Barr Brothers Company
customer 's review (Lots of misinformation in the negative reviews)
(Buyer Beware)
(WASTE OF MONEY)
(grill brush)
(Not the original... don't be fooled.) I was hesitant to order the Barr Brothers offering given the Grill Wizard inventor/originator's claims in some of the discussions on these customer reviews (e.g. inferior quality, intellectual property theft, etc.) But I really needed to replace my tired old bristle brush and didn't trust the crude online ordering at grillwizard.com, so I pulled the trigger, unsure about what I'd get.
I am so glad that I did: the initial quality in my first couple of weeks with this brush seems great. I really can't foresee how a solid plastic handle and scrub holder (which is simply two metal posts on a hinge attached to the handle) is ever going to fail, assuming proper care and use. In fact, not sure why the wood-handled "original" would be superior, especially if you keep yours outside in a moist climate (like I do).
As for the effectiveness of this design, it's the best I've seen. My grill surface hasn't been this clean in years. Not sure why people would ever buy a bristle brush with this option in the marketplace. While America's Test Kitchen rated this brush highly in their 2008 test, it is not the real thing and it does not hold up. One wonders how many uses ATK got out of it. And there's some serious, unfortunate and misleading name infringement going on here. After reading a review in Cook's Illustrated on the Grill Wizard brush I immediately went out and bought it. The brush is TERRIBLE. After just one use the scouring pad completely unraveled and the brush is useless. I just e-mailed the company to find out what gives with this. Don't waste your money on it!! I used to use metal bristle brushes and go through two or three a season. I'm still on the first pad of this grill cleaner and finds that it cleans better than the brushes and no bristles breaking off and sticking to the grill or winding up on the steake. Good price and great service. Would recommend to anyone. This is NOT the original grill wizard and quickly falls apart. Do a google search for grillwizard.com and get the real thing. My last post about this amazon product was censored and deleted by Amazon. I was very surprised and disappointed and wonder how often they do this and how it slants the ratings. The Grill Wizard Grill Cleaning brush
cleans your grill better than brass bristle brushes every time!
Works on all grill surface types except for teflon and will not damage porcelain grill grates. Rerations < Grill Wizard BBQ Brush >

(Neat)
(Easy&delicious!)
(want to get the same results for free?)
(SO MUCH FUN!) If I had to do it again I would get the larger one. It was a lot of fun for the kids to play with (even if it was noisy) and faster than other ice cream makers I have used but it was quite messy. It was a little hard to get all the ice cream out too. The opening was to small for my hand and I have normal women's size hands. With it only being a pint I felt a little sad about that. It was enough for 2-3 small kids. It did clean up pretty well. We were at the pool. After complaining about missing the ice cream truck, my babysitter suggested we use the ice cream ball she got for Christmas next week.
I said yes. That day we started pushing the ball into the soccer net&passing the ball. We made vanilla ice cream. It tastes so good! We added graham crackers, chocolate syrup, and sprinkles. Our friends helped us make it. I don't understand all of the difficulties others had with this. We've made ice cream twice since receiving this as a gift 3 days ago with great results and no problems. My kids basically rolled it back&forth on the living room floor. When the timer went off, I'd take it and scrape it. Yes, it was a little difficult scraping/stirring the mixture, but with a silicone spatula and a little persistence it worked fine. The part in the directions where it says to leave room for expansion is important - I left a good 2 inches of space at the top. I can see it making scraping very messy if it was filled to the top. The first time we only had enough ice to fill it half way and it still worked fine. Yes, it's a little soft right out of the ball, but the product description does say "soft serve ice cream." If you really want "hard" ice cream, just put it in the freezer for a while.
