She loves it! The projects are all easy enough that she can do them on her own. Very colorful and creative. Love this box of crafty stuff!』
(Simple crafts are great for 3 year old!) 『We bought this for my 4 year old son when he was 3 and it has been great! The crafts are simple enough for him to do, but turn out really cute and he is so proud to hang them up! This has provided hours of quiet time at our house, a wonderful thing!』
(easy art projects) 『this art supply/project box was part of an arts present for my 3 children, and they all absolutely loved this project box. their was something for each of them to do on their own, and together. there are so many fun things to do with all the supplies, and my kids even get along and work together on making fun things. ages 7,4,and 3.』
(FANTASTIC!) 『We bought this for my almost-5-year-old for Christmas, and she has had a blast doing these projects! They are perfect for her age group, allow for great creativity, and they are easily done with next-to-no required adult help.
HIGHLY recommend this!』
(A must for the Artsy toddler) 『My crafty 4 year old absolutely loves this present from Santa. I was worried by its longevity, due to the fact it say '16' crafts included, but considering some of these crafts consist of 4 sections that can be seperated to different days I can see this toy being creative fun for some time to come. Really happy with this purchase and looking forward to helping my princess create beautiful crafts.』 『

I was a little worried when first reading the back of it, as I thought it may be too advanced for him, but it ended up being just fine for him. If he didn't get an answer right, he was just able to continue playing until he found the right answer. It also has multiple games on it and you can pick which level. He is at level one now but since there are more levels he will be able to play it for a long time, switching to higher levels when needed. At first I helped him a bit but now he plays the games by himself.』
(My son really likes this!) 『I bought a couple of Leapster games for my son at Christmas and this is one of his favorites. Similar to the online games I see on Nickjr.com. He still loves racing cars on PlayStation more, but this is entertaining for him and educational as well. I'd recommend it.』
(Good Game) 『I bought this cartridge as a Christmas gift for my 4 1/2 year old son. He likes it. He is enjoying the Leapster II, although he's more into his Transformers right now. :-)』
(My 4yr old loves this game) 『My son got a leapster and this game for Christmas and first he didn't play with it at all till the ride to Grandma's house. We had to show him how to do somethings first on it. This was his first exposure to any real video game stuff on his own.
Once he got the hang of it he will play it on a regular basis now. I like that it uses numbers or letters for him to try and accomplish the task. And he's so thrilled when he "Resues" an animal! He'll scream out "Mom, I rescued all the Penguins". I wish they had more kids games for this like Phinneas&Ferb. Guess we'll have to move up to the DS soon, but for now this is great for him!』
(A big hit) 『Recently purchased this game and Ratatouille for my 3yr. old son, soon to be 4. He loves both of the games and plays them constatnly. I would highly recommend both of these games.』 『Al rescate! Diego is at it again - dodging obstacles as he hang-glides and snowboards to the rescue of animals in need. Just in case you are interested in info like that. We made every effort to only get non-Chinese products this last Christmas and this one slipped in despite my efforts.
Yes, the 1984 version is better in my opinion, but this game is not for me, it's for my kids. And hopefully they'll have fond memories of the new artwork just like we have fond memories of the artwork from our game.
Otherwise, kids will learn the same things, colors, following directions, following a path that changes direction, matching, etc. Still a great game!』
(this game is the best family game) 『this is the best first game for the little ones and for the kids at heart』
(CANDY!) 『Yes, CANDYland. CANDY! How did this game survive the anti-sugar movement? Sugar Pops are now labeled "Corn Pops" and my beloved Sugar Smacks are now just "Smacks". Yet Hasbro has taken a stand against the spin doctors and refused to alter their game. They know that kids and candy are a force in the universe that cannot be changed. They seek each other out like soul-mates.
My niece was raised totally sugar-free. She was given no candy, not even allowed to look at candy, and started the alphabet song " B E F G...". However as soon as she could put sentences together she began loudly proclaiming "I WANT CANDY". "Santa, bring me CANDY". "Is that CANDY you hide up there?". She was obsessed with it...it was the eternal flame she sought over all other objects on earth.
