(ULTIMATE BOARD GAME)
『MOST GAMES WORK FINE. ONE IN A WHILE THE LOADING FEATURE LOCKS UP AND WE HAVE TO UNPLUG THE WII FROM POWER SOURCE AND RESTART. IT SEEMS TO BE NOT DOING IT NOW, SO WE WILL SEE. OTHER THAN THAT GAMES ARE GOOD. DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PLAY SOME OF THEM AND NOT MUCH DOCUMENTATION TO HELP YOU IN THAT AREA.』

(meh)
『This wasn't what I was expecting, the board games are ones that is a lot less popular so I didn't know how to play some of them. I would think twice before getting it.』

(Simple, but fun and challenging)
『There is nothing complex about this game, or actually series of games. However, it is a lot of fun to play because it can be very challenging. Even on the easy level, the computer is a tough opponent. Enjoyable for people of all ages.』

(The game that could have been....)
『I bought this game thinking it would have to have at least some redeeming qualities, but I was wrong. I am a big fan of chess and thought that at the very least I would have that. I found it absolutely ridiculous how difficult the AI was for chess. On the easiest level it took me ten games before I finally beat the computer. The game is good for the kids, as it incorporates classic games like "Connect Four", "Battleship", and "Checkers", and if you want to play against other human players, the set-up is good, but the AI on this game is ridiculous. I wouldn't suggest this game to anyone who isn't looking for a frustrating time.』

(It's ok...)
『The games are what I expected, but I am disappointed in the overall quality. It appears to be a poorly translated game. So some of the terms used don't necessarily mean what you expect them to. It's a lot of guessing...

And some games just aren't right unless you have a big screen, which I don't. There is a boggle-like game, where you select words from a table of letters on the screen. on my 32 inch TV, the letters are so small, my eyes go buggy after awhile.』

『Games included: Chess, Checkers, Backgammon, Chinese Checkers, Reversi, Sudoku, Word Cubes, Jigsaws, Mahjongg, Gomoku, Naval Battle and Quatro.』

(Graphics; Features Lacking)
『I love these two games and thought they would be nice on the big screen instead of playing on my computer. The graphics are so simplistic as to be hard to read. Mah-Jong allows you to zoom in so that you can actually see the tiles, but then you can't see the whole stack. Solitaire doesn't allow a zoom, and the cards are too small to easily read (even though they don't use the entire screen). I have to squint to see if it's a 6 or an 8.

Basic features on computer versions of these games are missing like:
* Ability to retry the same mah-jong game when you realize you can't win
* Automatic Ace placement in solitaire (you must tediously go through every last card to receive the lame congratulations).
* Hints; tips when you get stuck.
* Choice of easier to view tiles in Mah-Jong.
* Lots of choices but only one version of important Solitaire families like Spider, Free Cell or Yukon.
* Double click sometimes moves cards in solitare, sometimes not
* Cards are very hard to place in Solitare
And the cursor for some reason has little sparkly things swirling around it that'll just drive you nuts after awhile.

This could have been a really nice game, but ultimately disappointed.

(Almost as good as the real thing)
『Actually I've never played real Mahjong. I had an old Mahjong game for my PC but there were few bells and whistles so having just gotten my Wii for Christmas, I ordered the game. I don't play Solitaire much but it appears there are endless variations as there are for Mahjong in this game. There's also music that plays if you like. The tunes are very interesting and soothing as you toil away solving the puzzle. The only thing I don't like is that once you can not progress the screen is cleared and it asks if you want to play again. On my old game you could go backwards and try other solutions and see if you could have won or not. When the last two pieces are on top of one another, there's nothing you can do to win. So right now I've played about 140 games and won 5. Not a very good records but I think I'm getting better.』

(Classic, but missing something)
『I love having this game for my Wii. It's just like the other versions for the computer, but for one thing... when you win a game, there is no fortune cookie or anything special to congratulate you except for a boring, scrolling text. Ok, it's a small thing to complain about, but I found it disappointing. Must say, though, that I LOVE the soundtrack that comes with it. Great fun indeed! :)』

