(Nice)
『I bought an extra controller for my Wii system and was surprised that it actually came with its own protective cover and batteries like the one that came with the system. I thought that was nice.』

(Add-on)
『The Wii is fun and healthy. But it now only comes with one remote and one nunchuk so you need to purchase a second set seperately. It is much more fun playing with a second person. This product is as good or better than the one that comes with the game.』

(Wii&Accessories)
『Wii

My family and I are starting to fall in love with the game. During this time when funds are low the Wii gives my family the activity they need to burn some energy. We can not wait to get our Wii hooked up to the Internet.

I like it!!!』

(Nice idea for gaming)
『The Wii remotes are great but some games are still better played with the conventional controller.』

(Fun, but not used much)
『The nunchuk is light and easy to use, but unfortunately isn't used in many games. The nunchuk really becomes in first-person shooting games, such as Official Wii Zapper with Link's Crossbow Training. I hope Nintendo makes more use of it. In the meantime, I wouldn't get too many extra nunchuks unless you play a lot of first-person shooters with guests.』
『Connect the Nunchuk controller to the Wii Remote and get ready. You've just begun a journey into the most immersive, heated gameplay experience ever offered. This combo offers the utmost precision. They're your sword and shield to defend Hyrule in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. They're your weapons to blast your way through the harried world of Metroid Prime 3: Corruption and the gritty underworld of Red Steel. The Nunchuk controller and the accelerometer contained within it are the next leap in gaming. In first-person shooters, the controller carries the burden of movement, freeing you to aim and fire using a more natural motion with the Wii Remote. In a football game, you can make your quarterback elusive with the Nunchuk controller while you look for an open receiver to throw to using the Wii Remote.』
『The Wii Nunchuk controller is a secondary controller that adds even more innovation to the next generation of gaming, and does it all with less physical movement. Used in conjunction with the standard Wii remote, certain games need the Nunchuk controller for additional control options. Contoured perfectly to fit a player's hand, the Nunchuk controller builds on the simplicity of the Wii Remote controller. The Nunchuk contains the same three-axis motion sensor found in the Wii Remote, but also includes an analog stick, and two buttons to help assist in character movement. The Wii Nunchuk controller is now available in Black.

(It's still fun)
『For my 5 years daughter, it's really fun, but not perfect. Simple game with simple operation.』

(Great for non readers!)
『I got this for two grandsons ages 4&5.5. This game was great right out of the box. quick to learn the actions you have take to gain points. It is a single player game but that makes it better when the boys are so close in age. They learn to take turns.
Glad to have this in my "Grandma" box for those rainy day visits with Grandma.』

(Great for little kids)
『I got this game for my little son and he loves it!! He will turn 3 next month and he is able to play the game all by himself. The control is easy to use and learn. I did not give it 5 stars because you can not choose the language of the game, as in a movie dvd. My son doesn't speak English so I have to translate everything Diego says. What is important is that my son is having a great time!』

(Only one player.)
『My five year old twins enjoy this game, but unfortunately it's only a one player game. There is one part where more than one player can play at a time, but when Diego is helping the animals it's only one player. Not great if you have more than one child.』

(lots of fun)
『bought this game for my 3 1/2 yr old son and he caught on very quickly and has a lot of fun playing. I am not sure how much longer he will play it but for now it is great.』
『Travel through time with Diego and Baby Jaguar to help Maia the Maiasaura find her way back to her family in this amazing rescue adventure. You’ll have to climb rock walls, travel along monkey bars, solve puzzles and even jump on a pogo stick to help Diego’s friend find her way home on this prehistoric journey.』
『Diego has his bag packed and is ready to set off on an awesome safari adventure across Africa. In Safari Rescue, a mean magician has mixed up all the animals for strange results, such as a zebra without stripes. Help Diego use the Magic Drum to undo the magician's mischief and save the animals of Africa.