When my daughter brought her newborn over to visit, I noticed my niece down on the floor next to his baby carrier, whispering in his ear. I asked her what they were talking about, and she answered "He wants some candy". I rest my case. Even a two-week-old with zero language skills can find a way to express his inborn addiction to all things sugary sweet. Or maybe my niece thought this tiny creature everyone was cooing over had a better chance of scoring some candy than she did.
So whether it's because Hasbro took a moral stand or just couldn't figure out how to change the title AND packaging without losing their market, I say BRAVO. Bring on the sugar. And by the way, am I the only one who is confused about Splenda? "It's not sugar but it's made from sugar". What the heck does THAT mean? Were they down in the lab watching Frankenstein while experimenting? "Hey, he's not human but he's made from humans. Hmmm....". 』
(Love this game!) 『I had a Candyland board game as a child and I remember loving the game. I haven't played it recently, but I sure can tell you that I played with my younger brother, parents and grandparents EVERY DAY and it never got old.』
(EVERYONES FAVORITE!!!!!!!!!) 『you cant go wrong with this purchase...everyone seems to love candyland!!!!!! Young and Old....u will enjoy this game for many many years』 『This is the classic "child's first game", and preschoolers will love it. Children draw colored cards, and move their plastic gingerbread playing tokens to the next square of the same color. Passing the peppermint forest and the ice cream sea on the way, the first one to reach the candy castle wins. No need to read to play this game.2 to 4 players can play this game. This board game includes a game board, four plastic playing pieces, 64 cards, "Legend of the Lost Candy Castle", and instructions in English and Spanish.』 『"Once upon a time, King Kandy, the Imperial Head Bonbon and Grand Jujube of Candy Land disappeared." Thus begins the magical journey of Milton Bradley's classic Candy Land board game. Captivated by the story of a kidnapped king and eager to help find him, little ones move their gingerbread pawns along a rainbow path and through a land of candy characters, all subjects of King Kandy's realm.
Playing cards thoughtfully designed for non-readers are coded with colorful squares matching the jeweled stepping-stone path or an occasional token matching one of the characters' symbols: draw a blue card, move to the nearest blue stepping-stone; draw a snowflake and earn a visit to Queen Frostine's iceberg. There are occasional pitfalls, too: land on the wrong square and you might be stuck in Molasses Swamp until a red card is drawn. With all these enticing, sugarcoated images (and King Kandy plainly visible at path's end), children can't help but be delighted by Candy Land. It's delicious! Instructions are in both Spanish and English. Candy Land is for two to four players)--Julie Ubben』

(Fun but dangerous) 『My 11 and 7 year old have really enjoyed this toy. It is loads of fun but keeping up with the darts can be a pain, and if hit at close range it hurts a little. You must also ensure they wear the safety goggles that come with the toy as my son has shot himself in the eye accidentally.』
(what we expected) 『Our sons love Nerf toys and this is one of the better ones we have purchased for them. It's durable and performs as expected.』
(Grampy and Grandsons good times) 『Got this set of nerf dart guns to help bring my 7 year old grandson a game that would require some physical and mental exercise. It did that and more to him, his dad (my oldest son) and me as we ran, laughed and just had a superb time together in the house with no harm to anyone nor the house. The darts are real safe if you use the safety glasses enclosed with the set. If the glasses aren't on then we did not play.
I liked the set so well I got my 9 year old grandson a set for his birthday and had the same reaction with him and his dad (my youngest son). Just a bunch of fun and interaction and a whole lot of laughing.
If you set good ground rules this is a lot of fun. The toy itself works very good, the darts will shoot easily 20-25 feet acurately. We bought more darts and had them in a central location where anyone could grab for a reload.
