(Addicted to Zane books!)
This is not a Zane anthology. This is a novel (a story with a beginning, middle, and end).
The Story was a lil Unrealistic it was not a horrible book but the ending does not seem realistic.
I'VE NEVER REALLY BEEN INTO ZANE'S BOOK CAUSE THERE USUALLY NOVELLAS, BUT THIS ONE WAS GREAT. WITH EVERY CHAPTER READ I JUST COULDN'T PUT IT DOWN. AT THEN END YOU ARE SHOCKED BY THE OUTCOME JON EXPERIENCES.
Nervous was an AWESOME novel. It captured my attention immediately. The author is AWESOME and I look forward to reading more of her books.
This was the very first book I read by Zane and I loved it! I am on my 3rd Zane book now and I haven't been disappointed yet. This book is really great in describing someone with MPD. I have only read the text book version of the disorder but this book puts it into perspective. Great page turner.

"Zane's legion of fans can't get enough of her way of telling a juicy, sexy story. Now, the New York Times bestselling queen of erotica brings us a tale of a woman with a split personality -- one highly sexed and one sexually repressed. Jonquinette Pierce has always been nervous when it comes to men. She took a job dealing with mostly women so she could avoid men. She goes to work and comes straight home during the week, but on the weekends her other self, Jude, takes over and goes on intense sexual escapades. Jonquinette recognizes that her alter ego is a problem and seeks to resolve it with the help of Dr. Marcella Spencer, the psychiatrist Zane originated in her bestselling novel Addicted. Jude's response is to get angry and go on a sexual rampage. In the meantime, Jonquinette becomes interested in her new neighbor, Mason, after having a conversation with him at a mutual friend's wedding. Jude has no intention of letting Jonquinette fall in love and find happiness at her expense. Jude is having way too much fun using the body she shares with Jonquinette. This ""two faces of Eve"" scenario is a fun fantasy for women who have imagined their own alter ego behaving badly in a sexual way. But for the leading lady of Nervous, this is a nightmare. Based on a short story of the same title from her bestselling collection, The Sex Chronicles, Nervous is classic Zane with an edge. So, relax, sit back. You're in for a nerve-tingling read. "

(Soft Core)

(Luis Royo and the female body.)

(Not at all what I expected)

(another erotic masterpiece)

(Excellent art book for the seasoned Royo fan.)
Even better than the first two in the series, not as much story, but Royo explains that off the bat. Very cool, and very prohibited.
Luis Royo is a gifted artist. He draws the sexiest picture of women that you'll ever see. His erotic imagery of women having sex with monster is a little disturbing, but what isn't in our society? His women are so realistic and life-like you can't help but be pulled into Luis Royo's twisted world of sex and art. This guy probably gets laid all the time....or never.
Although I am very much a fan of Royo's work, I was very dissapointed with this book. I guess it's my own fault for not reading enough about it before buying. I loved the cover illustration, but sadly, the contents were not as good. Most of the illustrations in this book are black and white, or nearly monochramatic, and small. The text I found had little to add to the illustrations. The pictures themselves start at tastefully erotic, but turn to very graphic sex acts by the end. Definitely not for kids, or the faint of heart. I found the most artfully rendered image to be the cover, and I didn't feel it was worth the money. If you're looking for a book of full color paintings of Royo's best erotic work, this is NOT the one to get.
Luis did it again! He is hands-down the master in creating a fantasy realm in which the women are utterly flawless, yet not airbrushed centerfold types of the girl next door. There is a sort of luring eroticism in the darkness of his images, many of the women being pierced and tatooed, many whose eyes tell of a tormented past yet reveal inward strength and unparalled beauty. What is it about these women that lure cyborgs, monsters and demons to make love to them, and what is it about these creatures that the women can't resist? In a nutshell, Royo's worlds are an enticing escape from our reality--this latest work is no exception--you will in fact find it hard to escape his world and close the book once you have opened it.
I gave this book 5 stars for many reasons. The main reason is that Royo does not bend his creative mind to sell books. He paints his passion regardless of what is currently "trendy" in the fantasy art realms. His style continues to season and I am always stunned to see the beauty that he captures in the sadness of his subjects. This book is not for everyone however. It contains strong sexual context that may not be suitable for all adults and certainly not to be left around for children to pick up. It IS a book that will be loved by fans of Royo, who have followed his work over the years and can appreciate the explicit nature of his artistic expression. If you are new to Royo, see some of his earlier work for less aggression, you won't be disappointed...then move back to Prohibited to see where this artist has traveled in his artistic minds eye. I have never been disappointed with a Royo release, and this is not an exception. Beautiful!

