『This was $30 in Jan '09. I bought it to track my HR during the P90X program. It worked great for a few months giving me the basic features I needed; time, avg HR and Peak HR. I took a few months off of P90X and used it only a few times over the next few months. I recently started the P90X program again and a couple weeks into the program with daily use, the transmitter just stopped working. I replaced the battery, but still nothing. Fortunately I bought a 1 year warranty, so I was able to get a full refund. I will not buy this product or brand again. I hope this helps.』

『My wife and I purchased this watch in Dick's at the end of July this year. We just started jogging after reading the book "Younger Next Year". We are new to using H.R. in training, so we didn't want to spend on all the bells and whistles. It tracks average and peak, and the current elapsed time is easy to call up when exercising. I have occasionaly trouble getting the watch synching with the strap, but my wife never has problems. Recently I switch from wetting the HR strap to wetting my chest instead, and it has helped. The funny thing is that our Sole E35 Elliptical ALWAYS picks up the HR signal from the Timex strap, so I know that is not what causes the occasional glitches. I would recommend it for others who are just getting started. After using for several months, I wouldn't pay another $50 for a few more features.』

『This moniter is simple and easy to use. It tracks heart rate well. However, when the arm is raised over-head it loses accuracy. For those of us who do workouts involving overhead movements and want to have accurate heart rate assessment, we may want to look at other products.』

『I bought this monitor about three weeks ago to monitor my heart rate while cycling. For that purpose it works flawlessly and is a very good value.

The instructions suggest that one wear it for 24 hours on several different days to get a good idea of how your heart is working throughout the day. Okay, sounded like a good idea. I put it on and wore it and watched my heart rate while doing chores around the house. The next day I put it on and wore it to work, except every time I looked at it it had lost signal and had reverted back to watch mode. When I got in my car to go home it did the same thing. When I am at home on my laptop, it often loses signal there too. At first I thought it had to do with how far the watch was from the sensor, but I bike with my arms pretty much extended, more so than when driving my car or at work. My guess is that the watch receptor is very susceptible to RFI (i.e.radio static) from electronic devices, car ignitions, etc. I have found that it really doesn't work as a general heart monitor, but for a cyclist, runner, walker, any exercise away from sources of RFI it works very well.

I like the idea of knowing my heart rate and being able to regulate my effort to maintain a good healthy workout for my heart. With certain reservations, I would recommend this to a friend.』

(Great Choice for Your Child)

『This bike is GREAT!!! It was a birthday gift for my 10 yr old daughter, and she loves it. It took her about an hour to get used to it and now she is zipping through the streets of the neighborhood. The shipping was good. The bike comes boxed in a plain container so you can not see what it is; in case you have to wait before giving it to the lucky person getting it. I put it togeather by myself, but if you are not that coordinated you may want to get someone to balance it for you while you work. It takes about 20 min to put togeather. Its pretty strong. Once I finished putting it togeather I rode it down the driveway, I'm about 168lbs. Do not be fooled by the size of this bike. For a kid, this thing is fast. Going slow should be stressed until they get the hang of it. Also, the basic concepts of motorcycle riding should be explained to the child before letting them go (looking through turns, keeping your head up, leaning in curves, accelerate in turns etc...).』

『Bought this bike from toys r us. Came in the mail. Easy to put together, charged it up and away my 9 year old daughter went. It says it's for 16 year olds, but it's really 7 to 9 years of age. Drove well for a while then it stoped. Waited a few minutes and it started again, thinking maybe it overheated or something. Then it stopped again and all you hear is a clicking sound coming from the control box. Sooo there it sits, in my garage. Click click click. Lasted 2 months of daily use in our yard. Can't take it back to the store cause thats what the box says, and it's too big and P In the A to try and ship back. Boooooo.』

『My 10 year old nephew (a big kid) got this for his Birthday/Christmas present. The bike arrived quickly and with no damage. Assembly was simple with the enclosed tools. Quite a value for the money spent! New owners should be aware that the instructions state: "Do not store in freezing or below freezing temperatures! Freezing temperatures will permanently damage the battery." This is not mentioned on the web or in advertising and I assume it applies to any Razor product with sealed lead acid batteries! This can change your parking/charging plans! Caution should be used in washing--the motor has open cooling ports. The bike is fast enough for a kid to get hurt, so owners should invest in a quality helmet and insist on its use. Hitting a fixed object (tree/sign/someone/ whatever)at 25 ft/sec could really hurt. The brakes should be checked regularly as the pads wear and lose stopping power. (Extra pads can be ordered but instructions in their installation are lacking). Young riders should be instructed in motorcycle riding technique (use "balanced" braking or slightly more back than front brake, slow down in loose gravel/sand/wet leaves--this would be a welcome addition to the Razor instructions). All in all, a great product.』

『I bought this rebounder for the purpose it was inteded. I use it daily for about 1/2 hour and I have lost the few lbs. I have not been able to do. You do not need to use it for hours a day a little goes a long way.
I enjoy this very sturdy item, it is fun and my dog even loves to sit on my lap when I do the seated exercises.

