Cleans the machine very well, but could be cheaper... But, at the same time, the tablets do last for a long time so I can't complain. Works great for our Jura Impressa F9!
I used the tablets in a starbucks Barista espresso machine. It seemed to release a lot of deposits that had built up in our machine and once thoroughly rinsed operated more efficiently.
The product works alright. In comparison to the liquid version this product is very expensive as you will only get 3 cleanings out of this 9 pack (3 tablets per cleaning). The price point of the liquid is more reasonable as it provides at least 5 or 6 cleanings.
Local stores were out of this product and by purchasing 2 packages the shipping was free. I got it much quicker than if I would have waited for the local, national chain, to get it in.

I have two rabbit type openers and my parents have one as well. I also have the Oster electric wine opener. The Oster is easy/nice but the grinding electric sound doesn't exactly project elegance when that is the need, you know what I mean.

First, I feel I paid $20 more to have a wax remover (only wax remover I need is for my ears) and the dorky drip stopper/bib for wine bottles. Everybody I know knows enough to slow at the end of the pour and do a 1/4 spin on the bottle to prevent drips. The other items...come standard on all others, the foil cutter and extra screw.

The 2nd thing is the handles are PAINTED PLASTIC. Horrible material to make a lever out of (you squeeze the handles to keep the bottle in place). Granted you can open the bottle without breaking the handles but I have to be concious about not applying too much pressure. I could easily snap the handles if I wanted to in a second. As it is now, I can feel the handles bend. The other two rabbit openers have metal handles and feel extremely solid and both cost less than $20. My gf did state that she likes this one better though because it's lighter than the other two but I look at it from an engineering/design/quality standpoint.

The Pinzon Matte Chrome plated opener is the one to get, unless you want a $20 wax remover...
This item supplies all the wine accessories you need. I always had to strugle with a plain cork screw that now it's so easy and neat. Never having to use a knife to remove the cork wraping, were I would always cut myself, and having the utensile that makes removale simple. Thanks
This tool is flawless in opening a bottle of wine. Removing the cork from the corkscrew is another matter - I find that the grip on the tool is not tight enough to hold the cork while you try to pull the corkscrew out of it. If they can fix that problem, this would be a perfect tool for anyone who enjoys drinking wine. The other tools that come in the kit functioned without issue. Overall quite pleased.

I have a been a long time user of Kitchenaid products and I am an experienced homecook. I own other Kitchenaid products that continue to render good service: the standmixer, handblender, hand mixer and minifood chopper. The only other product that was as disappointing as this food processor is the Kitchenaid blender which became damaged after years of use and I chose to replace it with the Hamilton Beach Wave Blender which performs even better than the Kitchenaid blender ever did with the smoothest of purees. And it cost much less!

