juice, our lemonade was the best ever. The limoncello is almost ready to be bottled, and looks and smells wonderful. We highly recommend these lemons, and we will be ordering more for ourselves!

I bought these mini lemons, and while Limoneira has excellent customer service, I would NEVER purchase this product again. The lemons arrived within a week, but at least half were rotten. The rest were totally rotten and moldy within a week. When I called cusomer service, they were exremely helpful, and not only offered me a full refund, they offered a replacement order free of charge. Unfortunately, after handling a case of rotten lemons, I declined the replacements.

I will give them 5 stars for customer service, but only one for the lemons themselves.
I was very happy with the whole transaction. Easy to understand online experience and an on time delivery. The product arrived in great shape. I can't find Meyer Lemons in Florida this time of year and we cant live without them for a whole year
Sweet Meyer lemon is a cross between a lemon and a mandarin orange. It has a yellowish-orange skin that is exceptionally smooth and tends to be almost round in shape with a thin skin. The pulp is usually dark yellow, contains less acid and has more juice than a lemon. It has a distinct honeysuckle aroma and a sweet lemony mandarin flavor. Sweet Meyer lemon is a favorite among gourmet chefs as it is naturally less tart and great for baking, preserving or making lemonade.

even it is abit expensive to buy sometimes, but I find that the quality is exceptional, great taste, great packaging, and still cheaper than some other brands with a better taste. The texture and taste are just right!
The shipping comes in 2 days, great wrap and bow like its for a present, comes in a foam box. I never had any shipping problems at all.
This was my dad's absolute favorite candy. He loved orange and bittersweet chocolate best of any flavors and this was, for him a match made in heaven. I adore it as well. After my dad passed away, I found a stash of them in his cupboard. They aren't easy to find, but they make a most welcome after-dinner sweet with coffee for guests.
The product description calls the Orangettes "Belgian Vitamin C." Except for the luxury price, I'm sure Belgians must be pretty healthy with these around. They're amazing! The combination of orange peel and chocolate has long been popular, but Leonidas does it very well. The dark chocolate is very rich, not bitter, and completely covers the orange peel (which retains a good flavor and isn't overly sweet). Unlike other chocolatiers who often dip the peel only partially, Leonidas has made certain to put their chocolate center stage by using a generous portion. The result is an addictive treat because the flavors linger on the palate and the Orangettes aren't so sweet as to become cloying.

I don't know if these guys are really going to improve your health, but they will definitely improve your day. In my opinion, they're worth the money as an occasional purchase and certainly worth a one-time try.

The packaging is a gold box, wrapped in blue and white Leonidas paper with a gilt deep purple box. For shipping, the package was placed inside a sturdy styrofoam shell. Mine arrived within three days and looked like I'd purchased them at the store to give as a gift.

Our 16-month old loves these squirt toys, both in the bath and out. The penguin is especially good at squirting. Highly recommended!
These are so cute and my 11mo daughter loves to play with them. We have never put them in the tub because I read about mildew build-up inside them. But they are cute and she loves to play with them anyway.

The problem is she is still a mouthing baby and puts these little critters in her mouth. We have only owned them for about a month. The paint is coming off the sheep's face, which she likes to suck on. The raccoon is loosing his paint, and he hasn't even been played and that started happening right out of the bag. The cow looks like the paint has rubbed off in some spots too.

I tried looking online to see what kind of paint it is, as sometimes they are waterbased and non-toxic, however I can't imagine that a company would use waterbased paint on a bath toy.

They sure are cute though. Maybe the company can address the issue with the paint coming off. Until then, it would probably be advisable to save your money and find a safer product for your little one.

I bought this baby bath toys for my first born, he was only 7 months at that time and just loves this toys, they are small enough to fit in his little hands, and so soft, I love the colors, they are very well made. my son is now 2 years old and still enjoys playing with them in the tub! I would highly recommend this toys to all moms out there!

i wanted to buy my 12 month old some plastic animals, but most of the ones i saw in the stores had sharp points or angles (clearly made for kids older than 2 who won't try to eat them). i love these animals. they are adorable and the perfect size for little hands. they don't smell, are thick enough to withstand some chewing and we haven't had a problem with paint coming off. overall, very cute toy.