(Not fun at all)
『This was a total waste of money. The accuracy of the remote is poor. On one game, I just set the remote down and the event continued without any activity by me. There is also annoying commentary throughout the events.』

(dull)
『The controls are lame. The announcers and background music were annoying. The announcers were hard to understand because the music was louder than their voices. The only event that was interesting was the curling, but I had the hardest time trying figure out the controls, even something as simple as releasing the stone. All in all it was pretty boring.』

(Looks fun but difficult to do)
『This game needs a nunchuck and it is very difficult to manipulate the controls to follow the action. My seven year old granddaughter was disappointed and she is an expert with other wi games that use the nunchucks.』

(Winter Sports)
『I'm not sure what I expected from this game, but it is not the game my kids go to when they turn on the Wii. We have all tried it in our family, some of the games are fun and some are just too difficult to figure out. I'm not sure I would purchase this again if given the chance.』

(Wii Game)
『It is a very hard game to play. The kids coukd not do any of the games which was frustrating and the adults stuggled』
『Winter Sports 2008 The Ultimate Challenge is the comprehensively improved sequel to last year's winter hit RTL Winter Games 2007. The arcade-oriented winter sports compilation comprises the 15 most popular disciplines spanning 9 exciting sports. 42 missions with final boss rivals recreate the atmosphere of a magnificent international winter sports event in the brand new single player campaign mode, not least owing to the stirring opening ceremony and the final presentation ceremony. Wii Nunchuk

The perfect addon to enhance your Wii Games
Many games will allow you to control your character's movement with the Nunchuk in your left hand, while your right hand is free to execute the action movements with the Wii Remote. For example, the Nunchuk is particularly useful for games like Wii Boxing. You can use the Nunchuk to punch with your weaker hand, while you use the Wii remote to punch and jab with your predominant hand.

In first-person shooters, the Nunchuk controller carries the burden of movement, freeing you to aim and fire using a more natural motion with the Wii Remote. In a football game, you can make your quarterback elusive with the Nunchuk controller while you search for an open receiver to throw to using the Wii Remote. Serious gamers may even want to use two Nunchuk controllers to gain a fierce competitive edge.

Because the Wii Remote and Nunchuk controllers are only relatively dependent on each other, players are free to hold them in whichever hand is most comfortable. Perfectly suitable for either right or left-hand use, the Wii Nunchuk controller grants accessibility not often seen in previous game controllers.

Also, the Nunchuk controller doesn't need its own power--it plugs into the Wii Remote controller when it's in use. So there's no need to worry about charging or replacing expensive batteries.

Adding a Nunchuk to your Wii system will definitely help you open the doors to the next level of gaming, and seriously step up performance. Just be careful not to knock out your significant other, or bruise the dog, severely, while using one, or two Nunchuk controllers.

(8yr old un-approved (maybe better for the older gamer))
『We bought these for our 8yr old son and he is not a huge fan. Although they do function as advertised, they are unwieldy and don't add anything to the game experience for him. They are probably a better option for the adult/teen gamer and not the under 12 crowd. In his words, "They slow me down, Mom!".』

(SAVE YOUR MONEY)
『The sabres look cool and heavy duty, but are actually cheap in all aspects. The color of the sabre is presented by a colored piece of cellophane wrapped around and taped to the white tube with the end open. It would have been much nicer if the tube plastic was colored. Also the led lights do not work very good, Infact the two sabres I bought have already stopped working and have not been touched by my kids after the fist 3 days. The only thing that keeps me from throwing them away is I might be able to use them for halloween props! The space where the wii remote fits into is not snug and the construction/design of the sabre itself hinders the signal for the wii remote and the signal is lost at times. SAVE YOUR MONEY.』

(These glow sabers rock!!!)
『Forget those ugly generic sabers they sell in the stores. These are so close to the real thing. They blow away the competition and the price is very competitive.』

(What fun!)
『We loves these sabers. They cost a little more , but for $20 they are awsome! They are easy to put on and off so changing is easy. They dont fly off or have crappy parts. If you want to use the saber and not the battery during day hours, it also comes with a color sleve to use. Just dont stand or sit to close to the kids while they r swinging! BIG FUN!』

