Usually ships in 24 hours customer 's review (A great read with surprising twists) I just finished reading Irish author John Joyce's "Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow." I found the book a great read with surprising twists --- a real delight to a publisher who, after reviewing many thousands of manuscripts, thought he couldn't be misled by a plot twist. The third book in "The Virtual Trilogy," it's one part science fiction, two parts espionage, and a solid four parts action. The book's pace is excellent, the characters believable, and the underlying themes of global industrial espionage, trust, and betrayal are timely and gripping, though American readers will occasionally need to work around the linguistic differences between home and the Motherland. But I found this a small thing compared to Joyce's excellent descriptions of the Japanese and European corporate environments. Lives ruined by money and lies ... passions driving single-minded obsession ... the timeless need for love ... and the birth of a new intelligence. Whether you are a fan of Anne McCaffery's "The Ship Who Sang" or James Patterson's "3rd Degree," you'll find this book enjoyable and a recommended read. Yesterday, Today and Tomorrowis the climax of John Joyce's 'Virtual Trilogy' of cyberthrillers following the quest by billionaire genius Theo Gilkrensky to save his beloved wife Maria from murder by warping the fabric of time.Convinced that the research he carried out inVirtually Mariaand 'A Matter of Time' will enable him to jump back in time and save Maria from death, Theo travels to Japan and enters into a pact with his greatest enemies to obtain the computer power he needs to complete his calculations. But dark forces are massing to destroy him. Yukiko Funakoshi, the seductive assassin who blames Theo for the death of her parents recruits a gang of former terrorists to commit the ultimate act of revenge. The CIA are out to arrest him for industrial espionage. And even the faithful Minerva 3000 computer, whose artificially intelligent user-interface programme has been fashioned to look, sound and act like his late wife, is plotting against him. From the infinite horizons of cyberspace - to the depths of the human heart, the final battle forYesterday, Today and Tomorrowis about to begin.

Love Across Time is a mixture of adventure, romance, and a little science fiction. It shows that love has no bounds?not even time. There are two stories going on simultaneously, Frank and his friend, George, in the future and Sue and her friend, Rebecca, in the present. Frank buys an ancient computer and discovers he can send and receive email from the past to the previous owner, Sue. Sue becomes Frank?s email pen pal disbelieving his claim to be from her future. Love gradually unfolds between them. The girls fly to the Caribbean for a vacation where Sue is accused and framed for murder. While in jail, she meets a mysterious Native American who appears later in the story in both time frames. More adventure and troubles follow in each time. Love has bridged the gap of time, but will it tear them apart or bring them together?

(GREAT STORY ~ TOTALLY ABSORBING!)
(Worth your time)
(Virtual delight!!)
(Virtual Warrior) The third in a trilogy, VIRTUAL WARRIOR is a fresh look at what happens when a modern-day hero magically enters a virtual reality video game. In this story, Neil decides to start life anew by willingly entering the alternate world found in the game, only to find himself flung into the court intrigues and power struggle between Ardra of the Ice Fortress (who was featured in the second book, VIRTUAL DESIRE) and Someht, the High Councilor who wants her lands. Rather than concentrate on the slavery issues, like the author did in the first two books of the trilogy, this story delves deeper into social customs and rivalries, as well as gives the reader a closer look at the main bad guy in the trilogy, Someht. It also doesn't rely on back story, which is nice. Ardra makes for an interesting heroine in that she comes across as both subservient in some ways, yet strong in many others. Neil recreates himself as the pilgrim "Lien," and grows as a character (he starts off the story wanting to help no one but himself, but ends up becoming the ultimate defender of justice). He also acquires magical abilities, which are pretty interesting (though I would have liked to know how and why he ended up so gifted - that was unclear in the story). There wasn't anything "bad" with the story, by the way, other than at times I felt the political drama overshadowed the romance a little bit. Still, it was entertaining and different. Definitely a big-time fantasy of a romance.
FYI: The trilogy begins with VIRTUAL HEAVEN (the best of the three), followed by VIRTUAL DESIRE (a blah sequel), and ending with VIRTUAL WARRIOR (different from the first two books entirely - like I said, refreshing).
Let me start by saying I have NEVER read any of the Fantasy books that seem to be so popular today. I bought this book based on the excellent reviews that it received and because the story intrigued me. How would a person transport him/herself into cyberspace? What would happen to him and could he ever get back? Wondering if I could deal with lavender skies and strange sounding names, after reading the first chapter I was hooked!