I bought this for my son for his 2nd birthday because he just loves trains, best gift ever! He didn't want to open the other presents he just kept saying choo chooo! He plays with it everyday! Great toy for the train lover!
I bought this toy for my little girl last year. I was shocked to find that there had been a recall on it in Canada..they have stricter testing methods than we do in the US.

"this train has been recalled in Canada for containing high levels of barium. Apparently barium can cause (according to Health Canada), nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and cramps as well as more severe symptoms."

There was also a recall on their geometric stacker.

The Melissa and Doug representatives were AWFUL!! The said it was an isolated incident and not a big deal!!! It is dishonest and wrong that they never issued a recall here and there was hardly any information on this recall available. DO NOT BUY THESE TOYS!!!
My son absolutely loves this train and I did as well until the paint started peeling off of the blocks less than 2 months after getting the train. The train has ended up in my son's mouth and has been wiped clean with a damp cloth once or twice, but I was surprised and disappointed that the paint started peeling off on several pieces. I would have expected a Melissa and Doug toy would have stood up to normal child play and cleaning.

..When not stacked, the cylindric posts are potentially dangerous, if the child should fall on them. Otherwise, sturdy, non-toxic, great to play with.
We've had this train for 12 days and already the paint is chipping off like many of our other Melissa&Doug toys. M&D toys are Made in China, supposedly in a responsible factory. However, there have been recalls on M&D toys issued in other countries that have not been issues in the U.S. Due to this I am hesitant to let my son play with this toy as the paint is chipping off and this has been minimally played with in the less than two weeks we've had it. For now it will go on a shelf and serve as decoration.

This is even more disappointing since I had to take my son's other sorting train (Toys R Us Imaginarium brand) away after it broke the day after he received it.

As a substitute I will consider the Plan Toys sorting train, which is made in Thailand using abandoned rubberwood. We have several Plan Toys that have look brand new after a year or more of use.

The idea of this puzzle is wonderful. However it is made incredibly poorly. The edges of the animals and farmer are rough and shed endless wood debris. I have tried wiping the pieces down with a damp cloth, but the edges keep shedding.

I would love to find a puzzle made out of solid wood and not the thousand layers of plywood that composes this product. It's simply annoying and messy, do not spend any money on this toy!
My 11 month old daughter loves to take the pieces out and play with them...she hasn't figured out how to put them back in yet, but she will. I tell her what the animals are and make the sounds so I'm sure she'll be doing the same soon enough. Good toy!
This is a great first puzzle for babies and young toddlers. The wooden knobs allow small hands to pick up pieces easily. However, the pictures of the animals start to lift from the puzzle pieces if chewed.
I bought this puzzle for my 10 month old granddaughter. The wooden puzzle is durable and the large knobs fit in her hands perfectly.

The Casio Women's Baby-G G-MS Sweet Poison Watch #MSG161C-1V is the second one I've purchased (got a white one as well). I love the size and versitility of it. Only draw back is for those who need high contrast to see the numbers, this is not the watch for you. Time and date are in grey tones rather than the harsher black numbers. On the good side, your friend's will focus on the great styling of this well designed time piece. I must admit - it looks pretty cool!
I purchased this watch because it had multiple alarms and my wife needed to be reminded to take certain medications at certain times of the day. From that viewpoint the watch works as advertised, however the LCD display has a pink background and use's a very light grey color for the lettering and numerals. In anything but bright sunlight, the watch is almost impossible to read. As a result, it sits in my wife's jewelry box because she cant see the numbers to tell what time it is.
Pretty watch with faded numerals. Changing the battery did not fix the faded numerals. This was the second watch of the same I bought and returned. Will buy another brand.
I think that this watch is great! I bought it for work and all my coworkers comment on it. I also use it when I go kayaking and running. Some owners say that it's hard to read but I don't have a problem with it. Definitely recommend!
This is a great watch. I love all the different things you are able to do. for me the screen isnt hard to see at all. it has a great backlight. I love the fact that you can see what the time is in other countries. this is a very nice looking watch. If you are looking for a sport watch this is a great choice its a strong watch, and is at a great price. I have seen these watches in the shops for about triple the amount. This watch is the perfect size for a ladies wrist, unlike the other baby-g watches this one is a smaller style. I found that most of the other watches were too big for my small wrist, but this one was the perfect size. It is great because it is adjustable by taking out links. This was my first Susan Mallery book, and I liked it. I see that a lot of her fans were disappointed with this book, so i look forward to reading the books people did like.