(Computer Mah Jong is better)
『This game is ok but playing Mah Jong on a pc or Mac is better. I found the Wii remote a bit "clumsy" when it came to matching tiles. This Wii version is more difficult. It's a lot easier with a mouse. Maybe I just have to get used to it. I've been playing Peggle on my Xbox 360 and have not gotten back to the Mah Jong game.』

(Very boring)
『This game could have been made better. It is very boring and hard to understand.』
『"Sit back, relax and think... Solitaire and Mahjong may be considered as two of the most well known casual games around. Napoleon Bonaparte was said to have played solitaire during his exile while Confucius has been rumored to be the inventor of Mahjong. Solitaire&Mahjong form a true delight for all thinkers and wonderers as it will challenge all forms of minds. Fans will find endless challenge and fun in the 101 variations of these two timeless classic that's packed into one."』

(Sturdy tennis rackets for the Wii)
『If you want to make your Wii tennis playing have a more realistic feel these racquets will do it.

I tried a couple of different racquets at friend's houses and even bought a set before. The racquets usually are broken after only a few hours of play.

These rackets are a lot more sturdy than the others I have tried.

They fit in your hand very similarly to a real racquet.

The feel while playing Wii tennis is different than just with the remote. It feels more like actually swinging rather than the usually flicking done with just the remote.

The kids actually played with these more without the Wii as they included a foam ball that was batted around.

After all of this play they are still in good shape.

Overall, I like the Wii tennis better without these but the workout is better and more realistic with them if that is what you are going for.

The kids still use them with and without the Wii and they are not broken yet, unlike the previous racquets I bought.』

(As real as it gets and versatile fun!)
『I could not believe the look and feel of these when I took them out of their packaging. I use them to play EA SPORTS Grand Slam Tennis along with the tennis game inherent to the Wii Sports OEM disc. I LOVE THEM. They are sized somewhere between a ping-pong paddle and racquetball racquet and they have strings with tension. Before this set, we used the Wii Nerf Sports Pack Plus - Yellow which is not near as fun.

As a bonus, the Wii Thrustmaster Motion Plus Tennis duo pack includes a foam ball so that you can actually play a game of volley back and forth.

If you have purchased the motion plus remotes Wii MotionPlus, you can remove the units from the silicone casing and place them in the bottom of the racquet and adds more accuracy to your hits. This is compatible with games that support "motion plus". It isn't necessary, but it is a pretty cool feature :)

I love these racquets, the best yet!

Have fun!』

(Love it)
『Barely used them because of my small room, but i've tried a little bit at the beginning, feeling so cool!

(Gave these two tennis players a more realistic Wii experience...)
『I'll note first that I didn't select this Wii Thrustmaster ( I could make so many jokes about that name but I'll stop myself) Motion Plus Tennis pack for my kids....because....the only kids I have are coated in fur and can't hold a racquet in their paws.

Yep, we are two adult Wii lovers. So rather than nabbin' a new toy...we wanted to make our Wii tennis games (we have several) come to life.

And it did...so if you are looking for fun for kids or more realism for adults, I think it, therefore, crosses both boundaries.

MOTIONPLUS COMPATIBILITY: The most important aspect of this racquet vs. some others I've seen is that it allows for the motionplus sensor yet feels more closely like a real handle. All the new Wii tennis games uitilize the motionplus and it's an effect we wouldn't give up because, once you get the knack of it, the whole game is faster and more realistic to your true moves, in my opinion.

FEEL: This was the best part for us. There is a different feel and more accuracy when you have a racquet in your hand vs a tiny remote in our opinion. It also helped out within the game...if you hold your Wii remote slightly wrong with the motionplus engaged, your shot can be inaccurate; but when you hold a racquet in your hand you really tune into whether or not you are holding the remote correctly. Our moves were suddenly more fluid and more accurate and I think that also transfers over somewhat when we're on the REAL court having practiced tennis on the Wii...it's a more similar feel.

