I recently bought two of these contollers and have to say that if you are looking for gamecube contollers, then go with these. They fell nice and durable, and have held up since I bought them(about a month ago) with no noticable wear at all. They are quite similar to the original gamecube controllers except that there are turbo/slow buttons (not sure what these do), an extra z button, the control pad is concave, and the c-stick is a little more narrow. All of this feels very nice. My only complaint is that the z button doesnt feel as solid as the original but it works fine.

Also, they shipped in white. not purple and look very nice when plaing on my wii. This was quite an added surprise!!! Buy.
My kids had to have these for certain games they wanted to play, so I priced them all over the place. This was the best price for similar items, and I have no complaints whatsoever about the product. They work fine and I didn't have to break the bank for OEM/NAMEBRAND controllers! I highly recommend these for anyone who wants flexibility without spending their last dime on hardware!!
I purchased this controller for my Game Cube, after my wife destroyed the cheap controllers I had purchased on eBay. These are slightly different in shape than the Nintendo branded controllers, but overall they retain most of the original button layout. One difference is that there is an extra Z trigger on the left side of the controller as well. This is good for me, as my wife wore that button out on the old controllers rather quickly.

The controller that I received was not purple, as pictured, but white. It would look really nice if used with a Wii. In fact, the controller, cable, and connector are all white.

This controller also features a set of Turbo and Slow buttons. The turbo button can be used to toggle any other button into "turbo" mode. This means that all you have to do is hold that button to make it register as being repeatedly pressed. Slow is rather pointless. This feature was useful on older consoles, like the Sega Genesis, when Start would simply pause the game. Most newer games, however, have a menu that comes up when start is pressed. This defeats the purpose of "Slow" mode.

The force feedback is pretty good for a controller in this price range. Many other controllers that I have used have had a noisy motor inside that rattled lose after extended use. This lead to annoying sounds with less vibrations actually being transferred into my hands.

Overall, I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it to a gamer on a budget.

My 3,6, and 8 year old can all use this nunchuck great without the disconnection problems the attached nunchuck had. Definately recommend!
Two problems in setup

1. The instructions say to hold the button on the remote down for 5 seconds to connect to the Wii remote. 5 seconds is typically too long. If you hold it down for 5 seconds it starts blinking fast, which apparently means no connection. You only have to hold the button down only for a couple of seconds, until it starts blinking at the same rate as the led on the Wii remote.

2. The other problem is that the wrist strap cord won't fit into the hole in the Playchuck. So dumb. Did anybody at Nintendo ever try to assemble it? Duh. So I had to add some twine between the wrist strap and the Playchuck.

Other than these issues, it works great. No issues with sensing, response, etc. I have only used it for EA Sports Active
It is so great to have a wireless Nun Chuck - you have more range and flexibility with your moves and although sometimes it did not register, my regular remote also do not always register and I have found that without a cord I can get it to pick up the signal better because of better range of movement. I am not a gamer so cannot say how it compares for those but I do EA Sports, Gold's Gym and Wii fit so it improves them for me. Not dealing with the limited space of the cord being attached definitely makes this a worthwhile purchase.
I can't believe no one else has mentioned this! If you don't wear glasses, I still recommend you get a glasses repair kit before you buy this. I fought the strap for over a half an hour before finally being able to shove it through the too small hole with the smallest screwdriver in the repair kit. After that, it worked well, the charge seems to be getting longer the more times I use it and the sync gets better with use, so I will probably enjoy it more as time goes on, but the initial setup left a really bad taste in my mouth, so it gets a not so great review.
It works great. Recharges really easily right on the USB port on the Wii.

Sing It for Wii. I should have bought the bundle that came with a microphone but did not do so.
This microphone says it is good with all Wii singing games and yet it cannot be used with the HSM 3 game. Total waste of money. If I had not torn up the packaging and discarded it I would have sent it back immediately for a refund.
This product led me to believe that it would work w/every feature of the Wii games. But the Disney Sing It game does not work in battle or duet mode. I am a little disappointed that I did not buy the Logitech recommended mic. I thought I could save a little money and get 2 mics for the price of one. Sometimes a bargain is not always a bargain - I still have to now buy at least one Logitech mic.
Like others who have reviewed this item,we bought this microphone thinking it would work with the WII. It did not. Although it was a disappointment, I have to say that Amazon has been very quick to respond and accomodate as far as returning it.

