(Favorite Jetfire Figure)
I bought this guy 2 days ago and he is cool. I like his SR71 Blackbird mode. Now something they did was they put him in an Autobot box, but they didn't change his 2 Decepticon symbols on the wings. He also has a scratched up one on his head. In robot mode, he suffers from "Chicken Leg Syndrome". His eyes are painted blue, but they are really red. His left gun, can flip down to be his cane. His right gun that, when a lever is pulled, fires a missle. On its own, it looks like a machine gun rotating. I like the figure for movie-accuracy. I don't tend to get leader Jetfire, but this fits. I recomend it.

(Great Action Figure)

(Transformers Optimus Prime)

(Well that's just prime...)

(OPTIMUS Prime is Prime)

(the best optimus ever)
All I have to say I was disappointed with both movies...given that...the action figures are top. I got this for myself ( I know my husband will swipe it from me b/c he's a fan boy like myself:)

Optimus Prime is just that>he's prime

This toy was purchased for my 5 1/2 year old grandson. The toy is stated to be made for children 5+ years. Although it looks very nice, it is nearly impossible to "transform" the toy which is the purpose of a transformer. My grandson could not transform the toy nor could I. This made it less than practical especially since we could not even return it to the previous figure. Very dissapointing!!
Well, first off let me say, WOW, this figure is awesome! I don't own the previous OP but can definitely tell this one is way better and movie accurate. If you're a fan and collector, you need this one. When transforming he does tend to say "I'm am Optimus Prime" alot but I learned how not to mess with the head. The knives on the arms like to come out but aren't too bothersome. This is a must get!
I just bought this today. At first I wasn't going to because I have the Optimus Prime from the first movie, but the level of detail in this figure sold me. This one is very movie accurate in robot and vehicle mode both. The attention to detail on this figure is is extremely intracate. They did take away the ablitity to move the fingers though.

I gave Durability a 4 because some of the parts come off during transformation, but they due snap bacl on very easily.

Here is the reason I gave Fun a 4: Do not get this toy for a very young child though. I gaurantee that the child would have no fun with this toy. The direction are absolutely horrendous. This was one thing that Hasbro did not improve on. It took me a few hours to figure out how to transform Optimus from robot to vehicle mode.

Overall though, a great figure for those like me who are collecting figures from the movie. I would also recommend the other figure as well. I have also bought most of those from ROTF.

This is one of the most detailed, movie accurate, and greatest transformers toy ever made! The transformation can be a pain the first time, an I nearly spent two hours watching the video and transformation on youtube! but it was worth it. Sometimes pieces will pop off and putting them back on can be a pain, but overall, this thing is amazing.
With the destruction of MEGATRON, OPTIMUS PRIME thought that he was finally, after millions of years, at peace. Little did he know that the escape of STARSCREAM would draw dozens of new DECEPTICONS to Earth. The desire that burns brightest in his Spark is that the war will soon end. He is determined to see that end come, and so he works with his human comrades and the other AUTOBOTS to hunt the DECEPTICONS that have come to Earth, and destroy them, one by one. Prepare for battle with this AUTOBOT leader by your side! In robot mode, this mighty warrior features electronic speech and light-up eyes and chest that are sure to discourage enemy attackers! With snap-out energy swords, this good guy is ready to take on DECEPTICON forces once and for all! In tough truck mode, get in gear with engine revving and racing sounds and cool conversion sounds that let you know this hero means business! MECH ALIVE gearing reveals moving armor panels and internal gears that let you recreate some of your favorite movie scenes¿ or create your own!

(Sideswipe....one awesome autobot !)

(That Guy Sideswiped Me!)

(Jazz v2.0?)

(the new jazz... sorta)
when i saw Transformers:revenge of the fallen..i was floored to see sideswipe in action. in the opening how he messed up the Decepticon sideways... and his line after that was classic! bad @ss !

sideswipe was one of my favorite Generation one autobots, and im glad hes in the new movie.

now we have hasbro/takaras take on the movie version, and let me tell ya its fantastic. hes a chevy corvette stingray concept in his alt mode, which has great detail. i would say of this movie's line this is easilly the "new Jazz" , as others have pointed out, and i also agree.

first off, he has an actual paint job not just a molded color which really makes sideswipe stand out. the silver paint looks great, but you need to be a bit careful when transforming him, because some of the paint may chip.to correct this i bought a silver shade auto paint touch up marker just in case ...no worries anymore.

the robot mode is really sweet. sideswipe looks exactly like his screen counterpart... well detailed and a great head sculpt. again we have the painted on autobot symbol..which is welcomed (and more realistic) his arms have his battle blades that can swivel around his hands are accurate too.