The second time we made coffee ice cream using a recipe from the web site. I used a mixture of heavy cream and half&half and it was absolutely delicious! My daughter loved it so much she begged to have what little was left for breakfast. :-) Solution: Get one large and one small coffee can. Put the ice cream mixture in the smaller can, then put in the large can and fill with ice and salt. Get your kids to roll it around for about 10 minutes, replacing the ice/salt if necessary. Voila. Same results! Google a recipe for "kick the can ice cream" This product is so much fun! I've used it about 5 times since I got it and I love it! As long as you follow the directions and scrape the sides of the cylinder every 10 minutes or so its pretty easy. It is hard to find a tool that is effective because you are advised not to use metal. As long as the tool you use has a fine edge its not bad but using a wooden spoon was the worst! It's really easy even if you dont have anyone to play with the ball with you. It's best if you shake and roll longer than advised so the ice cream is thicker! Best to use it outside or when its ok to be loud because the ice rattling around inside is noisy! It's a blast and you will love it! The quart one is perfect for my family of 4 for everyone to get a good sized portion :D With the unique Mega Play&Freeze Ice Cream Maker, you can make ice cream anywhere! You don't need electricity, just add ice and rock salt in one end and ice cream mix in the other end then have a ball as you shake it, pass it or roll it! The ice cream mix can be as simple as cream, sugar and vanilla. Try flavors from our recipe list included or make up your own. Made of durable polycarbonate, it's lightweight, portable and easy to clean. It's ideal for Camping, Boating, Picnics, Parties, Travel...anywhere! (Great Cover)
(Premium made grill cover)
(It Stinks)
(BBQ Grill Cover) I bought a commonly sold low-grade cover for my Char-Broil Commercial Series grill at a big-box store 2 years ago. The cover started to fall apart after 1 season, and now my grill has some rust spots developing due to poor weather protection. I read many positive reviews of this cover, and decided to give it a try. This is the best cover that I've ever seen, for less than a third of the price of the junk that the stores sell. It appears to be a marine-grade fabric -- very thick, with some weight to it. The velcro straps secure it to the grill very well. The medium size fit my grill perfectly. On top of that, the price is excellent. Why spend good money on an expensive grill only to cover it with a piece of garbage that doesn't protect it from the elements? Highly recommended. Perfect cover, perfect price. Solid material, seems that it will stand up during the winter months and does a great covering job on my normal sized grill! Highly recommend! Yes, this cover is probably the thickest grill cover I have found so far. Many of my past covers would rip and tear soon after placing on the grill. I just bought the new Char Griller model 2121 Super pro bbq, and it fits it to a tee. (including the smokestack on top)Very ,very satified. Good luck and keep grillin. Retired Early I bought this cover for my new Weber Spirit grill. It fits perfectly and has good weight to it. I mainly bought it based on the good reviews it seems to have gotten from other reviewers.
However, it smells REALLY, REALLY, BAD. I mean it downright stinks, nauseating even.
I thought maybe the smell would go away but it hasn't. I had left my Weber manuals inside my grill and some new BBQ tools which i decided to bring inside. Even the manuals and tools stunk.
I can't believe more people haven't written about this. I have no choice but to throw this cover out and I'll be buying a Weber grill cover and hope to God it also doesn't stink or at least not as bad as this. I have had several BBQ grill covers over the last couple of years that I bought at big box stores for between $10 and $20. They were all a big disappointment. Supposedly "heavy duty" they were made of cheap plastic that barely lasted one season. A "blue tarp" would have been better. After reading the reviews of the Mr. Bar-B-G grill cover I decided to give the moderately priced cover a try. I was very doubtful. However, from what I can tell after several weeks of use it represents a whole other level of quality. I would say it compares favorably with a $40 or $50 cover. Time will tell, but so far I'm very happy. Great bargain! Just minutes after the flame is turned off, this exceptionally durable cover can go right over the still-warm grill due to its high-heat-resistant, fire-retardant fabric. The cover also offers full weather protection, from harmful UV rays, rain, and cracking caused by freezing temperatures. The black fabric is wipe-clean smooth on the outside, and textured for abrasion-resistance on the inside. A large hook-and-loop tab on either side allows for adjustability in fit--the wind won’t blow off this heavy cover. Made for a medium-size grill, the cover measures 59 by 19 by 42 inches and is backed by a lifetime warranty. Rerations < Mr. Bar-B-Q Platinum Prestige Medium Grill Cover >

(Will it work ok on a portable electric burner?)
(Presssure cooking is sadly a lost art...)
(Impressive quality and workmanship)
(21-1/2 Quart All-American Pressure Cooker) I needed to get a pressure canner in order to process foods that aren't suitable for the standard water-bath method. After doing some research online, I found the All American line, which I believe is unequalled in construction and quality. Being involved in manufacturing for many years, I understand and appreciate quality and good engineering -- especially from an American firm. It seems that almost all cookware comes from overseas, and a lot of it is built with price, not performance, as the prime design consideration.
Not so with the All-American. Photos don't do justice to this product. When you open the box and lift it out for the first time, you'll see what I mean. This thing is HEAVY. It looks like something you might see in a laboratory or commercial kitchen, although the manual specifically states it's only for home use. I think it may have something to do with ambulance chasing lawyers and product liability, because this thing has more warning labels than any cookware I've ever seen.
