(WII airplane controller)

(clever idea, but cheap construction)
I was disappointed with the coltroller stand. You really get no 'airplane' style action from it. It does work in keeping your controllers separate while in battle. I don't think it was worth the 23$.
Nice idea, but broken screw and less than strong suction makes this a waste of money. Somebody needs to make this accessory out of a better material than the wii white plastic (hint hint).
Navigate through the friendly skies with this Airplane Controller Stand. Its flexible and diverse design allows you to play your airplane games as if you were right in the cockpit. The angle of the sand swivels from front to back and side to side, allowing you to maneuver with the slightest of ease. Both the Nunchuk and the controller are placed on both sides of the stand. At the bottom of the stand is a suction cup that provides stability by adhering to any clean, flat surface that the stand is placed. This adds another dimension to your gaming experience and is sure to take you on a virtual high.

(Awesome)

(Skateboarders will like this)

(Pleased Parent)
My 12 year old son loves this. When he's not actually outside on his skateboard he's inside playing this game. He can't get enough. The Wii is amazing. It's not at all an ordinary video game.
My son is almost 11 and really likes this game. I think he enjoys picking out the gear as much as the game.
The only violence is a guy who punches you out when you skate to close, my son hasn't figured it out yet . . He just enjoys skaing all around and trying to do the challenges.

The kids love it there are many different things to do with this game like building your skater, board, and ramps! For the price I paid this was a bargain and highly recommended.
Immerse yourself in the most detailed skating environement ever with Tony Hawk: Proving Ground. In this game, no ground is sacred - skate on anything that holds still long enough, and sneak into spots only you can find by way of ladder, rooftop or even sewer! Just watch out for security guards who will toss you out of the choice locations. There's more to it than just idle skating - assert your authority by skate-checking jerks who get in your way, or compete in races to impress other skaters! No need to be content with existing bowls and ramps, either - there are a number of moddable objects in every city, so you can knock over billboards, bend lamp posts, and rearrange your world as you see fit. There's even a new personalizable feature - your very own skate lounge! You can stock it full of ramps, gear, flat-screens, cars or even helicopters, and get rewarded with lounge additions by taking on skate challenges and competitions. With all this, plus customized skating avatars, the ability to create your own skate videos and hundreds of skater challenges with different rewards, Tony Hawk: Proving Ground takes the traditonal skateboarding game above and beyond. Multiple levels of moddable objects in every city - use the hammer tool to kink rails, bend lamp posts, knock over billboards, and pull up grates Earn money in the game to customize your own skate lounge Shoot, edit and score your own skate videos. Fully customize your character's deck, style, clothes and attitude ESRB Rated T for Teen

(Great fun)

(Fun game!)

(Sweet!)

(Comical and Fun, but is it really Crash's Style? (by Laura))

(They are a little young but...)
Awesome game. Really liked the graphics and the way the controls handle. Highly recommend it.
I didn't know quite what to expect from this game, but my 12yr old daughter has always liked Crash since back in the PS1 days so I went ahead and purchased it. I have been pleasantly surprised by how much fun the game is. It is part adventure and part 'brawler' with the little twist that you get rewarded for hijacking the various larger foes in the game and using them to accomplish various tasks. The best part of it is the 2 player co-op mode that allows me to play together with my daughter. We both really enjoy playing this game together. I would imagine that it is also relatively fun to play in single player mode, but for me the best part is the co-op mode. Fun game. Highly recommended.
This Game is Fun, but it's not entirely straight from the original Playstation games. It could use improvement, but there are certainly much worse games out there. I recommend this game if your just looking for a game to play that's fun, something to simply enjoy.
This is a fun game, but don't be fooled... It's pretty different from previous Crash Bandicoot games. Although I haven't played the game much, I know it well enough to give you the Bad, Neutral, and Good, in that order. Please don't just read the Bad, before making the decision on whether or not this game is good for you.

The Bad:

1. The potty humor. I mean, really, who decided potty humor was humor at all anyway?! That's just my opinion, I don't mean any offense to those who *yuck!* enjoy the type of humor like what is in this game... Still, there are many jokes better than this type that a larger audience could relate to. In a cutscene before the game starts, Crash burps and Coco congratulates him for it (whatever happened to teaching children good manners?). Then, if you press the action button near Crash's home on the first level, he'll go in and use the bathroom facillity... While you, of course, don't see anything, the sound of a toilet flushing for a bandicoot gives worse visuals than one should really bear. Also, you destroy Neo Cortex's "Spy Toilets" to get rewards. SPY TOILETS?! I'm only glad they didn't show us how Cortex designed this invention... This is only at the beginning of the game. Who knows what other nasty jokes made it in here?

2. Dull plot. Let's face it, it's been done a thousand times in videogame history: _____ gets kidnapped, and _____ must rescue him/her. Fill the first blank with Coco and Aku Aku, and the second blank with Crash and you have your main plot. This is unoriginal and lame. The only thing keeping me going storywise is that I'm curious to see if there's any more information about how Crash came to be (watch the stuff that shows when you first access the game).