Ms. Lawrence is a spellbinding story teller. Rather than repeat the story line, I will say that the pages are filled with action, adventure, fascinating characters, and a compelling, believable attraction between the two main characters, Ardra and Lien, that blooms into a beautiful romance. As the story progresses, Lien grows from a dissatisfied person escaping into the virtual world of Tolemac to a brave and competent warrior capable of protecting and standing by the equally brave and competent Ardra.
As a side note, I was intrigued by the way that the author reversed the spelling of names to create new places and characters (e.g., Tolemac = Camelot; Nilrem = Merlin; Neil = Lien; Einalem = Melanie; and the wicked Samoht = Thomas whose name made more sense after I read "Virtual Heaven") and loved the fact that Ardra's name was the same spelled backwards or forwards. For some reason, I enjoyed the device and it made me comfortable with the odd sounding names.
The world of Tolemac is beautiful and intriguing as well with its medieval surroundings and lifestyle, lavender skies, four "orbs" (moons), and exotic creatures. There was just enough difference in the landscape of this new "cyber-world" to make it believable and there were enough common features to make it comfortable.
After reading "Virtual Warrior", I sought out and bought the rest of the author's books. I've read "Virtual Heaven" and enjoyed it thoroughly, and am looking forward to reading "Virtual Desire" as soon as it arrives. While linked as a series, the stories in each of the books can stand alone. I hope that Ms. Lawrence writes more books for this series and continues the adventures in "Tolemac" for a long time to come!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 'Virtual Warrior' is the third in this series of books, which started with the seriously addictive 'Virtual Heaven' and continued with the not-so-good 'Virtual Desire'. Whilst this one, 'Virtual Warrior', is not quite as gripping or well written as the first in the series, thankfully it is better than the snorefest that was the second. In that second book, we met the insipid and annoying Ardra, and (briefly) the rather more interesting Neil. 'Virtual Warrior' is their story.
Fortunately, the character of Ardra has improved in this book. She has developed both a personality and a backbone. And Neil is just as intriguing as he ever was.
Disillusioned with his life and the world in general following the death of his mother, Neil decides to follow in the footsteps of his business partner Gwen and enter the amazing world of Tolemac, which he has glimpsed in the virtual reality game 'Tolemac Wars III'. He hopes to make a new life for himself there as a merchant, living the high life in a simpler society, with no personal commitments or incumberments to weigh him down. However, what he finds is not quite what he expected...
This book is a little slow to begin with, but picks up after a few chapters and gets more interesting. Ms Lawrence's writing is a little disjointed at times, and as an author, she doesn't always meet her burden of ensuring logic and plot continuity to my satisfaction, but then I'm a very picky critic. Overall, this is a satisfying read that will please fans of both this series and romance books in general.
By the way, if you've read any other of Ms Lawrence's books, you'd know that she has a thing for interesting character and place names. This one's no exception. I liked the fact that 'Ardra' is a palindrome, whilst the irony of Neil's name changing to 'Lien' (names in Tolemac are usually backward) was not lost on me. In French, lien means 'tie, bond, connection' which was, of course, the one thing Lien was trying to escape by going he Tolemac. He was trying to escape the personal ties that bound him. Of course, that was his plan, but the best made plans of mice and men...
Ann Lawrence gives you another in her "Virtual" series, where people are sucked inside a video game or the characters in the game gets pulled into the real world. A highly original romance concept, following Virtual Desire and Virtual Heaven. This is a follow up to Desire where Gwen, one of the owners of the shop is pulled into the game. In this one, the other owner, tired of this world, enters the game deliberately. It is written with sharp wit, great adventure that guarantees this is leave virtually you begging for more. I've been waiting it seems like forever for Neil Scott's story in Ms. Lawrence's terrific Virtual reality series that started with VIRTUAL HEAVEN, and then VIRTUAL DESIRE followed the next year. ... Ann Lawrence has a vivid imagination, and she pulls out all the stops with this compelling novel that is doggone hard to put down once you get into the game. Don't miss this sensational series that is daring and dangerous and quite sensual, and no wonder with those hot, hot virtual warriors!"Ms. Lawrence works her fantasy magic to perfection in her latest book in the Tolemac Wars series. Usually ships in 2 to 4 weeks customer 's review (intriguing paranormal romance) On the Mississippi by Memphis Dr. David Stewart attends a gala on the fancy Memphis Queen III riverboat when he notices the woman in black wearing a veil. He wants to meet her so he crosses the crowded ballroom floor to ask her to dance with him, but when he reaches where she was standing she is gone. He assumes she left, but soon finds her on the deck. Still drawn to the strangely garbed stranger, he talks with her. He finds Lisette refreshing especially her enthusiastic almost child-like reaction to locales that can be seen from the vessel as if she never seen anything like these edifices before. However she soon disappears again without a trace.