(DO NOT BUY FOR CLONE WARS!!)
『Do not buy these if you are going to use with Clone Wars lightsaber duels. It does not work. I am returning them. The sabers cover up the front of the wiimote. They work great if you want to stand there and look cool while your character get their butt kicked because you cant make them move. But at least you have a cool looking saber in your hand.』
『Thrustmaster Glow Sabre Duo Pack for use with the new Star Wars Force Unleashed game for Wii. Pack of (2) glowing laser sabres for easily inserts into your Wiimote. "Laser effect" with lighting system has (17) LEDS in each saber. Effect even works in full daylight! (2) Different Sabres included for duels. (1) sabre lights up in blue and (1) sabre lights up in red. Blades rounded in soft plastic and easily detachable for safe and easy storage. A "Light" button to switch laser effect On or Off to preserve battery life. (3) AA Batteries required (Not Included) will provide 40 Hours of play.』

('A purchase I wish I hadn't made)
『We have a wii and the 7 year old never uses it. Most of the games are too fast, too confusing, or too frustrating for her. This game was her pick, and she is still very excited about it. However, after about 4 hours of play (half with her father and half with me), I'm ready to hang myself. As another reviewer has pointed out, the directions are fairly unclear and the map very hard to read and follow. The controls can be frustrating - even for me. The directions are very little help. My daughter would like to earn ribbons that would let her ride another horse, but how this is accomplished is not addressed in the directions. The directions also tell me that the cell phone is useful for a number of different functions, but unless someone calls, the cell phone doesn't seem to be available. Already, she seems to simply be riding her horse all over the fields and trails but not doing anything to actually play the game. I can't imagine that any child could use this game without parental assistance. Overall, a frustrating ride through the brush and into a tree.』

(Great fun for the young horse lover!)
『This was part of my 7 year old granddaughter's Christmas. What a big hit! She is turned off by many of the WII games; they just don't hold her interest. Logan Grace loves horses and so Barbie's Horse Adventures is the perfect video game for her.』

(Okay Game but a Little Confusing)
『This Christmas we decided to buy a Nintendo Wii game system and wanted to purchase a Wii game for each of our children. Our daughter is 5 years old and loves horses. After reading reviews on different horse games, I decided that most would be too hard for her. At the time, I couldn't find a review for the Barbie Horse Adventures, but took a chance anyway and purchased the game for her.

The game starts with Barbie arriving at Riding Camp which has lots of storm damage. She is instructed to pick out some riding clothes and a horse. Afterwards, she is shown how to care for her horse by feeding it and grooming it. This is all easy to follow but somewhat time consuming. Next, the riding instructor gives Barbie her first adventure, to ride around the arena in a timed race. From here, the player finds adventures such as riding events, storm clean-up events, and horse care events. At the completion of each adventure, camp credit is given for purchasing riding clothes and horse gear. You also earn awards for riding events.

Some things about the game were very intuitive and easy for my daughter to pick up. Controlling the horse isn't too bad although my daughter tends to over steer with the Wii remote but I blame that on "operator error". My reasons for giving the game an "Okay" rating is the confusion of finding your way around the island for the adventures. The map is hard to read on the screen and I found myself going back to the game paper insert for help. There are signposts occasionally but they are hard to read when you are riding past them on a horse. I have found that I need to play the game prior to my daughter playing it so that I can help her navigate and pick adventures that she will want to do. That said, it took me a couple of times of play to find our next adventure at the Racetrack. Another downfall of the game is relying on vocal instructions during game play to tell you about different items. For the first few days of playing the game, a virtual cell phone would ring. We had no idea of how to answer it. During one game, we happened to go a route and the instructions for cell phone use popped up as a helpful hint. We found that the cell phone was very important to the game (including how to exit the game) yet we hadn't known how to access it for the first few times we played.

