A Zoo Where Animals Talk to You

The Animal Sounds Zoo includes a polar bear, a lion, and a gorilla to begin zoo play. Press each animal to the red paw pad at the set's base to hear its name, and press it again to hear the sound it makes. This process will teach your child to recognize an animal through its name, the way the animal looks, and the sound it makes. Then, children can match each animal to its habitat. This set includes polar regions, grasslands, jungle, and water environments that are suitable for the included animals and can also accommodate other animals (sold separately).

A Fun-Filled Environment for Animals and Children

Children can also play with the animals on the variety of surfaces the set includes. Go down slides, tilt off teeter-totters, swing on the canopy swing, or pop through the peek-a-boo in a mobile terrain filled with surprises. There are also more sounds to discover, including the squeaking nest on the polar bridge, the lily pad that activates the hippo, and the ticket booth where Zookeeper Zack makes announcements. You can even watch the animals on the included Discovering ZooTalkers DVD and decorate the set with the included stickers!

Zoo Structure Snaps and Screws into Place

This set requires adult assembly, as some of the pieces screw into place. Our testers were pleased that most of the set was able to easily snap in place, and with the included directions, the process was straightforward and clear. The set even comes with a handle on top so you can transport it around later with ease.

Includes Five Separate Zord Vehicles

The Samurai Megazord's sleek stature is comprised of five separate animal-inspired vehicles known as Zords. Each Zord corresponds to the Ranger colors as seen in the TV series, including Yellow Ape, Pink Turtle, Red Lion, Green Bear, and Blue Dragon--the latter three feature opening mouth details. With their bold colors and jagged textures, the Zords offer a simple, yet distinctive design that kids will recognize and appreciate.

Combine all Five Zords to Create Samurai Megazord

When it comes time for serious combat, all five Zords can be combined to create Samurai Megazord. Transforming them is exceedingly easy, as each Zord requires only a few steps to complete the process. Once transformed, the Zords snap into place to form the arms, legs, and torso of Samurai Megazord. The finished figure stands an impressive 10 inches tall and features a detachable samurai helmet and Katana sword that can be held in either hand or stored on its waist.

This figure is not as sophisticated as some other transforming robots on the market, and its articulation is limited--only its arms and right wrist rotate. During rough play, the Zords are prone to popping off, yet are easy to reattach. Despite these concerns, Samurai Megazord's multi-vehicle design makes it a versatile toy to play with and relive your favorite Power Rangers moments.

For enhanced fun, Samurai Megazord can be combined with the Zord Builder Collection Cycles or Zord Vehicles to create the Master Megazord (each sold separately).