The Neutral:

1. Crash's attacks. While Crash's "spin" made it in here, he starts out with a slap attack that, frankly, makes him look like a sissie. It's funny, but at the same time sad... New moves, like an Aku Aku guard, have been added; which gives this game an oddly unique feel. Whether this good or not I'll leave up to you; as you may or may not be disappointed that Crash has become a sissie. I don't really care, but I also must wonder; does an old bandicoot like this really deserve such downgrading?

2. The changes made to the appearance of the characters. This drives me crazy in Crash games: they can't ever leave a good character design alone! Coco looks alright, but incredibly different, and Crash hasn't changed much; but Aku Aku looks awful, like he's obese, and Crunch's head is too small. Again, I don't really care; but do they really deserve this?

3. The new lingo. Overlooking the potty humor, there's also kind of a sarcasticish humor in the speech as well. The comments by Aku Aku (particuarly on the Titan descriptions), and the comments by the villains, to me, are droll; they make the game more enjoyable for me, but is this kind of stuff really what young children should be learning?

The Good:

1. The backgrounds. They're really designed quite nicely. The forest levels were lush and realistically cartoonish (does that make sense?) and the temples looked ancient enough with their cracks. It's not the very best I've ever seen, but it's pretty decent.

2. Hijacking the Titanic monsters and riding them is pretty awesome. Each Titan has unique abilities that are fun to abuse. I believe the monster with the greatest physical strength is the Shellephant (it can take out many other monsters it's size with two blows!).

3. The music. Not bad music at all. It has kind of an old "Tribal" feel to it (it's easier to recognize than describe). It's kind of a different feel than the normal tunes we associate with Crash.

Conclusion:
That's all I have to say. Overall, if the changes are bearable, and if your child is very mature mannerism wise, then I don't have much I can say against purchasing it. Just becareful that it doesn't negatively effect the behavior of young children (potty humor is not okay!). Hopefully, the changes aren't different enough to upset hard core Crash fans.

My boys are 4 and 6 years old. We had the Crash Bandicoot games on the Playstation 2 and when we got the wii for Christmas I decided to get my oldest this game for his birthday... It came and they were all excited that they were gonna create their own Bandicoot. This has disappointed them. Because that is not a feature that they have on this game. But they are four and six as I said and I have no idea why they thought this was in the game. My six year old says it is too hard for him to play the game, however, my four year old loves it and could play for hours given the chance. I really like that you can drop in and drop out as a second player. It has gotten us to episode 9 that way. My son plays, when he needs help I can drop in, when I have had enough I drop out. Also since my 6 year old does not have the patience to play he can drop in and out if our younger son is playing. They really like the characters too. I get a lot of talk about the spike guy and the rolling guy. Anyway, I like and my children like this game.
Crash Bandicoot is back in his long-awaited latest adventure, now on the Nintendo Wii! His arch-nemesis Neo Cortex is out for destruction yet again, this time having gotten his hands on a mysterious substance that turns the ordinary creatures of Crash's islands into mutant minions! Fortunately, Crash is on the scene with a whole new skill set including the ability to hijack these same minions and use their powers to his advantage. Take on a whole new world of freaky enemies, challenging puzzles and innovative new tools and powerups as everyone's favorite orange cartoon marsupial!

(I never recieved merchandise and am awaiting a a refund from amazon on the vendor)

(DO NOT BUY)

(infrared laser?)

(seriously?)

(Avoid at all costs)
How can I rate merchadise I order over 1 month ago and still have not recieved you guys suck this is the 2nd crappy deal I got n less then a year... DO NO BUY FROM this vendor they SUCK BIG TIME
Save your money...I loved the idea of this gun with laser but the only problem is the laser is just for show. it is completely off from where the gun is shooting and there is no way to adjust it. completely worthless.
Brilliant. infrared lasers are invisible to the human eye.

What they really have here is a cheap red laser diode and they thought they would make it sound more technologically advanced by saying it is an "infrared laser"

Wooo!

The other reviewers claim that there aren't any games that you can use the Z button as a trigger. This isn't entirely true. Some games allow you to change the button configuration to have Z be the trigger. Ghost Squad is one of them.

That being said, I wouldn't recommend this at all. A laser pointer? Really CTA Digital? You thought THAT would be a good idea?

Hang it up, CTA Digital.

It is set up to use the Z button (on the nunchuk) for the trigger. Good idea except no game uses Z for a trigger, they use B! Avoid this waste of money at all costs!
With this palm-fitted virtual gun, no enemy is safe in your crosshairs. Its life-like mold gives it a feel of authenticity, yet cannot be mistaken for a real gun with its white plastic façade. It has an infrared laser beam beneath the barrel so you can fire at your targets with pinpoint accuracy. Its smooth grip and texture along with its lightweight material makes it comfortable for extended play. Simply by placing the remote in the top cradle of the gun, you are ready to engage in virtual combat; all you have to do is aim and shoot.

