No batarang for Batman, which is a minus, but even more bothersome is the limited posability of GL's right arm. He holds his ring up in a fist in a range of about 45 degrees. That's all you can do with it. But since these figures are pretty much statues with a little added bonus of having some articulation, I can deal with it. Other than that... I'm very satisfied. Can't wait to complete the collection!』

It is so precariously balanced that you will pull your hair out trying to get it to stay in place. I finally had to lean it in the corner of my display bookshelf to keep it from falling over. This is a shame because it is an awesome collectors action figure in all other regards. Beautifully sculpted and a good paint job as well.
I have considered creating my own base since I have model skills, but really shouldn't have to. They should have included one for this guy.』
(So close to awesome) 『[...], and they continue to struggle in the key area of displayability. The undead shown here is no different. Despite a great sculpt, the figure simply refuses to stand outside the packaging. On his last fall, the flair on his shoulders snapped off. All of them.
This seems to be a major problem for a majority of the line. While some pieces, like the orc shaman, night elf druid, and blood elf paladin seem to have been created with stances wide enough to make them stable, most of the others simply aren't centered well enough. Even pieces with added base support, like the blood elf rogue and tauren hunter still fall over on a regular basis.

Those who are familiar with the Wrath of the Lich King expansion will be very familiar with this creature and his place in the game lore. As for the figure itself, it is one of the better models in the WoW collector line, not only by the quality of the sculpt, but the overall quality of the figure entirely. First of all, this figure has some mass to it that makes it the most sturdy of any of the WoW figures I currently own. If you have any of this series (or the earlier ones), you will know that there have been complaints about the action figures not standing on their own too well, often falling over at the slightest movement of the surface you display them upon. This is very founded on many of the line, but I am happy to report that this is not so with the Tuskaar. He is very well balanced, with a broad footprint that makes him nealry 'fall' proof. This is great news for the series as they have been plagued with issues as some of the others simply won't stand on their own.
As for the sculpt itself and paint on the figure, this is a great product with some nice details not easily seen in the pictures you find on the web. E.g., his tusks are carved with runes, he carries a drinking horn, and his other possessions make him a real delight to display. He also has considerable weight to him (part of the sturdiness mentioned above) that makes this figure just 'feel' like quality.
Being an avid fan and collector of the computer game, I enjoyed the quests within World of Warcraft helping these jovial 'walrus' people (the Kalu'ak) battle the seaweed vikings (the Kvaldir) and becoming their friend and champion. In return, they awarded me with my penguin companion, and I was very happy to add this action figure to my collection as a reminder of the great stories springing from the quests within the game.
