I bought the first one in 1989 and it lasted until about 3 or 4 years ago, when it just started coming apart (normally, I destroy a watch in about 6 months, so 15 - 16 years was AWESOME. I never even changed the battery!)
So I bought this watch thinking that I would have the same result. That wasn't the case. The band just broke, which isn't surprising because it's only about 16mm's wide where it connects to the watch. I would say that it's a design flaw. The band is really wide, except where it connects to the watch. Kind of dumb? I also wore this while at the beach and I found that the sand get's into the buttons and kind of screws them up, until you get the sand out. But it was cheap, so I bought it. My son has a G-shock jr that's looks just like it.
Would I buy this watch again? No. Would I buy another G-Shock? Yes. I would only buy G-Shocks. The rest just don't hold up.

(Good watch for the price) 『This is my second DW9052. The first flew out of my tank bag while I was riding to work. It's probably still keeping good time on the side of the highway. I mainly use this watch as a backup for my solar GW800 so it doesn't see daily use. I've worn it to the gym and in the shower off and on for two years and it still works fine. It's still on the original battery. The DW9052 has all the basic features I need, stopwatch, 24-hour time, alarm, day, date, and light, and I like the large and sturdy appearance. It looks like it could survive being run over by a truck. I think it's a good watch at a good price. I was concerned with reviews about inconsistent manufacturing quality of DW9052s and premature death. So far I've had no quality issues with Casio products. This watch has been rock solid. I haven't tried running over it with my pickup but I expect it'd survive.
Issues: The only reason I wouldn't give this watch 5 stars is that I've read other reviews stating that changing g-shock batteries will destroy the waterproof seals, and that getting replacement bands can be difficult or impossible. I haven't had to change a battery or band yet so can't comment on that. The manual says the battery life is two years, which makes this a disposable watch if it's really no longer waterproof after battery replacement. These days, there are a number of high-tech materials and designs available to keep you warm during the coldest outings. Here's a short list of things to keep in mind when you're shopping for a bag:
Buy for Cold It's a safe bet that on at least one of your adventures, the nighttime temperature will drop unexpectedly. That's why it's smart to buy a bag that's rated for the lowest possible temperature you expect to face on your camping and backpacking trips. For summer trips, a bag rated at +35 degrees or higher will likely do the trick. If you like to camp in higher elevations in the summer, or if spring and fall outings are in your future, consider bags rated from +10 to +35. Winter adventurers should look for bags in the -10 to +10 range, while those on serious winter alpine climbs and expeditions will want a bag rated lower than -10.
Keep in mind that sleeping bag manufacturers' temperature ratings only estimate the minimum temperature at which the bag will provide warmth. Take these numbers with a grain of salt, as different folks generate different amounts of heat when they sleep. If you're the type who likes to pile on the covers even on warmer nights, go for a bag that's rated ten degrees colder. (Yes, the Achilles heel of down is that it loses all insulating properties when wet.) If your trips take you to wet climates, you may want to consider a synthetic bag for this reason alone. Keep in mind, too, that many people are allergic to down--synthetic bags are non-allergenic. Finally, down is considerably more expensive than synthetic, which might tip the balance for adventurers on a budget.
Bags for All Shapes Sleeping bags come in two basic shapes that reflect their intended use. Mummy-shaped bags offer the best warmth because they conform to the body's contours. This minimizes the amount of body heat the body must put out to maintain a constant temperature. Many mummy bags are offered in women-specific shapes and sizes, as well. Rectangular bags, while they do offer more room to toss and turn, are less thermally efficient because they contain more open air space. Also, they are typically heavier than mummy bags, and are generally not offered with down insulation, making them best suited for car camping or short backpacking trips.

Although the product description says the helmet is a Universal Fit for adults (54-61 cm), I'd say if your head is larger than 59 cm, the helmet might be a wee bit too tight; I'd recommend that you go for the next size up.

(Excellent Bearings for the Price) 『I bought a Razor A5 Lux Scooter mainly as a short distance commuting tool and I replaced the bearings with these. I can tell an immediate improvement in the smoothness of the glide as well as an improvement in the distance traveled with a single kick. This is a must have upgrade if you buy a Razor A5 Lux.』
(I can really see a big improvement) 『I replaced the stock ABEC 5 bearings on my Razor A5 with the Bones Reds I bought on Amazon just to see if it would really make any difference. To make a long story short, they are amazing! There is virtually no rolling resistance. They are so smooth and glide much longer than the stock ABEC 5 bearings. I am replacing the bearings on all the scooters I have with Bones Reds. They are so inexpensive as well.
If you are wondering which Bones bearings to buy, buy the Bones Reds if you have no intention of spending the time to clean your bearings regularly. Cleaning Bearings does take some time, costs money, and it is messy. I think spending 12 bucks a year replacing your bearings is just more reasonable. I will probably change mine every 6 months so that I always have a fresh set. Since my Razor A5 scooter only uses 4 bearings, I will spend only 12 bucks a year. In reality, there is very little difference in performance between the Reds and the Swiss.
But if you don't mind cleaning bearings, spending a lot more money, or you compete, then buy the Bones Swiss or Ceramics. The more expensive Bearings are really for competition where every ounce of speed must be utilized.』

