These are larger bags that work with the FoodSaver. Like the smaller bags, they work...and that's about it.
The endless bag idea is great, if it were economical, and if the bags were of decent enough quality to hold a vacuum.

OUTRAGEOUS COST
At $27 for 18 feet of bags, my cost per 1 foot bag is $1.50. At the very, very best, you can use the bag three times, or $0.50 per use. This is ridiculously expensive. What a gimmick.

PROBLEMS
* The only way you can reuse the bag is if you make a giant bag long enough to hold a broom. Every time you open it, you have to cut it below the seal, and discard the portion above it and toss out a piece of your bag. After two to three uses, you will have a tiny bag that is good for sealing handful of coffee beans, once! True that they are reusable, but with a huge caveat.

* When you seal things with liquid it in, they end up in the machine, and interfere with a proper seal. You will get a leak.

* When you seal powdery substance (ground coffee, corn meal, etc.) they will again interfere with the seal.

* Mystery leaks. Some times they just leak and I cannot figure out how or why. I attribute this to faulty thin bags, which are inferior grade relative to the original ones that came with the machine.

OTHER REVIEWS
The highest rated review in Amazon is from a person who claims to save money by buying 2 rolls every two weeks. THAT IS ABOUT $800-900 PER YEAR, if you add tax and delivery. Not accusing anyone of being an insider or inflating their observations, just poor math. Just how much did they save?

It stows well in the FoodSaver device.

SUMMARY
Do your homework and look at everything in the market before you fall for the "save" sell point. It may save the food, but it will empty your wallet doing it.
Like the title says...what can you say about vac sealer rolls? They are sealer material on a roll...just as advertised. The work great, just like the rolls that came with the sealer. The price was good, but after adding in shipping, it was very close to the price I could get at a local store.
I have not used it yet. It looks pretty good except it is thinner than the original that came with the seal-a-meal. I will send another review after I use it. Lucy Cyllinan
We received the Food Saver from a family member who had 'upgraded' and we were skeptical. I personally didn't think it would seal well and figured in 6 months, I'd be throwing yet another dust covered gadget into the garage.
We were converts in 2 days. I was packing up the last of the summer peppers for the freezer and froze a back of sliced peppers and got a beautiful tight airless seal. 6 months later I am still using the same bag, I left a large length and cut it, take out what i need and reseal each time. Every time I get a beautiful seal that lasts until I open the pkg whether it's days or months later. I've used this for meats bought in large packages, to vegetables from the garden, to yeast that I rarely use.
The rolls are VERY convenient and (unlike the bags I was given with the FoodSaver) have a nice big spot to write the contents.

I admit, had I not been given the machine, we probably would have never tried it. But now that I have it, I don't know how I lived without it.

OH! and the amount of space in the freezer it saves! Those peppers don't get all mushed up but the airtight seal takes up about 1/3 of the space a regular freezer bag would take! Another benefit!

Goodbye freezer burn, good bye mystery gray freezer-to-trash meat, goodbye running out of room in the freezer every 2 weeks. :)