In fact, at over 20 lbs. empty, this can be a problem for some people, my wife included. She simply can't safely maneuver this baby around when it's full. Forget about washing it. That's MY job.
I really like the metal seal. Having a rubber seal on a pressure cooker go bad is a real pain, and you almost never seem to have a spare, or if you do, you can't find it, and it's not like you can run down to Wal Mart and pick one up even if you want to. At 15 to 20 bucks each for replacements, plus the hassle of picking them up, this will add up to real savings in cash and headaches over the many years you own this product. I can't imagine anyone being able to wear one out with any reasonable care at all.
The dial gauge is high quality, and I found that it read very accurately in conjunction with the weighted pressure regulator. When the gauge reads 15 lbs., and the weight is set on 15 lbs., it rocks about 5 to 10 times per minute, which tells me that the pressure is very close to what the gauge says.
Using the six screw-down retainers, that lid is going nowhere. Between those and the gauge, the regulator, and the fail-safe pressure relief valve, this thing is about as safe as anybody could expect.
It's a real pleasure to purchase a quality product from an American company. That's exactly what you get from these All American canners. Those who understand manufacturing and what it takes to make a product right will know what I mean. It's not cheap, but when you consider that it will probably outlast multiple cheap pressure cookers, it's a great value. The way I figure, I've never looked back in regret for buying the best, but I almost always regret going cheap.
I can honestly say that this product rates my highest recommendation. I'm considering purchasing an All-American canner but I have a glass cooktop stove. Don't want to risk breaking my stove with the heavy canner so I'm considering purchasing a portabe electric burner (hot plate). Has anyone ever used the canner on a hotplate? Any recommendations on a good brand? Thanks. I have this cooker and I can cook a whole frozen turkey in 30 minutes, tasting just as good as smoking it all day in a smoker (same for frozen chickens). As I type this, I am making my owned corned beef and cabbage (without the nitrites! and preservatives)for st. patties day and is going to take me an hour to cook everything.... not four as the "traditional" way takes...
I also looked up aluminum cookware and now I am more convinced than ever, aluminum is completely safe to cook with! Whoever, cooked up that cock-a-many story about aluminum and Alzheimer's was an idiot (and not to brag, but I have lots of science degrees and know what I am reading and understand it)....
This cooker is top quality, but if you can't afford it, the ones with the rubbers stoppers are great too! Pressure cook away, and with aluminum...it's a better much better heat conductor than stainless steel, nickel, or copper (which is definitely toxic)....
Pressure cook, Pressure cook, Pressure cook! I purchased this product for a gift so I have never used it. However is appears very well made and is very sturdy as a pressure cooker should. It is American made and clearly built by a company that cares about its products. Because it is not cheaply made it is not cheaply priced. This is an excellent product. We had 2 good working pressure cookers - different brands from each other that gave my wife (and me when asked to fix the problems) great difficulty. The gaskets leaked even when new and caused lots of loss of food and time. When we bought new ones (kept a new on on hand) we got ones (yes, plural) that were not right and could not be used.
This pressure cooker has no rubber gaskets and is great for my wife to use. Highly recommend it. Heavy Cast Aluminum Pressure Cooker/Canner This heavy-duty pressure cooker's large capacity is probably best utilized for canning (though it would also be great for a number of cooking tasks). A pressure cooker is generally recommended when canning vegetables and nonacid fruit, since the high heat that can be generated will kill more bacteria than a regular hot water bath. Made from cast aluminum, with sturdy screws to seal the lid to the pot, this pressure cooker requires no rubber or plastic gaskets or rings. Its 21-1/2-quart capacity holds 19 pint jars or 7 quart jars. A three-setting pressure regulator valve is included, and the pressure gauge gives a clear reading. Made in Wisconsin, this is an American classic.--Julija Gelazis Rerations < All-American 21-1/2-Quart Pressure Cooker/Canner >

(wish it were dishwasher safe) Honestly... Everything we buy from KitchenAid for this Mixer is of the highest quality and they simply do what you buy them for. We've been happy with everything surrounding this mixer. OEM beater replacement works just like new. Unfortunately, this is the third one we have had to replace. The white paint/covering does not hold up. I had no problem finding this product or ordering it. It was mailed in a timely manner and came undamaged. The beater is GREAT exactly like the one that comes with it and it fits perfect. We bought to replace the old one that started chipping after 10 years of heavy use. Hope this one holds up just as long!!! The white coating will peel off with repeated washings in the dishwasher, but I wish it were dishwasher safe. Mix up your favorite desserts with KitchenAid's flat beater. This nylon-coated attachment fits 4-1/2-quart KitchenAid stand mixers. (GREAT SLICER)
(I adore this product)
(Fabulous!)