I like her writing style, and her light humor throughout. The book was cute. The second book, Sweet Spot, was my favorite.

I liked Claire and Wyatt's relationship for the most part. I especially liked Wyatt's daughter Amy. I wasn't a huge fan of Claire though. I know most people on here didn't like Nicole because she was such a biddy- but I didn't mind her. I know real people like her. It's people like Claire that don't exist. Her character was too perfect, or maybe I should say "sweet." But it was still a cute book. I liked it enough to buy the next two books in the series.
This is my first Susan Mallery, probably because I have made a practice of avoiding Harlequins since my late twenties. I can see that they have changed quite a bit, and for the better.

Now, in regard to this book about the Keyes sisters, specifically, Claire Keyes. She was a child prodigy whose parents chose to develop her genius to its fullest extent. Whether they did so for personal reasons or not was not fully discussed. What was apparent to me was that this was a fully dysfunctional family from my perspective. The mother was unhappy being a mother, and left her oldest child at home to take over her own responsibilities, leaving a bitter and ill-used Nicole behind. Claire was like a sparkling show-horse for years, without a real life, and decided to come home to help her sister because she had just had enough.

Like a child learning her first steps, she learns to live life like a normal person, and not a celebrity. The fact that her sister hates her, whether fair, rational, or not, doesn't stop Claire from becoming a better rounded person. She falls in love with the first good, honest man to give her attention, and her life changes for the better.

As for Nicole, whom everyone seems to hate for her rigid rejection of her baby sister and unwillingness to forgive, I think she had a point about Jesse. I think the author could have made it better by making her more likeable, but the truth is, Nicole was the lynchpin for her family from the time she was six years old, and no one has the right to beat up on her for being the person she became. Her parents, who used her, her baby sister, who used and abused her, her sister Claire, who loved her but from a distance. Jesse was still unwilling or unable to admit her fault, and her weak excuse for why she climbed into bed with Nicole's husband didn't hold water. It's kind of like that joke about the man slipping on the floor and ending up with his p**** you know where. Nicole wanted a simple admission of wrong and a sincere apology, but all she got from Jesse was weak excuses and accusations.

On the other hand, Nicole's rabid anger at her sister Claire's absence from her life was unfair, in that Claire's absence wasn't her choice, and a rational Nicole would have admitted that much sooner. None of them dealt with their parent's huge blame for their situation, but all blamed themselves for their parent's choices, which ended up hurting each sister terribly.

That Claire was able to make a true emotional and binding connection with Wyatt was a plus. I find that I like Mallery's ability to draw characters with whom I can relate, or with whom I respond strongly. They are not milk and water people for the most part, and sometimes too much in one direction, but that is what has made this series interesting to read. I have actually already read the second in the series, and so far, I like both, and do like both Claire and Nicole. Yes, Nicole is a hard woman, but she is likeable if somewhat neurotic in the case of Jesse. I think you will like her better in her own story.
As a longtime Susan Mallery fan it pains me to say this, but this book was atrocious. I was clapping my hands with glee at the introduction of not one but THREE new Mallery novels, and best of all, a series. However, after forcing myself to finish just the FIRST book, I am not about to endure more of this literary letdown. The three sisters were so completely annoying and unlikeable. Nicole for starters, was a whiny, self pitying, DRAMA QUEEN with a galatic sized bitchy streak. WAH this, WAH that. To wish your own sister dead is inexcusable under ANY circumstances. Claire was just annoying. So she learned to make a meatloaf and we're supposed to cheer her foray into the outer fringes of rocket science? Puhleeze! If she wasn't portrayed as a world famous concert pianist I would think she was a bit simpleton. Nothing wrong with a 28 year old virgin, but her "responses" to the whole interlude had me thinking she had the mentality of a child. I mean, who acts like that in everyday reality? Even her panic attacks seemed utterly ridiculous. As a woman who realistically suffers from them, I find it hard to believe that "pretending" to endure them will actually "cause" them. Jesse was a liar and a tramp. I couldn't begrudge Nicole that much for kicking her to the curb. Anyone who would allow her sister's husband to even so much as remove her clothing is pure scum. And all she could offer up in the way of an excuse was to play the victim much like the sister she stabbed in the back. The supporting cast of characters were judgemental jacka##es who bought into one woman's nasty, barb slinging bouts of self pity and were ready to lynch Claire sight unseen. Would you take the side of someone who thinks nothing of airing her dirty laundry for the world to hear? I wouldn't want to associate with someone so tacky and classless. And to hear Knight Wyatt, in an alternate universe where she wasn't like a 'sister' to him, she would have been his dream woman. SAY WHAT?! Only in the land of make believe perhaps is a woman like that appealing. All in all, the opening story was just one colossal mess imo. I almost feel the need to apologize for shredding the work of an author I adore as much as Susan Mallery. Emphasis on the 'almost'. This book was nowhere NEAR the caliber of which I have always admired her for.
Child prodigy turned world renowned pianist Claire Keyes receives a distressing call from her estranged sister Jesse advising that her twin Nicole needs her assistance after surgery. Claire hasn't talked with either sister for years, but a bout with panic attacks and a chance at reconciliation has her packing her bags and heading to Seattle. As a young child, she was plucked from the comfort of her family to perform in concerts all over the world. When she was 12, her mother joined her on the road, and Nicole has never forgiven Claire for taking their mother from them - especially when their mother dies in a car accident when they are 16. Despite attempts at reconciliation, Nicole has rebuffed her for years.