After several hours of play, I think that I can navigate fine through the game but my 5 year old would rather take care of the horses and ride throughout the pastures and not take on the adventures. She does seem to enjoy the game now but it has taken her a while to warm-up to it. In some ways, Barbie Horse Adventure: Riding Camp is like the PC software game, Let's Ride which my daughter loves to play. I think that my daughter does better with the Let's Ride game but of course there is more riding interaction with the Wii controller than with a PC mouse.

I believe this game is for a 6 to 8 year old. Some of the adventures were quite easy and would likely bore someone older than 5 or 6. I think someone much older would find the whole game on the dull side.』

(Great for ages 5+)
『This game is a good game. I can see it getting old if you have finished the "assignments". It really is very easy but I think you might need to be 5+ to play without frustration. You basically just ride around and ask your instructor what to do. Hell give you assignments like "run this trail" or "go find the water to water your horse". But my 5 year old probably would give it a 7 out of 10 stars and I think its decent.』
『Play as Barbie as you train, ride, and jump, while participating in challenges that will help you perfect the skills of owning and caring for your horse. Showcase your abilities in the camp's final week and take home the blue ribbon!』

『i got it yesterday and it is realistic all right flick controls and hall of meat. Still not better than skate and you dont see people but o well.』

(Wii Fit board is totally made for this game)
『I bought the fit board and my wii system just because of this game and Shawn White Snowboarding. I'm not a gamer but thought finally a game this system is perfect for. I love it, it was so much fun i wanted to go ride skateboards for real but knew I was too old to do it without hurting myself so this is the perfect alternative. It's way better than other more generic snowboarding games and even in Shawn White it was impossible to use the board the whole time but this game while slightly difficult in the beggining (skip the tutorial it's way too advanced for a tutorial)the levels start easy and you catch on quickly.
I'm bummed they didn't do a Skate 2 for wii.』

(A Kernel of Goodness in a Very Ugly Package)
『I used to be a huge fan of the Tony Hawk series and played the hack out of every game from Tony Hawk 1 to American Wasteland. The skateboarding was always absurd but as time went on it seemed to be getting increasingly sloppy and detached from reality so I finally gave up. What I wanted was to go back to the roots. Actually what I wanted was a realistic skateboard simulator. Well, here it is. My dream has come true. Errr....

I can't play this game when my wife is around because the profanity starts flying. This game is controller smashing, teeth gritting, blood pressure rising hard. I spend so much time falling down it's pathetic. Take for example jumping a gap. In Tony Hawk I was a gap jumping fool. In Skate It I just look like a fool as I smack myself into the wall of the next ramp. Even grinding, jumping a gap and landing a second grind is extremely frustrating and I can't figure out if it's because I suck or because the controls are unresponsive. It plays like I stole its girlfriend and it wants to make me suffer. To be fair after a while the game did become easier but I can certainly imagine players giving up early on and trading the game in.

If it was just hard I might forgive but unfortunately, like the later Tony Hawk games, it feels sloppy. The graphics are bone ugly with a stuttering frame rate. Even on the Gamecube this game would look weak. I always looked forward to opening up new levels in Tony Hawk but these levels are so bland, lifeless and nondescript that it doesn't matter. It's also depressing to have not a single other human around as if I were the last survivor in a post apocalyptic wasteland. There are some very unfortunate load times and when you fall down it takes about a second or two longer than I'd like. When you're trying to pull off a stunt and you fail it takes a bit of time clicking to restart which is very annoying given how often I fall down and or fail. Put it this way. When I play I want to play not spend all my time clicking through menus. Let me add that the voice guy is just torture. I finally just turned him off and it improved the game greatly. Seriously, I wanted to cause him harm.

So in the end, is the frustration worth it for the fun of playing a more realistic skateboarding game? The jury is still out for me. The problem is that much of the frustration is unrelated to the difficulty of the game which is considerable. For instance why do I always jump out of a half pipe when I'm trying to do tricks? Why when I fall do I have to see my skateboarder go down in awkward slow motion? It's like the game wants to rub it in my face.

