This is a very good game at a great price. My 10 year old daughter and I have a fun time working the questions together. This game will definately test your knowledge an show you that you're not smarter than a 5th grader. =)

I bought this for my daughter. She loves her Nintendo games. This is a game we like to play together. I bought it thinking it might help her with the Duke/Tip test she will be taking in a week...the Explorer Test (for 5th graders) and found it was REALLY a fun game (if you like learning trivia/facts).
Great game, I liked the music better in the Grade 3,4 one. I use this like brain coffee, to get my mind going. It's a great Quiz game that has English, Math, Science, Geography,History, and a "Grab-bag" or pot luck category.

I play in Brain mode, which allows me to select one category and the number of rounds I want to play. Each round is 5 questions. Really nice, for quick&easy playing, say, if I'm waiting for class to start, or at the drive thru at McD's during lunch.

Game play is simple (they just ask you questions in Brain Mode, but it also has a "Quest" mode which is like a story) and not "themed" like the Are You Smarter than a 5th grader series.

Best thing about this product is it has a great depth of questions. I've played the 3,4 and the 5,6 many many times and have yet to get duplicate questions. This game has a question bank that is about twice the size of the Are you smarter than a 5th grader game.

Again, the questions are challenging, getting 5/5 right isn't as easy as you think! --I'm hoping they'll come out with a highschool edition!
I got this game was on a special deal. Decided I had nothing to loose. It is great and I am sad to say I cannot just snap thru it. I do mostly brain games and have a desire to challenge my brain.

Well this does just that. I'm 53 and I do not get all the answers right. What they learn in 6th grade now is like what I learned in 12th grade. If you get a chance to add it for a few bucks you will not be disappointed.

It is fun in presentation and the questions are complicated. It's not babyish by any means. I am enjoying it. Once I master a game then I sell it back and let someone else enjoy it and I can get another challenge.

Great for 5th grade and up...up to 99. LOL

This product was just the DS game my 9 year old granddaughter wanted. She is thrilled with it.
My little sister love this game it`s a little easy for a girl that it`s 6 years old but its OK
My 5yr old daughter loves playing this game, and has been glued to it since I bought it for her last week. I really like the fact that it talks to her, rather than rely on text for the interaction. She is able to read most in-game messages on other DS games, but it can take her a little while and takes some of the fun out of the games for her. It's nice to have a few games that she can just immerse herself in without it being a reading lesson. It is also nice to see that there really is no winning or losing in this game, whatever she wants to create for the fashions work just fine and allow her to progress to the next "mission". I played through the first fashion show with her, and showed her a couple things that weren't real intuitive for her, like switching screens back and forth to color the clothes, and selecting the multiple poses for each model. After she had seen it one time she was all set and has been playing without any additional help from me.

My only complaint that prevents me from giving a full 5 stars is that the game only allows one user account. If she wants to let a friend play on her DS, they either continue her game from where she stopped, or reset her account and start over. Having the ability to use two or three accounts in the game would have been a nice addition.

We got this game for our daughter on her 7th birthday and she loves it. She has other games, but spends the majority of her time playing this one.
My 9 year old absolutely LOVES this game. It is very fun and entertaining if you like to design clothes. Very easy to control and navigate. Very happy with this game and would recommend it to anyone.

Do not buy Barbie 12 dancing princesses unless it's for the GBA the DS version is the same thing to a t as the GBA version so be forwarned. Save your cash and get the cheaper version go with the GBA version for Barbie and the 12 dancing princesses and yes it will work on your Original DS and DS Lite for those of you who didn't know that.