His legs have limited poseabliity, but if you get him into a pose as seen in some of these photos he will stand with no problems. i also like how he has the pistons on the back of the legs. its attention to detail like this that makes the movie lines a joy to collect.

The transformation isnt difficult, just keep the instructions handy just in case because hes a bit fragile. i get upset when people are saying i have problems changing him etc or hes to frail. well, if you want a realistic looking robot, your going to have to put up with the "more involved" transformation...from an engineering point of view..im impressed. ive been a fan since 1984 and i cant wait to the next wave of transformers already.

these are made for the collector, and rightfully so..i would NOT recommend giving this to 5 yr old johnny, because some of those kids are careless. But, if your a transformer fan, that appreciates great attention to detail and an awesome looking robot...this is one you need to add to your collection.

on a side note Sideswipe is getting harder to find from what ive seen ...i went to 3 targets and 2 walmarts looking for this guy toys r us too ..but,with no luck i finally found one at walgreens of all places!..i just ordered another one to keep MINT in the package. its the rule of the collector:)

sideswipe is AWESOME! mabey in the third film, his brother sunstreaker will show up .

Sideswipe is one of the hip new autobots who will appear in the Revenge of the Fallen movie. According to the packaging he likes close combat and is a sword expert.

For kids:
This guy is a sweet ride. He's a silver Corvette concept with blue windows and is probably one of the sportiest cars in the line. He transforms fairly easily but has tons of little bits and parts that move and come apart and go together. Because of this he doesn't seem quite as durable to me as some of the others. His swords are one of the coolest "mech-alive" features I've seen yet though and he's got a pretty cool looking robot form. I think he might frustrate younger kids but most kids will like both the car and robot forms.

For adults:
This guy is still a sweet ride. I even want to drive him around and make engine noises. He is painted silver instead of just molded in a certain color and this makes him pop visually. The downside is that over time I see this paint job chipping around the edges and rubbing off on corners. Another down side is because his is an involved transformation and he's such a bright color there are many visible seam lines.

His transformation isn't difficult but it is intricate with many pieces of the body of the car that move and swivel and break apart. He feels a bit delicate but so far has proven durable. Still, if someone went a little nuts on him he might break easy.

Once in robot mode he looks pretty cool with a sleek head, his shoulders that are the rear fenders of the car and a couple of neat points of articulation action. He has pistons and sliding knee covers in his legs that move as you bend it at the knee and he has four hydraulic rods connecting his leg to his body that slide up and down as you move his legs. The rods are a soft material so they won't snap. That's all pretty neat. He does have a bit too much of the car stuck onto his back though to look fully streamlined. But the biggest complaint is his feet. They look fine but the wheels are at bottom (as in his feet don't sit flat on the ground) which makes standing him up a bit of a chore as you have to wiggle him and his feet around to find balance.

His swords are two thin strips of the doors attached to each elbow. The cool part is if you grab one of the two and pull it around in an arc toward the front of his arm the other one swings in the opposite direction automatically via a cool little gear set up. They meet right in front to form the sword on each arm. It's a cool mechanism and works well. Plus you can take the two parts of the sword part way to make double swords or scissor like weapons or half way to make a shield like weapon. It's versatile and can be used to change up the look.

This is a tough one, I'll rate him four but three and a half would be fair too due to his inability to stand well, many seam lines, his chipping paint job and his delicate nature. Then again he looks cool and has those swords...

Sideswipe from Transformers ROTF is a new character from the movie.

PROs:
- Painted body in vehicle mode: The whole car's plastic body panels are PAINTED silver. This is a first for Hasbro in a regular Deluxe toy! (the old regular Jazz received this treatment with the Premium Deluxe toy line, which came very late. Such a Premium line won't probably happen again).
- Clear plastic headlights and tail lights: These look very cool, and in the older Jazz, these were only painted.
- Complex transformation and tons of articulation: The robot mode has a lot of articulation and piston-like bits that work, which is way cooler than Jazz, Bumblebee and other toys from the first movie.
- Robot mode proportions are more slender than the bulkier old toys. Sideswipe's weapons are his arm mounted blades, which are quite cool to rotate into position. The hands and other molded details look fantastic.