(This series and this author have just gone on my auto-buy list)

(Not as good as her ebooks.)

(A Disapointment)

(478 Pages Not Enough...)

(Way too long)
Caine Allen is a Texas Ranger and a member of Hell's Eight, a group of rough men who have fought and killed their way to a reputation of being ruthless, fearless, and ambitious. When Caine and his friends are sent after a group of kidnapped women, Caine is almost disappointed at how stupid the kidnappers are. They haven't managed to cover their tracks very well and the women can be heard screaming from a distance. It's going to be his pleasure to put these idiots out of their misery. But when Caine gets closer to their camp, one of the women catches his eye. With long blond hair and big blue eyes, she stands one to one against her captors with nothing but grit and determination to protect her--and she puts a pretty big fight.

Caine soon learns that this woman is name Desi, and she's the one he's specifically been sent to retrieve. The other women in the party are jealous of her, calling her scandalous names and implying that she has a way of tempting men that is unholy. And Desi doesn't defend herself against their accusations. What she does do is run. Repeatedly. She tells Caine that if he takes her back to her people, she'll die there, and the look in her eyes lets him know that she means it. When Caine gets back to town and sees the untrustworthy guardian she's been assigned and how his hands clench when he looks at Desi, and the guardian's friends who all look at Desi with lust in their eyes, he knows he can't leave her there. Making good on the promise to take care of her, Caine takes Desi back to Hell's Eight with him, where he can protect her and know that she's safe. And the only way to get away with it is to make her his wife.

Caine's Reckoning, Sarah McCarty, and the Hell's Eight books have just gone on my auto-buy list. This book was so good! To begin with Caine, I couldn't think of a better hero. He's alpha, protective, dependable, and hot hot hot! From the minute he decides that Desi's going to be his, that's the end of it. And when he learns the treatment that she suffered at the hands of her guardian and his cronies, the second thing on his list of things to do becomes to avenge her honor. But first he's got to take care of his woman and let her know that she's safe. And boy, does he.

If you've got a problem with damaged heroines, this is certainly not the book for you. Desi is broken by the time Caine gets to her, though she's still got a lot of fight left. It's just she's had to endure a harsh life--her parents were killed, her sister is missing, and she's been used and abused for so long she doesn't believe that she actually deserves to be treated gently. Even though Caine and his friends do nothing to rile her, everything to show her that she's safe with them and that they'll protect her, the past abuse colors her judgment from the start.

I know a lot of people think this book is too long, but because of Desi's past, I felt every bit of it was necessary. The thoughtful, careful descriptions of how Caine breaks down the walls she's erected, the tender, gentle way that he cares for her and gains her trust, and the time and care he takes to show her that what happened to her wasn't her fault and that he is not going to let her past affect their future, were absolutely integral to the plot and I wouldn't have had it any other way. This book was so so good that if I hadn't finished it at midnight I probably would have gone out right then and bought the next book in the series, Sam's Creed (Hell's Eight). I'm DYING to know what happens next in this series, and can't wait to get my hands on some of McCarty's other books. If you like erotic romance that doesn't shy away from harsher topics, if you like your heroes alpha, and if you're wondering where all the good western romances have gone, Caine's Reckoning has got you covered on all fronts.