(Bad design is difficult to clean) I used it about 5 or 6 times before it broke. It was always a pain to clean anyway, so I wasn't crying about it breaking.
The KEY to a pizza cutter is to have the blade exposed so you can clean it easily. Sure, you need to have a finger guard, but it doesn't need to cover half the blade.
Also, when you are using this to roll over the pizza, if your hand slips (which is easy to do with this style), it ends up on the top of the pizza. What a mess. This pizza slicer works great and cuts the pizza instead of ripping it to hell.It cleans very easy and has a very sharp edge. I bought this because of it's price. I love it for it's quality, durability, and ease of cleaning.
Everyone in my house who has used it comments on how natural it feels when cutting pizza (grilled sandwiches or other such items). It comes apart easily for cleaning though usually I can clean it just fine without taking it apart.
I saw this item on Alton Brown's show on the Food Network and was immediately struck by how much more sense it made than a regular pizza slicer. The very next day I went online to look for one and found what looked like the exact same one - and ordered it! My husband often makes pizza at home and took to the new gadget right away and we tossed our old ones. I haven't used it myself yet, but it can apparently be used for other purposes, like cutting dough for rolls or to divide bread dough into two parts. My husband and I both make bread, and I do bake a lot, so this will come in handy at some point. My only complaint, if it really is one, is that it should have a plastic "sleeve" that fits over the blade when not in use. I'd be careful with storage if there are kids around. Just tossing it in a drawer could be dangerous if you just reached in without paying attention while reaching for something else - you could easily get cut.
But I love it and the bold red color adds a nice accent to the kitchen! Highly recommend! This pizza cutter is more difficult to clean than other normal ones because the pizza (or whatever you are cutting) gets caught inside the housing. Although it comes apart for cleaning, it's way more of a hassle (and a bit more dangerous) than a traditional style where you can just hold it by the handle and wash the blade. The pizza wheel has a palm-held grip for optimum control with less force, it is ergonomically designed so the pressure is applied directly to the cutting wheel instead of traveling along the length of a handle. Sleek and compact, Zyliss' palm-held pizza slicer combines basic geometry with stylish design. A bright plastic cover shaped like a semi-circle snaps onto a round stainless-steel cutting wheel. Held with one hand, the wheel rolls easily and evenly over pizza surfaces without strain to the fingers or wrist. The cover even has a small knob on the side to brace against a thumb or forefinger. When it's time to clean up, the two parts come apart and both pieces go safely into the dishwasher. This handy tool also works with baked treats, cookie dough, or fresh pasta. It measures approximately 5-1/2 in diameter and comes with a five-year limited warranty. (Best peeler ever)
(Great peeler, can't complain)
(The smoothest peeler I had)
(Oxo peeler) I've used quite a few peelers in my lifetime, and this OXO is the best. The blades are sharp and set at just the right contour for fast and efficient peeling. I peel mostly root vegetables so it is important to wash most of the dirt off before using the peeler to reduce dulling the blades. The handle is very comfortable. Try to keep the blade guard the OXO comes with to protect the blades during storage. I never knew that these "Y peelers" existed until recently. After watching some cooking videos I saw how easy they made the peeling seem. Did some research, and bought this OXO last week.
After 1 week I have to say that this peeler is great. I've peeled everything in the house including my fingernail. The blade is sharp, watch out. It also slices the side of a cheese block perfectly. The cheese is a little thin, but just throw two slices on there and your good.
The handle is wide and allows you to have a firm solid grip. The blade swivels. The "eyer" is not sharp so soft fruits or vegetables gets a little smashed (tomatoes). And yes I was peeling the the skin off tomatoes. It works.
Bottom Line: Works great, feels great. Peeling is 100 times easier over those side peelers. Construction feels solid. Good quality. $12 well spent. Seems like a great gift too for those wannabe Gordon Ramseys out there like me. Great peeler, can't complain. The peeler is solidly built and has a tiny shovel type device on the side that lets you dig out imperfections in whatever you're peeling. When it comes to peeling, it gets the job done. Only reason, I'm not giving it 4 stars is because I have a cheaper peeler my mom gave me that peels just as well. Simply awesome, I have used lot of other cheap peelers; some of them won't last long and some won't perform as intended. This is best of the lot. A must have. Excellent product. It has a comfortable grip and a sharp blade. I've been using it to peel oranges. OXO brings its new longer-lasting, longer-length, stainless steel blade to the favorite tool of European chefs. The OXO Good Grips i-Series Y Peeler has a non-slip, contoured grip for more control when peeling delicate asparagus and tomatoes; plus an extended grip for peeling carrots and cucumbers. Constructed of sturdy, die-cast zinc, this Y Peeler features an efficient eyer to quickly remove stubborn blemishes from fruits and vegetables. For maximum safety and effectiveness peeler blades, like knife blades, should be sharp. You can easily replace the Y Peeler blade with OXO's Peeler Blade Replacement Cartridge, sold separately. (great for wine lovers!)