About the smell, you would smell to if you were stuck in a box for a few months waiting to be bought and let out. That is no reson to give a one * rating, take it ouside and air it out. Mine did not smell.

It is not their fault that you were silly enough to put black rubber on your white carpet, that is just dumb.

About you hurting your neck, what does that have to do with the item? I have had two neck surgeries and I have no problem but if you do it is not their fault but your body. If it is too jarring you are doing it wrong.

If the DVD doesn't work it has nothing to do with the item, the review is for the item, you just tore down the item. If the DVD doesn't work then say so but rate the item on it's own merits.

No where does it say it comes with a carrying case? That is an accessory.

If you overdue it and exercise too much you will hurt, but that has nothing to so with the product but your own overuse. It tells you to go slowly.

Women please use a good bra when using this, if you are large busted like I am you didn't just get that way you always knew if you jump it will hurt, so don't give poor reviews for something that is not the fault of the product.

I did not mean to offend anyone here. I am just upset that people review items for the wrong reason. It should be if the product works or not, not that it smells or your back hurts or little Johnny is jumping on it all day.

I am sorry that they will not send it overseas and I applaud your family memebers for serving our country, God bless them, but sending things overseas often gets lost and then the company would have to deal with that.
I do not send things overseas for that reason, it is just their policy. A negative for the product was not fair.

If used properly and sensibly not to hurt yourself this porduct is safe and healthy.
Remember also that this company makes thousands and some are bound to arrive broken that comes with the territory. If you so not like the company or the service there is a place to complain about that in another section and you should do it, I read those reviews also.

『Actually, this is probably pretty early in the game to be reviewing since I've only used it twice, but...am very satisfied w/quality so far. Was very nervous since there seems to be some crummy cheap trampolines out there, and I didn't want to buy a fancy expensive one. This one is sturdy and perfect for my needs. Am doing rehab on an ACL reconstruction, and this was a piece of equipement I enjoyed and could actually afford to own! For some reason the workout CD does not work w/my dvd player- "cannot read this disc" I will write another review if the trampoline breaks or fails me within the year!』

『I bought this trampoline this morning at Sports Authority. I have had a Bodyflex mini trampoline for 3 years, but it always felt uncomfortable when jumping (I would only last for 2 minutes before giving up), so I let the kids have it. I decided to try the Urban Rebounder because it is advertised as having larger and stronger springs. I felt the difference immediately. Jumping on this trampoline makes me feel light and springy. It is fun and sturdy to boot (I weigh over 200 pounds-but not for long). I worked up quite a sweat on the First Timers 15 minute work out, which felt really good.I definitely felt the burn in my calves and thighs, and effectively hit my target heart rate.I look forward to doing the full-length workouts starting tomorrow.

I have read some reviews of users complaining about breast discomfort due to bouncing. It is no fault of the product. Simple jogging or jumping jacks would render the same caomplaint. As with any exercise that involves plyometrics (jumping) or rigorous movement, a good support bra is in order--or you may have to wear 2 bras or a snug lycra tank over a bra for compression and added support. I am a 42DD, so I know the importance of good support. ;-)

The product comes assembled (except for the balance bar, which snaps together in a minute or two) and is easy to set up (especially when one follows the instructions). I plan to use it regularly, so I just folded the legs down and leaned it against the wall next to my treadmill. It would also easily slide under a bed.

I am quite satisfied with my purchase, thus far.』

『I ordered this because the rebounder I had is too big for the room, so much so that I never use it. I found this one, and since it folds I thought I would like it better. Well, its legs fold up which was enough for me to store it in a closet when not in use, so I don't even bother to fold the rebounder down. Besides it recommends two people to fold it safely.
The mat and springs were much better quality than the other one I own, and the bounce experience is much better and more professional, higher tension and more rebound than on my old one. For the price, this is a great product!』