He dreams of seeing Lisette soon, but is upset that he has no personal information to contact her. David reads a stunning article on the disappearance of the luxurious riverboat Cajun Star in 1885, which included on the passenger list the names of Lisette and David. As his logic fails him and he ponders what is going on David wonders how to save the life of a woman he thinks he once loved in a previous century but he knows he loves in this century.
ASK A SHADOW TO DANCE is an intriguing paranormal romance that will remind readers of the book and movie SOMEWHERE IN TIME. The haunting tale grips the reader at about the same that it grips David as he begins to realize that he is about to peruse an enticing woman in the shadows of time. The lead couple makes this eerie thriller work as the audience will be as haunted as they are.

Two riverboats. Two people in different centuries. Can love find a way to keep them together? While attending a dance on board the Memphis Queen III, Dr. David Stewart sees a woman standing in the shadows, dressed in black, with a veil covering her face. Lisette's old-fashioned clothes, speech, and her fascination with "new" landmarks common to present-day Memphis fascinate him. The next morning, David reads an article about the disappearance of the Cajun Star, in 1885, the most luxurious riverboat ever to sail the Mississippi. On the list of passengers he finds Lisette's name - and his own. Somehow, David must find a way to go back to 1885 in order to keep Lisette and himself off a riverboat destined to leave Memphis and never be seen again. Ask a Shadow to Dance will leave the reader breathless with suspense and desperate for David and Lisette to find a way to be together - in one century or the other.Linda George has been a professional writer for more than 25 years. (Intriguing Plot - Haunting Love Story)
(Follow Me) Courtesy of CK2S Kwips and Kritiques
When I first read the description of Follow Me by Mary Beth Bass I was quite fascinated with the concept and just had to give it a try. After all, who can resist the idea of a ghostly doctor falling in love with a modern woman who is the reincarnation of his lost love?
Claire Islington lives with the memory of a long ago night of passion and romance that very nearly killed her. Though she has since completed recovery from the resulting breakdown she cannot get the memory of her handsome ghost lover out of her mind. Seven years later she returns to confront the memory one last time, for she is about to embark on a new life with her boyfriend Ian. Can she finally put that passion out of time aside for a new love in Ian?
Kate Ishingham is a 19th century European woman far advanced in her thinking for the times. Trained as a physician, she is on the brink of a scientific discovery that can change life for everyone. But she is a woman and no one takes her seriously until she meets Harcourt Abernathy. Side by side they work to reach a breakthrough, and discover a love that transcends their lives. Until she dies for her career.
Harcourt is beside himself with misery over the loss of his soul mate. Finally leaving England and the memories he cannot escape he ventures to America and finds a new destiny with Claire only to lose her to a time not yet come. But is all hope really lost when love is your greatest ally? This is a question that will be answered in Follow Me.
Follow Me is a passionate story of love that transcends time which is found, lost, and found again. A brilliant concept, the relationships in the past and the present occur simultaneously, giving us a glimpse into what can be if only we believe. Claire is haunted by her one night affair with a perfect man and cannot accept her new life until she puts it behind her. Kate is a vivacious young woman determined to make her own place in the world no matter what it takes. Harcourt is the man who has loved them both. How these two stories entwine to bring us a fascinating love story is incredible to experience.
The only thing I didn't like about this book was the lack of warning in transitions between stories and time periods. There are jumps between three or four different times quite suddenly that can really confuse readers if they aren't paying close attention. However once I got used to the format I was sucked in and couldn't stop reading.
© Kelley A. Hartsell, April 2007. All rights reserved. Overall I thought this was a pretty good book. At first I had a hard time of really getting into because of my dislike of Claire's boyfriend, Ian. I really could not stand how he always had to throw little comments at her to belittle her for every little thing she did.