CONs:
- Big clear plastic parts: clear plastic is always more brittle than regular plastic, so it may break easier. I've damaged 2 pieces already.
- Complex transformation (level 4 out of 5 if I recall correctly): The instructions are not clear and won't let all the pieces fall into place, like the back windshield + trunk portion: you can see it jutting up in the product picture. When transforming to car mode you need to move face its head down so that it's looking inside his chest. This way the back windshield hinge fits behind its "ears" and the back windshield and tail will fall in place.
- Lots of panels in vehicle mode = lots of visible seams.
- Robot mode looks great and somewhat accurate to concept art... except that it lacks any paint. I mean, even ol' regular Deluxe Jazz (not the Premium Deluxe Jazz) has more paint applications in robot mode than this guy! Sadly, this seems to be the trend with the ROTF Deluxe line of toys: great paint in vehicle mode, but NO paint in robot mode. Good thing is, with the molded detail in these toys, a little touch up will do wonders.

This toy then is geared towards children older than 7, because of its complexity and small parts that can detach. It will appeal also to older collectors, like me, who will need to fill the void left by one of the greatest transformers toy line of all: Takara-Tomy Binaltech.

The majority of all transformers have similar characteristics. Whether it be the overall design of either car or robot mode, they all have a unique style at the same time. In Sideswipe's case, he is a prefect ballance of two different Autobots. The two being Jazz and Barricade, at least in the movie incarnations. Sideswipe is a Corvette Concept with silver paint and blue tinted windows, similar to Premium jazz's appearance, though with better quality. The headsculpt bares resemblence to Decepticon Barricade. However, everyone knows that Sideswipe is an Autobot. Could he be somewhat related to the two? Who knows what sub-plot this autobot has in store in the film Transformers Revenge of the Fallen. This figure has great posability with a great sculpt a wonderful attention to detail. The only problems I have are the occasionaly popping off of parts during his transformation and having minor balancing issues with the way the feet have to form in robot mode. Other than that, this is a great figure with great modes throughout.
SIDESWIPE was built to fight. He is sleek, fast, and single-minded in battle, focusing on his enemy with absolute attention. His blades are a shining blur in the air as he leaps through the air, twisting to avoid enemy fire. Converting from vehicle to robot at blinding speed, he uses every trick in the book to get close to his opponent, and put his powerful swords to work. Team up with this AUTOBOT ally and get ready to take on DECEPTICON forces! Unleash shifting battle armor courtesy of MECH ALIVE gearing in robot mode. And don’t forget to deploy his fierce-looking “blades” for extra battle power! Then, with a few twists and turns, change the robot figure to a super sleek Corvette Stingray concept car in vehicle mode – and get ready to roll out!

(Really Cool!)

(Neat looking)
This is one version, of two, of The Fallen in toy form (the other form being approximately a 4 inch tall figure), and this figure is really neat! The Voyager series is quite possibly the best version of the Transformer figures we get with this particular movie. The figures run at about $23 depending on where you buy them.

I also bought the Optimus and Megatron figures of the Voyager editions and, this also goes with The Fallen, the figures all feel cheap. The plastic is extremely lightweight and it's tough to keep the figures from staying in their vehicle modes (Optimus) without the aid of a rubber band. As much as I love these figures I will say right now that the Transformers toys from the 80s were of better quality than these. These feel like toddler toys that will break apart at any second when you handle them.

That's the only downside to all of these figures. Otherwise, these figures are still worth the $23 as they are very well detailed and are a nicer alternative to purchasing some of the more expensive models of the toys. Although, with The Fallen, this is the top of the line. This figure is articulated in many areas and the feet are closed together by springs so it would be easier to transform it into The Fallen's vehicle form. To get the feet flat you simply have to set the figure up on a flat surface. But the spring-loaded feet make the figure look even cooler if you set it up on the edges of boxes where one or two toes are flat while the other toes are grappling the edges of the boxes.

The "solar panels" on either side of The Fallen's head can be folded to the back of his head to give a more authentic look to the figure. The transformation of the figure isn't all that easy so you'll want to keep the instructions that come with it.

Overall, the figure is exceptional and highly recommended for any collector or fan of the Transformers toys! The appendages look great as well as the paint job!

The big bad villain the Fallen. He has a nice or should I say interesting bot mode. The "jet" mode is pushing it very obvious they created the bot first and just thought they could convert him into something that looks vehicle-ish.

