Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (Way better than the "classic armor" Iron Man (a very cool figure from the new Marvel Universe line)) 『In Hasbro's new 3-3/4" scale Marvel Universe action figure collection, there are two Iron Man figures in normal red&gold armor. One features his "classic" armor, which looks more like a red&gold leotard, and one features his more modern robot-like armor. This product is the more modern version.
I find this Iron Man figure to be much cooler than the "classic" version. The latter felt very delicate and dainty and looked more like a circus performer. I know this was based on Iron Man's "look" back in the day, but the toy just didn't seem like he could kick some butt. This Iron Man looks closer to the one in the recent movie. His armor looks very hi-tech and he looks ready for action. He seems sturdier, too.
Iron Man comes with articulation in his ankles, knees, hips, torso, wrists, elbows, shoulders, and head. You can pose him in a lot of cool ways.
What I love about the Marvel Universe figures (and Mattel's DC Universe: Infinite Heroes figures) is that the designs come from the classic comic books and that characters from throughout the comics are being released together in a standardized 3-3/4" collection. All your favorite heroes under one roof. Same size, same quality. And now the smaller Marvel figures can fit right in with the new DC figures and the Star Wars figures.
I also love the simplistic design. Nothing too fancy. No spring-loaded kicking action. No "arctic laser strike" costumes. It's all back to the basics. The Marvel toys feature a good amount of posability (especially for such small figures), but the DC figures seem more durable. You can pick and choose between your favorite heroes and assemble your own superhero team.』 『Multibillionaire industrialist Tony Stark has lived a double life as the hero Iron Man for decades. He is an engineering genius; the best weapons designer on the planet. He personally builds every iteration of the Iron Man armor, trusting no one but himself with the powerful technology he harnesses. He has used his dual role for both personal gain and the glory of mankind, as a solo adventurer, and a founding member of the Avengers.Detailed with red-and gold-colored armor, pose this Iron-Man action figure in a battle-ready pose with his light beam accessory aimed at the enemy! Fully articulated, hes ready to make a stand in your collection.
Action figure comes with a light beam accessory and a S.H.I.E.L.D. file with a secret code.』
Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (Same as when I was a kid.) 『What can you say. It's like what I had in the 70's as a kid but the plastic is slightly different and the colors a little brighter. My kids, 2 and 4, like it but not love it and it gets played with about as much as any other toy in the house. The best thing I can say is it has not real negative points to it.』 『Set of Gumby and Pokey Bendable Figures from the classic Gumby television series.』
Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (godzilla action figure-7" 2004 Mecha godzilla) 『Bought this for son's 12th birthday, he has been a Godzilla fan since he was 2, this toy was an addition to his growing collection of Godzilla items.』
(A Great Toy To Display) 『Having read some of the other reviews, I will say that there were 3 versions of the Mecha Godzilla 2004 mark III released.
The first version has both hands The second version has the right drill hand and the third version has the regular hands AND the shoulder mounted cannons.
This version is the 2nd version of the Mecha Godzilla Mark 3 due to it having a drill hand instead of the regular robotic hand. I bought mine along with the other 2 versions and have them displayed side by side with each other along with my other Godzilla figures and villans (both old and new).
IF you are a Godzilla Fan then I would recommend buying at least 2 or 3 of each figure since you will be tempted to display one and play with the other one (the third one can be a backup in case of damage to the one you are playing with or if the dog decided to see how tough Mecha Godzilla really is!)』
(nice detail) 『very good quality toy .it is flexible and not easy to break .it stands up without a problem.all the figures i have from bandai are good.』
(Machine Dragon!) 『MechaGodzilla is my favorite of Godzilla's many nemeses. The star of no less than five Godzilla films, more than any other monster, there is just something cool about this cyborg anti-Godzilla.
This figure is based on the Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla film in the Millennium series, the one constructed over the skeleton of the original Godzilla. The description lists this figure as being from Final Wars, which is incorrect as MechaGodzilla did not appear in that flick.
It isn't the full deal, and lacks the shoulder cannons that he sported in the film, but other than that the detail is great and with moving arms and head the figure is more than just a plastic statue, and able to make some cool poses with it. It's study, and could stand up to play pretty well. For me, it is just sitting on my desk at work, but it could easily be a child's toy as well. 』
(It's great to see Kiryu!) 『Although for some reason, most poeple call this Kaiju Mechagodzilla, it's actualy called Kiryu to keep it from being confused with the other two Mechagodzillas. with a drill hand movable head, arms, and tail and extremely durable, this Kiryu is one that should be added to any Kaiju collection!』 『New Mechagodzilla 2004 Bandai Action Figure from Godzilla Final Wars. Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (Great Toy) 『My son loves Star Wars and this figure is hard to come by. He loved getting it and the price was right.』
(star wars figure) 『This was a difficult figure to find locally, so my son was so glad and surprised we could find it for Christmas.』
(awesooooome!) 『I had many views on the figure. But by the time I had decided to buy it,I knew it would be freakin awesome because its Boba Fett. He's the greatest bounty hunter in the galasy, and the only one to capture Han solo in Empire strikes back. Get this figure. It's totally worth it. Buy it, because its a great deal!』 『2007 - Hasbro - Star Wars - 30th Anniversary - #24 - Animated Debut : Boba Fett Action Figure - Includes Exclusive Silver Coin - New - Mint in Package - Limited Edition - Collectible』
Core2Duoノートレビュー 's review (Cool Concept Stuff) 『I like concept artwork and the like and when the McQuarrie series came out I was an instant fan, A must have.』
(Alternate Realities can be fun, or, How Star Wars "might have been") 『Back in the early 80's my brother bought a Ralph Mcquarrie "Star Wars" "Portfolio" with "Letterbox" style pre-production paintings for the "first" "Star Wars" film. I remember how my imagination ran wild with the "alternate" versions of all the main characters. I espescially dug the Luke vs. Darth Vader painting where Vader had this very wolf-like mask where the top helmet was much more Samuri looking and the mouth grill came out like the snout of a wolf (an Luke looked cool with the oxygen mask too). The Stormtroopers looked cooler too, and they had lightsabers! and shields! And the painting of the two droids was cool because R2 looked much more expressive and functional, and 3PO looked just like the robot from "Metropolis".
Anyway, someone, somewhere, had the brilliant idea to actually make action figures based on these early pre-production paintings by McQuarrie!
I've managed to purchase the first 8 of the 12 thus far (Stormtrooper, Boba Fett, Luke, C-3PO and R2-D2, Chewbacca,&Ben Kenobi and Yoda) and look forward to the final 4 (Leia Starkiller [back when "Luke" might have been a chick!], Han [George Lucas] Solo, Snowtrooper, and the one I've been wanting since around 1980: McQuarrie Darth Vader!).
Bottom line, amazing sculpts, genius idea, a must have for die-hard SW fans!』 『2007 Hasbro Star Wars 30th Anniversary. Star Wars Celebration IV Event R.M. McQuarrie Signature Series. R2-D2 and C-3PO concept figures with exclusive silver collector coin in star case.』
『Thundering out of the desert carrying weapons seemingly designed just for his powerful hands, the Red Hulk is determined to wipe out every trace of the original HulkTM from the Earth. Just as strong as his emerald counterpart, he has left a trail of destruction behind him. Those who have survived his passage are left to wonder who he really is, and where he will appear next. Detailed with defined muscles, put this sinister-looking Red Hulk action figure in a battle-ready pose to fight anyone who gets in his way! Fully articulated, hes ready to make a stand in your collection.』
