It's really well done. Nice material. One just has to be careful that there is a minimal size difference to Kapla. So it's NOT compatible.
We bought the 200-piece box for our four-year-old son and have been really impressed with them. You can be very creative and they stack wonderfully well, even on our warped old wood floors. I love how they are all one shape, color, and size, which means you don't have to hunt for a certain size lego or tinker toy. So far we've made a boat, a Greek-style building, and a ramp for ping pong balls. My son loves them! And so do I. They are expensive but it's the best toy we have, IMHO.
I bought the 200 Maxim Block set on Amazon for my 10 month old daughter and it is great. This set is the coolest. Instead of having pre made shapes, the builder decides what can be made. It is lots of fun and you can build some very impressive structures. I have made a structure over 6 ft tall so far and cantilevered a portion of the structure. I will readily admit that it is too much for a 10 month old but if anything it has gotten me on the floor with her when I am building something. She too has been quite impressed with the structures.

As I said above since all the planks are the same you decide what you are going to build rather then needing to use the pieces that you have left. It forces you to design and plan. On Keva's web site the have a video of the structure they build free standing that was over 60 feet tall. It really is a lot of fun and makes you think. There are a few games you can play too that are included in the manual. Though I have not played them they look fun and challenging.

It's like reverse Jenga, except really fun, creative and you can waste hours playing. And my daughter hazel gets to play Hazilla and knock them down when I am done. I will buy this for family gifts. A little spendy but once you play with them all doubt will be forgotten.

Any toy my high-sprited five year old boy doesn't break within minutes of owning gets my respect. He even sits on the trailer and "rides" it. Optimus is easy to transform, and will launch a foam dart clean across a house, with an awesome whooshing noise. Do yourself a favor and purchase some replacement darts right off the bat. They are slighty larger than the standard foam dart, so getting them from Hasbro might be your best bet.
First of all....the price on this toy is crazy! This toy is worth about $25. So if it's over that....keep price checking! It's a very durable toy. Very easy to transform from truck to gun. Heavy for small children. I am not sure of the age range, but my 3 year old had a hard time using his brother's (who is 5). Fun toy overall.
My son got this toy and within a few weeks all the darts had fell apart! I could not find any darts that would fit it and had to write the company. They sent me soome replacement darts, but we had a hard time getting the darts to work as they were not the same size. I would not buy this toy again.
I was worried that my 4 yr old grandson wouldn't be able to switch the transformer back and forth from the gun to the truck, but he had no problem with it at all. The toy seems very durable and he loves it!
My 5 year-old saw this and went crazy for it. It immediately made it on the "Wish List" and Santa brought it for Christmas. It's easy to transform and shoot once you get the hang of snapping it in. The only problem is finding replacement darts. I think we've lost all the original ones. Does anyone have any clues?

Do not buy this! I bought it because it said its dimensions where 3.5 x 9 x 9.5 inches so my figures could fit in it but its not! its only 2-3 inches long! It's only good if your a collector and want a really small warthog...
My grandson was disappointed that it was so small.We both thought it was comparable to the size of the action figures.Be aware, it is not!

He's one big dude. Of course he's just a repaint of the regular Leader Class Brawl but I have to say that I like the new color scheme. The story on the box goes that he got all hoped up on Allspark energy after the events of the movie and wandered off into the desert, changed his color palate to better blend in the new environment and began terrorizing folks. Of course he died in the movie but, oh well.

The light brown with blue highlights really makes him pop more than the original drab green and to be honest most people are probably more used to seeing this type of color on military vehicles at this point in time so it looks pretty natural as well.

As to the toy itself it is a really impressive piece of work. In vehicle mode it approximates this type of tank really well and in robot mode is very powerful looking and armed to the teeth. He gets arm cannons on both arms, blades on his left arm and his legs, two four barrel turret guns behind his shoulders and his heavy tank cannon at his side. The tank cannon is really cool and is mounted to his body via the turret rather than arm mounted like the deluxe version and adds a new dynamic to him that is really interesting. His arms are much less flimsy than his deluxe version predecessor as well. The only reservation I have about his robot form at all is that his legs end up being really really thick, but hey, he's got to store a lot of metal somewhere.

The transformation itself is entirely different from the deluxe version too which was a welcome surprise. He features three different gun noises and lights which is pretty cool. I have transformed him several times and have not had any issue with damage (most of these you won't if you take just a smidge of care). The only problem at all I've had is that the red light in the end of his main turret quit working almost as soon as I used it. My guess is a loose wire. Not a deal breaker by any means as all else works perfectly.

Overall I'd say that he's a fun, cool looking and dynamic toy to own.

The massive Leader Class Brawl is superior in all ways to his Deluxe incarnation. Deep Desert Brawlâs sand-hued camouflage is complimented by touches of brown and an array of semi-translucent blue fixtures. Impressively-sized and extremely well-articulated, Deep Desert features a side-swung primary cannon barrel as well as a right-arm-mounted gun and left-arm-mounted extendable blades. Brawl (call him Devastator and you might confuse him just long enough to escape) shares in the general dolor spawned by the Decepticonsâ initial inability to locate Megatron. Brawl is constantly overwhelmed by a nearly mindless sense of rage---a condition that can be sublimated only by tumultuous violence and the destruction of any available Autobot adversary.

This is a must have for any God of war fan, rather Kratos fan. the anger on his face on the toy is awesome.
The hands detach and reattach also they are flexible too which was cool as the blades can then move in any direction
really wished if they had enclosure on his back to put his blades of chaos. lol
The product has the level of detail and all the characteristics to be called PERFECT
his hands break apart and the stand it comes with doesn't hold it up, disappointment for the money....
This well sculpted figure of Kratos from God of War video game comes with his two flaming swords and an optional hand clutching the head of Medusa. The paint on this figure is superb and the multitude of articulation points range over the limbs. However, the articulation is limited in their 'bendability' and the right arm is further hampered from posing due to the shoulder armor. Same goes for the right leg which is held almost stationary by the fleece skirt. I've also noticed on my figure that it tends to slump in the legs so he's in a bit of a crouch, always bent at the knees. None-the-less, for a collecting display piece it looks fantastic along side Assassins Creed 7" Action Figure, NECA Gears of War Marcus Fenix, and other video game based figures standing guard over my consoles.
Kratos is just one of those characters that you have to love or to hate. And I happen to love him! So it was great when I saw that they had made a figure of him, in all his likeness!!!! *.*

The figure is just beautiful, with all the muscles well riveted, the tattoos perfectly made and painted, the level of detail in the fleece, in the body, in the face, is just superb!!!! *.*

And you can change his hands so he can hold in them the Medusa's head!!!

Really, as toys go, this one is impressive!!!!