Target practice is fun also, just set the targets (provided) across the room from each other and play like you play horseshoes or use one trget for a game of darts.』
(Exercise with Nerf) 『We bought 3 sets of the Nerf Dart Tag toys. A group of adults 20 and older used them. It is wonderful exercise. Everyone had so much fun playing. You never get too old for Nerf products.』 『Fury Fire Exciting two-player blaster and dart targeting game comes with two 10-, pump-action blasters to fire at scoring vests. Usually ships in 24 hours Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (Not bad) 『I thought this would be quite a fun toy, however my kid's favourite thing to do with it is simply pile all the wheels into a bag and carry them around. Other children have had fun playing with it - the music is not that annoying. My daughter simply hasn't been as interested in this as I would've thought. It is sturdy, though, especially when the kids try to stop the wheel while it's automatically turning.』
(Hasbro Playschool Busy Gears) 『Arrived speedily and undamaged. Child of 18 months thoroughly enjoyed playing with this and was able to removed grears and replace accuratley. Good choice from grandma.』
(A favorite of my almost two year old grandson) 『It took a while for my grandson to grow into this, but once he got the idea, it became a favorite. Visitors enjoy it as well.』
(Not quite what I expected...only entertains for a short time.) 『I have a 10 month old and a just turned two year old. They both like this toy although neither will play with it for more than 5 minutes or so at a time. It's too easy for my two year old. Although the gears can be moved around, they really only work in one arrangement. It isn't as though you can create different patterns. The gears simply go on or off the pegs one way and for the most part they all move together (or not). Which is pretty obvious now, but I didn't look that closely at the toy before I bought it so I thought more could be done with it. However, we did increase the entertainment value for my two year old by encouraging him to sit Duplo people on the central gear and give them "rides" which he finds entertaining. The toy has some value for my 10 month old. It improves fine motor skills because removing and replacing the gears is still challenging for her and pushing buttons to make something work is still fun for her too. But she only finds the toy entertaining for a short time as well.
Bottom line: Probably not worth it. Your money (and space on the toy shelf) would be better spent on another toy.』
(Ugh!) 『This toy is so noisy and the concept seems lost on my one year old. She knows she can push the button, but is a little startled by it. She'd rather play with the cogs in the bath tub than the rest of the "toy"』 『Busy Gears encourages hands-on exploration and discovery with electronic gears that go round 'n round, flashing lights and happy songs! The interchangeable gears can also be stacked, sorted and re-arranged. With an automatic shut-off.』

(Perfect for 3-Year-Old, Improved over Classic) 『I was skeptical when my daughter got this for Christmas, but the game has some minor improvements over the classic that bored me as a (admitedly too old) kid. Most importantly, the addition of the bird was a great idea; when the spinner lands on the bird, another piece of the bird puzzle must be assembled, adding a "race against the bird" element that can allow all players to be on the same team or even allow a single child to play the game by themselves, trying to get all the fruit picked alone before the bird is done. Secondly, but less importantly, making four kinds of fruit instead of just cherries makes the game more fun to look at and play. My 3-year-old daughter loves this game and (unlike many other games) she doesn't get bored with following the rules.』
(Classic Counting Game) 『I remember playing this as a kid and it was a first choice for each of my kids as well. My oldest loved this game and now my youngest is loving and learning with it as well. You can't go wrong, its a classic, its fun, colorful and teaches them!』
(Excellent game for young children) 『Great game for preschool children. I used it as a preschool teacher and for my children and grandchildren.』
(Fun game but pieces are too small) 『This game is great and would be even greater if after every time we played we didn't have to hunt for all the tiny pieces. My eldest is 4 but the baby is 20 months and it is such an added headache because I'm so worried that the baby will find the piece we're looking for before we do. We generally play when the baby is asleep but if a piece goes missing, we could be searching long after he wakes up. I wish these pieces were just a tad bit bigger (I'll admit I can't see very well) and a little less roll-y. Otherwise, we love the game!』 『For over 30 years, Hi Ho! Cherry-O has delighted children and parents with its simple-yet-fun introduction to counting. Children try to be first to pick their trees clean, filling their buckets with cherries. Just watch out for the dog, the bird, and the spilled bucket! Colors and parts may vary. No reading required. Includes gameboard, four cherry buckets and 40 plastic cherries.
For 2 to 4 players.