I love the concept of the control scheme and it's almost awesome but sometimes it feels like it's not responding to my motion. The real killer is just how miserably unmemorable the environments are. There is nothing distinguishing in the levels and I found it rather creepy when crowds would roar in support of my trick making skills but there was not a soul to be seen anywhere. Where they ghosts? After the savage beating I've given the game it may seem odd that I'm giving it three stars but there is definitely something to build on here. Every aspect of the game needs improvement (particularly tightening up the programming) but there is a kernel of goodness here that can be built on and I admire them for giving skateboard fans a choice from the cartoon world of Tony Hawk. I hope Electronic Arts continues the series but it will have to improve for me to buy another.』

(Not stop fun)
『My son loves this game. It's like non-stop action. He does skateboard though and that probably makes a difference. He says it's best skateboard game he has ever plyed on any system!!』

(Love Love Love!! Get it.)
『What a blast. After the let down of Cooking Mama for the wii I was a bit hesitant to get another similar game. I sure am glad I went ahead and got it. By far one of my favorite games on the wii. Excellent use of the wii controls. It is extremely accurate. You start out as a fry cook in a fast food joint and work the way up the "food chain" so to speak. I played this game for about 2 hours a day for a week laughing all the way. Lots of fun surprises await like oh I dunno....burning the place down. (I will let you enjoy that little gem of excitement for yourself). You can run help wanted adds and upgrade equipment as well. This game is great fun my entire family enjoyed it from the husband to the six year old. Definitely in my top 10 for family games. Looks like the price is low now also, why are you still reading this...go ahead and click add to cart. =) Trust me.』

(A must have!)
『We all love this game. So much fun. I just wish there were more levels.』

(Fun, simple play for all ages.)
『I really enjoyed this game. And, like I tend to do, I got to the challenge in a matter of days. I am not one to play a game for very long at one time either. My daughter, who is 7, is still learning and getting better and she really loves it. It is still a game you can pick up and have fun with. They offer meals with more ingredients and challenges that I haven't actually gotten to yet, so there is more to it, and I believe will increase in "difficulty" the more I play. In any case, it's a lot of fun, doesn't require too much thought, and anyone can play it. Something you can pick up and play every once in awhile for a little simple entertainment.』
『Order Up is a delicious blend of precision cuisine crafting and culinary empire building, all rolled into a light and flaky crust of memorable characters and humorous situations. With the Wii Remote in hand, the player will be guided from burger to chateaubriand; taught every aspect of food preparation and presentation. For anyone who has dreamed of becoming a world-class chef or restaurant mogul or both!, Order Up will deliver. The core game play of Order Up is cooking, from preparation to presentation. Preparation consists of "cutting and cooking" while Presentation refers to garnishes and "flourishes" - e.g. sauce drizzled over a dish to please the eye or the use of flame (flambé) for dramatic effect. Beyond the core, game play includes rising through the ranks of the culinary world from fast-food to world-class restaurants as chef and owner while ever-expanding your cookbook of recipes and ever-improving the quality of your equipment. Along the way you will face demanding patrons, discriminating food critics…and at the pinnacle of your fame in the world of fine cuisine you will be invited to complete in the, "Fortified Chef World Challenge" - an Iron Chef-style cooking competition.』

(Incredible game marred by one incredible oversight.)
『Gameplay: incredible.
Musical soundtrack: possibly the best on the Wii.
Addiction quotient: stupidly high.

This game, where you go around the world re-"colorizing" objects that have been drained of color by the evil Inkt Corporation, is incredibly engrossing. I applaud THQ and everyone else involved in the creation of this game.

That said, there is one MAJOR gameplay flaw, and it is so glaring that it has limited my time spent working on this game. There is only one "save" location per level. You must play through to the "exit pool" in order to get any work on that level saved. Sometimes, this can take over an hour, and I simply found that I shouldn't start playing the game unless I had more than an hour to kill, or unless I wanted to simply leave the game without saving.