MAKE: I had looked at other racquets that seemed cheap to me...tiny and all plastic from string to racquet, or too light to feel real. These are different...they have strings and, though lightweight, the wiimote slipped inside gives it a decent weight and realism.

SHOCK ABSORBANCY: I'll admit that we have gotten so into the game before that both of us have clipped the tv a time or two during a swing with the regular remote when we got too close. Seeing as how we have a flatscreen so there is no hard glass shell to protect it...this is NOT a good thing, especially since repairs are far too costly if we wind up really messing it up. I like that this has a soft "shock absorbant" rim around out for clutzes far too "into" game play like ourselves...to save us from ourselves. This, I surmise, would also protect the racquet if you are a heated player and wanna slam the racquet to the floor when you miss a shot...your wiimote and racquet will be spared in spite of your tantrum.

ADDITIONAL: Though we'll never use this part, it may be fun for kids. The handle is open to slip the wiimote in but if you remove the wiimote and want to simply play a game of Nerf tennis, the other side of the handle comes with the game so you can close the handle to a full handle and it comes with a ball so you can get get all Wimbledon on your own living room. As we won't be doing this, we gifted the spongy Nerf ball to our Pomeranians who, therefore, enjoyed the Wii tennis set as much as we did.

DUO: Great that it comes as a SET of racquets...even if you don't want to always play against a partner in your own home as we do, when someone comes over it's good to have a spare for even an occasional game buddy.

NEGATIVES: We really dig these and they have improved our game so it's hard for me to come up with much here but I suppose if you have VERY little room in your livingroom and not much swinging room, this would take up more. I do have to say though, when you get the feel of a full racquet I think, for us anyway, we seem to stand further from the tv...I can't explain why visually but I think it's saving our tv that would have been wacked a few more times...however, if you have a very enclosed space this would add, obviously, more length to your wiimote...

CONCLUSION: Added realism to our Wii tennis games and also improved our form which is exactly why we wanted em, we've compared the other racquets and do like these best for size and realism and compatibility with the motionplus which was, for us, a must.

(Game, Set, Match to these Rackets)
『Wii tennis has been a favorite of my family since we got the Wii system. We've always just played with the Wii controllers. These rackets make the game so much more fun and realistic feeling. They look very stylish and cool. One is red trimmed and the other is blue. They're very lightweight - in fact, don't feel any heavier than the Wii remote itself and very responsive during play. My husband now "has to have" the new Grand Slam tennis game for Christmas so he'll get to use the rackets more.
Though they aren't very large (not much bigger than a ping pong paddle), they do add length to the Wii remote so if you're in a really tight space, you have to be careful not to hit your opponent - those things hurt! Also, the rackets come with a sponge tennis ball so that you can play without the Wii. The kids have loved that as much as playing Wii tennis. It's like Nerf tennis (if there is such a thing).
Overall, I think this is a great product and a wonderful addition to the Wii gaming system for anyone who enjoys tennis.』

『The Thrustmaster MotionPlus Tennis Duo Pack NW for Wii features two tennis rackets compatible with all tennis games for Wii. These rackets feature ideal proportions for both the stringing and the grip and boast compact, yet believable measurements. Using these balanced and well-designed rackets offers players an undisputable advantage, in particular when used in conjunction with the brand new Wii MotionPlus device, with which these are compatible. The rackets offer players enhanced positional awareness, allowing them to hone their moves at home as efficiently as on a tennis court and to deliver ultra-realistic drop shots, lifts, powerful forehands, passing shots and more. The Wii Remotes fit into the rackets' grips with ease. Great care has been taken to create ergonomic rackets, as supported by the ribbed and rubber-coated grip, which remains snugly and securely seated in players' hands, even during the longest exchanges from the back of the court. The rackets also feature a detail that often proves essential in sports implying wide, ample moves: the stringing outer edge is made from shockproof foam! The rackets' design and finish quality are worthy of top-level players. Aspiring tennis stars will be longing to get their hands on these sleek devices, one featuring a touch of blue and the other a touch of red. All gamers will enjoy playing with highly realistic accessories, which guarantee a truly immersive experience in the world of tennis.』

