All the webkinz toys are really the same. They are cute and very soft and they encourage your child to care for them online. Plus, the website offers jobs, school, and sports.
I got this one for myself, granted I am not a young kid, but I have a good collection of Moose stuffed animals, I know that this one is a reindeer, but as far as stuffed animals go, they both look the same, and this one was too cute for me to pass up. Very soft and made very well. It makes a nice addition to my collection. I will definitely buy more webkinz from this seller in the near future.
I think the Webkinz site was a little overwhelmed at how popular these little critters were! We had a lot of trouble, just as the previous reviewer described, especially with the help. Really no way at all to contact them.

Nevertheless, they seem to be doing a lot better these days. While I'm still somewhat disappointed with the contacting, the site otherwise does not disappoint! There are all sorts of things, mini games (and yes, these can count as mind stimulating), cards, reading, creativity, caring for a pet - you name it, they've got it - all very KID FRIENDLY.

I think that value for the dollar is pretty good here. The site can literally keep youngsters entertained for hours - just gotta get them up to do some PHYSICAL exercise!! Lots of mental stimulation and enjoyable.

UPDATE: 04/03/08: My child forgot login name. Despite following instructions regarding what to do if this happens (enter e-mail, first name, birthdate), they do not "recognize us". I even tried myself on a different account where I KNEW all information and it still did not recognize our account. There is absoultely NO WAY TO CONTACT THESE FOLKS, no telephone, no e-mail. That's VERY frustrating! All help is very "generic" as another reveiwer stated. There should be a telephone support, even if it is a long distance call. The children deserve better. I still say that the site is wonderful and a lot of fun but the support for site leaves a lot to be desired.
My daughter has spent many hours playing with this toy. (It's a good thing that it is proving to be durable!) The educational value comes from the video link to the games on the Internet. (Without computer access, the educational value disappears.) I'm not sure if the toy would have been as attractive to her if it had not arrived during the holidays. Still, it was one of the favorite things that Santa brought to her this year.
Extremely disappointed with the service I received! One of the reindeer arrived with a hole in it's ear before Christmas and I still have not heard from the toy company (not Webkinz) about what they were going to do to correct the problem! I purchased two for Christmas gifts and one of them was not damaged. I will never buy anything from this company again!
While they may not have Rudolph?s red nose, these Reindeer are every bit as special. Reindeer are gentle, kind friends and would do very well in a big family with lots of other Webkinz. Want to delight your dearest deer? Just pick up a pot of Spiky Sedge Soup!

This was got for my 11 month old grandson. He enjoyed playing in it but some times will slide out. It was about a month after playing in that a hole was in it.

The color of the gym that I received was different from what was pictured. I got a purple gym with three hang stars rather than what was shown. I was a bit disappointed by the color since purple seemed girly for my son. Other than that it was a good value for the price. Note that this gym takes a LONG time to blow up and I would not suggest doing it by mouth (it can take hours). Make sure you have a power pump of some sort.
it was the best purchased a made for my daughter first christmas.
It helped her to stand on her legs and was a great area for her "me only" play time (she's a very independent girl!). Shes' a toddler and now play in it with balls and friends! It's also my baby boy's turn and it's still great with all the colors etc..

My boy loves this toy, and since he doesn't realize that he can walk without help yet, it's perfect for that transition. It even makes music after getting wet with sprinklers. Very cute, and sturdy. He can even turn it around himself to come back to me. The ride on is also a great feature that he'll love even after he can walk himself.
Our son just loves this walker and rider. He is just 10 months old and walks with this everywhere. Definitely recommend!!!
My 1 year old absolutely loves this lion. It has really helped her to gain confidence walking. She can pull herself up on it and it doesn't fall over. I was afraid the music would be really annoying but it really isn't bad and can also be turned off. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to encourage their child to walk.
I bought this for my 1 year old grandson's birthday after reading the reviews on here. It IS study, and durable, but he just doesn't have any interest in it, not sure way.
I am surprised that this toy has an average rating of four stars. My daughter received this toy for Christmas when she was 9 months old and on the verge of walking. It is very cute, but for the price is very boring. All it does, except being a walker, is play music when you hit the tiger on the nose. And now that we have converted it to its ride-on toy mode, we find that it is less than stellar in that capacity, also. The wheels stick out from the toy, and so hit her feet and encumber her movement. We received this as a gift at a Christmas party, so my husband did not want to pack up the box for the drive, but if we did, I would have returned this walker a long time ago. I saw a V-Tech Sit-to-Stand Learning Walker at Toys-R-Us for about the same price that looks much, much more interesting than this walker. It doesn't convert to a ride-on toy, but as I mentioned earlier, this one doesn't convert to a GOOD ride-on toy, either. (For a good ride-on toy from Fisher-Price, see the Little People School Bus ride-on toy - it is wonderful.)