While my all time favorite is the stand mixer, this food processor was very disappointing. I purchased this model over a year ago when my previous Kitchenaid food processor's top became stuck to the food bowl by accident and I was unable to to open the top ever again. I had no choice but to purchase another one - this model- as my warranty long had expired and parts were no longer available. While this model performed its tasks as well as my other damaged model, it has one glaring flaw which in my opinion eclipses its otherwise good performance: IT LEAKS LIKE A SIEVE. When I process liquids, the food processor leaks from the center and bottom sides of the bowl as well as from the top down the sides of the unit. The same thing happens over and over again when I process dough: the flour is all over the unit. This never happened with the prior model and I've always been careful not to overfill the bowl. Clean up becomes a nightmare when this happens because the leaked liquid or flour, as the case may be, gets into every nook and cranny of this machine. I finally gave up as, of course, my warranty has expired and from the other reviews that I have read, this is a common problem with this design and model. Why? One other reviewer here explained it very well. The center shaft is too short and causes the leakage, the base of the bowl that attaches to the base of the unit is not wide enough to seal properly and the top doesn't seal properly either to prevent the contents from leaking. So, in my opinion, it would be a waste of time to get replacement parts for this machine. For this reason, I cannot recommend this model and will not be repurchasing any other large Kitchenaid food processor. I still like the mini-choppers, which curiously are designed well and do not present this problem. I will be looking for another manufacturer for this purchase.
I really did do my research. I checked with Consumer Reports, other opinion sites, and read an amazing number of reviews here on Amazon, concerning this model, the Cuisinart, and the newer 760 model Kitchenaid FP. We are Raw Foodists, and so I do need a FP that I can use daily.
This one is really amazing!
To address a couple of issues:
The slicing/grating discs fit on a straight shaft that is then held by a thing in the center of the lid. This prevents the 'disc lean' issue that I've read about with Cuisinart FPs. The disc cannot tilt and chew up the inside of the lid!
It is not difficult to take apart/put together this FP. The bowl has to snap into place before you can snap the lid into place, but there is an audible "snick" when it happens, and you can feel it move into place.
The liquid line on this FP is much higher than the one on the Cuisinart FP of the same/similar capacity.
The discs, blades, disc shaft, and an included spatula, all come in a storage box. NOTE: the storage box lid just sits on top - it does not snap into place, and it is not a hinged box.
This FP is quiet. Very, very quiet in use.
The discs are very, very sharp. Think razor blades on steroids. I literally just dropped an onion into the chute, and it vanished into slices... I never used the pusher! The thin slicer is a bit thicker than on my previous FP, and I've not used the thick slicer yet. The shredder does, indeed, shred very well.
I made guacamole with this, using 4 avocados, 4 roma tomatoes, half a red onion (too much, actually), a large red pepper, and a large anaheim chili. I never had to stop it to push anything down into the blades. I pulsed it a bit, then just turned it On. Everything cycled down through the blades with no problem, and in an incredibly short time, I had very smooth guac.
I've also used it to chopped up an jicama, a cauliflower, and a large bunch of parsley. It did a fabulous job on all of them - I chopped them separately. The parsley, particularly, was great. I cut it into about 4 chunks, and then pulsed it at first. All the stems got nicely chopped! This is something that my previous FP could not do.
I've not used the small bowl yet, but the design of it looks very useful.
I highly recommend this model for anyone that uses, or would use, a FP a lot.

I'm very happy with my purchase so far. I haven't tested it a lot, but I love that all of the pieces are dishwasher safe, and that there are 2 sizes of bowls. I've only used it for basic chopping, and it's done a great job. Looking forward to using its other features.
I love this machine. I use it a ton. The only things I really don't like about it is that when you're using the little 3 cup insert. It gets everything else dirty also. I wish that you could just have the 3 cup alone on the base instead of nesting it in the bigger cup. I don't even bother using it. Its also 2 things I have to wash. Also it has a ton of nooks and crannies that you have to get into with a brush to get it clean. Aside from all that, the machine works beautifully. The color is fabulous.
This food processor is an excellent product. I have purchased it to save me time when making dishes for supper and for parties. Great deal and a great buy.

had this thing a few weeks and its well built except for the handle....currently has duct tape holding it together but it continually comes apart...not good for crushing 3 30 packs after a fun filled weekend...there are probably better ones out there
works great but you do have to be careful or the can will come out at you. has the potential to pinch your fingers recommend you wear a pair of gloves while using this product because of the sharp edges on some of the cans.
This can crusher is great! Installation is a snap, my wife installed it in just a couple of minutes. It crushes cans well, even large 16 oz. energy drink cans. We have been using it for a few months now and it seems to be holding up quite well.
We buy a lot of beverages in aluminum cans no doubt. I got tired of huge bags of mostly air going to be recycled. This thing crushes cans with the force a teenager can muster. I am concerned that the main lever bearings look a little suspect but we'll see. The instructs say to precrush the can - just a thumb print when you put the can in. Prebuckles the can making it easier to collapse. Occasionally the can which is now no longer square over the ends will pop out vigorously when you go to crush it so you need to be aware of that and kind of steady the can until it's crushed enough. The can inevitibly has a small amount of liquid in side that you couldn't get out no matter how hard you tried - the flying can will predictably splash this liquid - where ever. The compacted can is about 3/4" thick about the size of a hockey puck and you can put several cases in a large plastic bag. Works as advertised. Reasonably attractive on the wall.