(great!!!)
『This Game Is Realistic and it's fun and I like it a lot it's great it's my favorite game of them all !!!! that's all I have to say about this amazing game.』

(Iron Chef)
『This game looks like the hurried up and made it as fast as possible. THe characters mouths dont even move when they speak. The graphics are terrible and the game just isnt that challenging. If your looking for a cooking game i would say def not this one. Although my 3 year old loves it :)』

(If you LOVE the show, you will LOVE this game!)
『This game is a lot of fun! I purchased it today and have played it for the past couple of hours with my girlfriend. We are both Iron Chef America fans, watching the show whenever it is on TV. This game provides hours of amusing fun preparing various dishes with hilarious announcing from Alton Brown and "The Chairman".

If you enjoy the show and like the wii, then you will love playing this game!』

(Do not buy this game)
『My credentials: I'm a casual gamer, a graphic designer, and a home chef. My girlfriend and I bought this on a whim at Best Buy today because we thought it would be fun for both of us and we could do it together. 10 minutes into playing the game it became very clear that we had done everything that the game offered and we were right. It was the same boring thing over and over and over and over and over. To make things worse, the extreme amateur aspect of game development came screaming through in the fact that there is no animation. Still frames of poorly rendered characters fade into each other in ways that don't even really match the dialog.

I feel bad that Alton Brown actually did the "commentary" on the game but he seems to have been shilling himself out pretty hard lately. So if you ever watch the show and thought that the way the chairman yells "alle cuisine" is the best part of the show (every step is preceeded by the chairman yelling the action you're about to attempt)you still might even get tired of it.

This game has no replay value, I've seen better flash games online.』

(Iron Chef America/Supreme Cuisine)
『I bought this game for my 50 year old daughter who likes to cook. She found it to be loads of fun, multi-faceted, and addictive. You really have to physically work hard to perform the tasks in creating the dishes. It is very well conceived and she is enjoying it.』
『B0019VMGTC』
『You better start preparing for battle now if you want to stand a chance in Destineer's new Iron Chef America: Supreme Cuisine for the Nintendo Wii. Recreating all the blistering speed and intense action of the Food Network's hit television show, players will be faced with epic culinary battles centered around special theme ingredients and hundreds of exotic dish variations.

(Wasnt what i expecited but still good)
『In Combination with the Wii interface this game was truely a different experience when it comes to aviation games. I felt more like i was flying the plane than sitting there with a controler playing a video game. I wouldnt recomend this game for anyone who prefers sitting on the couch not moving much.

The story lines you can follow in this game also follow some of the major battles of WWII which was a nice touch.

The only issues i really had with this game were
1) the limited selection of planes you earn. the plane i know the best from WWII is the P-52 Mustang. it would have been exciting to see some more planes in this game.
2) in some of the battles the odds are crazy. i believe in one you are against like 18 plains and ur the only one. Or your misson is to sink ships and theres like 15 of them shooting at you plus 3 or 4 plames runnin you down.

Overall the game was alright and was a fun experience expecially when played with 2 people and a good one if ur looking for some history in your video games.』

(Didn't meet high expectations)
『I really like the interface for this game. Like all Wii games, it's very intuitive and natural to use. The game action is more-or-less realistic, and there's a lot of content. The graphics won't win any prizes, but they're certainly adequate to the purpose. However...

You can only play as Russian, German, or British. Which means no P51 Mustang, F-4U Corsair, or other great US planes. There's a choice of 1 fighter, fighter-bomber, and bomber for each nationality. So a grand total of 9 planes, 6 of which are inappropriate for any given mission.

Also, the mission unlocking progression stymied me pretty early. One of the first missions is a multi-target night bombing run with heavy air to air defenses. Chances are I'll get bored of trying to get past this, and ditch the game without ever seeing most of the other missions.