Anyway, after I got past that the book was pretty good. There was a lot of bouncing around from the present to the 1800's but it was pretty easy to follow.
It's a story about a girl, Claire who is haunted by her past. She had an incredible night of passion with a man who she felt was the love of her life. This man was a person she could only assume as a ghost. This book is about her trying to get on with her life with her boyfriend and forget about the man who she felt that she's always known.
It's not the best book I've ever read, but it was pretty good. This is by far the best book I've ever read, if you don't read this book you'll be reading nothing. You don't even have to read it just buy it! When you read the back cover of this debut novel by Mary Beth Bass I am sure you will be as intrigued with the plot as I was. A young successful woman has a boyfriend who is a handsome, well to do doctor who seemingly adores her, yet she can't seem to forget, and is haunted, by an episode of a wild night of sex that occurred seven years before with a dream lover she can only believe is a ghost? Wow, now this seemed like a truly intriguing novel - what a concept! Even though the author switched back and forth from modern day to the year 1824 quite rapidly, the story was intriguing enough to hold my interest.
Claire Islington was trying to get on with her life, but memories of the passion and the subsequent feelings of familiarity of that one memorable night haunted her. Her boyfriend, Ian, who I soon came to dislike intensely for his controlling maneuvers, pushed and prodded Claire for a commitment that she `felt' she should take, even though she could not shake the memory of her nineteenth century lover. Living in the modern day, coincidences with things, and events of the past all seemed to keep Claire off balance and searching for something very elusive, though she always felt was there.
It is also the story of a most intelligent woman, Kate Ishingham, trained in the very unladylike, for that era, profession as a physician. Not only did she want to practice medicine but she was also a brilliant researcher who was on the cusp of finding a cure for prevalent nineteenth century disease.
Harcourt Abernathy was in love with, found, and then lost Kate - the woman of his dreams, the pulse that beat his heart, the elusive transient love that haunted him and then with the help of a `friend' he found again, in Claire.
*** This was a complicated tale with a story within a story and the author switches back and forth giving the background of a hauntingly beautiful tale of two people destined as `soul mates' but didn't quite manage to have the life together that should have been theirs. Oftentimes, I found it a bit tough to follow by the rapid story switching and a slower read as well as I reread passages trying to fit the pieces together, but regardless, the writing and the sensual quality of the story was superb. As the two stories run parallel to one another, you are introduced to a plethora of intriguing characters from both eras and the clever twist that delivers a heart-wrenching and beautiful ending proving once and for all, that `love is enough.' --- Marilyn, for www.romancedesigns.com ---
Visions of a past she never lived haunt Claire. In her dreams, she is Kate, a woman doctor in a time when such a thing was unheard of and in love with Harcourt Abernathy, a heartstoppingly handsome man whose memory infiltrates her entire waking life. Compared to him, Ian, her controlling, obsessive compulsive, angty would be fiance' is a pale shadow, and frankly annoying. Yet, as Ian watches Claire slip into a dream world, he is terrified and reacts badly. Meanwhile, in the past, events move towards an inevitable parting of the two lovers by death. To retain the love of his life, Harcourt will be forced into a desperate move that could kill the woman he loves in both worlds.
*** Though a haunting tale, the frequents shifts from past to present make for a confusing story that could easily lose the reader. Claire and Harcourt's story is compelling, but a more coherent tale would be appreciated. ***

customer 's review (A Time-Travel Christmas)
(a magical collection of holiday stories, unique because of the time-travel theme.)
(A wonderful collection of Christmas adventures) This book both I and my daughter have read and both of us enjoyed the 4 stories within. Each story is by a different author that neither of us had read any books from before and I would certainly read other books from these authors. I would recommend this book to any who want a light romantic read. The first story, A Christmas Portrait was definitely my favorite because it was so well-written. The scene in the store window was vividly described with such exquisite detail that it came alive to the reader as well as to the main character who was transported into it! I could feel the textile of the ball gowns and the decor of the home! As a New Yorker, I relished in the detailed illstrations of the city 100 years ago versus present times!
The Spirit of Things to Come was also a well-written story that reminds us of the blessings we often take for granted. I love the strong main character Taylor and how she stood up for basic rights in the restrictive Puritanical society. Equally heartwarming was the tender way the smitty Jared treated her.