I am a big Sarah McCarty fan and I have all of her Promise Series books. I was exitedly looking forward to her books with the new publisher but I fear that the editors that work for Harlequin messed with something that wasn't broke. The ebooks under this author with Ellora's Cave are fantastic. They are easy reads and the stories flow, allowing your mind to envision yourself right in the old west. In Cain's Reckoning the storyline is sound the characters are well developed and you feel that you can get to love them but in the love scenes it's like Harlequin didn't want it to be too erotic. The scene will be rolling along and then just cut off leaving you wondering what the hell happened. On several occasions I had to go back and re-read a section to get a clear picture of what was going on in the scene. They chopped it up and edited it to within an inch of its life, so much so that it's disjointed like a dvd that skips and starts at another place further along. I feel that the editor of this book cut out a lot of vital imagery that would have made the story rock. I think Sarah McCarty made a huge mistake when she contracted with Harlequin because their spice line is much too prim for her stories and they ruin what could have been a novel on the level of her Promise Series books.
I devoured Sarah's past books within hours and enjoyed each one in her Promise series but sadly she's had to cut some of the "steam" you'd witness in her other novels in my opinion. Sadly the retail book world is not ready for an electrifying author like Sarah and you can see as such in this book and the editing of the love scenes.

Sadly this one is a bit lacking. I adore the author with a passion but I hope this novel doesn't set the scene for upcoming novels by Spice!

A fine author that's resorting to editing her passionate nation for a wholesale book line!

I agree with the other reviewers that mentioned the book was too long as well. I wouldn't have minded if it was as good as the Promise series but it was seriously grating on my nerves towards the end and I had grind myself towards the disappointing finish.

Stick with E-books Sarah! I'd love it much more!

Anyone with me?

Alpha male meets alpha female and the sparks fly!

You needn't like westerns to love this book. Caine is the epitome of 'alpha-hunk'-a man of passion, compassion, warmth, depth, understanding&humor.

Desi is fearless, many times to her detriment. Her will&stubborness, combined with Caine's personality, make for an often laugh-out-loud-humorous read.

Absorbing plot, witty dialogue, adventure, continuous sexual tension&blazing hot sex. ***Contains bondage, anal sex, spanking.
First in Hell's Eight Series. #2=Sam's Creed 7-1-8 release date.

The length of a novel wouldn't bother if I am hooked on the story, however, this wasn't the case. The details of each day became ponderous. About 250 pages in, I realized the characters were only in day two or three-they met in the first few pages-and they hadn't done anything interesting. I actually would skip two or three pages at a time and realize I didn't miss a thing.

Desi's character, while I can sympathize to an extent with her, got on my nerves by the end of the book when she still had the same 'issues' with Caine. Personally, even without her personal problems, I didn't see anything lovable about her. What did Caine see in her?

While the love scenes were hot, they certainly didn't make me blush. I bought this book based on the rave reviews, however, I was not impressed.

The Hell's Eight is the only family he's ever needed, until he meets the only woman he's ever wanted…

Caine Allen is a hardened Texas Ranger, definitely not the marrying kind. But when he rescues a kidnapped woman and returns her to town, the preacher calls in a favor. One Caine's honor won't let him refuse.

From the moment he beds Desi, Caine knows turmoil will follow. Desi might have the face of a temptress, but she also has a will of iron and while she needs his protection, she's determined that no man will control her again. They establish an uneasy bond, but it isn't enough for Caine. He wants all Desi has to offer. He wants her screams, her moans, her demands…everything. Yet there's still a bounty on Desi's head, and keeping her sexually satisfied is proving easier than keeping her alive.

(5 blue ribbons from Romance Junkies)

(Lost But Not Forgotten)

(Suspenseful romance with plenty of steam!)
Alexis `Allie' Knight's life has been forever altered and she has no idea what happened or why. She's spent the past year recovering physically and mentally from a trauma she suffered while working as a documentarian for a pharmaceutical company in the Amazon. Somehow she managed to escape the fire that engulfed the compound where she was staying and was found by a tribe who cared for her until she regained enough of her memory to return home. Only the home and life she remembers have undergone some major changes which she's going to find hard to accept - and all of them seem to involve her friend, Jake.