He's limited as far as posing goes. He can only move his head in and out for this "energy panels" He has no ball joints for wrists so again it can only go up and down. Legs and arms have free movement though.

He's pretty sturdy though his leg did pop off once, but I popped it back in and had no problems ever since.

His feet are kind of annoying if you move him too much. Other wise I like the fact that they just plop into place if you set him onto a hard smooth surface.

Overall he's awesome looking overall though limited in certain aspects but definitely worth the [...]. Would recommend.

For Millennia, he has waited. Thousands of years have dragged by as he recruited proxies, one by one, to scour the cosmos for the artifact he required. Now he finds he must return to the primitive, flesh-slug infected planet on which is quest began. Nothing will stand in his way this time. If need be, he will scour the surface of the disgusting world clean in the fire of his rage, and search through the blasted rubble for that which he seeks.

(Definitely 5 and up!)

(Excellent)

(This is my favorite toy my son has ever had!)
Bought this for my son because he saw it in the store and begged us for weeks. He was sooo excited to get it for his 4th birthday but it's been a disappointment. We tried adjusting it but it's very heavy and he just doesn't like wearing it. Believe the label when it says 5 and up!
Excellent product, excellent quality, fulfills the dreams of a child in becoming his favorite idol.
Excellent service from seller

This toy is so cool! It adjusts easily and perfectly so that my son and I can both wear it comfortably with only 1 minute of adjustment time. My son LOVES this and so do I. I can't wait to wear it as I go through the drive through at Starbucks Monday! (Not while driving...Ill just put it on right before I get to the window). It is very well made and I swear it looks like it is good enough quality to have been a real movie prop. Very nice! Definaly recomend

(Bakugan Launcher)

(BAKUGON LAUNCHER)

(ONLY FOR SMALL BAKUGAN!!!)

(launcher brawlwrs)

(Mad Santa)
First of all, this launcher is a cheap piece of plastic. I bought it, and it costed 10 bucks. It is a rip-off. The spring is only like...less than an inch long. It dose'nt go very far, and for half of the time, the Bakugan dosent even stand! It is far better to flick or roll it with your finger. The door hinges which you store the Bakugan break easily, and the wrist strap is basically useless, as I would perfer to launch it from the floor. After buying this product, I constructed my own launcher from a cardboard paper towel roll, a rolled up piece of paper, and a single rubber band. Miraculously, it even works better.

THIS TOY IS A RIP OFF SO DONT BUY IT OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. I AM 8 YEARS OLD AND IT DID TAKE MY MONEY. IF IT LOOKS COOL STILL DONT BUY IT BECAUSE IT JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY. IT WILL UPSET YOUR CHILDREN. AND I AM REALLY MAD.
This is a TERRIBLE toy. My son spent his birthday gift certificate to buy this toy...unfortunately, NONE of his Bakugan will fit into this launcher. There is NO way to tell this from the packaging, nor is there any warning (I didn't even know there were different sizes of Bakugan until now). There must be a slightly smaller size (not noticable by my eye) Bakugan that this toy is used for. What a terrible company to do this to their customers...we bought a starter kit plus a couple extra packages of Bakugan over the past few months - they are all the same size and fit in the Bakugan carrier that I bought for them perfectly, but now I know there is a small size out there. somewhere.
i bought bakugan lancher, but to my surprise the brawlers that came with starter pack are bigger size (B2)and won't fit in the launcher.launcher says it is only for original size. as a buyer how do i know which are the original size or smaller balls. i try to find the balls that fit on this on your site and other sitesbut my effort was unsucces except i came to know that it needs different brawlers . it doesn't make sense of selling that kind of products which makes customer unhappy and having harder time to find the balls. during checkout process there is no recommendation for bying required size balls for the launcher. i am still looking for b1 or small brawlers whichever good for this launcher. i appreciate your feedbck to my email [...].Bakugan Launcher
Bought this for my son at Christmas. I thought it was broke the first time we tried to use it, then when we got the second one I realized that it's just a piece of junk!!!
Bakugan, the ultimate Battle battle game. Now you can own your own Battle Launcher to launch monsters and win the game. The story of Bakugan- One day, cards began to fall from the sky and were picked up by kids all over the world. The cards featured different characters, different environments, and different powers. Kids created a popular battle game not knowing that these cards actually corresponded to an alternate world called Vestroia. In Vestroia, a rogue Bakugan named Naga lusted for control, and schemed to seize all of the power for himself. When he tried to absorb the silent core and seize its power, the negative energy proved too much for Naga to handle. The negative energy exploded and the Infinity Core fell to earth. The creatures of Vestroia started to emerge in Bakugan battles. Now it is up to Dan and the other Battle Brawlers to find the Infinity Core and reunite it with the Silent Core to restore balance. At the same time, an evil Bakugan player called Masquerade is taking away Bakugan that belong to other people. As well, a scientist called Michael Gehahbich disappeared into Vestroia. When he returned 6 months later, he came back as a creature known as Hal-G, half Bakugan-half human. Hal-G is plotting to reunite Naga with the Infinity Core to take over the world. Dan and his friends must stop Hal-G's evil plans and Masquerade.
The Bakugan Launcher is an optional accessory that adds excitement to the game Bakugan Battle Brawlers. Based on the popular and fun anime TV series of the same name, this strategic game that pits a variety of "Bakugan warriors" against each other for points. Kids ages four and above will love using the launcher to help them score points by shooting their Bakugan warriors onto magnetic cards, where the plastic spheres burst open to reveal the fearsome warrior apparatus inside. It's the same launcher used by "Dan," the hero of the TV show, so fans of the show will get a special thrill from using it!

