I like that it includes a good variety too, a lego car, a person, windows, flowers, fences, etc. The price was good on amazon, which is why I purchased it from Amazon, at about $22 and free shipping. I had looked around first. I also like the sample designs they have on the box so you can learn to build from those photos. It was an excellent purchase. Would buy it again. Legos are great since they teach children to use their brains and figure things out. This is my favorite size legos too. The smaller legos are too tiny and can easily get lost and the large legos are more for babies or very young toddlers, and are quite big. These medium size legos are good for most ages, I would say they are also good for well over age 5, which is written on the box. I have nieces that are age 7 and 10, and they still play with this size and enjoy them. I purchased them for my four year old.』 『A big town for little builders! It comes with a larger base plate than most other similar brick sets, two minifigs of a man and a woman, and adequate assessories to build (2D) buildings and vehicles; although there will not be enough bricks to build real-play 3D buildings. You will need to complement this set with other Lego brick only sets e.g. Lego 5584. It complements themematic Lego sets well e.g. Lego Castle or Creator series. I sort the bricks into similar shapes in small plastic fishing tackle boxes which can then be stored in the accompanying Lego plastic box. I mixed all my Lego sets, sorting the bricks into simalar shapes for ease of use. Its a good buy and I would recommend it to anyone considering similar Lego brick box products.』

Each one does something different, and she seems fascinated by the bright colors and spinning. I stack 'em up and she knocks them down. My only issue is that they're very hard to clean. They have stickers and crevices and weird areas where goo seems to collect. She's teething, so tries to chew on them, which has resulted in the goo. Other than that, they're a lot of fun.』

The ball seems to move around by its own force and my son can't take his eyes off it. The ball is also stackable and will easily balance itself on the spiral cylinder. I like to take the green donut and place the spiral cylinder in the middle of it. When I roll it toward my baby, he likes to punch the middle out. Suprisingly, the ball is also stackable and will easily balance itself on the spiral cylinder. I think the HABA character is really cute, but, when my son is faced with a choice, his favorite is the car. He took least notice of the mirror block and the HABA character, but everything else held his attention. This set is so much fun because there is not only alot of details on the blocks for a baby to discover (as far as sound, look, and feeling), but there many creative ways to use these besides stacking them. Endless amount of fun to imagine and then re-imagine. We're definately fans!』

My two daughters (ages 4 and 5) love building things with the magnext. The big problem with this particular purchase is the case itself. It is difficult to open; my girls can't open it by themselves. Also, there isn't really enough storage space inside, particularly since the two largest compartments are underneath the plastic cover that you are supposed to use as a base for building. This means that you have to dump everything out before you start building, which almost guarantees that parts are going to end up under the rug and that it will take a long time to clean up. The whole point of paying extra money for the case is for convenient storage! I would recommend buying a different set, and providing your own storage.』

Geomag is Swiss made and is the original magnetic geometry toy. After comparing the Geomag set that I purchased with the Magnext 360 (a friend has one for his son), it is plainly obvious that the Geomag is better made and the magnets appear to be much more securely molded in place than on the Magnext.