Other than that, this is a nearly flawless game. Others have complained of operability of the Wii-motes, but I have found that, with time, the navigation and maneuvering gets easier and easier in this game.』

(Love it!)
『Appeals to kids and adults alike. A good family game that little kids can play around with as well.』

(Wholesome and fun for all ages!)
『De Blob has been on my (gamer) husband's wish list for a while, so I got him this for an anniversary present. We were pleasantly surprised at how fun the game was, how colorful, and wholesome it was. I even let my six year old niece play it, when I'm usually cautious with video games. It's got a cute storyline, excellent play, and fun animation. My husband loves it.

As always with Amazon, my game got here on time, and still wrapped--perfect condition, as promised.』

(BEST GAME EVER!!!!)
『I love it!!! By some mistake I rented this game case thinking it was another one. At first I was totally mad at myself but I give it a try and love it. I ended buying the game. Love the graphics, music, everything!!!! I play it every day』

(A whole lot of fun..would totally rock if we could save all the hard work in the middle of levels!!)
『Great game! Relaxing! Fun! Look forward to playing it but it just sucks that you can't save throughout the progression of the game unless you complete the entire level....not cool! I would so rate this game at a solid 5 if it offered a better save option!』

Battle against massive tank battalions, speedy I.N.K.T. racers and elite Inky soldiers on your quest to free the citizens of Chroma City. Avoid hot plates, electric shocks and inky turrets to create your own path to the impenetrable I.N.K.T. Fortress. Just remember that the struggle to reclaim Chroma City is to be fought on your terms. Remix the city in your own image using custom paints, patterns and soundtracks. Super-size your blob to attack larger and stronger enemies. Join the Color Revolutionaries to refine your skills while making a mess. The race to rescue Chroma City has just begun, and only de Blob can save the world from a black-and-white future.

Gameplay: de Blob's Primary Goal
de Blobis a 3D platformer where players use the Wii Remote/Nunchuck combo to maneuver their hero, de Blob. Equal parts amorphous blob of paint, struggling artist, revolutionary and juvenile delinquent, de Blob's goal is to replace the drab, lifeless gray coloring that the I.N.K.T. Corporation has imposed on Chroma City and its inhabitants, the Raydians, with a range of vibrant life-giving colors, all the while avoiding and battling the gray-clad forces of the Inkies.

Players must acquire paint and hurl de Blob at the buildings, walls, statues, roads and skies above Chroma City. As de Blob bounces around, adding color wherever he lands, his supply of paint is depleted and he begins to dry out. As this happens players must collect more paint and rehydrate in pools and in front of hydrants scattered across the city. As the game starts access is limited to the colors red, blue and yellow, but these can be blended to create a number of other colors. Being able to create and apply these colors becomes important as Chroma City and its inhabitants come to life, and de Blob makes contact with a range of other characters known as the 'Color Revolutionaries' and receives an increasing amount of missions that charge him with splattering color all over town. Success at these mission gains the player point which drives the game forward, eventually leading to a direct assault on Comrade Black's I.N.K.T. fortress guarded by elite Inky soldiers and massive ink turrets.

Key Game Features:

Plenty of Play Modes
de Blobfeatures both a deep story-driven singleplayer mode where players get to dig into the Raydian's struggle against all-powerful I.N.K.T. Corporation, as well as a diverse range of multiplayer options. These multiplayer campaigns support up to four players, come with street and sewer maps and include four player split-screen functionality. Just a few of the multiplayer campaigns include:

Paint Match- Paint as many buildings as possible and steal points from opponents by re-painting the buildings that they've already covered.

Blob on the Run- A variation of 'Capture the Flag,' in this mode only one blob can paint and is pursued by opponents who attempt to slam him into submission and gain the ability to paint and accumulate points themselves.

Blob Race- In this mode buildings can only be painted once and are indicated by in-game arrow. With time limited it's a race not only to paint the town but also to keep opponents from doing the same.

(Unnecessary, but still fun.)
『As far as Wii accessories go, this is in the unnessary category (with nearly everything else). What you get is a handle that the wiimote slides in to and a light up top that twists on.

