Our five month old loves this toy! He grips onto the stretchy black pieces and thrashes it around to make the pieces clink. He also loves to teeth on the little wood pieces (which appear very sturdy). It appears safe. I would buy this toy again.
I vaguely seem to remember having one of these as a child. if i remember it, it must have been good, so i got my 2 year old daughter one.
She doesn't seem to have a favorite toy, but spends at least as much time on this as anything else we've got her...
and it's a LOT better on parental nerves!! It makes a pleasant, soft jingling noise like wood sleigh bells- MUCH better than the noisemakers most toys are!!

Both my babies absolutely loved the Skwish! I have purchased many over the years for baby gifts and have heard many wonderful reviews.
This was my daughter's first toy and she just turned 1 yr old and still loves it. It was easy for her to grab when she was a few months old and she loved sucking on the ends, still does sometimes. She's walking now and carries it around. I also like the fact that if she falls on it, it just squishes and doesn't hurt her. I just bought one for a friend's baby shower too.
What I love about this toy is it's colorful, lightweight, interesting and makes a pleasant chimey type of sound when the wooden beads go across the sticks. It's easy for my baby to hold and it keeps him interested. I know that the recommended age on this thing varies and I would just encourage parents to judge whether or not their baby is ready for this toy. I would expect it would be difficult for a toy company to decide when your particular baby is ready for a toy since babies develop at very different rates.

When the kids and I play Nerf guns, the darts go flying everywhere, so extra ammo is essential to keep up with everyone. Comes with a handy mesh carrying case with a clip that will attach to your belt loop so your hands are free to aim for your target. The velcro darts tend to stick to the inside of the bag, but that's a minor annoyance for the amount of fun they bring. The name Nerf says it all!
These are a definite must-have. Buy plenty because you will need them. The darts can get easily lost when shooting them - so the more the better.
Loads of fun for all ages!! It's a great toy to have around when a friend comes over. Fun for both outdoor and indoor use!
Buy the extra darts for a longer battle. The kids love it, older one included. It can get crazy as these darts fly fast and furious around the room. Girls and boys are equally as wild with the darts.
I have two boys; 8&10. We play with these things all the time!!! We have a great time with this toy. Can't give it much of an educational rating, unless of course you live in a tactical environment...we do! LOL! If you have boys, this will get their wiggles out...don't forget the eye protection. I don't really get the hoopla surrounding this Harry Potter game. It's essentially a Harry Potter version of "20 Questions" and works like this: you think of anything relating to Harry Potter and then answer a series of questions, with the "machine" trying to determine what/who you're thinking of within 20 questions.

But the questions scroll across the tiny dot-matrixesque screen hopelessly slow, with no way to speed them up (admittedly the slow speed is perhaps ideal for a beginning reader, but with such a large 13+ and even adult audience following these books and films -- not to mention, advanced younger readers -- there should be a speed control option).

But the game is also in the shape of the snitch (sort off -- the snitch offered by Running Press is a more accurate design), complete with removable wings, which is fairly cool.

Overall, an interesting concept that is perhaps worth the $7 overall price tag you'll see through some online merchants here at Amazon -- especially if you're buying this for a young reader. But I wouldn't spend much more than that. And certainly NOT full price.

This is by far one of the best Harry Potter toys out there. It really is amazing how much fun you can have playing. It's perfect to play by yourself or with a group!
The toy is fine and fun for a true HP fan. The player needs to know all the characters well to be able to play the game for any real length of time. The wrong character may be guessed, which is frustrating, as some of the questions can be taken more than one way and cause you to answer incorrectly. For example, "are they dark?" Is the question: dark-haired? dark-skinned? dark as in moody? dark as in dark arts?, etc. Some of the "comments" made by the game are corny but, it is meant to appeal to a select audience. Also, "wings" are fragile; we leave them off of the game.
It's a great toy to play in the car or waiting quietly. I have two boys. One has read ALL the books and seen the movies the other is on his third book. They played it several times and 20Q Harry Potter was only stumped once or twice! The only "wish" was that the wings were either made of better quality material or permanent. Other than that....lots of fun!
I bought this toy for my son for Christmas, we are both big Harry Potter fans. I will be the first to admit that when I bought it, I couldn't wait to try it out myself. Since I have read all the books more than once, I tried to think of the most obscure thing for the game to guess every time I played. I have not stumped this game since the first few times I played, and I stumped it then only because I wasn't giving the best answers to the questions. It sometimes takes a little more than 20 questions, but not more than 25. The game throws in some amusing boasts while it's questioning, and that makes it a little more fun.