Jake O'Malley may have once been a shy, four-eyed bookworm but he's definitely changed a lot since Allie last saw him. Jake has been in love with her for years but she'd never seen him as anything more than a friend. Since her disappearance a year ago, he'd spent a lot of time with Allie's mother waiting for word from Allie - up until two weeks ago when Mabel passed away. Now he's the proud owner of Allie's childhood home and he's making changes that are just as titillating as they are shocking.

Jake had given up hope of ever seeing Allie again so coming home and finding her handcuffed to his bed is a dream come true. The only trouble is instead of her expression being desirous, she's spitting mad and their friend Johnny Cane, one of Arizona's finest, is a direct recipient of all her ire. He'd grown up with Allie and is well aware of her temper. For her safety as well as his own, he's restrained her in order to relay the news that the house she's entered no longer belongs to her mother. Not only has Allie lost a year of her life to amnesia, but she missed her last opportunities to be with her mother. Everything Allie's known and loved is gone or no longer belongs to her. Allie isn't going to take Jake's possession of her mother's house lightly and Jake isn't going to give it up without a fight. Together they may just find a way past the grief of losing a woman they loved but it's going to take some self discovery and a sexual awareness that will bring them together - just like Jake dreamed. Hopefully they can discover what really happened in the Amazon and the identity of who is trying to kill Allie before it's too late.

Mackenzie McKade's LOST BUT NOT FORGOTTEN takes readers on an emotional journey along with the characters. Allie's turmoil over her memory loss, mother's death and current circumstances really pull at your heartstrings. I couldn't help but like Jake. His love for Allie shines through the pages just as strongly as his determination to not allow her headstrong personality to set the tone for their relationship. LOST BUT NOT FORGOTTEN contains a combination of memorable characters, hot BDSM scenes and enough suspense to keep you engrossed in the story until the very end.

Chrissy Dionne (courtesy of Romance Junkies)

Alison Grant had been doing research for a pharmaceutical company deep in the Amazon before literally vanishing off the face of the earth. No one was certain if she was alive or dead. Jake O'Malley had missed his high school friend every day she had been gone those long four years, and his first conversation with her after coming home had to be that her mother had died while she was gone. He landed her another blow when he told her that he now owned her mothers house. Jake couldn't just let it be auctioned, so he sunk his last penny into buying it because he couldn't imagine Allie living anywhere else. He loved her, even after all this time, he simply loved her.

Alison didn't disappear, she was injured on the research expedition in which she now knew important data had been stolen, and while she was dealing with amnesia, she was suspected of stealing the research. She didn't know what to do, but agreed to stay with Jake until she could make some decisions. When the first phone call came in as a hang up, she brushed it off as a prank, but when they continued, she got a little nervous. Allie was also trying to brush off her growing feelings for Jake. They could barely keep their hands to themselves, and when they could stand it no longer gave into the lust that was out of control. Allie was surprised to learn of Jake's darker dominant sexual tastes, but found herself craving things she never dreamed of.

When Allie is shot, Jake vows to protect her, and find out what is going on. He has a sickening feeling that she is the target. The strange phone calls were coming in more frequently, and the police became involved when the caller finally became bold enough to tell her she was a dead woman. There was no doubt now that she was in danger.

Jake and Allie make such a terrific pair! He has loved her most of his life, and has been waiting for her to come back to him. Allie is a strong woman, but has been pushed beyond her limits, and welcomes Jake's help. Their friendship is evident, and seeing the relationship evolve is heartwarming. Plenty of very sexy and erotic scenes throughout this story. Characters are well developed, and cleverly written.