This is probably the 4th one of these I have purchased. I use it everyday for my instant coffee. My husband has even decided it's a pretty cool thing.
I love this product. I had one a several years ago and used it everyday to the point it just got old. I was so excited to find they still made them and in a color that matched my kitchen. This item is easy to use, fast to heat hot water and great for things like hot chocolate and hot cereals. I think everyone should have one, saves time when you need hot boiling water quick, instead of turning a burner on the stove and waiting several long minutes for it to start getting hot. A+ item.
I have been using the Hot Shot Water dispensers for years, always have a back up, so when one wears out ( and I do wear them out, usually every 10 years))have one to carry on, then order another one.. there is not one day it is not used, when going on vacation one goes with me... Being English, I drink hot tea daily, best little dispenser ever.... need boiling water immediately, you have got it....
I tried this product at my daughter's house and was amazed at how quickly it boiled water for tea--faster than the microwave. I was so impressed, I bought one for myself and one for my other daughter. We use it for instant oatmeal too.
I've used this model for more than 6 months. It hasn't leaked. It hasn't failed. The heat up time is about 75 seconds. I have checked the heated temperature vs what I wanted for coffee (190 oF), and I found it was right on. You can't "double-heat" the water.

My only complaint is minor. I wish the cord holder in the base was a little more secure. It keeps falling out of the back when I pick it up, and I have to put it back into the base.

Hope I don't have to buy another for a while.

This is the perfect size to beat up eggs for scrambled eggs, when you would like to mix several liquids for a recipe, etc. Very handy, a must for cooks and bakers'.
I ordered this because it has a wide base. You can safely set it on the stove for even heat. You can pour flour into it without spilling.I like it better than smaller based glass ones.
Before purhasing this product, I was using a plastic 1-quart measuring cup. I finally decided to get ride of it and add this cup to my 1-cup and 2-cup PYREX measuring cups that I already own. Not only it is great for measuring but it works double-duty. You can even mix and pour, no need to use additional dishes. Highly recommended!
This same review holds for the 1 and 2 cup models, as I bought all 3. They're very easy to read, are sturdy, as others have mentioned. I have used them in the dishwasher several times without incident. I fully expect these all to last me for many many years.
This quart size is useful for so many jobs--for example, cooking packaged chocolate pudding in the microwave. I have also made microwaved peanut brittle, and it's the perfect size to keep the mixture from boiling over. Also make iced tea in it. Great, as you would expect from Pyrex.

I just received the Ozitech Knife Sharpener in the mail. This is a great product. Contrary to most of the negative comments I read in Amazon about its flimsiness and the difficulty to set it up without breaking it, I had no problems whatsoever--even with my big paws! You do not really need to read the instructions to open it. Use common sense and gentleness. Opening the shell is easy and intuitive. If you apply force to it, you are on the wrong path. Opening the sealed, bomb-proof clear platic carrying case is a different story. The sharpener is truly fantastic!
I bought this product after reading several reviews on Amazon. It was relatively inexpensive, and is a good value. I sharpened all my knives with it as soon as I received it, and it really works well. It's lightweight, and folds up when not in use. The plastic guard keeps your hands safe. It's really easy to use, and fits easily in my knife drawer. My knives were very sharp after I used it.
I have one of these knife sharpeners, and I can truly say it's the only sharpener I have ever used with ease. This one was purchased for my brother for his birthday. He and his wife love it when I cook for them when I visit and I responded by giving them a really good knife and cutting board for Christmas. But they whined about keeping it sharp. OziTech to the rescue! My brother has some arthritis issues - this is a very easy sharpener for him, and for my sister-in-law to use. Success!
I NEEDED A SHARPENER THAT WOULD SHARPEN A VERY HIGH-QUALITY KERSHAW FOLDING KNIFE THAT I POSSESS AT THE CORRECT ANGLE (20 DEGREES OR SO). I FOUND IT TO NOT BE POSSIBLE TO OBTAIN SUCH AN ITEM IN MY LOCALITY BUT THIS FURI SHARPENER, ALTHOUGH A VERY ODD DESIGN, DOES THE JOB THAT I NEEDED IT TO DO QUITE WELL.