This product was purchased for a Sept. birthday gift for my granddaughter.
I was very happy with the quality of the product. Well made with wonderful detail and construction. My cousin saw the toy and immediately ordered the set for her granddaughter. Her "Alexandra" loved the cake and pizza set. I would highly recommend this product for any age appropriate child.
Melissa and Doug make such great wooden products and this is no exception. My son thouroughly enjoys slicing the pizza and delivering to me and Daddy. He's 2 so we've put the toppings away until he gets older. He enjoys the cutting process so much that I'm looking into the M&D cutting food box.
I bought the pezza toy for my son who just turned 4, he loves to pretend to cook. He absolutely loves this toy. He makes us pizza whenever he can. Another added bonus is he gets to count the items he places on top of the pizza. I highly recommend this product.
I bought this along with some plastic food for my daughters kitchen, this is way better than the plastic food. All the toppings get a little annoying as they often get scattered around the floor and there are so many of them but it is very well made and the girls love playing with it.
My 3 year old got this for Christmas and he still plays with it. The toy is durable but watch out for the toppings, they can pose as chocking hazards to smaller children who put toys in their mouths. Also, as with any painted, wooden toy, after several hand washings, the paint is chipping off. Great toy for imaginative play.

I bought one of these and was surprised how small it was. It was so cool to hold the lightsaber of the most powerful jedi. It is so durrable. The only con is that it takes more force to make sound.
But all in all I am very happy with this product.
Would recomend it to anyone unless you want to be a sith.

I did a lot of research on Force FX sabers before deciding to purchase this one. I also went to a Sharper Image where they sometimes have them on display to play with. They had the Luke and Vader Episode IV ones as well as the Yoda.
Before I even turned them on I was hooked on the Yoda one because of its lighter weight and smaller hilt. My hands are slightly smaller than average and I found the Luke and Vader hilts rather unweildy, not only because they are wider but because of the large slider button. They are also considerbably heavier due to the longer hilt and blade and that they take Double not Triple A batteries like Yoda's.
I was also impressed by how bright Yoda's blade was- I won't go as far as saying that it is brighter than Luke and Vaders, but I was more impressed with the bright Green color than I was with the other two.
There is just enough room for me to grip Yoda's with two hands, but the strength of this one is that it is much, much easier to weild with one hand for the fancy spins around the body and behind the back. My only complaint is that you have to bash the saber harder than I expected to get the clashing sound effect, and the sound effect takes a half second or so to play. So it's either my particular saber or a problem with the Yoda sabers- that might be something worth researching. The LEDs provide an ALMOST perfectly consistent brightness along the blade, though like all MR Force FX's, you can occasionally see some patchiness. The speaker is very loud for such a small speaker, but I am unimpressed by the quality of the sound, and I am trying to find a replacement speaker to put in there.
Overall it is a ton of fun. It is a nice looking collectors item to have on the mantle, it is a nice conversation peice, and it feels very authentic to hold. MR did not cheap out on the materials. I'm considering buying a Vader or Anakin one now, though I'm curious to see what Hasbro will bring to the line up. Amazon has several sabers listed from them that they say will be available in July, though the Hasbro website says Fall for Luke and Vader. We'll see!
Quite annoyed with this product, it was desrcibed along the lines ' first time a full size yoda lightsabre was available' As I was buying three lightsabres for three kids I wanted them all to be the same size and it was because of the description I purchased this one. It turns out to be actually smaller than the other light sabres so there was disagreement between the kids as to who gets which one. Other than the size product is good!
Beautiful replica bought for my husband. Not a day goes by that he and my son don't bring out their replica's for a little play. Keep in mind, my son is two-years-old so this thing has taken quite a beating and still works perfectly. Don't recommend that but still, good to know.

I ordered this item as I had plans to upgrade my pump and upgrade to a saltwater system. My Kids were anxiously awaiting the use of the pool for the summer. I ordered the filter pump from another company on Amazon because it was cheaper. CMS then CANCELED my order because I did not order the pump from THEM!!!! With todays economy this is deplorable!!! To punish a family who is trying to save a bit on shipping and order a product from someone who is offering it cheaper than your company!!! I have never been so disgusted!! Amazon shouldn't even allow your company to sale on their site!!!