(Get Er Done!!!!)
(Very nice wine opener)
(nice and easy) We actually originally bought just the wine opener at a department store. As is usual with Amazon, this online price is waaay better than what we paid for the wine opener ALONE...I was told at a dinner party that Amazon had the wine opener for less than what I paid so we went online to order several of these as gifts and found we could get the wine chiller too for less!
Not only do these two wine lovers love the opener, but everytime we use it in front of someone they fall in love and want one so it's the perfect gift.
So...we ordered a few with the wine chiller and tried out the wine chiller as well and are equally as impressed! We had a dinner party and ran low on white wine. A fast chill provided by the wine chiller kept the dinner party flowing smoothly.
We had a $150 dollar wine opener that didn't work nearly as impressive and easily as this one did. In fact, a wine opener just like this is still in wine catalogs for over $100. It may even be the same one...that's the first place we saw it.
As for how it works...place it on the bottle, push the button, ZIP...it uncorks it for you.
TO REMMOVE THE CORK: (totally easy) you just push the button in reverse and it pops it right out for you to remove it! Anyone who didn't know this trick may not have read that part of the instructions as I could see that trying to remove it otherwise would be difficult. but it's a cinch if you push that reverse button...even easier than removing it from a manual opener!
CONCLUSIOIN: I love to drink wine but hate opening it and have broken enough corks in my day to realize I shouldn't. This is uncorkage 101 at it's finest whether you are a pro opener or as clumsy as me...looks impressive, is a majojor conversation piece once you use it, works in seconds with no brainpower needed, and the battery charge lasts so long that we even took it on a cruise and uncorked our wine during the whole trip perfectly and still came home and used it for a few weeks without having to recharge!
The wine chiller works just as well as the ones costing hundreds more. We are a lover of Oster and Amazon for this bargain set for our gift giving!! My parents, who have everything, are as hooked as we are on this and now gift it themselves to others.
And, more importantly, we've had it for a year now and it's as good as new. Some more expensive wine openers we've had had more fragile pieces that didn't hold up.
While it's the perfect gift, you'll want to keep it for yourself if you don't yet have one. great product for the price. got one for my mother and had to order another for her friend! read one review-lady said she was very dissappointed with product because it didn't work like supposed to. she must not have read instructions? thanks again amazon Get Er Done,
This product works awesome. When you need a bottle of wine ripped open for, well you know-late night romance grab this handy tool and let it do the trick. The unit is flawless, it removes the cork quickly off any bottle. I recommend this to any person that needs a wine opener. I recently saw this wine opener at a friends during a Super Bowl party and I knew I had to have one. I have absolutely no complaints about this opener it is a great value for the money spent and is so simple to use. I highly recommend for personal use and/or as a gift. This wine opener is very easy to use, and sure beats the manual way. It does make a lot of grunting and groaning noises while its working, so I hope it holds up for a few years anyway, but at this price, its a steal. At the touch of a button, the Oster Wine Opener easily opens up to 30 bottles on a single charge. The stylish and ergonomically designed soft-grip handle will fit into the palm of your hand for a firm grip. Also includes a foil cutter to remove wine seals and a recharging base for convenience. (Almost perfect)
(Presto Canner--Love it with three piece weighted gage addition)
(Cant wait to get started)
(Great beginner choice) I'm looking for a pressure cooker, but everyone says they buy it for canning. As I've never canned but would like to eventually, should I buy something that just cooks, or can I buy this to cook and can with? What's the problem with the stainless steel? I don't want an aluminum, but is it steel?
thanks,
This product is very well built -- very durable. However, I was expecting it to come with a canning rack (with dividers and handles), but it only came with a circular disk that keeps the jars off the bottom of the pan. Workable, but just not what I was expecting. Otherwise, it works great and I've been very happy with it. I have two Presto canners and I love them but I didn't used to.