Very useful item. Much easier than boiling eggs in a pot. I use it every day and wouldn't want to be without it. I actually got this as a replacement for the one I had before, after the egg-holder part of it got broken. That part wasn't sold separately, but it was worth it just to replace the whole thing. Interestingly, after ten years it's still the identical product; they didn't see the need to make it fancier, more complicated, or more expensive. I recommend this highly to anyone who likes boiled eggs.
We have used this cooker for about two months now and it poaches, soft boils and hard boils eggs perfectly! The whole timing issue is determined by adding the correct amount of water for what you are trying to do. You pick the range: soft, medium, hard and the number of eggs you want to cook. Start with the recommended combinations and make slight adjustments to the amount of water based on doneness preference. Once you find your combination, you will wonder how you ever got along without this cooker - and you will be eating a lot more eggs.

The buzzer lets you know when they're done, and you can flip the selector over to 'keep warm' with only a very slight additional cooking. This beats boiling them on the stove top by an energy saving mile.
Until a week ago I would've told you this was a great egg cooker. The alarm is pleasant sounding. The eggs are done perfectly. It's compact. But it only lasted 8 months and then the knob on front broke off when I tried to turn the cooker on. On further examination it was a bad design. Instead of having the knob attached to a metal piece, it's rubber and it ripped. I can't see buying another of this design. My previous egg cooker had lasted over 10 years. Disappointing.

This is the second such egg cooker that we have had. The first one lasted around five years after being used one to two times daily. The plastic parts started breaking and weren't available for replacement so we bought a new one.

We like this egg cooker because it is easy to use and makes eggs perfectly. It is small so it doesn't take up much room on a kitchen counter either.

This cooker boils up to seven eggs at one time or poaches one or two eggs in trays. You can use the calibrated water-level indicator to pour the precise amount of water needed to soft-, medium-, or hard-boil one to seven eggs. The indicator (a tube) has a steel pin in the bottom for piercing eggshells; this will leech out the sulfur so yolks remain yellow during cooking rather than turning green. Assuming the proper amount of water is in the egg holder, the timer will ensure the eggs are cooked to the desired level, and then indicates with a light and bell when the hard-boiling is completed. You can then set the timer switch to keep the eggs warm. The plastic egg holder is removable, letting you cool the eggs under running water. Everything cleans easily, including the nonstick coating on top of the boiling plate. The cooker measures 9-1/8 inches wide and 5-1/4 inches high.--Fred Brack

This waffle iron worked great until the 1-year warranty was up. We used this a little over 7 times over the year we had it, and it just quit heating right in the middle of making a waffle the last time we used it. We could not get it to heat up again. This is a piece of junk when you consider how long it lasts before it just stops heating. I would not recommend this waffle iron to anyone. I read the review about getting a new fuse, but really come on, this should last longer than 1 year before quitting, especially just using it around 7 times total. I am not very handy at replacing or fixing appliances, so this is very inconveient, and to take it to a repair shop for small appliances is just totally unacceptable at around $50.00 for repair. My suggestion, stay away from this waffle iron.
Got this waffler at Costco for only 39.95 just a few months back! It looks impressive, and guests always comment on it. I make waffles for my family EVERY day because my son has a limited autism diet, and waffles are on the list, so I am thrilled to cook anything he'll eat. I had a Villaware waffler for 15 years until the hinge and browning dial finally broke. The Waring Pro has an on/off switch, browning setting, audible beeps when ready to pour and another beep to indicate when ready to remove, non-stick surface, and a stainless look, but...

1. Top plate of waffler stopped browning the top of waffles so was manually flipping the waffles by opening the iron to flip the waffle so one side would not be soft. For some reason, one day the heating element started working on top again.

2. Design of iron makes crevices too thin, paper thin, and other belgium wafflers I've used had better shape of waffles produced. Often it produces holes instead of recessed areas.