The conversion adap was easy
These hose adapters go on very easily and seal up perfectly, the only problem I really have is that they are a bit heavy. I have the 16ft easy set pool and these are heavy enough to the point that they pull down on the pools hose attachmants, I was a little consered that with that weight like that they may eventially slip off and produce a leak but they havent they have held up great.
The hose conversion adapters is required when you upgrades your existing Intex pool filter pump system 1000gph or smaller to any of the more powerful 1500gph or larger pool filter pump. If your pool is 16' in diameter of smaller, you would need this set 2 converters in the set to adapt to the larger 1.5" ID hose with threaded connection to your 1.25" ID hose connection.

I bought the pool in 2007 and the original pump impeller blades sheared off just out of warranty. I ordered a new Intex Model 635 3 weeks ago and the blades on the impeller have sheared off completely!! I'm very frustrated with this pool and filter system. Seriously wondering why I've invited this headache into my life. Very poor design, very poor performance. I'm hoping the replacement will have a better impeller design but I highly doubt it. this pump came with my Intex inflatable ring pool (18x48) I bought in 2007. The pump action is plenty strong for taking care of business with a pool this size. However, the impeller design leaves much to be desired. The impeller is attached to a plastic covered magnet which spins to create the pump action. After a year (about 4 months of use where I live) the plastic cover over the magnet broke and the magnet is beginning to rust out. It still works at an impaired level, and it makes a lot of noise. I bought this on June 23, 2007. I called Intex on July 7 2008 - 2 weeks out of warranty, and the Intex rep said "there is nothing we can do for you." I asked about a replacement impeller, he said they dont sell just the impeller (which is rediculous, as they break all the time). I asked if they could cover me under the warranty as it's only been a couple weeks outside of the year. He said "we can't do that." So now I'm stuck having to shell out for a new pump once the rest of the plastic dislodges from the impeller. Save your money. Intex pools are great, but buy a different brand name pump to service the pool if you can. These pumps are not built to last. As for Intex customer support, their policy is 1 year and I can't argue with them, though not working with a customer when their product is only 2 weeks out of warranty is pretty pathetic.
I bought the 18' pool Mar 07. I am on my third pump (under warranty) as the impellers kept breaking the blades (likely because of the poor filter design). No way to just replace the impeller so now my THIRD pump impeller blades went. On some sites you can see that for 2008 they have a new impeller design (probably cost too much replacing warranty broken impellers). I am upgrading to 2500 or 4000 gph pump. Still researching but want to HIGHLY discourage buying any of the 635 pumps, definitely if they are not the "new" impeller design for 2008 and even then Im not going to buy one!

I recommend you upgrade if you have a smaller pump that came with your pool
This pump came with our 18' x 48" round Intex Easy Set pool. Although it's quite easy to install, clean and a snap to clean/change the filter....I would have to give it a poor rating in the strength department. Simply put...1500 gallons per hour is not enough circulation for a pool with close to 6000 gallons of water. The 2500 GPH pump should have been standard with this size pool. Intex should have made the 1500/2500 GPH cutoff on the next size down....16', I think.

Also...the cartridge (Type A) does not filter out fine silt (from trees, for example). We had some cloudiness and had to add a clarifier. By the next day...all the impurities dropped to the bottom of the pool. During the process of vaccuming the bottom....we noticed the silt coming right back into the pool through the return from the filter. After many calls to the pool guy...and scratching my head....the only way around this is was to disconnect the return hose from the pool and lay it on the ground while vaccuming. You will only lose a few inches of water (if you are quick)....but it gets rid of the fine silt that passes through the cartridge.

All in all....I'd like to switch out the pump for the 2500 GPH. The only reason I'm not is that this pump gets you by.....but not with as much "umpf" as I'd like. I hate to spend $75 to $100 to replace a pump that has no flaws other than it's maxed out for a pool of this size....plus the fact that the entire pool set was under $200 to begin with!!

Its newly improved 2008 model, package complete with valves, hoses, filter cartridge and installation manual. Easy installation - Just hook-up hoses and plug-in. It has a double insulated pump. Air release valve for air trapped inside filter chamber. Sediment flush valve at bottom of filter chamber.