The only negative for the 20Q games (all of them, from what I've read) is that you may not feel like you know the best answer to the question it gives you. Choose your "answer" with that in mind. You need to know a bit about your person, place or thing before you choose. Sometimes it doesn't matter, and the game guesses correctly anyways, other times you will stump the game.

If you are a Harry Potter fan, you will definitely get a kick out of this game. My son and I love it. I am constantly amazed when it comes up with the right answer.

This year my son wanted a bakugan birthday! He is SOOOOO in to the toys, but had never seen the show before. I arrenged for the movie to arrive for his birthday party so it could be part of the "activities", all the kids LOVED IT!
My children love this video. Of course, they were fans before so it just added to the excitement.
Bakugan movies 1&2 keep my grandson entertained. He enjoys watching the DVD's and seems to learn a great deal about Bakugans. This is his newest interest, which grandma does not understand.
My son received Volume One for Christmas and loved the video. He has played them over and over again. We are currently awaiting the release of Volume Three. Any Bakugan player will enjoy this video.
"Bakugan Battle Brawlers" seems to be another one of your garden variety anime series where creepy creatures emerge out of trading cards (i.e. "Yu-Gi-Oh GX" and "Duel Masters", two shows that were on Cartoon Network previously). This show, however, is a little different. Yes, the show has kids throwing down trading cards with monsters and things printed on them, but also, they toss tiny plastic balls that pop out into small creature forms, and when it's battle time, look out !

I am a river tuber....this is an easy to carry, durable, comfortable tube to enjoy a float down a river or in a pool....I have spent many many hours in mine and I love it. Highly recommend for comfort, weight, and durability!!! much better than other similar products available!
These tubes are amazingly durable for river tubing. We bought 4 and use them on the Farmington River rapids. They withstand the rugged rocks,no problem. We were getting a lot of comments from fellow tubers...they were envious that our tubes had the comfy headrests and cup holders. I would recommend these tubes without hesitation! These tubes are full-size tubes that can easily hold a large adult. The bottoms are mesh (which initially threw me) and they are incredibly comfortable
They worked well for just cruising down the river, a slow river, though. Haven't tried it on any rapids or anything!

These are great floats for the river or whatever. They are durable and can hold people up to like 400 lbs or so....Recommend them highly but if you buy at the beginning of summer you can get them for half the price at Walmart or Acadamy (no S&H).