Jake had always dreamed of having Alexis Knight handcuffed to his bed, but finding the long-lost Allie in just this state when he returned home took him completely off guard. But hanky panky is the last thing on either of their mind at the moment. Allie has just regained partial memory after having amnesia for the last year, and Jake knows he must be the one to deliver some devastating news to his life-long friend and crush.

Allie has been lost for so long, and she needs more than anything to come home to something familiar. What she finds instead is that her entire world has changed, nothing is as she left it, and even her childhood friend Jake has changed in ways she never dreamed of... Surely Jake didn't look this hot before? He certainly never managed to aggravate her as much then as he does now. Worse, he seems to take a certain delight in doing so. And her quiet friend Jake wasn't this dominant - was he???

A few near accidents almost take Allie's life, and suddenly they don't look quite so much like accidents anymore. It becomes ever more evident that someone has made Allie a target, and if Jake can't protect her, he will lose her forever.

Mackenzie McKade has a reputation for the ability to make readers feel everything her characters feel. Her newest release, Lost But Not Forgotten, is a prime example of this talent! McKade ran us through the gamut of emotions in this book: fear, love, desire, pain, and more. With everything that happened to these characters, my emotions were right along with them every step of the way. Truly, it is the kind of writing that makes you forget these are fictional characters instead of friends, even if just for a short time.

The character of Alexis `Allie' Knight absolutely broke my heart. What she has been through for the last year, with only the hope of coming home to sustain her, and what she finds when she returns is just heart wrenching. If she had not come home to find her best friend Jake there to stand by her in this time of her greatest need, I am not sure how she would have coped. Although she is a strong, independent woman, the trials this woman has suffered are enough to thrust anyone past their breaking point. Dependable, trustworthy Jake proves the perfect salve to her wounded soul.

Jake is probably one of the most stand-up heroes you will find in a romance novel who never comes across as unrealistic. Jake seems real. He seems possible. I find myself hoping against hope that I will meet a man like Jake who can slip easily into his role as my best friend and lover just as Jake did for Allie. But this good guy is no pushover - in fact he is an oh-so-sexy Dominant who knows what he wants and exactly what his lover needs in the bedroom, and he is more than ready to prove it to Allie.

There were enough small clues in the suspense plot that I was able to deduce the identity of the villain in this story, although the motivation behind the culprit's dastardly actions were definitely a surprise when the big reveal came. Still, figuring out who the villain was early did not detract in the slightest from the excitement at the end of the story when everything culminated in a very exciting action scene.

Lost But Not Forgotten is a must read for anyone who enjoys tension ridden suspense plots and explosive love scenes in their romance novels! I've read it twice already and know that I will enjoy it again and again through the years.

He found her handcuffed to his bed. Can they unchain her memories in time to save her life? When pharmaceutical researcher Alexis Knight returns home from the Amazon jungle in a quest to reclaim the year of her life lost to amnesia, she discovers a host of changes have taken place in her absence. Not only has the shy, geeky boy she knew years ago transformed into a virile, confident hunk, he's bought her family home and is in the process of turning her late mother's bedroom into a den of iniquity. When Jake O'Malley finds spitfire Allie handcuffed to his bed, accused of breaking and entering, his first thought is that his dreams have been served up to him on a platter. Then he realizes she's not acting when she says she doesn't remember the past year, nor her own mother's death. As Jake eases Allie past her grief, her journey to reclaim her memories entwines with an exploration into the world of BDSM. Just as their psychological duel to dominate heats up, they make another, more chilling discovery. There's a reason Allie lost her memory-someone wants her dead. Warnings: This book has a to-die-for, want-him-to-take-me-home-and-sex-me-up hero. Hero has hot, kinky, explicit sex with the heroine, which may induce jealousy. Spanking and light bondage are involved so have a cold beverage, a fan and a significant other nearby.

(Reconciling sexuality not an easy task.)

