This is by far the best ship AA has done. The detail it has its very very good better then I have seen in the others I was not expecting so much detail. As for some reviews I have read you can keep the lights on they do stay on. if you press the button on the star drive section all the way down it will click and stay on just be careful when u do it while it's on the stand you could add allot of weight and break the stand and then you press it all the way down again to turn off.the sounds are from the show but its not loud at all. but it is not without its faults one if it falls on the floor it's done for its very heavy compare to some of the other AA toys, and very BIG. So if it falls from anywhere that's higher than 4 feet it's done for. So make sure you keep it somewhere where it won't fall or if the base breaks it won't have far to travel... the base stands are the same as the others so don't move it around allot cause I have the others enterprise's and all the stands I have to had glued back so try not to take it out of its stand allot, and be very careful when doing so. When you take out the battery cover be careful because you need to pry it out with a flat head screw after you take out the screw. the instructions are a little confusing cause it looks like they used the ones from the other enterprise not the ALL good things enterprise so it's a little confusing it's like they took the box from the original and put the ALL good things into this one and slapped on some stickers. But the instructions they use for the saucer section is from the original while the star drive is from the all good things. if you collect the ships then you must add this one to your collection. At last,This is the Enterprise that I always wanted it.Kudos for the art asylum gang.The only minor problem that i had was in the saucer area (small area,I don't mind) of my ship.It looked liked melted plastic,probably during assembly in the factory. Great ship!!! This newest starship toy from Diamond Select Toys is rather awesome. It's the best one so far to date. The sound effects are a little muffled, more quiet than I would have liked. Other than the light switch being touchy as far as turning the lights on and off for the warp nacelles, the deflector dish and the impulse engines and the bridge this ship is quite detailed. DST does it again! I received this ship today and it's a lot bigger than I thought it would be. It's the largest of all the Art Asylum/Diamond Select ships I have. It's got about 6 or so sounds/voice effects from the show and it even makes sounds when you remove/connect the saucer section from the main body. The lighting effects are great. They are very bright...from the nacelles to the deflector dish. There's even a button you can press to activate the lights only, although it would have been nice if you didn't have to keep it depressed to keep them on (a toggle would have been nice). It's also includes two display stands. One for the main ship and another if you want to display the ship with the saucer separated (one for the main body and one for the saucer). If you displaying the main ship the small stand nicely hides away in the larger stand...a nice touch. Overall, it's a great ship. It's a must have for any Star Trek collector. (not the best early transformer) (This is a "look only" kind of toy) (Bumblebee Transformer DON"T WASTE YOUR $$$$, it's crap!!) (Falls apart easily) I've collected pretty much the entire catalogue of Transformers from the 2007 hit movie, and there are some out there that are better. However, what I like about this incarnation of Bumblebee is that it is relatively easy to transform into robot form. Plus, the robot form looks very cool. Going back into automobile form can prove to be challenging, though after a few tries it should become second nature. The biggest drawback are the arm insignias that fall off way too easily. Most smaller children will lose these quite easily. I'm not really quite sure what Bumblebee's weapon is supposed to be, either. Finally, beware price gouging. I believe this item can still be found on the Hasbro website for around $10 plus shipping. This was my second transformer. It was extremely discouraging to transform it at first. Please, if you're going to get this, get it as your fifth transformer or later. If you want him, get him, but wait until you're experienced. Transformers Movie Deluxe Class Bumblebee 2008 Camaro I did not realize how fragile this toy was. It's made of plastic and fell apart on Christmas morning!! I have to assume this is an adult collector item and is not a toy. I have to wonder though; "Why would anyone want to collect something so cheaply made?" A real disappointment. I was under the impression that the price meant better quaility and durablilty, but with this product that was untrue. The simaliar bumblebee transformer was at WalMart for $10.00 that was the same quality and durability. My son recieved this toy on Christmas day, it is now the 28th of December and the head has already fallen of 5 times, the door has come off twice. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. THIS PRODUCT SUCKS!!!! I wish I could get my money back for this piece of CRAP!! This transformer doesn't seem to hold up very well. Parts fall off easily and are hard to get back on, especially for little hands. Not very impressed. Before he came to Earth, BUMBLEBEE could have cared less about his appearance. As long as his alternate mode kept him hidden, and protected his plasma cannon from the weather, he was content. But now, on Earth, he has found friendship for the first time in as long as he can remember, in the person of Sam Witwicky. At Sam’s urging, he scans a sweet new vehicle form. As a child's toy, it does have play value, and the mini figures are well made and fairly durable. I do think that the clear bubble on the ship, however, would probably be the first piece to break. As a collector, it's one of the better playsets in the series, and although I like the large Gallaxhar action figure better, the ship in this set has cleaner lines and displays well. One we found but can't get to reattach and one has been lost permanently. Try consoling your 4-5 year old about that on the first day they get the toy! Otherwise my son loves these figures and is learning how to read instructions, so they have some educational value. If you could pay $.[..] to replace the parts you will inevitably lose off these toys, it might be worth it! My kids have many Transformers and they love them. We buy them for all the imaginative play that they provide. I would say that most of them fall apart occasionally (some more then others). My kids are not hard on their toys and this gets to be quite frustrating at times. Jetfire and Jetstorm are by far the worst offenders. They got them today, and I would say I have reattached legs, body plates, etc. more then 30 times in one evening. :O i found him at a walmart and i loved it the best animated toy ever buy this no mater how much it costs the only cons i found in it was 1 on jetstorm and 3 on jetfire jetfire his waist guard it keep falling off and win trying to get him in safeguard one part of the waist with the leg on it falls off for jetstorm the con is not big but the chest part falls off but all ok i love the guys cool safeguard mode i love it buy it now I couldn't transform Jetfire nor Jetstorm into Safeguard. The instruction illustrations showed movements and steps not possible the way the action figures were assembled. It was very very frustrating. Maybe it's just me (and my wife) and we're too old to understand, but we cannot transform these guys! Sorry, kid. (Broke 10 seconds after out of the pakage>:() (Great...mostly) My eleven year old son purchased this toy and BOTH hands fell off with almost no pressure or movement within the first minute or two out of the box. My son used his own saved funds to purchase this. The only reason he gave it a 2-star rating on educational value was because he "learned" to read reviews on Amazon BEFORE making a decision about what to purchase instead of an impulse buy when he sees a new toy he thinks he has to have. As a Mom, I know that is a valuable lesson, along with the experience of taking it back to get a refund. I'm going to let him do the talking at the store. As someone else said, this is NOT an action toy, just, IMHO, an ugly lump of plastic to sit around on a shelf collecting dust and hoping you don't loose any parts while waiting for it to appreciate, if it ever does. It took all of 2 minutes for this figure's hand to fall off as my son attempted to get the figure's gun into it. I was able to repair it with some creative drill and super glue work, but was very upset that I had to do any of it. This action figure comes completely unready for any "action". This is a great action figure but... the hand will break off if you try to attach him rocket launcher. It is EXTREMELY delicate, but it is a great figure. Unfortunately literally 10 seconds after getting the Brute out of the package his hand fell off while I was trying to pose him. I guess I just had a dud unfortunate but what are you going to do. I'm a huge fan of McFarlane's Halo 3 line, but the first War Chieftain I bought broke almost as soon as I removed it from the package. When I tryed to turn the hand, it twisted right off it's peg. When you are loosenign this figure up, move its hand up and down or left and right or something before you try to TURN it. Do NOT TURN until the wrist joint is loose. These are the worst smelling toys ever! 6 months later, multiple washings, and they stink so bad you know when they are in the same room as you. I don't know what makes them smell so much, but it can't be good. "My 3 yr old son absolutely loves these action figures. They have been able to solve every mystery they have encountered so far. Other feedback states that the figures smell but I have not noticed any odors emanating from this gang of nosey teenagers. Thankfully my son has not noticed that Velma does not have anything on under her skirt, I cant wait for that conversation." My son recieved this set and the Mystery Van for Christmas two years ago. He loves Scooby, and so does our daughter. He played with them off and on for about the first nine months, then our daughter claimed them for herself. She goes everywhere with them. Every time we go anywhere she wants to bring the crew. Fred has had his legs broken off a couple of times, and Shaggy has once too. (Nothing a little super glue couldn't take care of.) All of them show paint wear, but that is to be expected with how much they are played with. We have been so impressed with these toys that we just ordered a replacement set for our daughter's birthday. Overall they are a great product, and compared to what is being made today I think they are on the upper end of quality. we haven't had any problems w/durability or smell but if we'd known to get them cheaper we would have. other than that, they are great action figures. they bend in all sorts of ways (especially scooby) and we and our daughter love playing with them. the van is a little lame though. The figures a really nice, the quality isn't the better, but my son loves it, he spens a so many hours playing with this toy. Well, he is fanatic of this cartoon.