The Ghost of Christmas Past was a cute story. I loved the dynamics between the characters, and how Jason was determined to change Annie's fate. In Twelfth Night, Aline was an admirable character who made a difference in the lives of all the people she interacted with.

The Christmas Portrait by Megan Daniel Cassie Douglass is a designer of window displays for a well-known department store in New York City. She puts huge amounts of time and effort into designing the Christmas window to duplicate the exact portrait of a famous Christmas Ball from 1882. As she stands looking at the window, she imagines what it must have been like to be at that party. Suddenly, Cass finds herself at the ball, and face to face with Nicholas Wright, the portrait artist in the flesh. As Christmas draws nearer, so do Cass and Nicholas, in spite of the mental scars he faces from a time in his past. Now Cass is frightened... will she be whisked back to her own time or will she remain with Nicholas and the love they have found?
This was a delightful Christmas tale, taking place in a Victorian era New York City. Ms. Daniel paints a vivid imagery of the city at the peak of the holiday season. One will feel as if actually at the balls and galas, wearing the glittering jewels and fabulous gowns. The passion between Nicholas and Cass is immediately obvious, as is Nicholas' angst over his present lifestyle.
The Spirit of Things to Come by Vivian Knight-Jenkins Taylor Kendall is a kindergarten teacher from Massachusetts, on her way to her parents' home, and dreading every minute of it. She sees a deer in the road ahead and swerves to miss it, sliding in the snow and going off the road, knocking her head on the steering wheel. When she comes to, she finds herself in 1692 Massachusetts, and in the heart of a puritanical town. She ends up in jail for openly and knowingly violating one of their laws she feels is stupid. Jared Branlyn, the local smithy, takes her in as his apprentice, keeping secret that she is a female. The more time he spends with her, the more attracted to each other they become. Taylor finds herself wishing she can stay with him, yet scared that her own time may call her back.
This tale takes place in an often neglected period of American history. The restrictions placed on the every day lives of the Puritans makes one more appreciative of the rights found in today's society. This is a good story for making people remember just how special Christmas is.
The Ghost of Christmas Past by Eugenia Riley Jason Burke is a news reporter for a New York paper, who has lost his drive to write and has no desire to pen a series of "fluff" articles on Christmas traditions in England. He is touring the old Simmons hotel and is led on his tour by the hauntingly beautiful Annie Simmons. He cannot get her out of his mind and when he returns to visit the hotel, he ends up in 1852 where he meets Annie alive and well. He realizes his purpose there is to save her from a horrible fate destined to occur on Christmas Eve... and he does just that, falling in love in the process.
This is an excellent story with a paranormal twist like this reviewer favors. The way Jason focuses so completely on his self-proclaimed mission to rescue Annie, backfires in a fascinating way, adding to the story. A true gem, Ms. Riley has written another wonderful tale.
Twelfth Night by Flora Speer Aline Bennett is mourning her beloved Grandfather's death, looking through his ancient Book of Hours, admiring a Christmas painting of Medieval times. She blinks and unexpectedly finds herself living the life depicted in the painting. She meets her soul mate at the same time and longs to stay with him forever. But will she be able to stay when fate calls her to return to her own time?
This is yet another delightful story by one of the masters, Ms. Speer. Aline blends right into her new life, enriching the lives of all who come in contact with her. Her passion for life is real, as is her agony of wondering if she will be sent home with no warning. This is a great story to round out an even better collection.
Who doesn't dream of life in another time and place at least once in their lifetime? Christmas is a time about taking one back to wonderful memories and treasuring loved ones. So what better way to showcase such a theme of time travel then at Christmas? Let this book warm the reader's heart, and encourage reminiscing over Christmases past. This reviewer's only regret is in not having discovered this delightful read at an earlier date. A heartwarming anthology by four of Love Spell's most beloved authors of time-travel romance. This novel includes "The Christmas Portrait" by Megan Daniel, "The Spirit of Things to Come" by Vivian Knight-Jenkins, "The Ghost of Christmas Past" by Eugenia Riley, and "Twelfth Night" by Flora Speer. customer 's review (If I could, I'd give it 4 1/2 stars!) What originally drew me to this book was the fact that it had time travel in it. I love stories with time travel in them. I had previously read some sci-fi stories which combined romance and time travel, and had really enjoyed those. When I heard about the Timetwist Series, which is a series that combines time travel and romance, I decided to buy all the books from the series which I could find. I read Ms. Rosemoor's book first.Despite the fact that I generally do not like books that take place in the Old West, The Desperado still managed to pull me in from the first page, and hold my attention until the end. I read the book in just two sittings, and I am not a fast reader.