I can not comment on the vacuum because the dealer has not delivered this item. I ordered the vacuum on May 31, was told it would be delivered no later then June 22. It is now July 2nd and I am still waiting for delivery. My credit card was billed either in late May or early June.
I have two labs and they produce more fur in my home than I thought possible. I've had this vacuum for one week and its great. The battery life is only 15-20 minutes, but it does not loose power during that time. I have found that 15-20 minutes is all I need it for in 4-5 rooms. I works great on hardwood floors and pretty well on carpet. I am really surprised that a cordless is this powerful. I would highly recommend this.
Just got this today. My house is mostly tile and this sweeper is perfect. Just like they say the sweeper stays at full power for 15 minutes. This sweeper does an excellent job at picking up crumbs in the corner and along edges. I did sweep one room with carpet and I was amazed at what it pulled from the carpet. Hoover has a winner with this 1.
I am in love with this vac. Have been searching for the perfect cordless vac for years, something I can use for 4-5 minutes each night to do the worst parts of the kitchen, by the outside door, in front of the couch, etc to keep things manageable so I only have to drag out the big vac once a week. I have 5 or 6 useless ones down in the basement. This is a dream - picks up great, doesn't just push the dirt around until I get the suction exactly over the bit I want to vac up. I have actually seen it suck dust balls over to it from 3-4 inches away! Have never seen a brush work at all on a cordless, this one's amazing. It really picks up! I haven't run the battery down yet. It takes me less than 5 minutes a day to keep up, I have been putting the battery in the charger every 3rd day or so. Easy to empty the cup, find I have to empty it about every other day. Wouldn't mind if the cup was a little bigger but it's a small vac, wouldn't want it larger, so it's a fair trade. At first glance the price sounds high for a small vac, but I gave it a try because I have been looking for so long and had a good feeling about this one. It's well worth the money, to me at least. A couple minutes a night and the floors look good all week. I love it!
I love my Hoover Platinum Cordless Stick Vac. I have tried other cheaper cordless vac's, and like the idea of them but then never worked well. I gave them away, and now I am so happy with this one. Now I am waiting for the Handheld one to on sale and planning on getting that one also.

Except for the minor scratches on the bottom the reconditioned Ryobi ZR08510 and the generic box I would have thought it was new. Runs great, runs like a Ryobi!
I don't get upset too easily, but this product inspired me to write a review, hoping it will save other buyers from wasting their $$. I recently used it for the first time. I started with the vacuum mode. Well, that didn't last long. The vacuum tube falls out every 30 seconds, because it twist locks in place and the cheap plastic doesn't hold it secure. There's supposed to be a safety that kills the engine if the blower/fan access door is open. Well numerous times when the vac tube fell out on me, the door stayed slightly ajar and the motor kept running. Talk about an extreme safety issue. The engine also spat and sputtered and would hardly stay running while using the vacuum mode. As soon as I would increase the throttle it would not want to stay running. Yes, I read the owner's manual and know how to operate a gas engine. I was using new gas mixed in the proper ratio. After absolutely no success with the vac mode, I switched to blower mode. The blower tubes fall out all the time as well! This flimsy twist-lock design is worthless! Finally, I had to resort to some duct tape to hold it in. On the positive side, the engine stayed running in blower mode and I could actually increase to max throttle without it killing. It does run quieter that my last leaf blower and the engine starts up good. You have to ask yourself why there is a vast supply of refurbed units being sold. After using the product firsthand, I can see why. No amazon return policy for items that use flammable liquids and Ryobi return policy says item must be unused. Well, what good is that? You don't get to truly experience how useless this leaf blower is until you put some gas in it and fire it up! I feel truly let down by Amazon. Why do I have to choose one star for this product, it deserves ZERO!
Used only a few times at this point. Works reasonably well but doesn't have as much power as I expected. Also, weight and 'balance' are certainly not optimal. For the amount used, it also seems to use much more mixed 2cyl gas than I would have expected, compared to other 2 cycle tools I have and use. Overall, would give this a 4 rating at best.
This hand hand held blower/vaccum to everything you could want for home use. We use it weekly to blow off the tennis court and only yesterday I used it to vaccum up leaves and debris on my driveway. Being gas driven there is no cord to worry about yet the light weigh motor provides plenty of power. Excellent value!!
I purchase this item in May. Seem to work fine but the last 2 weeks it runs for 15 seconds and dies. Looks like I will have to work on it or take it in. Item not worth your time.