And maybe I was expecting a little too much, but it's just not that much fun. Feels like work.』

(WWII Aces)
『By reading the reviews I thought this game would be a lot better. What you can do with the remote is amazing, but it's really hard to control. But controls are controls and for any game you eventually get used to them. The biggest issue with this game is the graphics. If you compare them to Blazing Angels, or Heat Seeker there not that great and it looks like you playing an old computer game. I would not recommend this to anybody.』

(Great battles in the sky.)
『This game is easy to use but difficult to master. That makes it fun!
Great fun and some eduction for all ages.』

(Very fun game)
『Fun but the only drawback is that some of the missions get very long and hard. So be prepared to do the intense dog fights.』
『Guns blazing, the Messerschmitt Bf-109 screams through the clouds toward you. Instinctively you barrel-roll out of the way, hot lead missing your Spitfire by millimeters. You bank right, flank him and open fire!』

(The best of its time)
『The controls were and still are the best FPS controls on Wii and across all consoles. Nearly 2 years old now, developers have yet to reach the fluidity and smoothness achieved by MoHH2. With its customizable controls, chances are just about everyone with half a brain will find a control scheme that's built for them. Of The Conduit, or CoD World at War, Medal of Honor trumps them all.

The controls may be great, but the game itself fails to achieve such grander. The single player campaign is just above horrible. There is no ambition, set places are WWII clichés, weapons are the same. Here, is where Heroes fails. The Conduit may have uniquely designed weapons, WaW better locations, but Heroes has nothing memorable in its single player mode. Heroes 2 does have an on-rails variation on every single player level, but honestly its too slow and isn't very fun.

Graphics are poor, level design is rarely any better. What is great is the amazing fluidity of the game. Heroes 2 runs at a locked and solid 60fps, with no slowdown. This is a great help, as you have control over every frame.

****There IS NO OFFLINE SPLITSCREEN MULTIPLAYER MODE. Amazon says up to 8 can play, and the box art says that it offers 4 player offline play, but both are WRONG.****

The game ultimately shines where it has yet to be beaten, 32 player lagless online play. No other Wii game has yet to even match half of that number. This is all possible in part to clever technical use of resources, and EAs own servers. That means there are no friend code to speak of, you can play with random people in a lobby, browse through available games, or invite online friends (parents need not worry, as you can't truly communicate with anyone outside of prescriped phrases, all involving "good job", or "look out"). Graphics do take a lock down during online play though, and the game downgrades from a poor PS2 title, to an early Dreamcast game. It hardly matters though, as the fun you'll have easily out ways any graphical flaws.

The online community does have some cheaters, but it's still very easy to find a good clean match. Maybe 2% of all players are hackers. Also, if you're new to the game, I HIGHLY suggest you have a run through the single player campaign as practice. Heroes 2 has a very dedicated online following, and most players are VERY good.

All in all, Medal of Honor Heroes 2 is still the best FPS game on Wii, 2 years after its release. It has the best online play, controls, and online features and functionality. Other games may look prettier, but none can match the overall experience of Heroes 2.

(ONLINE PLAY IS AMAZING. Campaigns, not so much.)
『I have owned this game for 3 months and the online play is great. Here are the bads and goods of this game.

THE BAD THINGS: If you plan to buy this game for campaigns, listen up, you are making a mistake. The campaigns are very boring. For example, your opponents are very easy to beat and it is very hard to die. The arcade mode ( you must shoot the opponents while you the computer is controllong your movements ) is extremely boring and unreal. The graphics are pretty bad and you many times see somebody half outside, half inside a room and you cannot kill them.

THE GOOD THINGS: the online multiplayer is amazing. It is very challenging and is very realistic. In this mode you play with up to 31 other players and either play deathmatch, team deathmatch, or capture the flag. You pick your side and your gun and fight away. The first time I played this mode I lost big time but after some practice i started getting up to 50 kills while only dying 15 times. There are several places to play and all are very different. Also the controls are very easy to learn. I used the wii perfect shot gun and it worked good when I chose the wii Zapper Controls.

OVERALL: This game is the best for online gaming, but is not a very good campaign game.
I hope this review helped you with your choice.=]』

(The one review you want to read before you buy it)
『If you have played Call of Duty 3 and Call of Duty 4, do NOT buy this game.
The controls are bad. (Worst Wii control I have seen in any Wii games). It gets stuck sometimes.
Not impressive graphics and even worse lowest AI in game characters. I mean come on, just because you had to make a game you don't have to make a game like this.