I was going to buy my kid bearings from my company's regular bearing supplier, but these were just as cheap, and they are very, very good--especially for the price. My son noticed an immediate improvement over his ABEC5 bearings (which were also pretty decent bearings). However, the bearing pack should really come with bearing spacers. If they did, I would have given them a five.
But even without the spacers, I can't imagine finding a better bearing for the price. At the price Amazon is selling these bearings for, this is what you would call a "bargain". In fact, I am going to buy another set for the skate-park board I am building my son for Christmas.』

We tried out different trikes in a store and this was the only one that he could pedal (the others had way too much rolling resistance for a little kid to get going). He has ridden it for a year and a half now, and we have ridden for miles and miles (probably over 100 miles total by now) down the bike trails in our area. The solid rubber tires are fantastic, much better than the hollow plastic ones on some other trikes. No parts have ever broken, in spite of hard use on our bumpy sidewalks and lots of pretend "crashes" into curbs, and we've tightened up the handlebars and seat from time to time. It is a taller trike than most (probably why it's easier to pedal) so it can be tipped over, but my son learned pretty quickly not to take sharp turns - he never had a bad fall and ALWAYS wears a helmet. He has started to ride a bicycle now, and I think having a taller trike has made it easier for him to make the transition to a two-wheeler. And wearing a helmet became a habit for him really early. DO buy a helmet that fits your kid when you get their first trike - they might seem slow and safe at first, but you'll be surprised how fast kids can get going with experience.』

Assembly was straightforward and fairly easy. Slightly "out of round" rear wheels were quickly replaced by the manufacturer's customer service department without any hassle at all. I recommend using a socket wrench (if available) in placing the handlebar since it requires a good tightening to remain aligned with the front wheel when an active boy or girl makes sharp turns.
The limited steering radius is a great safety feature, but it prohibits the use of the trike inside small apartments. Note that the recommended weight limit is 50 lbs. for the seat!

(Small and compact, but keeps the valuables dry.) 『Took it on a trip down the Potomac River, placed in swimsuit pocket. We started on tubes, but were knocked overboard in the rapids. Swam for a while, completely submerging the wallet. After four hours money and driver's license within were completely dry; not even the slightest bit of water or condensation within.

It took me a long time to open it the first time. It has gotten easier with use, but I am afraid that it will break at some point. There is no "give" to it. Very odd. Other than that, I am pleased that it is BPA-free and the color is cheery.』
(Great product) 『Very glad I bought this bottle. I needed a water bottle for the gym that would actually fit in the equipment. Its BPA free and the water never gets that funny taste, even if you leave it in your car for a few days. The easy open cap is very nice.』
(Good replacement for disposable water bottles) 『We've been trying out bottles, looking for a suitable replacement for disposable water bottles. This one was the answer. Our entire family of 6 has now switched to using these. The wide open allows for ice to be easily added, but the top has a standard size open so that drinking is similar to the disposable bottles. The only issue has been that they will leak around the screw-on top if it is not tighted down hard.』
(Doesn't leak and works great) 『I had bought my husband and I Sigg bottles to use before getting these Nalgene ones, but the Sigg ones had a metallic taste that we just couldn't get over. I bought us each one of these BPA-free Nalgene bottles, and we've been really happy with them.
When you flip up the cap, it is easy to drink from the bottle; the lid opening is the perfect size. Just be sure to press the cap down firmly when you're done drinking from it; I've made the mistake a few times of not pressing firmly enough, and have had some leakages. If the cap is pressed into place, though, the bottle will not leak.
The bottle opening is also wide enough to fill it with ice directly from the icemaker on our freezer door. Both the cap and the bottle itself are also top-rack dishwasher safe, which is a great feature.
The only other downside is that putting ice in here will make condensation appear, so I keep mine inside a Ziploc bag in my work bag so moisture doesn't get all over my work papers. Most bottles create this kind of condensation, though, so it's not too big of a worry to me and I didn't mark the bottle off for this.