What We Think

Fun Factor:

Durability:

(what this means)

The Good:Wide variety of Bakugan make them fun for kids to trade and collect

The Bad:No instructions with some toys

In a Nutshell:Clever and exciting interactive game that kids will enjoy even if they're not familiar with the TV show
At a Glance

Ages:6 to 12
NOTE: The Bakugan Launcher includes a single launcher with a wrist strap. Bakugan warriors are sold separately.

Ready, Aim, Fire!
There are no instructions with the optional Bakugan Launcher, which is made of sturdy, lightweight plastic. But it's a straightforward accessory: simply load the Bakugan and fire away! There are two additional Bakugan compartments on either side of the launcher. The wrist strap is a great accessory that your child can use to help steady the launcher as he fires.

Exciting Magnetic Action
The Bakugan Launcher has three shooting modes ("curve," "angle, and "distance"). It holds three Bakugan, and straps to your child's wrist -- just like Dan's! Though kids can roll the Bakugan just like marbles, the Launcher adds an element of excitement to their Bakugan battles.

Room for the Imagination
Though we thought the launcher was a great accessory, but our attempts to fire it proved somewhat difficult. Instructions would have helped. If you and your child can figure it out how to fire it effectively -- especially how to use the three shooting modes -- the launcher is sure to increase their enjoyment of the game and add variety to their play.

What's in the Box

(I AM MEGATRON!)

(Alot better than the first Leader Class Megatron)
I love this figure. The legs are took me a couple times to figure out but are pretty simple after you transform him a couple times. I really wished they would of given more articulation to the tank arm. This figure isn't too hard to transform compared to Optimus but if you're going to get Optimus, why not Megatron?
Like the ROTF Leader Class Prime, this Megatron is a big improvement over his first movie Leader Class incarnation. The detail is much improved, I like that he turns into something that we have seen Megatron as in past cartoons, and the design in robot mode is much closer to that which is seen in the original G1 cartoon. The tank mode is awesome, almost looking better than robot mode. The transformation is actually not that bad, something that if a little kids wants to they could do. The only problem is maybe needing a little muscle. Having Hugo Weaving's voice is cool. The cannon noise gets a little annoying with every time you turn the gun arm. Overall, a pretty good Megatron.
Rebuilt with parts cannibalized from other DECEPTICONS, MEGATRON rises once again to lead his army. Though the AllSpark destroyed him once, he can now feel its power coursing through his circuitry. It calls him to seize his rightful place as ruler over the puny planet on which he was imprisoned and destroyed, and from which he will launch his conquest of the universe. OPTIMUS PRIME® is all that stands between him and victory, and the AUTOBOT® leader has done a poor job of hiding himself. At long last, MEGATRON knows exactly where his enemy is, and he has power enough to destroy him.

Prepare for an exciting battle with this DECEPTICON leader! In robot mode, this mighty warrior features electronic speech and light-up eyes and chest that give away his diabolical intentions. And with a flip-out sword, this bad guy is ready to give AUTOBOT forces the fight of their lives! In tough alien tank mode, a firing fusion cannon and blasting sounds lets attackers know this villain means business. MECH ALIVE gearing reveals moving armor panels and internal gears so you can recreate some of your favorite movie scenesâ or create your own! Grab this fearsome foe and roll out!