This slide is super fun. We purchased it a few weeks ago for my daughter's 6th birthday party. We had about 20 kids at the party and at least 10 were using the slide at the same time. It worked great and the kids had a blast. It is very sturdy and was easy to set up (at least my husband wasn't ranting so I assume it was pretty easy). We took advice from other reviews and got some foam floor padding at Home Depot for extra cushioning especially where the kids come off the slide. It also helps protect the bottom from any small rocks or sticks we missed under the slide. Make sure that you set this up where you have grass and NO DIRT. The kids get out and run around to get to the small slide and if there is any dirt in the area then you will end up with a mud pit. We also got one of the sponge mops to help clean the bottom once you deflate it. In no way will this thing ever get back into the carrying case or box. We are just leaving it out and inflating it when the kids want to use it again - which has been everyday that the sun is shining. I agree that drying this thing out and putting it away is not something we are looking forward to but seeing the kids face when they come down that slide is totally worth it. One last comment, we have a VERY ACTIVE 4 year old son and this is a great outlet for all that energy. I wish we bought this sooner!!!
I purchased this slide last August. My kids played on it for 1 month. They loved it. We followed the directions for storing. We got it out this year, the kids played on it only a few times before we discovered the stitiching was coming apart along the side of the slide. After we sealed up the stitching (as we would on a river raft) we noticed the lining along the slide had come apart and the air was leaking out the whole length of the slide. Of course, since we are past the 60 day warranty, the company won't do anything about it except tell us we'll need a pool company to repair it. I read reviews before purchasing, and figured we had about a 50/50 chance of it working out for us. Unfortunately we were in the wrong 50. It's a lot of money for 60 days of play. And the company knows it won't last longer than that. Spend the extra money and buy from a company that stands behind it's product.
So far so good. Kids are having a ball. A little expensive but worth the money so far.

I would purchase this product with caution. I bought this item for my children. I layed a tarp below the slide as well as followed all rules for use. The children enjoyed playing on the slide. They played for more than three hours. When it was time to put it away I noticed that the platform below the scale wall was not holding its inflation. Also, the tubing around the pool filled up with water. I had a hard time lifting the slide to drain the water through the motor/airflow valves. For the price payed I would expect it to be more durable. I have read both positive and negative reviews for this product. My children really loved it however it was a lot of work to take down. Thankfully the store that I purchased it from took it back without difficulty. They shared that many are returned with some of the same concerns: deflation, water in the tubing, and tearing at the seams. Good Luck.

I purchased this case after deciding that $300 housing for a $200 camera didn't make much sense... and I was right. This "pouch" survived backpacking through 3 countries before being put to first use in Fiji, and the pictures were spectacular. Admittedly, this is best for snorkeling, and under sunny conditions because the flash on my camera is partially obstructed by the case.

Ultimately, after about 30 uses, the bag is a bit "dirty" and shows wear - but it never once leaked and for under $30 to get those great underwater shots, you can't beat the price.
This is a GREAT inexpensive way to make your digital camera waterproof. I recently went to Mexico and was able to take great pics while snorkeling- every day. it was also very helpful when going to a waterpark bc i can carry it around and not worry about it getting wet while on rides. You have to get used to lining the lens up correctly but, after you figure that out its so very easy to use! these pics come out WAY better than any disposable underwater camera. I just wish i could have taken it with me while scuba diving.
I just came back from the Bahamas a week ago. Before I went, I looked on Amazon for a water proof camera. I had no idea that such case existed. Then I saw everyone's review on this item and decided to give it a try. It was my first time snorkeling, so I wasn't going to do anything too intense anyway. It worked so well! We went snorkeing twice, about an hour each time. The case kept my camera dry, not a single drop of water got inside! We did have some photos with the dark edge showing, but it's not that bad. You just have to take a couple more to make sure you get a good one. For the price, I am very satisfied!
I was a little skeptical at first, based on some of the negative reviews, but figured this case was worth a try for the price. I tested it out with some clothing first, and everything came out dry. Then I tested my camera in the sink, and it worked great. I took this case with me to Panama and used it while snorkeling, kayaking, and white water rafting, and the pictures came out great. If you keep your display on, then you can see if your pictures will have the black ring around them and you can reposition the camera accordingly. I am very happy with this case, because without it, I couldn't capture the experiences of my trip. I advise you to hold the case upside down, as if the camera is going to drop out (when you open it), or else your camera will get wet. However, if you read the directions first, you won't make this mistake.
I bought this case for a SCUBA trip in Cozumel MX. As far as the water resistance it gets a A+, but if your going to go any deeper than 35 feet I suggest you get a hard case because the soft case does not reduce the pressure on the camera. But if your looking to just keep your camera dry for some good snorkeling or a day at the beach then this is the product for you. The only negative is that it is a "one size fits all", so if you don't center your camera in the case you will get a black ring around the edges of your picture. Also there is a zip lock type seal inside that can be a little hard to properly seal at times. Overall, for the price, it works great!