I instantly liked the character Willow. She is the heroine of the story. The main female character in romances is always referred to as the heroine, even if she is weak and unheroic. Willow is a heroine in the truest sense of the word. She knows how to fend for herself, and can save the day without the aid of a male. I love stories where females can kick major butt, and this is one of them.
Another thing that made this book so good were the intricate details that the author included throughout the book about the characters and the settings. Some of these details are so small that you might not even notice them, but if you do notice them, you will find that the author gives them a very nice payoff by the end. I do not want to mention specifics, since it will give too much of the plot away, but it is little details such as these that makes the reader realize how much thought Ms. Rosemoor put in to this book before she wrote it.
I have read romance novels which seem like they were written in a few days, and have recycled their plots from other books. Not surprisingly, those books lack depth and originality. The Desperado is not like that. It works on more than one level, because of the intricate details, but also because of the depth of its characters. In most romance novels, the hero and the heroine are the only 3-dimensional characters, and the other characters in the book are stereotypes and/or flat. It also seems as if you are not supposed to care that much about the secondary characters, and should be focusing your attention on the plight of the hero and heroine. With this book, that is not so. I found myself caring about some of the secondary characters, and wanting to know more about them. For example, Willow's sister Tansy. Tansy is the character who kick starts the plot. She runs away from home, and travels back in time to the Old West. She goes to the Old West since she is obsessed with a bounty hunter named Wolf Madrid who lived back then. Willow follows her to the past, since she is worried about the girl's welfare, and also because she wants to bring her back to the future. Tansy and Wolf are both well developed throughout the book, though not as much as Willow and the hero Ryder. By the end, I was itching to know more about Tansy and Wolf. They are interesting, original characters, who deserve a story of their own. So, if you are reading this Ms. Rosemoor, please write a sequel about them! I bet I'm not the only reader who is dying to know more about those characters.
Ms. Rosemoor also does an amazing job with describing her settings. She must have done a lot of research for this book. It almost seems as if she herself traveled back in time to New Mexico during the 1880's, and is telling the reader about what she saw there. Her vast knowledge of New Mexico's culture, in both the past and present, makes a plot which could never happen in real life seem believable.
The reason why I give this book 4 1/2 stars instead of 5 is because there were certain things about the Ryder-Willow relationship that I did not like, especially how it ended. Perhaps this has to do with the fact that I did not like Ryder, and thought he was unworthy of Willow's love. Ryder did not win me over like a romance hero is supposed to. The romance reader is supposed to admire the heroine, and is supposed to desire the hero, or at least understand why the heroine desires the hero. Ryder looks like a young Robert Redford (which makes him sound attractive, at least to me) and he tries his best to protect Willow from danger (even though in most cases she is fully capable of protecting herself), but besides that, I felt as if he didn't have much to offer her. We learn a lot about his past, and we get an idea of what kind of man he is, but besides that, his personality kind of falls flat. I felt as if Wolf Madrid was a far more interesting male character than Ryder was, which is why I will stress again, that Ms. Rosemoor should really write a book about him and Tansy! Another reason why I would like to see a sequel, is because I became quite attached to the characters, and was sad to see the book end. I also have not found another romance book as good as this one. Out of the Timetwist books I have read so far, it is the best. I feel that if Ms. Rosemoor wrote a sequel, it could be just as good, or maybe even better! Especially since Wolf is a much more intriguing character than Ryder was, and would make a great hero. So, if you are looking for an action-packed romantic fantasy, which you can get totally wrapped up in, read this book! Wanted Through Time. When Willow Kane set out in search of her missing sister, she never imagined she'd have to go back a century to find her . . . or that she'd find love in the form of a reckless renegade named Ryder. With his devastating good looks, Ryder was a dead ringer for the Sundance Kid, with a reputation to match. With a bounty on his head, Ryder's only mission should have been to clear his name. Then a baffling beauty inexplicably saved him from the hangman's noose and declared adamantly that she was not from his time. Suddenly, understanding Willow's appearance in his life was Ryder's only desire. A century weighed heavily between them, as did a question on both their minds: Could their love transcend the boundaries of time? Rerations < The Desperado (Time Twist) >