Babysitting the dial gauge is a pain and I haven't canned enough years to know what stove setting holds the pressure steady at the right weight. After researching, however, and as a previous reviewer mentioned, you can order a three piece weighted gauge that fits these canners for $15 or less if you do a web search for model #50332. Not only can you confirm this with Presto's customer service but you can order one and confirm it yourself with the dial gauge.
So now I have the weighted rockers for 5/10/15 lbs (the 10 lb is actually weighted for the new recommendation of canning at 10.5 lbs)I don't have to keep coming back to check the pressure every 5 minutes. If it's too low I'll hear it stop and I don't have to worry about over cooking it because the rocker keeps it from going too high.
The two reasons I give this product 4 stars is because I believe that Presto SHOULD REALLY be including the three piece rocker with it. It would make it a premium canner at a much lower price than others. Also, I have concerns about cooking foods in aluminum pans, especially if your cooking at the high pressure temps, but it's simply not relevant to me as I don't cook with it for this reason, just can. This item met all my expectations, It came with rack to lift jars up, plus a how to do book, that will be most useful. With the way prices keep going up in grocery store, this item is a must. I have had one before, when my children were little, and just had to get another one. This one is a lot lighter weight that the old one I had, and that is great also. I am new to canning, and I am so glad I chose this product. It is big enough yet still fits in my cabinet, and it is quality construction. I had the pressure gauge tested at the Co-op extension, and it was accurate. My batches so far have been successful, and pretty easy. FYI, if you use it as a pressure cooker, it makes between 15-20 servings. I recommend this product! Pressure canning recommended safe metod by the U.S.D.A. This 16 quart canning will hold 7 quart jars or 10 pint jars. Canner has an easy to read pressur gauge and air vent/cover lock system. Includes cooking/canning rack and complete instruction and recipe book. Rerations < Presto 16-Quart Pressure Cooker and Canner >

(Wonderful set, except...)
(Good quality)
(Great price, Good set)
(Savvy Shopper) Amazing product, I just love it!!! there are so many different ediable frosted things that you can create with these tips.
This set is full of many wonderful tips, but there are a few problems. The Nails (as many reviews have already stated) do not stay in place when In try to close the case (so I decided to store them in Wilton Ultimate Tool Caddy). The other problem is that the set comes with large tips, but no large couplers. That's just silly! Also, the description says the set includes an angled coupler - it doesn't, so the description should be changed. Overall a good product, but it does have it's flaws. This tips set is good. I don't know how long it can last. I use it from time to time (not always). I've had this product for months. There're 2 problems: 1.) it came with a broken package. I felt kinda bad because there's a few items that I paid for shipping and handling and this is one of those but the box is broken. So what did I pay for? shipping without handling? 2.) it has 2 medium couplers. I thought that I has different sizes but both of them are the same. So I don't have any coupler for large tips (which come with this tips set) This is a great price for this set but I don't think the quality is as good as the Ateco version. Granted, you pay a bit more for Ateco but it is a much better product. The Wilton product does not seem to be the same durability but I think for the price and if you are just starting out, it makes sense. If you want something that lasts longer, definitely Ateco. This set has all the tips I shall ever need - and some I shall possibly never use! Nevertheless it is very inexpensive compared to the total cost of buying the specific tips that I require individually. The case displays them so that it is easy to locate the best tip for the job.
So why not 5 stars?
The tray cutouts for locating the "flower nails" could have been a better design. Closing the lid of the flimsy case is, therefore, a tricky exercise - the nails are not held in place in their location. I wonder how long the case will remain intact? Wilton's Master tip set includes 52 metal decorating tips. Decorate sheet cakes, petit fours, muffins, cookies and more using this master tip set. The decorating tips you'll need are housed in this plastic storage case. The master tip set includes these tips: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 22, 24, 27, 30, 31, 32, 42, 45, 46, 47, 48, 54, 59, 61, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 73, 74, 78, 96, 97, 98, 101, 102, 103, 104, 106, 108, 109, 123, 124, 129, 134, 136, 195, 199 and 2C. It also includes two standard tip couplers and two 1.25-in. flower nails (#9). With more than 50 tips included in this professional-quality cake decorating set, your imagination is the limit. Garlands, rosettes, stars, flower petals--if you can dream it up there's a tip designed for the job. The angled coupler assists in certain decorating operations, and a standard coupler plus two flower nails for creating roses are included. The set comes packaged in a white plastic storage tray to keep tips and tools organized in a drawer.--Victoria Jenkins Rerations < Wilton Master Tip Set >
