(Great for 2.5 to 3.5 year old)

『My son received this when he turned two. Not much interest in it until about 2.5, and now he loves it as he turns 3.

The stickers all faded and are coming off from moisture. Other than that it has worked like a champ.

I "hot-rodded" the tires by wrapping them in black duct tape. This allows for greater traction when climbing slight slopes of gravel where the plastic surface tires just don't do the trick.

The tiny rechargeable battery seems to last fairly well. I have not had to replace it yet (1 year later), and it seems to hold a charge long enough for my son to get bored, or maybe 15-30 min continuous driving, or 1/2 to 1 hour of actual playtime. At least he has never ran it out in a single play period.

I don't know how fast it goes, but it's not very fast. Now that my son is 3, I wish it were 1 or 2 mph faster. However, he still finds it fun enough. It's slow enough that it's hard to imagine him injuring himself at least.

It's not super sturdy construction, but fine for his age. I imagine that larger kids will break it, but at under $70.00, consider it "definitely worth the price".』

『This was a birthday gift from Grandma that my son received when he was 14 months old. While that's a little younger then the recommended age, he's tall for his age, and I figured he'd learn to use it over time. The second I put him on this thing and showed him where the power button was, he was OFF!

Assembly was a no-brainer, snap the front wheels into place attach the handle bars and put the stickers on...20 minutes tops. I let the battery charge about 8 hours before I let him ride it. He still doesn't have the whole steering thing worked out, but he can make it go in a straight line, which pleases him just fine.

I'm sure he'll get much enjoyment out of this for the next year, year and a half...up until he's old enough for a full size power wheel. This is a toy I definitely recommend. It's a great size for either indoor or outdoor play, and the price isn't too bad, especially for the amount of use they'll get out of it.

『This was a birthday gift when my son turned one. He's enjoyed from then to now (3 1/2). He developmentally grew into it. First being able to hold down the button. For a long time he couldn't steer it where he wanted to go, but by the time he turned 3 he was able to do that as well. My son is of average height and is still able to enjoy this toy. I will say, however, we are in our final months of enjoyment unfortunately, but this car has been a BLAST for him.』

(great Xmas gift)

『We got this for our 3-year old grandson for Xmas. The track fit exactly around our Xmas tree (which I pulled out to the middle of the room), so the Thomas the Train with a big bow on the smokestack looked like a real Santa Claus gift, bringing him and us all of the magic of country holidays past. Unfortunately, I did not realize how long the initial battery charge would take, so I had the joy of manually pushing and pulling the train with him on board around the tree for what seemed like hours. He loved it anyways, so much so that he refused to get off to open any other presents for the longest time. After we got the battery fully charged, and he could sit on it alone, he really loved just going round and round the Xmas tree all day long, mesmerized by the tree and filled with the holiday spirit. He still loves it, a couple years later. The only complaint is the push handle, too hard for little hands to hold down, but we followed others' advice to use duct tape to hold it down, and that has worked just fine, easy start and easy stop. I bought it for a lot less at Toys-r-Us, but frankly for the smiles that this toy has brought our grandson, especially on Xmas day, but ever since, too, almost any price would have been worth paying.』

『My son had his heart set on bein' like his daddy- annoying the whole neighborhood with his little ATV. Turns out you can hardly hear it beyond the trailer park. At least he won't have to learn how to walk. And, no helmet necessary, so his mullet and neck tattoo aren't covered up.』

『This item is another reason why I trust more recent reviews - I was concerned with the vibrating noise mentioned in the old review but we like to ATV and knew our cousin would enjoy having his own mini-version. We were RIGHT! He loves this and even sits on it when watching TV or videos. He's learned (and mimics) the Turning Left and Turning right phrases and we've appreciated the volume control. Very pleased and it's stood up to his demanding challenges too!

(Rumblin' fun)

『Our almost-2-year-old boy loves this thing. He zooms around our middle floor on it, demands to be pushed, revs his engine, tells us it's "his" if we touch it, and wants it indoors and out. He cried when we made him share it with other kids when my wife's mommies' group got together - and a lot of them wanted to play on it.

I think it's great that it's not motorized - he gets some good exercise scooting himself around on this thing. He enjoys the vrooming and rumbling noises, as well as the announcer voice that comes on when he presses the turn signal buttons; the blinking lights are another bonus. Generally, for the price I think this toy knocks it out of the park for my son's age group.』

『We just received it. It is very cute, but the vibrating seat ruins it. The one that we received, the vibrating seat is soooo loud and annoying that you can't even hear the VROOM VROOM part of the handle. That was supposed to be cute feature of this ATV, the revving sound. But you can't hear it at all over the VERY LOUD, VERY ANNOYING vibrating seat. I don't know if the one we received is broken, or it is supposed to be that loud. It doesn't seem right. If that is the way it is supposed to sound, I definitely would not recommend this ATV because of it. It is very cute, but needs adjustments to make it worth having.

『My son loved this ramp as his birthday present. Price on Amazon was better than anywhere else I found, and it shipped faster than they said. The ramp can be configured in numerous ways, added to, etc. Very cool. It's made of what appears to be extremely durable material, but time will tell on that. He primarily uses his BMX bike on it, his buddy from across the street uses his skateboard, and together they stay outside for hours....always a good thing.』

『I bought a single Landwave ramp for my 11-year-old son about 6 months ago. His friend had bought a different brand a couple of months before and it was already starting to curl at the bottom, so I definitely didn't want that brand. Another friend had a FreshPark quarter pipe, which I considered, but ultimately ruled out because it was so expensive. If my son was a competition-level skater, maybe. I decided to try the Landwave brand, and I have to say I have been very pleased with my choice. It has been a quality ramp - very sturdy, no sliding, no curling. I liked the first ramp so much, I bought this Starter Kit about a month ago. Once you put the connectors in, the 3 ramps make for a very sturdy, safe and fun skateboarding obstacle. I just bought another Landwave table top and ramp to go with the original ramp (which is still in excellent shape) so that I would have 2 full sets. You can configure them all sorts of ways, so we just played around with them until we figured out what worked best with the slope of our driveway. Two thumbs up!』

Realistic ATV with Rumbling Seat
With authentic Honda detailing, this miniature ATV looks like the real thing. Extra-wide tires and a tall walker bar located at the back of the seat add to the bike's stability, ensuring that kids won't accidentally tip over. For kids who aren't yet old enough to ride the ATV, the walker bar allows them to push the bike around and stretch their growing legs.

The dashboard features five buttons, (including two turn signals) that activate sound effects and light up both the dash and the front scoop. The ATV's maximum weight capacity is 65 pounds, and adult supervision is recommended for safe play. Also, while the toy comes with three "AA" batteries already installed, adult assistance is required for battery replacement.

Turn the Handlebar and Rev the Engine
Kids will love turning the handlebar again and again to rev the engine. Each time the handlebar is turned, the seat vibrates, just like a real ATV. Pushing the turn signals activates a voice telling you which way you're turning, and pushing either the odometer or RPM buttons activates a voice cheering you on. Blue lights flash in the dash and the front scoop.

With only eight different sound effects, kids may lose interest in the push-buttons over time, but the ATV's real attraction is the realistic rumbling seat and engine sounds. Parents will appreciate the adjustable volume controls, which are located underneath the ATV, and kids will get a good workout as they race around the house or yard.