We first purchased this when our daughter was about four months old. It did a fantastic job of soothing her to sleep, and it continues to soothe her today (at 15 months old). We found it so helpful that we bought a second one to keep in her crib at the day care center.

We've traveled everywhere with this, and in spite of being dropped numerous times it keeps working like a charm. The battery life seems pretty good, and it has a nice set of options for sound, music, lights, action, or everything.

Definitely one of our best purchases.

I debated a long time before I finally decided to break down and buy this item. First off I was a bit surprised at the price- when all it does is play music, light up and move a bit. We did the family thing until my son was 7mo. and this was essential is making that trasition easier. The music is very soothing, there are a ton of option of music, nature sounds, music and lights, music lights movement, etc. Now, any time we're out of the house and his normal crib setting, we just take this thing with us and it creates enough normalsy that he's able to fall asleep with little fuss. I love it and ended up getting 2- one to have at the inlaws :)
I received an Amazon gift card as a shower gift. Never used Amazon before, it was a great experience! This is one of the items I bought for my brand new baby. From the beginning she has loved it. The music, lights and motion keep her watching. Now that she sits it keeps her entertained while I'm putting away clothes. She can usually push the button by herself to get it going again. I think this is a great toy. It plays longer and is easier to restart than any others I've seen. At night we use the low volume, daytime it's on high. There is also a choice of which effects you would like to use. One comment mentioned lights too bright, just make it motion and music they can watch by nightlight. We love it!!

the bath squirters are very cute for the money, as mentioned previously need to be enlarged about 4 times to make the real squirtes maybe the manufacture can do these from all the feedback. Very cute and cute to go on top of cupcakes.
They're cute&that's all I say. They fall over don't squit well. Plus, the pait chips really bad&I didn't have them that long! They are not a must have!
Moms like to keep their little ones busy in the tub¿so let these fun characters entertain them. They suck up the water and give a gentle squirt that brings lots of giggles. They're also a gas for making bubbles under the water.

This ship from the new Star Trek movie is GREAT. The lights are 10x brighter than any of the old ships. The sounds are high quality, but they don't have enough of the different sayings like the original NCC-1701. This says 4 different things and that is it. BUT....the sounds with the lighting are tremendous ! Well worth the money !
Good Model, but the Old Enterprise made of DIAMOND is better, but it is cool have the two models, I will put some pictures.
This is the JJ-Prise from the new movie. If you wanted that then buy this. If not then move along this is not the starship you are looking for.

Not to mention that they made a toy model when no model was built for the movie it was a computer graphic digitally generated image.
I have been waiting for this toy since it was announced, and you can imagine my disappointment:

The box is about twice the size of the ship. So you end up buying a very tinny Enterprise.
The overall quality of the toy is virtually non-existent, cheap plastic, cheap finishing touches, semi painted saucer bottom, lights come out from everywhere -not only from where they are supposed to come out from. All in all, it's a poorly made replica.

My deflector was also broken, so I think it's not about being careful opening the box, as some one else commented.

Unfortunately kids and adults are probably going to buy them anyway. There are other Star Trek Enterprise replicas out there (not from the 2009 movie, though) and most of them are just beautiful. So I can only say this: Paramount, pick some one else to make your toys, your 2009 movie deserves a great set of toys, certainly not the ones you are selling.
I just got this at Target for $30 and it is worth the money. I like to sound that sounds like and alarm. When I hear it, I say like Kirk "Trouble on the Spaceboard". I have this displayed on my nightstand. I got this today with a Kirk glass from BK. The food was yummy so thank you for asking. I recomend this for Trekkies and fans of the new Star Trek film. So if you haven't seen it see it. And if you have see it again. I gotta go and remember Live Long and Prosper.