No one is more surprised than Nicole when Claire arrives to take care of her and won't take no for an answer. Nicole is also nursing a broken heart after catching her soon-to-be-ex-husband in bed with youngest sister Jesse. Nicole's best friend Wyatt instantly takes a dislike to Claire due to all the nasty stories he has heard about her. But soon his attitude changes as he gets to know Claire and starts to desire her. Thinking that they will just have a quick physical relationship, he is not prepared for the depth of his feelings, particularly her relationship with his deaf daughter, Amy. Will Nicole and Claire be able to bury the hatchet and forgive each other? Will Wyatt be able to give his heart to another after being trampled by his ex-wife?

Mallery's first foray in the Keyes sister trilogy is a sweet tale. While so many authors opt to have a virginal heroine, none have handled a heroine's introduction into womanhood (I can't think of any other way to put it) as sensitively and realistically as Mallery does with Claire. Her enthusiasm and cluelessness as to what she is experiencing (and Wyatt's bewilderment) are at times funny and bittersweet. I also like how Claire was forced out of her comfort zone - where even a simple load of laundry or cooking a meatloaf is foreign to her.

The only real problem I had with the novel is the character of Nicole. She's completely nasty throughout 90% of the book (to both Claire and Jesse). While Claire grew as a person, Nicole remained pretty much the same (in fact, I couldn't even recall when the two reconciled - it left that little an impression on me). It makes me wonder how Mallery will redeem her character enough for me to care about her own story. I also hate the unexpected pregnancy plotline as it has been done so many times that it has become pretty trite.

I'm not going to provide a summary of the book, there are plenty already posted, so I'm just going straight for my opinion of the book.

I thought the relationship between Claire, Nicole&Jesse was definitely realistic. There was a lot of animosity between all of them and each one thought they knew about the other's life/feelings. Boy, were they all wrong! I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that just because one said the words "I'm sorry" it didn't make the other one instantly forgive. With years of hurt and perceived betrayal, there is/was a lot to work through.

As for the romance between Claire&Wyatt - it was good. Not completely hot&sizzling (like I felt with Nicole&Hawk), but it worked. I admit there were points in the book where Claire's naiveness drove me insane! But, I guess when you have lived a sheltered life, that can happen.

No matter what though, I enjoyed the book and loved the series with the Keyes sisters. I'm sorry we won't be reading anymore about them.

This book provides some really nice basic patterns and ideas with the ability to embellish to your own taste. The pictures are just wonderful and I really loved the color pallete she used.
Sew Darn Cute is one of the best sewing books I've come across in a while. The projects are cute without being overly precious. Materials used could all be found at your local fabric or craft store, and many would make great gifts. Highly recommend this book!
I picked up this gem of a book a couple months ago when I decided to get serious about giving myself time to craft after many years away from it. I love the ideas, the pictures, and just about everything about this treasure of a book. It was worth every penny I paid and then some!