Good - Good game for Wii, especially fun for 2 players, and good use of controllers. Takes team work to finish the operations. On single player mode found some of the operations impossible to finish in normal, but with two players made it more manageable. Can skip boring dialogue, and has good replay value. Rated for Teen, but suitable for 10 year olds.

Bad - Needs more accurate controls for some operations, next version might be better for that. Easy mode is too easy for most levels, hard is way too hard.

Recommendation - Good play value for price and casual gamer. One of the better games out there for the Wii.

This game was fun and enjoyable a first, but after you get further into it, An unnecessary Satanic Theme gets injected into the play. The player then has to draw pentagrams (with wii remote) on the patients in order to give the patients a better change at survival. Of course like I stated before it is completely unnecessary, and it was at that point that I turned it off. So if you want your child to spend hours drawing pentagrams, while trying to perfect the art of drawing pentagrams, then this game is for you. Had it not been for the Satanic theme being sneaked in. I would have easily given it 4 stars, but I find attempts to warp the minds of the young, extremely offensive.
Really a lot of fun to play, especially if you know a bit about medicine. It has an anime feel to it, as it has still pics that connect the storyline. But it really tests your dexterity, memory, and ability to make choices. I like the fact that someone finally made a game like this. Now why not do a serious game on the duties of an EMT?
I was hesitant to make this purchase as it is I mainly play third person action games, first person shooters and select sports games. What surprised me the most is how well the motions controls work. You will have little difficulty hopping into the beginning of the game but be warned towards the middle it picks up and towards the end it gets increasingly difficult. The basic premise is you have 5 minutes to perform each surgery.

Does this break the game ? Far from it actually it adds a lot of replay value with a little frustration also. The game is just fun to pick up and play. This is not a genre of gaming I normally play. The graphics are not bad but they do not do anything to extraordinary.

The story is through panels of still pictures with plenty of dialogue instead of more modern cutscenes but thats ok. The characters have your typical anime inspired look which ATLUS mainly makes RPGs so thats nothing to surprising here.

For the most part I recommend this game to anyone looking for a good game thats decent on the wallet. The game features online rankings but I myself am not good enough to even upload mine as I average a C or B. This game also relies heavy on memorization of operations as at times you will be doing multiple procedures at once on a patient. The voice acting in the game are good as in there is pretty much just voices with still images which is fine it gives the game its own unique touch. There is also this healing touch which is a nice added feature but I will let you learn more about that in the game.

Verdict - Not a must own but it is a competent game that any gamer or casual gamer could enjoy. Its also a great pick up and play title that you should expect increasing difficulty that can be frustrating at times but after you get through it you will only appreciate it.
The good:
-Great use of Wii controls
-Cut-scenes were interesting but lengthy
-Great rush when you complete a surgery successfully
-Fun most of the time
-Slightly educational

The bad:
-Insane difficulty
-Stigma was pretty lame
-Not very realistic overall (ie having to inject vital medicine, 5 minute time limit for every surgery, stigma as a pathogen, crazy "healing touch" power)
-Story was often over-the-top (the main characters quit medicine when a patient dies!)

My biggest problem with this game was the lack of realism. I was hoping this would be more educational and grounded in actual surgery and medicine, but instead they incorporated some wacky story and took a very fictionalized approach. When they did whip out the medical jargon, they rarely explained what it meant. I enjoyed the normal surgeries the best; that is, the ones without Stigma. I wish the game had more of those levels, or at least a bacterium that was somewhat plausible.

The game is also very hard, so hard in fact that on the easy setting, beginners or anyone without lightning-fast reflexes will have to repeat most of the levels. Coupled with poor descriptions of what to do with many of the surgeries, often times you'll get very frustrated. The game is very simple in terms of realism, but too difficult for the casual gamer friend to play with you. Many of my friends saw me play and had no interest in playing themselves.

You will have fun with this game though, just don't approach it as a surgery simulation, like I was sort of hoping for.
At a remote hospital in Alaska, Dr. Markus Vaughn and his partner Valerie Blaylock work in a non-political environment, working only to heal and affect lives in a positive manner. It worked fine, I am using it in my Wii. Just make sure to find one on the cheap (less the $10).
With the new Wii update, you can really utilize these 2GB cards for storage, and they are a must have for anyone that downloads from the wii store. Sadly, the space on this tiny card is about 100 times greater than that of the wii console memory. Cmon Nintendo, I expect better from you.