I was unaware that there were two sizes for the mop replacement, so I am stuck with several 4"x15" covers for my 8"x 15" mop head.
I have since bought the proper size, but I now have several EXPENSIVE dust cloths.
This is a very well-made product, plus the ordering and shipping were easy and speedy! Will definitely consider ordering more, as they are very competitively priced, too.
I recently purchased the Bona X Microfiber Floor Cleaning Kit and put an extra Cleaning Cloth on my Amazon wish list to have a spare for when the other one was in the wash. Recently, my sister ordered this for me thru Amazon (you're actually buying it from Home&Beyond) as part of my birthday gift. Home&Beyond mailed it thru the post office and actual shipping on it had to be well under $2 because the item is so light weight (it was not sent by priority) yet they gouged my sister $7.99 shipping/handling for and $8.88 item. As far as the product goes...I love the mop for cleaning my relatively new hardwood floor in my kitchen and would love to give the actual item a 5 star but can't because of the shipping price on it. Home&Beyond should be ashamed but they're probably just laughing all the way to the bank.

Great product! I already had one, but needed more so that I wouldn't have to wash it so often. Unlike some products, the size is perfect for getting under and behind furniture. Works well for mopping and also for dusting.
I've used this mop for three years and have only had one thought against it. . . I wish I had another cover!! Well, now I do! With four kids (7,5,2,and 1), my mop is always ready to swipe up a spill! Best thing is you just throw it in the wash! No need to get your hands dirty at all! Gotta love it!

These filters are great and last a really long time in the 71a vac (which is awesome, by the way).

Bought it as a backup so I actually never used it, but the one already in my hand vac works perfectly fine.

It works just right for what it was made for. A little vacuum cleaner. Just be aware, it gets dirty fast.

I love my cone vac and wanted to replace the filter. I found a filter for a great price $4.00 on amazon and found out they charged me over 6.00 to ship the item standard shipping! This is a complete rip-off, the item literally weighs a few ounces and comes in a tiny box. Next time I'll buy it in the store.

I use it to record vocals and guitar into an audigy 2 zs sound card using an SM58 mic. The sound is good enough for getting my ideas down and making songs demos. To expect something noise free at this price is just stupid.
If you want high end quality you are going to have to pay for it.

It works pretty well for my compressor mics, but if you're looking for a nice DI box for your guitar, fuggedaboudit! The 20dB pad boosts the noise floor up way too high. Maybe it's the stock tube. Maybe it's the circuitry. Maybe it's just my unit. All I know is that this thing can be very noisy. But for the price, it's a pretty good deal.

If you're looking for a quality pre-amp for a reasonable price, you've gotta check out this Stereo Tube Pre-Amp from PreSonus. I use it with the C-1 large condenser mic from Studio Projects and another AKG large condenser mic. The warmth and clarity that is added by the pre-amp is amazing. Sure, you could spend a few thousand on a high end pre-amp, but that's why you go into the studio right?? I mainly use this for songwriting and demo type recordings. When I'm writing or creating a new arrangement for a song, I usually just record the trax on the go with my MacBook or in my garage on my iMac. It still gives quality and clarity which make for great sounding tracks and gives me a lot of usable material to work with throughout the recording process. I highly recommend this unit for anyone with a home or mobile studio.

This looks like the real thing and the kid loves it. Unfortunately, the construction of this toy is terrible. Attachment doors, face panels, and hose attachment fall off repeatedly and finally broke after moderate use.

I'd be more than happy to spend money to purchase another toy vacuum cleaner, however I will NEVER buy this one again!!!!
My 3 year old son loves his Hoover, but it was obvious on the first day that it would not hold up well. The attachments do not stay in their slots after only a few times of removing and replacing them. For the price, I would say that it is not worth it.
My three-year-old son has been infatuated with this vacuum since last Christmas. It looks and sounds real, giving our vacuum a break!

Parts do fall off easily and get lost. The battery cover is poorly designed. After falling off several times the secure-screw went missing. (Do you think a large dog would eat such a thing? lol) Afterwards any tape worked for a little while then failed. The batteries would wiggle just enough to dislodge. The screw is a very specific size and hard to match. Today, thank God, I finally found a screw to fit! My three-year-old screamed with joy as his beloved vacuum powered up!