This book contains lots of great ideas for adorable projects. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because occasionally the instructions are a bit complicated, and it could have been improved by providing tear out patterns. Other than that, it's a great little book!

Tiis was the perfect finish to the christy Miller Series. With each volume the story got more interest. In the begining I was hooked and thought it was really good but when I got to this it was blown away. Read this series all the way through, you won't regret it.
My 19 year old daughter loves these series. She's been reading them since she was 10 years old and still thoroughly enjoys them.
Christy Miller has been waiting years for longtime love interest Todd to make a commitment. In A TIME TO CHERISH, the 10th installment in Robin Jones Gunn's Christy Miller series, Christy and her friends set off on a summer adventure onboard a houseboat, which just might help the on-again off-again couple take the next step in their relationship.

Sure enough, the romantic scenery and lots of pushing from Christy's overbearing Aunt Marti do the trick, and Christy and Todd finally declare themselves a couple. Naturally, Christy could not be more excited. As she revels in the joy of being able to call Todd her boyfriend, plans for the future go into overdrive. While Aunt Marti begins thinking ahead to college degrees and their wedding, Christy attempts to simply slow down and enjoy the moment.

However, even this proves to be tough, as best friends Katie and Doug do not necessarily share in her enthusiasm. Doug has had a crush on Christy for years, so her relationship with Todd has put an end to his hopes. And while Katie is happy for the new couple, it only reminds her that she is still missing a significant other in her life. Determined for Katie to be just as happy as she is, Christy begins a series of disastrous attempts to set her up with Doug.

As it turns out, though, Katie might not need Christy's help at all. When they return to school for their senior year, Katie immediately becomes infatuated with an intriguing exchange student from Europe, and he is certainly returning her attention. Christy tries to warn Katie that the relationship might be dangerous, but Katie refuses to listen to her and their friendship reaches a breaking point. Is Christy just jealous, or is Katie really heading for trouble?

A TIME TO CHERISH is the Christy Miller novel that fans have been waiting for. After nine books filled with "will they or won't they" drama, Christy and Todd finally decide to make it official and begin dating. Avid readers of the series no doubt will be relieved to see the long, drawn-out drama come to an end. The book also manages to deal with complicated relationships between family, friends and significant others in a realistic and positive way. At the same time, Gunn leaves A TIME TO CHERISH with an open ending that certainly will have readers eager for more adventures with Christy Miller.

This is my favorite volume of the young Christy Miller books. I cried over the last two so much. I love when Christy and Todd are together, they're so perfect for each other! I've read all of the Christy books, and all of them made me want a hero like Todd.
No two ways about it, I love these books, and having a three-in-one version makes it all the better. This book contains the concluding volumes in the Christy Miller series, and it's interesting to see how she's progressed from Summer Promise.

In a Time to Cherish, Christy's relationship with Todd couldn't be better as they offically define that they're boyfriend-girlfriend. However, Christy's relationship with her best friend, Katie, on the the other hand, isn't going so well when Katie, desperate for a boyfriend and feeling left out, begins dating Michael, a non-Christian. This story was enthralling, and included some very sweet moments between Christy and Todd. It really inspired me to 'hold out for that hero.'

In Sweet Dreams, after Katie's painful break-up with Michael comes slow healing, and Christy's beginning to think that everything is good again. However, she has no idea that she'll soon be faced with one of the hardest decisions she's ever had to face. I cried at the ending of this book, yet it hit me hard, making me wonder if I could make the same sacrifice as Christy did.

A Promise is Forever would have to be one of my favorite books in the whole series. A large period of time has elapsed since Sweet Dreams, and we find Christy traveling to England for a mission's trip with Doug who's her new boyfriend, Tracy, and Katie. She expects the trip to be a good way to serve God, but she doesn't anticipate any of the speed bumps along the way, such as conlict in her group and trouble with Doug, but most of all, being sent to Spain to serve, away from the rest of her friends. This book will have you in tears at it's touching ending. A fun thing was that we're introduced to Sierra Jensen, Robin Jones Gunn's next book series. Having read the Sierra Jensen books already, it was interesting to see Sierra from Christy's point of view.