I'm always looking for games that are easy for non reader children. My daughter received her DS system when she was 4 and now that she is almost 5 years old, we have a pretty good collection of games for non readers. In Barbie Riding Camp, there are a lot of great activties to do. We still have not completed the game, but as of where we are now I can tell you somewhat about the game. The person playing the game is the character Barbie. Barbie will talk to several people throughout the game. The instructions are told to you in actual voices, so there is no reading involved (except for one part, the journal area). You start off the game in a week mode, on Monday. At the beginning of the week, you will be introduced to several people around the riding camp. You'll be instructed either by people or arrows, on where to go. You can go to the riding area, or to the barn, to the camp houses and the main manor, plus you can go on walks through the Forest and Beaches. Each day, you will unlock a mini game in the guest house. Here you will meet up with your friends Theresa and Nikki. There are several little mini games, like catch the firefly, round up the puppies and kittens, match game, trace the stars and a few more. In the guest house is where Barbie will change her clothes and also go to sleep. Each day you will be given task to complete, in order to advance to a new day (Tuesday would be next). Each task is shown to you in an example or someone on the ranch talks to you and tells you exactly what to do. Some chores that are given to Barbie (after she designs and chooses her horse), would be to care, feed, wash her horse, plus change her horseshoes and brush her horse. Also, you will take care of the barn, by nailing boards together and so on. Other task assigned to you, is to complete a riding lesson - you have to chase the stars and colect them all, follow the paths and look for the arrows. When it's time to jump a fence or post, you'll see a little popup at bottom of screen turn grey, brown and then green (green for press the pop up, then jump). You'll have to complete each assigment and course to advance. Barbie also gets to go on treks through the Forest to find things like a cottage or watch and along the way, the horse needs to eat apples and carrots. Some days Barbie and horse get to ride on the Beach. We have not completed the entire week yet, but that is pretty much the sum of the game. I'm sure your little girl will love it, it's for sure a girly, girl game
My six and ten year old grandaughters really enjoy playing the Barbie Horse Adventures: Riding Camp. They both took turns playing it!
We have had this game for about two weeks now and my 6-year-old daughter has played nothing else since we bought it. It was easy for her to figure out on her own, which isn't always the case with DS games. She loves to groom the horses and pick out riding outfits for Barbie. But her favorite thing is taking her horse through the jumping course and winning ribbons. There are a bunch of other activities and mini-games too. I would highly recommend this game to young girls, especially those who are horse-crazy like mine!
Play as Barbie as you train, ride, and jump, while participating in challenges that will help you perfect the skills of owning and caring for your horse. Showcase your abilities in the camp's final week and take home the blue ribbon!

You get hooked very easy with this game. Time goes by and you don't even know it.
I bought this game for my 9 year old daughter, but she has to share it with my husband and I because we enjoy it too. It's just like the computer version.
I am so addicted to this game it keeps me busy for hours and I usually hate video games.
I already own Diner Dash 1&2 for the PC so I figured I'd get if for my DS so I could take it with me on trips. I am not disappointed in any way! I love that even though it is the same concept as the PC games (obviously) it's still addicting and has some different items.

I really liked the PC Diner Dash so I thought I give this one a try as well. Most everything is controlled by the touch screen which is fun. But its just kind of lame compared to the other versions and the whole graphics are very simple.
Diner Dash lets you work your way up to the top of the food service industry. Flo was sick of her desk job, so she rolled up her sleeves and jumps into the food business. Work your way up the restaurant ladder as you beat fast-paced action puzzles in over 40 levels.

This is an impressive DS game. I loved the music and the characters. It was a fun game to play with very interesting mazes and monsters to conquer along the way. I love this game!!! The strategy guide comes in handy too...
This is by far one of my favorite games. I have found that the story mode is short, but it is so fun I have played through it 5 times! (3 times on normal and twice on plus) The story is creative and refreshing and really sucks you in. The voice acting is a nice touch as well, although a little cheesy it makes for a good gaming experience. The combat is fluid and easily done although if playing in story the AI seems to be a little sub par. The multiplayer mode really makes this a great game. In multiplayer you are able to go through all the dungeons from story mode PLUS many additional quests. My personal favorite is the gladiator quests that allows you to fight against your friend adding a competitive twist to a cooperative game. Overall this is a great game and if you value a unique story with good graphics look no further.

My kids lose these pens all the time, I was happy to see replacements under $5. There are other versions that include an actual ink pen, but that would be trouble in the hands of a 2 yr old. There are vanity versions in odd shapes, such as a Star Wars life sabre or a version that curls around your finger, but those don't fit into the native slot on the DS. Then there is the plain old replacement, this one, that will do just as well as the one that came with your device and fit nicely into the slot. Perfect!
Bought these for my son as all of his stylus' have disappeared over the past year. The game holders aren't bad, a little tough to open, but do the job of holding the extra games he has. Product shipped quickly.
I bought this set for my teenage boy. So far he is happy with a quality. Styluses fit console exactly like the original ones from Nintendo. Case fits three cards, locks good. Even though it should work great for carrying cards, be careful not to loose them while opening this case, since there are no latches to hold cards in place. Overall, great value for the price: I couldn't find better deal anywhere else.