My second issue is the 2-piece attached hose that runs from side to side on the vacuum back, connecting at the bottom. The hose is too loose to stay attached by the small curved plastic holder towards the top. As the hose continually falls off the vacuum, it detaches in two pieces causing my son to have a meltdown. It is easy enough to reattach the hoses but annoying just the same.

The price for this has increased. Last Christmas we paid under $40. Everywhere I checked had prices very close. Regardless, I would purchase this vacuum over again in a heartbeat if only for the peacefully moments our son enthusiastically plays with it. Ten months after receiving his vacuum, our son loves it more than last Christmas!

Great toy, well worth the money!

My son is in LOVE with vaccums and we thought this would be the perfect Birthday gift. Well, the hose broke within the first five minutes of opening it. I would also like to mention that the price is way too high for this cheap plactic toy....and it really doesn't work that well. I am very disappointed in the price and the quality of this toy. Please shop around before purchasing one of your own.
My daughter loved this toy. She would sweep non-stop. It did actually pick up a little bit - enough to pacify her. I finally ended up throwing it away after the batteries died. I just got tired of hearing it all the time. Held up well to daily child use. Only complaint is the plastic cover one the front didn't stay latched and we had to tape it.

Often the best way to get the housework done is to have your children working by your side. When it's time to vacuum, preschoolers can use this toy Hoover right alongside an adult using a real vacuum cleaner. Sized for preschoolers, the navy and black, hard plastic vacuum stands 26.25 inches high and has adjustable levers in front, working lights, and a realistic motor sound. There's a flexible black hose on one side and three yellow plastic attachments inside a storage compartment with a clear door. Though the Hoover is fairly sturdy, the door isn't the most durable part of it; after a while it may begin to fall open, making the attachments fall on the floor. I bought a similar Shop Vac back in 1993 and it worked fine all these years and recently burned the motor up. looking at the local stores all the Shop Vacs are the cheap consumer models. These do not have the nice tool tray or long cord, but worse yet are so loud they are painful to use. I recommend these super quiet models from shop vac. They are still loud, but a lot less loud and very tolerable. The new HP ratings are kind a joke though, they rate this at 6.5HP, where my old one was 3HP. For all intents and purposes this is really the same vacuum as my 1993 model, works the same and sounds the same. Great vacuum just like my older one was.

This is a very handy product. Had trouble bleeding the clutch on my old ford truck and this [plus pushing the clutch to the floor and holding it there} did the trick.
The Equus 3663 Hand Vacuum Pump/brake bleeding kit worked well for a few minutes. The plastic construction is insufficient for the pressure of normal operating environment. While bleeding the brakes (using the pump to pull brake fluid through the brake line the, reservoir bottle cap cracked (at about 70% of the units maximum gage level) rendering the unit useless. I have received a mail back label from the vendor for full refund.
Equus 3660 Hand Vacuum Pump and Brake Bleeding Kit

The description makes it sound like a metal, commercial pump. It is, in fact, the same mechanisim as almost every other like plastic consumer unit. It works but it is over priced, based on the description. I.e., for a pump it's puffery.

The FIRST time I used the pump, the cap developed a hairline crack, rendering the pump useless [since it would no longer maintain a vacuum]. I didn't use gorilla strength in tightening the cap onto the reservoir, so I gotta believe the plastic material from which the cap was constructed doesn't have much structural integrity.
Attempted brake bleeding with Equus pump. After carefully following factory instructions, the unit appeared to inject more air than it extracted. Checked bleeder screws for leaks around threads, but that did not appear to be source of the problem. I was successful in flushing out my brake system, but once finished brake pedal went straight to the floor. So, I'll start again tomorrow using the old method of having my wife push and hold the pedal while I crack the bleeders. Intend to request a refund.