3. Batter spills like crazy from this waffler even when allowing 1/2" of no batter coverage on edge - there's no extra seam around the edge allowing for the overflow, just a pan underneath to catch the spilled batter - adding more to the dishes in sink. My Villaware never had this problem, and I make batter both from scratch, and from Bisquick. Hundreds of waffles were made with my Villaware without batter leaking all over. About 200+ waffles have been made with this Waring Pro, and batter always spills over edges. I tried everything, increasing the thickness consistency of the batter, but nothing ever worked to stop the guaranteed spillover.

4. Now after about three months of use, the handle just broke and won't stabilize in a level position anymore, it just spins making it dangerous to use.

I'm so disappointed. I had to run over to Target last night in an emergency effort to get a new waffle maker as knew my son would have a meltdown if no waffles for breakfast (he won't eat waffles at restaurants or diners, only ones I personally make). At Target, I bought their most expensive one - an Oster flipping model that makes far better shaped waffles but has no audible beeps which I really need when busy in the kitchen. I am looking into commercial restaurant wafflers next.

I'm sure Waring would probably replace for me - I know they have great reputation, but the job of preparing it to mail back, making phone calls, finding the original receipt, etc would waste a day of my time, so it's just going straight out to trash can. It's too bad as I thought I made a good purchase based on all the great Amazon reviews. It lasted us only about 3 months of daily use. I suspect most users only use on weekends for a few people. This one is not durable enough for daily use for more than a few people.
I researched waffle makers for a few days to determine the best product at the best price. This waffle maker had great reviews, and I must say it lives up to the hype. I've made more than 40 waffles with this waffle maker already, and it works great. No complaints.
My first waffle maker was the VillaWare V2002 UNO Belgian Waffler - Round, which was great for waffles, but I hated the cleanup. The VillaWare V2002 UNO Belgian Waffler - Round lasted me about 3 years or so and when the timer stopped working, so I decided it was time to look for a replacement.

When I started my research for a new waffle maker I wanted something that would have an audible timer, configurable cooking temperatures and easy cleanup. The Waring Pro WMK300A fit the bill perfectly. It's been over two years and I haven't looked back. I love the drip tray, which makes cleanup a cinch.

Here's some tips and recommendations on using the waffle maker:

* If you are using cooking spray make sure that you use the kind without flour, which means you'll almost never have to clean the inside griddle.
* I tend to like the outside of my waffle somewhat crispy and the inside soft, so I rotate the browning knob to just slightly past 5.
* Coat the griddles with cooking spray/oil before each waffle.
* When you pour the batter into the waffle maker you don't have to fill it all the way to the edges. I would recommend you pour the batter into the middle of the griddle and stop before the batter reaches the edge, which will help prevent an overflow when you close the top of the waffle maker.

Here's an easy waffle recipe that I use all the time at home to make waffles for the family. This recipe will yield 3 waffles, is pretty healthy and takes just a few minutes to put together.

* 1 1/2 Cups - Bisquick Heart Smart
* 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
* 2 Tablespoons Pure Vanilla Extract
* 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
* 2 Egg Whites
* 3/4 Cup of Skim Milk
* Tollhouse (or any other brand) Chocolate Chunks - sprinkle these on top of the waffles to your liking after pouring the batter into the waffle maker

This is a handy tool for making hamburger patties, and I like several things about it. It's quick, it's easy and it makes uniform patties that fit the bun perfectly. The thickness of the patty is determined by how much meat is used. I'm not sure how much difference the dimple makes, but when cooked on the grill they don't seem to plump up in the middle so I would guess it works. The handle has a comfortable grip. The patty can stick a little bit sometimes, but I turn the dimple maker upside down and the patty falls off, I haven't ruined one yet.

Some supermarkets sell pre-formed hamburger patties, but I prefer to use this tool because I can choose the type of ground meat I want. I typically buy only organic, grass-fed meat and it makes a huge difference in taste.
I ordered this hamburger press because the one I have I have is 45 or 50 years and badly worn and it was a metal one that you had to make the burger and turn a knob to release the burger. If you did too many burgers it would get tom the place it wouldn't work and get real greasy. The Perfect Hamburger Press is really easy to work with and makes really good burgers. It is really nice to have something that makes work much easier.
