We have a Wii and the Roku device for Netflix hooked up and the signal is great. We have been using it for about 10 days and no problems so far.』
(Quick, easy and fast as advertised.) 『I picked up one of these along with the V101 in a combo package to run my Xbox 360 and DirecTV DVR downstairs from the cable modem and router in my upstairs office. I had been using wireless networking for the past several years but had issues with wireless failing from time to time and went through 3 routers over 3 years accordingly. Since the wired portion of the routers worked just fine at retirement in each case, I thought I'd give an alternative a try. I researched a few different brands and finally settled on Netgear's Powerline offering. I specifically went with the ones rated for 200Mb for HD streaming options.
I am very satisfied with the performance so far. The Windows Media Center functionality with my Xbox 360 is finally performing in a manner that I expected. With wireless I was getting VERY slow response in the Media Center menu but it operates much more smoothly with the Powerline adapter connected.
I ordered an additional adapter for a computer and DirecTV DVR in another room of my home and all 3 devices are operating well together with excellent connection speed. In addition, setup was completely simple. It was literally plug and play. No configuration required whatsoever.

This set of cables allows you to get a much better picture quality from your Wii assuming you have a TV monitor (or receiver) that can accept S-Video input. It is not quite as good as a set of component cables, but for most people the visual difference will be imperceptible.
The build quality is excellent - it looks like it came from the factory. I expect them to hold up for many years of use given the thickness of the cables and jacketing on the cables.
I bought this as a backup cable to use when traveling with the Wii, as our main component cables are snaked through the entertainment center and very difficult to remove. For less than $20 I avoid all that hassle if the kids want to take their Wii to grandmas for the weekend. :-) 』

The game is supposed to tell you when/if you are doing the exercises correctly, but it doesn't read your movements accurately. I don't know if the slight delay has something to do with it, but when I exercise with the game I am constantly corrected and scolded even when my image matches the avatar (Jenny) exactly. So even if I ignore it and workout along, I am constantly being told to fix my arms, check my legs, etc. Very annoying. I'd rather buy a DVD for 1/3 the price.』

I get a low rating on my exercises, but in the end I know I'm getting a good work out so I ignore my 'rating'. I really like that you can pick how many days to work out and on which body part to focus. It's a really great product and I'm happy with my purchase.』

I don't like the fact that the on-screen image wasn't a true representation of my body. If I look too thin to start, I'll never be motivated to lose weight. Anyway, you'll also need to secure your children or animals while working out with this game. Other warm bodies in the range of the camera confuses it. This means that my dog would have to be put in his crate while I'm working out which really isn't fair to him. All in all, the workout routines aren't bad. They are in line with those of My Fitness Coach. For those with enough work-out space, this could be a really good game. Unfortunately for me, it was a waste of $70 bucks.』

(A good workout, but it has it's problems) 『I've been using Gold Gym's Cardio Workout for about a month, and as far as a workout it's "reasonable". However there are a few caveats that make the workout less than it could be.
The precision of the controller/nunchuck combination is mediocre. When working out, punches are often registered on the screen when I pull my arm back before the punch, rather than when the punch actually takes place. Ducking and weaving are next to impossible, it almost always shows as a "miss" unless I make huge swings with the remote. Ducking and weaving that far is simply impossible to physically do.
I've changed the sensitivity in the Wii options, but Golds Gym simply responds poorly.
The game has an option to use 2 remotes, but I can't get 2 remotes to work. My 2nd remote works correctly in other games, but in Golds Gym it won't work at all so I have to use the nunchuck.
The Exercise program is pretty lame. The Boxing program is a good workout. I'd purchase it again just for the boxing portion, but I wish the accuracy of the remote/program were better.』

Once you go through registration and basic punch lessons, you can do 'Shape Boxing.' Here lies numerous lessons under four different skill levels, all averaging about 150 burnt calories per 13 minute session. I fear that the reviews that said the game is for kids or light never made it this far or were doing it wrong. I don't know about you, but if I bounce back an forth on my feet faster than a metronome for 20 minutes, I'm going to break a sweat--especially if I'm throwing punches constantly!
Sometimes the registering on the punches can be a bit rough. You'll think your throw was perfect but it'll register slower. It happens. The game isn't about perfection but cardio. The reviews that say the title was misleading as it was only boxing cardio are confusing. Cardio has nothing to do with moving every inch of your body but with getting your heartbeat up. To me, there's nothing confusing about a cardio boxing game.
The graphics on the game are a bit lame and it can be a bit confusing but overall, if you're looking for a real workout...this is the game for you.』