I am a big fan of WW2 games. I have played a lot of WW2 games from different game developers but this one is so disappointing that I could not stand the game for even 2 levels of gameplay.』

(Sigh......)
『The controls for this game on the Wii ABSOLUTELY suck and I am an FPS girl so I am not joking around here. Plus, I bought the wii perfect shooter gun to go with it and the zapper... it is practically impossible using those guns because you have to hold down the A button to get a better shot and you can't do that because you have the nunchuck in your left hand... poorly designed controls for this...blah』

(Awsome war game)
『This is 1 cool game..... i bought it for my son....... HE LOVES IT! The thing he luvs is the online setting..... he can play wit frends....... he says call of duty world at war is better but this is 1 cool game』

Take Up the Role of Master Chef
In Iron Chef America: Supreme Cuisine players square off in the Kitchen Stadium and battle through a series of lighting-paced culinary challenges. Victory won't be easy, but each one advances players towards a final showdown that will ultimately take place to determine who will reign supreme as the next Iron Chef America. But to get there you must make your way through the gauntlet of master chefs and impress the discriminating judges with their discerning and sometimes downright harsh judgement.

    Enjoy the Amazing Talent
Celebrity chefs Mario Batali, Cat Cora, and Masahuru Morimoto have loaned not only their likenesses to the game, but their voices as well. Under the watchful eye of The Chairman and Alton Brown, players can play as these world-famous chefs but eventually must face off against them. Either way, your contest will be narrated by the host, and martial arts master, Mark Dacascos himself.

    Participate in Awesome Culinary Battles
You may be used to grandma calmly whipping up a family dinner, but anybody who has seen the show knows that this won't be a lazy day in the kitchen. Iron Chef America: Supreme Cuisine challenges players to complete several dishes simultaneously using the Wii remote as your cooking tools. Be ready to chop, stir, mince, fry and more, sometimes frantically trying to do several things at once, all while keeping your eye on that all-important clock! Featuring 15 different theme ingredients, gamers will have to create and combine from three to six separate, mouth-watering dishes from hundreds of possible combinations to move onward in competition.

Users can even move beyond the game's chefs to play with their friends and family. Add another player and challenge them in a head-to-head cook-off, or decide to work together for a true melding of two culinary masters! No matter how you slice it, Iron Chef America: Supreme Cuisine will provide you with challenges and fun for hour after hour.

    (Fun, but not great)
『This game was an impulse purchase, frankly it's fun but would have rather put that $15 into a game that would have been a bit better.. If only I had checked Amazon for reviews first! The games overall were fun, but the set up is a pain, even if you are only playing one player you have to set up the other 4 players for the game system..
I do like the mini golf and the lawn darts were fun so it's not a total waste, and it's only our first day playing it. So maybe with time we will improve at the games and therefor making them more fun.
Again not bad, but not great.』

    (Controller consistency)
『I have found that the controller does not behave consistently, when you're trying to swing forward, it only wants to go backward,as a result you tend to swing harder and the ball is out of control, soaring off into infinity and beyond or conversely, the ball hardly moves. Very frustrating. Could be a great game package if this issue was addressed properly.』

    (dissappointed)
『This is my 2nd game I have bought for my WII. So far both have not been near as good as the sports game that game with the WII. This one is boring, takes a long time between rounds. Putt Putt was kinda fun, but again slow between holes. Badmintin wasnt fun at all. Volleyball was ok. My husband liked horse shoes, neither of us liked lawn darts. Miss not getting to use my mii.』

    (Summer Sports)
『Lots of fun. My Husband and son love the horse shoe game. I like the mini golf. Can't beat the price!』

    (Dissapointed)
『Bought this game thinking it would be fun playing it since there were sevreal games to choose from. Unfortunately, i was disappointed with and the games does not impress me at all. I should have rented it out first before i bought it.』