This is the perfect book to read on a flight. The characters are engaging, and once I picked it up, I didn't want to put it down. After reading this book, you will never look at a salesman the same way again!
This book was so funny! I agree, I couldn't put it down (and I had a lot of other things I should have been doing!). I think the special strength of this book is how Rivoli makes Diana grow almost imperceptibly through her interactions with all these characters she does her demos for. As zany as this book is, the storytelling is firmly realistic.
Bridget Jones meets the Avon lady!! Diana's adventures selling vacuums are sometimes funny, sometimes heartwarming... always entertaining.
The crazy cast of characters and Diana's many predicaments make this book easy to get through. Though when you're done you'll wonder what Diana is up to next.
When I say I couldn't put this book down, I mean I literally read until my book light battery went dead.

This book should remain the seminal work on the subject of vacuum (and low-pressure gaseous) cathodic and anodic arcs for some time to come. One major plus is the significant number of Russian contributors. The Russians have made many contributions to this field but their work is seldom recognized. It is to the editors credit that they overcame the problems associated with incorporating their work in this book. The book has a chapter on the deposition of coatings, primarily reactive deposition of hard coatings, using arc sources. This book should remain the seminal work on the subject of vacuum (and low-pressure gaseous) cathodic and anodic arcs for some time to come. One major plus is the significant number of Russian contributors. The Russians have made many contributions to this field but their work is seldom recognized. It is to the editors credit that they overcame the problems associated with incorporating their work in this book. The book has a chapter on the deposition of coatings, primarily reactive deposition of hard coatings, using arc sources. Has stood up to vacuuming debris and heavy dust after demolition work. There was no sign of leak-through and the bag withstood an onslaugt of nails without giving way. A few bucks less than bb store if you get free shipping.
What a terrific idea. This is the handiest item I've added to the garage in years. Out of the way and tons quieter than my old roll around unit. I've wired mine permanently into a switched outlet on the wall and with the 18 foot hose, I can reach every corner of the garage and interiors of both cars.

I bought some of these (at a higher price I might add) last fall before tearing out my bathroom. Used them in the 5 gallon "quiet" model shop vac that I got from Ace Hardware on sale last fall when my 2 Gallon model burned out. They keep the inside of the vac canister completely clean, and no drywall dust getting through the filter or around the rubberband. I left the foam filter on, just in case... It stayed completely clean as well. The specs indicate these bags would also be okay for cleaning up spilled copier toner, something that most vac bags or filters will just spew back into the air. And they seem to take a long time to fill up or plug up.

Bought this thinking I would use it a lot, but that hasn't been the case. It works fine, but the hassle of getting it out and hooking it up each time for floor cleanup means I use it very little. I use a broom and dustpan, then every few days I open the garage door and blow out all the dust in the shop with a leaf blower.
This product does exactly what you would lthink I built it into my system in my work shop and it works like a charm.
WORKS FINE IF YOUR COLLECTOR IS STRONG ENOUGH TO PICK UP THE STUFF FROM THE FLOOR.
This works fine as a floor sweep if you secure it to the floor. As a hand held wide-mouth dust collector, it leaves a lot to be desired (and a lot of dust). I purchased mine for 6.74 from Rockler and it is less than 8 at WoodCraft, so the Amazon price is way high for this item.

(Almost Too Big Vac filter!)

Some people have had difficulty installing this filter. It seemed that the manufacturer had made minor changes for the filter or the peripheral components. I checked Ridgid's IPC and Googled every part number to make sure that I get the correct parts. The filter, filter cage, float, filter plate and the plate nut fit as they should and the VC is working well.
The part number was correct, but to fit I had to squash the filter to fit the space. Nothing in the instructions indicated that would be necessary.
Genuine Ridgid #VF4000 Standard Wet/Dry Vac Pleated Replacement Filter fits all 6-20 gallon Ridgid Wet/Dry Vacs. Mounting plate is not included.