』 『Round and round she goes. Hi Ho! Cherry-O is the counting game in which players race to be the first to have 10 cherries in their basket. A spin of the arrow determines your fate. It will instruct you to pick one, two, three, or four cherries from your tree and put 'em in your basket. That is, of course, if you don't land on the bird or the dog, requiring you to take two cherries from your basket and return them to the tree. And try not to land on the spilled bucket or--you guessed it--spill the contents of your basket or you start over.--Alison Golder』

(Great doctor kit) 『I bought this for my 3 year old son for Christmas who told me he wants to be a doctor. He has had lots of fun playing with all of the different doctor items. The working pager and cell phone are great, although my 12 month old somehow messed up the phone (it kept making a constant, loud noise and we had to remove the batteries). The toys are durable and have held up to the playing. The hard plastic container is great as everything fits right back in it for easy pick up. The working stethoscope was a big hit, as well as the thermometer. I would recommend this toy for purchase.』
(Trish) 『It is always hard to tell from a small picture what a toy will be like. This product is very well made. My son has fixed everybody's "owies" many times over. He received it for Christmas and he has used it several times every day since. I would deffinitley recommend it.』
(Made a 6 1/2 year old happy) 『My daughter really enjoyed this set and set to work on me immediately with the included glasses perched on her nose and brandishing a stethoscope. The quality of the pieces is decent with batteries included (surprisingly) in the beeper and the stethoscope. The blood pressure gauge spins when the bulb is squeezed and the cuff is sized right for a small bicep. The stethoscope makes coughing sounds when pressed and the beeper beeps with an emergency light displaying. There is a syringe whose plunger works but in a safe fashion and then a couple of surgical tools. This toy is more than adequate for a safe medical make believe between little friends and has enough variety of items to sustain an extended role play. The box that contains everything is pretty sturdy and has solid catches to keep it closed. At the current price point of $18+, it is a reasonable buy.』
(solid set but maybe too realistic) 『I got this for my niece (2) and nephew (4) for Christmas and watched them play with it for a while. Some thoughts:
PROS Carrying case - All the pieces (20 or so) can be stored in custom-cut plastic cutouts. It takes a bit of strength to get them out the first time, but I'm sure it becomes easier over time. Electronic pieces - the stethoscope makes a heartbeat and coughing noise, and the pager makes some beeping noises when you push its three buttons. Decent quality - I'm sure this won't last for 10 years, but I think it will last until they outgrow playing doctor.
CONS Too realistic - the set comes with a scalpel and surgical scissors, and I had to explain what they were when my nephew asked. Kinda gruesome.
Overall a decent set though. Didn't see anything else on Amazon for the same price...』 『Enough medical tools for a team of young "doctors" to play at the same time. Plastic 19 piece set includes a battery-operated stethoscope, pager, realistic sounding cell phone, forceps, bandages, thermometer and more. Plastic clamp-tight carry case. Requires 2 AA batteries, not included.』

Usually ships in 24 hours Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (Must have patience of a saint) 『I spent 4 hours on Christmas morning assembling this thing for my kid. I'm 31 and grew up with transformers. I also worked on jets for the Air Force so I consider myself mechanically competent. This thing is in a whole new realm of complication. I searched YouTube for advice because the written instructions were hopeless. Finally a teenage kid's video post helped me assemble it. Even then it was incredibly challenging. 4 hours and I finally assembled it! But it didn't roll. Its a GD truck and it doesn't roll. The hood stayed together for about 2 minutes before it popped apart. So now its a Transformer that doesn't transform. Since it couldn't roll like a truck, I had to transform it back.
Bottom line: They bit off more than they could chew. Bravo to the engineers but boo to the testers.』
(Not Really a Good Gift for Little Kids) 『While this toy is very detailed and good for older kids (like toy collectors), it's way too complicated to transform for probably any kid under 10 years old. Even with the pictured instruction sheet, I had to search for and watch a You Tube video on how to transform it from the robot to a truck (comes in robot form out of the box). My 4-year old only played with it only once or twice while he was watching the movie on DVD.』
(Transformer toy didn't last long) 『My son loved this transformer. But one of the pieces broke off and now it is in the box. It would be nice if packaging came with information for replacement parts.』
(NOT for age 5+) 『This toy is so difficult for a 5 year old to put together. It took my husband over 20 minutes! My son lost intrest and hasn't touched this toy since he opened it on Christmas. I'm sure a 9 or 10 year old would like it. This toy should not be marked for ages 5+. It doesn't hold their interest. I think the toy manufaturer just wants a larger target consumer market. Disappointing.』