(Ambivalence)

(Capital Games- A Joyfully Recommended Title)

(Sexy and intelligent-)

(Capital Games by G.A. Hauser)
Following his resignation from the police force (and subsequent end of a relationship with a foxy female attorney), Steve Miller put his social life on "hold" as he competed for a promotion at a prestigious advertising agency. At a "team building retreat" in the New Mexico desert, Steve is teamed with his main competition at the firm, a charismatic and handsome Brit named Marc, and both men are very surprised by the turn of events when a night stranded in the desert turns into the most satisfying sexual experience either has ever had. Neither man had considered himself gay or bisexual, with macho Steve's past dating history and Marc's current engagement to be married. When it happens again (and again), with even more intense feelings, Steve is reconciled to the fact that he is indeed in love with Marc, but Marc - unwilling to confront his family, friends and fiancé - continues with his wedding plans, much to Steve's chagrin. It's a dilemma both men are agonizing over, with family and friends trying to help them make the right decision.

As usual, G. A. Hauser spins a realistic and engaging romantic tale, with just the right amount of erotic content that never gets in the way of the story she is trying to tell. There's a cute wink-wink to her devoted readers, when one of the characters, in trying to reconcile his gay leanings, picks up a gay romance novel called "The Kiss" ... one of hers, of course! My one "nitpick" here is that the title is a bit misleading, as one expects a story based in Washington DC or at least within the financial industry, but that doesn't merit any reduction of the rating, which is five stars out of five.

This book is about ambivalence of several kinds: over the sexuality of the two protagonists (straight or gay), and over their feelings for each other. Steve and Mark have each been the protagonist in two previous works by this author, in each case the guy found a hot lady to fall in love with, so they both (and everyone else) thought they were straight. Steve's relationship with his girlfriend had already devolved into a friendship without sex, but Mark, who lived with a beautiful gay roommate (in love with Mark) with whom he did NOT have sex, was engaged to and close to marrying his fiancee, Sharon. While Steve never had any difficulty resolving sexual orientation once he realized what he felt for Mark, Mark was on the verge of marriage to someone he'd once loved and had lots of ambivalence over what he should do about it in light of his exploding interest in Steve.

The two were competitors for an extremely valuable account for their advertising firm and hated each other instinctively because of the competition. Then they fell head over heels in love with each other and each had, at least early on, to fight strong ambivalence over their competing needs: to win the account (job) or to win the honey (love and steamy sex). More ambivalence.

It's a good book and I recommend it, but I can only give it four stars instead of five because I basically became disgusted with Mark well before the end of the story. I liked Steve and generally believe that he did what he had to do, except I wasn't sure why he went to the wedding after he'd realized he was being played. He was glad he did, but I didn't believe that Mark was brave enough or strong enough to do what he did at the end of the book, even though the author wrote his actions into the plotline. Enjoy; maybe you will have a different reaction to Mark than I did.

YES! Anger, frustration, jealousy, and passion all happened between two ad executives competing for the same high dollar account. Steve Miller is currently one of the top salesmen at his company, when newcomer Mark Richfield is hired and lands a huge account within days of employment. Steve expected the advertising world to be less dangerous than his stint as a Los Angeles police officer, but corporate politics seem to be taking over both his personal and professional life with the all likelihood of breaking his heart in the process. Mark is polished, sexy, charismatic, British and everything Steve admires in a man.

When top management and company executives are required to attend a team building retreat, the sparks, arguments, tension, and sexual desires all explode when Steve and Mark are on their own in the middle of the desert. In Capital Games, I found both Steve and Mark to be men I liked. Steve was upfront and honest about his feelings, though easy to anger. Mark, as sexy as he was, drove me nuts with his desire to please the people in his life, from his family to his fiancé. And see, that one little problem word: fiancé? Can Steve convince Mark to become a permanent fixture in Steve's life and cancel the wedding?

I enjoyed watching the relationship unfold and especially the sexual attraction between the two men and the games they played! HOT! Humorous note: look for mention of the book The Kiss, also by G.A. Hauser. The reference was tied to the plot of the story and was fun to see Steve pick it up for his reading pleasure. Capital Games for me is a Joyfully Recommended Read!!!!