The saber colors are actually pretty awesome. The red and blue LEDs both glow pretty well, especially in a dark room. That's about it on the positive side though.

On the negative, the plastic on the end is pretty flimsy and if you pretend sword fight with them like I and my idiot friends do, they will break pretty quickly. If you have kids... they will break eventually. That being said, they aren't really intended for that... so I think it's assumed that misuse could result in bad things happening.

The thing that really caused me to stop using it was that the power doesn't come from the wiimote or the base at all. The top piece with the saber tip houses the batteries. The whole thing probably quadruples the weight of the wiimote alone, making it a little awkward to keep up your fast flailing during games like the one I use it for (Star Wars: the Force unleashed). The saber has a good length to it, but that also means you have to have a lot of space to avoid hitting things during game play.

Overall, a decently fun novelty especially for kids. though after a few weeks, if it isn't broken already... you'll probably be over the novelty value.』

(Not worth your time or money)
『This game is basically an excuse for you to see your Pokemon fight in 3D. That's all you can do. There are no mini-games like in the Pokemon Stadium games, and there CERTAINLY isn't any story mode for you to play, like Pokemon Colosseum and XD for the Gamecube. Just battling Pokemon on the big screen. It just gets repetitive after a while, and for the lack of features in this game, it's just not worth the price. Maybe if the game was [...], but not for its current price.

Oh, and if you don't have a Pokemon game for the DS(Diamond, Peral, Platinum), then you're pretty much screwed.』

(THIS IS A MUST HAVE!)
『PLEASE BUY THIS TITLE FOR YOUR GAMER, LOT'S OF ACTION ONE OF THOSE GREAT GAME'S FOR THE Wii,PLEASE TRUST ME ON THIS ONE.』

(Repetitive.)
『This game is for true battlers. There is no story, all you do is battle. It's not like Colloseum or XD,it's more like Stadium. It can get repetitive, since you're just battling.

But,it's still a good game for Pokemon fans. I wouldn't recommend it unless you own Diamond,Pearl,or Platinum, though.

You can also get some cool Pokemon, like a surfing Pikachu.』

(pokemon battle revolution)
『i got this games today and here is what i think...
pros:
poketopia awesome
graphics great
cool characters and places to battle
cons:
more strategy than action
trainers not really customizable at first
battles sometimes annoying
takes far too long getting to finals in coluseum mode』