This Ds lite starter kit comes with everthing you could possibly need except Nerf armour and games. For $20 it's a great value.
The compact, yet functional size of the case (approx. 6 x 3.75 x 1.5) allows me to drop it in my purse and have my DS Lite on hand at all times for any unexpected down-time...ex. waiting around while having your car serviced. The cobalt blue color makes it stylish and I have found the case to be very durable and well made.

I like the idea of the individual game holders and although the kit comes with four of them, there is room to fit 6 games in the case along with the headphones. This might be a tight fit for some, but again, I'm not wanting to accomodate a carry-on sized bag just to carry around my DS.

The extras that come with the starter kit are "nice to haves". The stand charger has a really cool blue glowing light when plugged in and is not at all flimsy. I would highly recommend this starter kit for Adult DS Lite owners such as myself.
I have used almost all the pieces in the set and have really enjoyed being able to use them. Especially the car charger.
My 7-year old loves her DS. Her favorite color is blue and having all the necessary supporting pieces in blue works well for her.

Its a learning game....maybe they need to give this to young girls and boys who are thinking of sex.....It's too long and it's a lot of work....it was not FUN.
Hi I'm an autistic adult gamer and this is my review on My Baby Girl.

Well I got My Baby Boy for my birthday back in Nov of 2008. Anyway's I bought My Baby Girl used at GameStop for mainly using new cheats on. This is an interesting game and I do like it personally I like the Boy version better and wouldn't trade either version in only because I want to see SouthPeak and Nobilis make a sequel to My Baby Boy and My Baby Girl there both fun games although I don't know why everyone around me keep's saying that there having trouble with the game and on like such minor thing's to like the 2 I keep hearing people having trouble on is diaper changing and bath time. For me the game is so easy anymore because I've played it 14 times. Personally I just want to get all the secret clothes in the game there's 341 item's in the game you need to get that are clothes I've only gotten 307 out of 341. It's sort of hard to get all the secret item's from granny but the way I look at it in the long run it will feel good to finally get all 341 items. So how ever many times I gotta play the game is how ever many times I'm going to play it to get all 341 item's. Check my other review on My Baby Boy to get cheats and hint's you may not have or know. Actually in my opinion that review is a whole lot more detailed than this one. I let every one know if I finally get all 341 item's although at this rate I'm still working on it.

That's how I rank them. If you're looking for a mild but not yet complex game get baby pals, it's a good game. If you're looking for a challenging game get my baby girl, it's tricky but fun. The Easter Bunny brought this game to my 9 yr. old daughter and she loves it. I have to admit, she didn't play her DS that much before she got this game. Now, she looks forward to the weekends so she can take care of her baby. It says once you beat the game you can then get a baby of the opposite sex...I think that's cool as well.
My Baby Girl is a game that simulates life for baby care with as much affection and tenderness as a real parent. Watch them grow, change form and develop from 0 to 14 months by using all the functionalities of your portable console (breath, voice, stylus, etc.). A pediatrician and a pediatric nurse will come to your aid and review the elementary rules to keeping the baby calm, eating, going to sleep and having nice dreams. The on-screen infants will evolve during the game when your baby grows physically and psychologically, giving you a charming and rewarding experience.

This game is horrible. It's so easy to get stuck and the grapics are really s***y. If you do one thing wrong you have to restart and do it all over again!
This is a great game, for older girls. My kindergartner was frustrated with the amount of reading in it that was beyond her level, as well as some of the gameplay. This game has been regulated to the, play when she is a bit older pile.
This game overall was pretty fun, but if you are not artistic,and you like completing levels and not taking your time to make your best choice, it could become a little bit frustrating. I am ten, nine when I got this game, and some levels are hard, and you have to redo them many times if you don't get it correct the first try. Yes, I know, that is the point of the game, but sometimes you have to redo it so many times that it gets boring. This, I think is because the clues are very broad. Example: Pick out three African hairstyles. Out of the many it is very hard to find the three correct answers. Even if you get two out of the three correct, it won't tell which is wrong; you just have find the correct three from scratch. I would recomend this to a perfectionist.
I bought this game on a Friday and was done with it on Sunday. It is a lot of fun but at times way too easy and not challenging. I would still recommend it since it was fun.
I bought this game for my 7 yr. old daughter to keep her busy on a long airplane flight. She was interested at first, but got bord with it after a while. She rather have her brother's Lego - Indiana Jones game.