If you follow this author's novels you'll recognize some faces! Mark is from A Question of Sex, and Steve is from Miller's Tale. Two hot handsome men competing for the same high-powered job literally battle in the desert in New Mexico during a business retreat. The love/hate relationship is both hilarious and intense. Great surprise ending too.
G.A. Hauser has to have a kink for English brat... and if she continues at writing so beautiful stories she will manage to pass me her kink!

Steve is a young executive at an advertising firm. He is a very successful man and till now he has had not interest in men (even if he has fantasized about a porn actor who performed in gay film when he was still a teen). Instead he is still mourning on his former girlfriend, a beautiful and strong-head Afro-American woman, who has dumped him with no apparent reason. And now the new guy on the firm, an handsome Brit block, charming and outspoken, apparently is on the good way to stole him an important contract he has worked so hard to obtain.

Mark has spent all his life to claim to all the world he is not gay. Too handsome for his own good, first his abusive father has tried to take off him the "queerness", then during the college he has avoided the advance of his gay roommate, and best friend, and then during his first work, he was obliged to quit cause all the innuendo from the colleagues about him gay. And now he is about to marrying a girl he no more loves, and maybe he has never loved, only cause it seems to complicate to stop the flow.

But when Steve and Mark meet, better crash, the sparks fly and the sex seems inevitable, and when happens is so good! Steve and Mark are two young stud in heat. It seems impossible not to touch, and then they work good as a team and so neither at work it will be a problem if they are a couple. Steve wants Mark and wants him in his life forever, but Mark is too bound to duty and even if he craves Steve's touch, everytime he tries to quit with his fiance, the courage seems to lack.

Steve and Mark are very intensive characters: they fight, they fuck, they love and they cry, but I have never had of them a feminine perception, they are all male and very sexy. I don't know if they are the female fantasy of how we women want to imagine two male in love, but I like them very much. Steve is in love and Steve has no problem to say it aloud; Steve lusts for Mark and Steve has Mark where he wants and when he wants. Mark is in love with Steve, but he is not the perfect man who can, without second thoughts, drop everything and embrace his new "gay" future. They fight and Mark seduces Steve not with words but with his body, because he loves and he aches to be far from Steve.

Capital Games is a novel who has aroused and satisfied me.

P.S. The cover doesn't suit the book, both Steve and Mark are more handsome of the guy on it.

Let the games begin... Former Los Angeles Police officer Steve Miller has gone from walking a beat in the City of Angels to joining the rat race as an advertising executive. He knows how cut-throat the industry can be, so when his boss tells him that he's in direct competition with a newcomer from across the pond for a coveted account, he's not surprised...then he meets Mark Richfield.

Born with a silver spoon in his mouth and fashion-model good looks, Mark is used to getting what he wants. About to be married, Mark has just nailed the job of his dreams. If the determined Brit could just steal the firm's biggest account right out from under Steve Miller, his life would be perfect.

When their boss sends them together to the Arizona desert for a team-building retreat the tension between the two dynamic men escalates until in the heat of the moment their uncontrollable passion leads them to a sexual experience that neither can forget.

Will Mark deny his feelings and follow through with marriage to a women he no longer wants, or will he realize in time that in the game of love, sometimes you have to let go and lose yourself in order to really win.

(Loved it)

(A five-star review for a five-star book.)

(Best anthology ever from this publisher...)

(Feeling hot hot hot)
Wow, this was the first in my books I began reading. Once again loved it. The passion, and feelings totally made me addicted to others like this. Since I've been with my first girlfriend for 6 and 1/2 years I'm totally addicted to knowing when it happens to others. Love it and will look for more.

Great Buy

Hot, hot, hot action in this book! It's really amazing how they keep the suspense, the seduction and the erotica flowing. I loved every single story and thought the writing was good, too. In effect: I can't say enough about this book but this--buy it!! I also liked The Other Woman: A Story of Ménage à Trois for the erotica as well.