(If you own Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, get it. If you don't, don't)
『It's sad that to this day, Nintendo has yet to release a quality Pokémon game on a non-handheld console. Pokémon Battle Revolution for the Wii isn't much of an exception, but it doesn't deserve the bad rep it's been commonly given among fans and critics alike. It is indeed a fairly straightforward game; you upload your Pokémon from Diamond, Pearl or Platinum andsend them into battle online against various worldwide competitors in a more vivid 3D setting. So essentially, it's a pure Pokémon battle game with improved graphics. If you don't own Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum, your options are severely limited; you will only have access to `Rental' Pokémon with varying movesets and stats, which in general will set players at a great disadvantage in the competitive online atmosphere. But that was never PBR's purpose to begin with, clearly. It essentially works like an expansion pack to the DS games, and should not be used otherwise. In short: if you don't own at least one of the DS versions of the game, don't buy Battle Revolution. But if you do, it's a great addition to the Pokémon universe, and an exciting new way to compete. At the game's beginning, you're invited to Pokétopia, a place filled with colosseums and stadiums to, you guessedit, stage Pokémon battles. Players are allowed to design and customize their own character, and although options are slim early on, as you progress through the game you'll have access to various outfits, gear, and hairstyles to doll up your personalized trainer. From there, you may upload each andevery Pokémon stored in your DS game (including those in the PC boxes) to Battle Revolution. PBR makes a `copy' of each Pokémon so that you may organize and customize them as you like to form different teams for use in both the 1-Player mode and online battling, all without having to connect tothe DS again (unless you require further update to your squad, in which case you may easily reload to the Wii from PBR's main menu). The 1-Player mode may come as a disappointment to those who played XD or Colosseum; there is no storyline and no actual RPG activity; it's pure battling. Each stage has different rules and restrictions, but for the majority of them, you'll be able to use your own Pokémon . There are a handful that require you to use Rental Pokémon , and ironically, these end up being the most difficult. There's also a wonky `mixer' mode in which you and your CPU opponent selectteammates randomly among all of your combined Pokémon . A tip for this particular stage: don't bring in any powerhouses, because you may end up destroying yourself with them. This may sound simple and nothing new, but PBR has some nice assets to bring to the table. There's actually a much greateramount of strategy involved in the more advanced 1-Player battles, and less of the repetitive physical onslaught and straightforward weakness exploitation seen repeatedly in the DS games. Some of the unique double battle combos in particular may inspire some players to form some new teams (and strategies) of their own. Because of this, of course, some of the later battles can get much more intense than those found in the DS games, so those unsatisfied with the difficulty level of the battles found there may find PBR to be particularly worthwhile. One setback, however, is that this can occasionally be due to the endless slew of stat and status-altering moves most of the CPU opponents tend to be armed with, which oftentimes leaves them open to being Taunted into oblivion. Battle Revolution operates very similarly to the DS games, and most functions of items, abilities and attacks remain the same. Occasionally, however, PBR shows glimpses of difference, and attacks, items or abilities will activate or fail when they ordinarily wouldn't in the DS game. The online mode is PBR's big draw, however, and rightfully so-it allows players to battle other trainers anywhere, anytime, and although it was the Wii's first venture into online competing, it is, for the most part, a pretty satisfying one. Lag is generally pretty minimal unless you're up against someone with a particularly weak connection, and you have the option of obtaining the opponent's Battle Pass (an informational card witha list of their Trainer name, team Pokémon and accompanying movesets and stats) after the battle-but don't worry parents, absolutely no personal information is shared. The difficulty ranges from intensely competitive to overwhelmingly simple, as with most online competing. One of the biggest gripes here is that unfortunately, an enormous percentage of players have gotten into the tiring habit of forming teams upon teams of nothing but overused legendaries, so be prepared to fight hundreds of Palkia, Dialga and Giratina. This can become obnoxious quickly, but when you come across thoughtfullyorganized, deeply strategic teams, it's almost always a great video game thrill. PBR's graphics are great, and about as good as Nintendo's gotten in terms of really bringing the world of Pokémon to life. It's not a massive improvement from XD, but the bright colors and vivid animations help keep things aesthetically appealing, even while you're making move selections (or waiting for an opponent to do the same). The final in-game goodie PBR brings to Pokémon fans is the abundance of rare items, which become purchasable as you progress through the 1-Player mode and may be sent to your DS game. Players can gain access to various berries, hold items and TMs (some of which can only be obtained once in the DS game, such as Dark Pulse and Overheat), as well as some rare Pokémon including but not limited to a Surfing Pikachu and an Electivire. These additional gifts make the 1-Player mode particularly worthwhile, and can of course really help beef up your team(s). Overall, Pokémon Battle Revolution isn't as satisfying as it could have been, but it's a great expansion to the Pokémon games and a near-necessity to players who hunger to compete online without the hassle and limitations of the DS's online modes.』
『Welcome to Pokétopia! The game takes place on an island called Pokétopia. Your objective is to win all the Colosseum battles and become the Pokétopia champion. Link up with Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl! Use the Pokémon you’ve raised in Diamond and Pearl and Battle ‘til you drop!! The first Wii-DS linked title…You can connect Wii to DS using wireless connections. DS Battle Mode(Requires DS systems for all players.) Four players can gather together and battle while using their own Pokémon on their Diamond/Pearl games. All players use the DS as a controller in this mode, and it usesthe same battle interface that is used in Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl. Advanced 3-D Battles: The graphics have been dramatically improved compared to Pokémon Colosseum and Pokémon XD for the GameCube.