If you can find these at a great price (under 30), as I did, definitely pick one up. And one is plenty, considering I've downloaded over 20 games onto it and it is not even 1/4 filled up.
When you buy it cheap, it's worth it. Is is no different than other 2GB cards, so if you find one cheaper, I'd get that for my Wii. I got this real cheap so it was well worth it. My system recognized the card right away and I save my games and scores to it.

This is my oldest 2 sons favorite game. They are 5 and 8. We have over 20 games, but they play this one everyday. (This and Super Smash Bros Brawl).
My 11th year old son received the Wii version for his birthday. He is totally hooked on it. Money well spent.
We did research on this game, and found many "professional" gamers dislike for the simplicity. Let me tell you that for $[...] this game is a steal. My two boys play it all the time, and jump around while steering their skateboard, and trying tricks that no human could ever pull off or survive from. Some of the background music choices aren't my favorites by any stretch of the imagination, but if you can get over that then this game is great for young gamers. Toys R Us was selling this game for $[...] this past fall.
Granted I got this during a gold deal...but it is a great game even at regular price. Good graphics. It was a little tricky to master at first, as there are a number of special moves you have to do to get lots of points. However once you learn them it is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Game Storyline
Players can choose to play as Tony Hawk or one of eight original characters. Additionally, they can create their own character with the Create-A-Skater feature. You can create your own skateboard, too, or simply choose from a wide variety of stock skateboards.

You have the option of selecting from contemporary boards, old school "fishtails," longboards, and 70s skateboards, all of which have different attributes that will have an effect on gameplay.

Gameplay
Developed for the Wii, gamers use an innovative and intuitive control system as they take on the role of Tony Hawk or one of eight other characters. Choose who you want to be, and then compete in specific time-based challenges in one of three gameplay modes including race, trick and slalom.

I bought this just for the guitar(it was cheaper than buying a single guitar).

To keep it short and simple, the Aerosmith songs on the game disc suck. Im just not into that kind of music. I bought GH3 later and it was SO much better 5 stars for GH3, 1 star for Aerosmith. The bundle gets two more stars for the guitar, which is just fine.
I am very pleased with this purchase. My son is very happy with it and plays it quite a bit.
This game is so much fun. I spend hours playing the game each week. Rock on Dude.
I had a mentor while back. She introduced me to guitar hero. I've liked it ever since. Would play (or attempt to play) it in Wal Mart. Am glad was able to get it so can play it at home. Better able to practice more. So far its been working great. I still need to get the hang of it a little better. It is really neat!
In my opinion, today's music games like rock band and guitar hero are the most fun multiplayer games so any guitar hero game is good in my opinion. The aerosmith bundle is a great place to start, its incredibly cheap and the guitar can be used if you decide to get guitar hero world tour.

The gameplay is nothing special, but its guitar hero and that means fun! I personally grew up listening to classic rock thanks to my dad, so I love the songs, but they may not be appealing to today's generation.

*note* I think the gameplay is significantly harder than rock band games and it's nice to be challenged

The guitar is awesome, I think it looks fantastic and it feels very solid, and the price is unbeatable for an official guitar. It comes with the cool stickers and some sick aerosmith one's, even if you just want a guitar this is a good buy.

Both my son and I love ben 10. we also love video games.
The other ben 10 video games were fun and the story was interesting. The game play was also fun for what kind of games they were.
This game however, is horrible.
The story may be interesting but I have not been able to get too far in it. The character controls are terrible. I spend more time trying to recenter the character on the screen because otherwise you cannot see what is going on or who is attacking you. Things like a metal walkway that you need to cross should be simple but since you need to recenter the view, you often fall off in die...over and over again.
The game gives you direction when its obvious what to do, but when you could actually use a tip, good luck.
The game is ultimately a frustrating waste of time. I pre-ordered expecting a deal and the price never even went down after i received it.
If you must buy this game, wait for it to be in the bargain racks for $20 or less. It will be.

To be fair, maybe the game gets better. I am probably not even a third of the way through amd I have no interest in finishing. I just don't find the game any fun. But sadly enough, this is my kind of game and its a shame that the game is just this bad.
