Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (A Collectors Delight!) 『I recently purchased this product from Amazon.com (due to the price being better than buying it from Mezco directly) because I'm quite a huge fan of The Wolfman and all other werewolf things. I originally planned to buy it, open it and place it somewhere in my room, but when I received it, I noticed quickly that it was EXTREMELY detailed and very artfully crafted so that I decided to keep it in the box as more of a observational piece.
Every time I look at it, it makes me even more anxious for the 12th to get here so that I can go and check out the movie for myself!
This is definitely a must-have for all fans of the franchise!』
(12" Bloody Wolfman=Awesome) 『Got it this afternoon. I'm not a resale collector, so that sucker was out of the box 5 minutes after I got home. I have to say, it's a awesome 12" figure, probably the best Werewolf figure in my Collection now. I was surprised at the detail, the base pose is awesome and it has just enough articulation not to spoil it's looks. The shirt actually (thankfully) has more of a burgundy color to it than a pink spilled cool-aid color as some have noted. The cloth shirt and vest are pretty sweet (didn't expect the back to be a satin material like a real vest), but the sculpted details (like the roof of the mouth, the sculpt to the hair) are the awesome kind of details you pick up with clever staged lighting. Best feature, IMO, are the claws, especially the feet. 2nd, the facial expression. It's not all that heavy either, and can stand on it's own nicely, but I might make up a display background for it.』

He plays very rough with his toys, so durability is very important to me. These toys are great. They are large and durable. The arms and legs do come off if pulled, but they snap right back on. There was a large grouping of kids gathered for the holidays, and they all enjoyed playing with these toys.』

(Missing Link...missing action) 『The Missing Link is bigger than expected. I was expecting more from the toy given the description. The arms don't "slash" like I thought they would, they fall. Meaning you pose them up, and press the button and they fall down. Description makes it seem as they go up and down, or maybe ours is defective. I also thought there was a tail "flip", but the tail does nothing. I'm guessing you can manually flip the tail to the left or right. There are two buttons on the back, seems both buttons serve the same purpose, to release the arms and let them fall. It became a bath toy for my 5 year old, atleast he finds the floating cool. I wouldn't call this an action figure. The articulation of this figure is pretty poor compared to Clone Troopers, but not that far off from some other Clone Wars figures. Wish they all had the sort of articulation that GI Joe figures have. Still, it looks good and will probably hold together should a child play with it. The rocket backpack is fairly useless, as are all the firing missile add-ons Hasbro wants to throw in with this line. Buy, hey, it's Obi-Wan! You can't go too far wrong there.』
(Durable and Son Loves It) 『What can I say...the figure is durable and my son loves playing with it. As another reviewer mentioned it does lack some flexibility.』
(Needs articulation) 『I have the same complaint with CLONE WARS Anakin Skywalker. While the figure bears a very accurate physical resemblance to the animated character both in face and costume, it lacks flexibility. While the head and the arms can move well, the shoulder plates limit raising the arms above the head. The legs only move at the hips, having stiff knees and ankles. My son and daughter still play with the figure (it is Obiwan Kenobi after all!), but they both think he should have the articulation of a clone trooper, and they're right. If Ahsoka's legs can bend, why cant Obiwan and Anakin?
Hasbro provided a couple of useless accessories such as a clone helmet, and a rocket back back with a firing missile. You have to pop off Obiwan's head to pop on the helmet and I've never seen my kids play with the rocket pack. There is of course a blue lightsaber.
Overall, a necessary addition to the cast, but Hasbro could have done better.

1)why is it so expensive? The others in the series cost around the same to make. How come this one is so outrageously priced? Not getting it until that price comes down.
2) Why does such an expensive action figure not have the eyes done properly and the face more accurately representative of Neytiri? The Na'vi's eyes were large and yellow. This figure's eyes are neither large nor yellow.
Beautifully done? Yes. Worth the price? Nope. I'll wait.』