(Better than expected)

(The best HP game so far.)

(Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix for Wii)

(Not what I expected, but still fun!)

(Fun game for hard core Harry Potter fans.)
This was my first Harry Potter game and I found it to be fun. Using the Wiimote as a wand to cast spells made the game interesting. Trying to convince a new player to say the magic words outloud while playing is even more fun though.
The whole hogwarts campus is open, no waiting for an area to load. The music and castle are beautiful. The tasks can be a little tedious, but you get through them. The only negative about it is that it's somewhat boring defeating voldemort (sp?) overall wonderful, easy-to-follow game!
This game is fun and challenging. I am not a big gamer in fact the Wii is the first game system I have ever bought, because it is more interactive. I love the way it plays over other systems. Harry Potter is a fun game to play and I have gotten stuck and had to ask someone how to get out of it, but that makes it more fun because it is not too easy like some of the other games I have played on it.
I'm a huge Harry Potter fan so I thought the this game would be fun! When I had finally finished the instructions, which were long and detailed, I thought I'd be prepared for playing the game. I was very confused at times by which tasks to do first, and how to remember all the spell motions. It's more complicated than fun, sorry to say.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is a very enjoyable.

Pros: You get to play as characters such as Dumbledore, Sirius, Harry and fight characters such as Voldemort, Belatrix, and Malfoy. The storyline follows the book very well and you can visit places such as Hogwarts, Number 12 Grimmuald Place, The Ministry of Magic, and Number 4 Private Drive.

Cons: You have to wander around Howarts alot and it can get boring.

Overall, if you don't mind exploring Hogwarts it is a fun game.

In Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Harry returns for his fifth year of study at Hogwarts. The wizarding community is in denial about his recent encounter with the evil Lord Voldemort. The Minister for Magic, Cornelius Fudge, appoints a new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher to keep watch over Dumbledore and the Hogwarts students. The young wizards are woefully unprepared to defend themselves against the dark forces threatening them, leaving Harry, Ron and Hermione to handles things themselves. Harry prepares a group of young wizards calling themselves "Dumbledore's Army" for the extraordinary battle against Voldemort and his Death Eaters that lies ahead.

(Not practical!)

(Silicon/silicone Skin Snap-on Cover Case for Nintendo Wii Remote)

(Wii fun)

(Wii accessories)

(sucks)
Super snug fit which makes it hard to get on the remote. That is no big deal in itself. The problem is once you put it on it becomes impossible to use rechargeable base station and similar items. If you are not using rechargeable battery pack, then you have to drag this tight cover off and on each time you change the batteries. It is not worth the effort. You will start leaving it off altogether like me. Not practical!
It is a cheap option to protect Wii Mote, but it is not too resistent
The product is amazing for playing with your Wii..... it certainly helps to keep people from slipping and letting the controller fly toward the television. I love them. I also love having more than one color when playing bowling, etc with more than 2 people.
We haven't gotten a chance to use them yet but are so excited to. Maybe we will let you know when we do.....
IU bought these thinking they were simular to the jackets that come with the Wii remotes. But they are much harder to attach. I ripped two of them trying to put them on. Ended up throwing the rest away.
Keep your Nintendo Wii controller&nunchuk safe and protected with our high quality silicone skin case.

(Best Dodgeball game on any console)

(best stocking stuffer ever!)
As far as party games go, this title, and Carnival Games are the ones I'm playing the most right now. The celebrity factor is pretty cool - I think Avril Lavigne and Fergie are the ones you'll know the most.

The dodgeball game is wicked - definitely the best of the set. You will need a Nunchuk though. It plays without one, but the controls are much better if you have one handy. All in all, it's has a pretty good set of mini-games - the best ones are Dodgeball, Curling, and Volleyball.

I could be addicted to this game very quick... I can play my favorite sports with the help of my sweetest and trusty sidekick, KEITH URBAN! Together we shall be unstoppable very very soon ;-) This is a great holiday item that belongs in every stocking!!
Celebrity Sports Showdown is the ultimate party game to play with people of all ages. Play as your favorite celebrity to determine who will be the ultimate celebrity athlete. Get off the couch and get into the action with fun and easy-to-play controls designed specifically for the Wii. It features 12 outdoor sports games (Beach Volleyball, Inner-Tubing, Wild Water Canoeing, Hurdle Derby, Slalom Showdown, Cliff Hangers, Smash Badminton, Rapid Fire Archery, Joust Duel, Curling, Arena Dodgeball, an Air Racers) and 10 celebrities (Fergie, Avril Lavigne, LeAnn Rimes, Keith Urban, Nelly Furtado, Paul Pierce, Mia Hamm, Kristi Yamaguchi, Reggie Bush, and Sugar Ray Leonard). It is designed for people of all ages to play as celebrities and ultimately, to determine the greatest celebrity athlete.
